I can't believe this is my last We Are post wow- It feels like just yesterday I was here typing out my first one because I had one too many Thoughts about it. Anyways, not to get too sentimental on main, here you go:

Seriously though, I love how Fang is slowly but surely opening up to loud gestures of love (I think previously, he just wasn't used to loving loudly, he was used to loving with his whole heart but keeping it to himself because he never felt safe enough to express it).

I love how they're from absolutely different faculties and are still studying together like yess go besties who are in love with each other but are too oblivious to realise it!

Peem with Phum usually: *swats at Phum at the slightest sign of PDA even though he really enjoys it*

Peem when others say something about their relationship: So, Phum, what do you say, want me to kiss you senseless right here right now?

(And we all know what Phum's answer is gonna be hehe)

Hasn't even been two minutes in the room and they're already breaking into the bed 😭😭

(I really love this scene btw, the simple fun of it, and even though it's not sensual, it's intimate and very them.)

I adore this scene a ridiculous amount, but I love even more that it was Phum who planned it like yess he's been wingman-ing his phi and friend since Day 1 and he never stopped.

Others have gaydars, PhumPeem have faen-dars: they know when their faen is looking at them or coming towards them.

Not a bad power to have, honestly. I approve.

Okay, so see how Phum says "Thank you for being a good story in my life?" For Phum, having Peem in his life really does feel like a story, something out of the books he read (headcanon) and something too good to be true. But he's starting to realize that this is true, that Peem is here to stay.

Peem says "Thank you for letting me step into your life" because he knows all the issues Phum has, that it's hard for him to really let people in. But he let Peem in to love him, and Peem is grateful because it gave him someone to love and be the comfort zone for, but also gave him someone who loved him.

Also, no kidding, I got a mental image of Fang and Peem sitting and sipping at their drinks while Phum and Tan argue and compete like children, and when they go too far, Fang and Peem let out this long suffering sigh while they try to pull apart their husbands.

Okay, about that dinner scene. I actually kinda liked it. The awkwardness of it, the halted conversation, the prompted actions. As with the rest of the series, they kept it real, and I'm glad for it.

A lot of BLs, especially Thai BLs forgive the parents too soon too fast, and I really like they did not do that here.

Phum just (sorta) started on this path of being on talking terms with his dad (not forgiveness, or forgetting what he's done, mind you) and I'm going to be carefully neutral about it. If Phum likes it, well and good. If the father does something Phum doesn't like well *looks at two of my wips specifically* I always keep back-ups.

Peem is never letting that go hehe

(I don't think Phum minds all that much now, because he did end up with Peem, fuck you Kluen)

Also I'm two eps behind on Wandee Goodday and I hear Title finally got a nice boyfriend role? Good for him!

We Are probably has the most kisses out of all the BLs I've watched and somehow the very last kiss gets the Best Kiss award. Surprising, but well-deserved. The kissed like they were dying and Chain tried to climb Pun like a tree, and I was gleefully watching and cheering them on.

yes, absolutely, you've been introduced to their friend group through charli because she is the fucking coolest and makes an offhanded comment like "hmmm you know what now that you're single, there's someone i wanna introduce you to" (that someone being ross obv) and you do absolutely hit it off but maybe you're both a bit shy at first to ask each other out immediately. like you like each other a lot and worry that the other might not feel the same but oh lordddd he is so down bad.

he's quite good at hiding it though, or maybe he thinks he's quite good at hiding it 🤭 like he won't go up to charli and directly ask her when you're coming. he'd instead just casually be like "oh, thought your friend was coming too, isn't she?" all cool and aloof as if he doesn't care, he's just 'curious' but charli instantly clocks it and smirks at him like "well, aren't you curious!!! she's running a bit late don't worry. she'll be here in 15, i just got a text from her."

and he spends the next 15 minutes trying not to hover near the door so he can be the one to open it once the doorbell rings. anyway, he isn't the one to open it--george is. and you go around saying hello to people and hugging both george and charli before you shyly wave at ross and fix your hair a bit (self conscious, it was kinda windy outside and ross finds it so adorable that your hair is all unruly and messy in a very effortlessly sexy way)

charli immediately hooks her arm with yours and pulls you towards ross and goes "so ross is really good at making cocktails and you were saying how you were gasping for a good martini!" and then she sorta pushes you both together towards her home bar and says "go ahead, use whatever you like"

while your back is turned she also throws a wink at ross who rolls his eyes and mouths a silent thank you (she really is a good wingwoman) and well turns out he is really good at making cocktails. you even comment on it and he's like "come on i'll teach you." so you hold the shaker in your hands a bit unsure until you feel him right behind you and so close that you can almost feel the heat radiating off him. his cologne is mouth-wateringly good and you fucking want to turn around and pull him into a kiss.

he is no better tho--his heart is fucking hammering in his chest because he really does fancy you so much and you're so fucking close to him. so he does the second best thing which is wrapping his hand over yours under the guise of teaching you how to make a martini.

