A collections of illustrations for the Victorian era, though specific dates are not given. There’s almost no text in this book; it’s a collection of illustrations and fashion examples, for those who prefer visual references. Personally give it 5/5 stars, for inspiration.

A Dictionary of Costume and Fashion, by Mary Brooks Pickens (1998)

A dictionary of terms used for fashion and costume. Has a few illustrations, but does not have one for every definition. Rather, it groups collections of words under an umbrella term (such as bows, jackets, shirts, etc).
