🤓A deeper dive… The more I learned the hungrier I got. So many questions, why this, what if that… Decided I needed to go back to the start, the Classical Method… Contrology. I would visit different studios when traveling. I was always welcomed but some really challenged me and made sure I got the most out of the session. The early days… Coming into personal training after the military Im pretty sure it was my martial arts background that humbled me a bit. Science had changed quite a bit since my football coaching days in the 90s so I came in with an open mind. Going through a hands on training program was beneficial, and set nicely as I started my journey. As a leader you surround yourself with good people and let them do their jobs.
