i think it’s also that his character is just so thinly constructed?? like his whole pacifism schtick is so obviously the writers trying to use him as a replacement for wells and god i just dont buy it at all (give me wells over finn any day t b h)

oh that's definitely the other thing for me, i had this weird meta-textual transfer of blame from the writers to finn for wells dying. logically i know it's not his fault at all but every time i think about i'm like "whyyyy would you replace wells with this guy? why did you do that???"

right?? and omfg i don't understand the uproar of him saying 'these kids' like the show is called teen wolf, it's not terrible or weird of him to assume that a lot of the devoted fans are teenagers/younger people?? jfc this fandom

i used to think i was a nice person but tw fandom is gonna be a key part of my supervillain origins story if they keep this up. and right???? it's not out of line for him to assume that a lot of fans writing fanfic and watching the show would be young. a lot of fans ARE young. and maybe people don't like that he's assuming writing fanfic is a thing only kids do but i don't think that's necessarily what he meant.

OMFG THANK YOU wow u are super cool. yes so from now on whenever a character is sad we should make sure we have the proper filter to show that so sad=blue blue also equals water cause blue obviously means you are near the water. jealous=green, because obviously us viewers can't tell what a place is like unless we have this fricken filter. yeah also red=angry yellow=warmth yes

RIGHT like i can accept him as a complex character but if he gets a redemption arc & skye’s awarded to him like some prize for not killing anyone for a little while im just. done. his treatment of the whole team, all the women esp is so so gross ugh

EXACTLY ugh i hope they never do skyeward again at all but especially if the narrative rewards him via their relationship. that would be so disrespectful to skye & her character development after she learned he was hydra. i think it would be a loooong ass time before she even started barely trusting him again. if she could ever trust him. even then i doubt i could see a good way of handling skyeward. plus why do that when trip is right there. wow there i go turning this into skyetrip im sorry for myself