your hand is so small and soft in his and it's like the first time he's ever properly touched you so he feels like he's fucking sixteen again. no one is paying attention to the martini, you're both just busy blushing and being idiots in general. <3

Ok ok ok ok ok wrap-up thoughts on the season now that the finale is out:

First of all, DEATHBIT DEATHBIT DEATHBIT

2) ok the subplot with Rogue and Magneto actually grew on me. Like, she’s rejected him ultimately but they still mattered to each other and they still do, it’s just not romantic from her side anymore. I can’t blame magneto for not getting over her rejection I’d never be able to take the psychic damage of losing Rogue

also yeah the age gap was a little weird but I’m living for the drama and the potential for their platonic friendship. I want to make a comment about how their stint is an example of unidentified trauma becoming trauma bonding but then I have to like…write it.

3) I actually think Roberto and Jubilee were super cute and have elected to give their storylines a pass. Like they’re just kids coming into adulthood and have found comfort in each other, that’s good enough for me for now. (Though I’d like to see more of comic-accurate Sunspot being adapted but I digress. It’s only been 1 season.)

Also I think Sunspot awkwardly hanging around the Xmen slowly coming to terms with his speedran adoption is the funniest basis for an arc and have no further comments. Might write a fic later on his Struggles.

4) KURT JOINING THE MOTHERFUCKIN SQUAD BABYYYY and literally just everything about him. Being so supportive of Rogue and holding her and encouraging Gambit and just 😭😭😭😭

5) PHOENIX JEAN PHOENIX JEAN I LOVED JEAN

6) cyclops was one of my least favs in the original, this show put so much respect back on his name. I actually adore him now—plus the scenes with him doting on his grown ass man child is hysterical. Need more of it. I need this guy telling people this Hulk Hogan of a unit is his lil boy.

If Nathan isn’t seen later at a baseball game with Scott in a Summer 01 jersey and the cyborg arm badly painted over I’m committing crimes.

7) I think Storm needed way more screen time. I know there were scenes with her written out due to budget issues (and also them skipping her goodbye to Gambit made me annoyed) but like. The fact that her centric arc was put across two episodes shared with other episodes was irritating.

7.5) In this same vein I missed Bishop, I got so attached!!!! but here’s to hoping he’s kicking ass again in s2!

8) the rate in which I fell in love with these characters all over again is insane. Like harder than the original show in a fraction of the time.

9) Rogue did nothing wrong. 😭

10) Magneto definitely wasn’t right, but it’s interesting to witness how they justified his view point with Genosha and Bastion, and the ripple effect it had on people who didn’t even agree with him in the first place.

11) Cherik lmfao they were SO gay. I’m all for affectionate besties and dudes being shown as having close platonic bonds but this was Very Affectionate Besties with Seductive Grin Bedroom Eyes Charles Every Two Sentences.

12) honestly want a version of this show though where Charles stayed gone. I actually like him! I just think not having him around to help guide everyone made things so much spicier. Magneto was StrugglingTM for Real

13) Gambit’s death was so good, but I definitely figured he’d be coming back somehow because there was no way they were offing him thinking Rogue didn’t choose him.

14) speaking of, I was mostly joking in my shitposts about Death Gambit cause I had my money on a possible Sentinel Gambit with Bastion’s introduction, but the moment they went to Egypt I started clawing up all my old shit posts.

15) ROGUE DID NOTHING WRONG (lots of wrong but you know what? I love her. She can commit wrongs again.)

16) Beast was so good but I also low key wish he had a bit more screen time. His bitterness after Genosha was short-lived, I wish it had been explored more, like Charles talking it out of him or something and reminding him about their goals or…something.

17) Bastion was awesome no notes, hope he comes back as a horseman for the flex

21) “His name was Gambit! Remember it!” Rogue was so beast in this season, it was cathartic watching her beat the shit out of Bastion. Her and Sunspot honestly make for a cool combat duo and I want to see them interact more.

26) Magneto ripping Wolverine’s skeleton out like homie wouldn’t try to kill him with a wooden chair if given the opportunity. If anything now Logan has 0 weaknesses and a personal vendetta he can act upon. Rest in pieces Erik.

27) A goddess, a gravely injured Canadian, and a metaphor for gender identity walk into a bar and all 3 say “ouch” (bad joke. You’re welcome. Don’t worry guys, Storm is there so their arc will be wrapped up in about 12 minutes. Sorry can you tell I’m still mildly salty about her lack of screen time)

28) Rogue launching Cap’s shield is 11/10. Do it again do it again (woulda been top tier humor if the end credits showed him still looking for it frantically as the asteroid got closer)

Mostly that’s all I got. I have various other thoughts including how fucking HYPE seeing my fav duo Cloak and Dagger made me, but these were the key personal takeaways.

omg i thought this episode was gonna be sad but 🥺🥺🥺 it's so cute 😭

to clarify, i did cry ONCE when Jihan and Dohan fought, but 'm starting to realize that there's just something about their relationship that like triggers me 💀 i think i'm hardcore projecting my relationship with my older sister onto them lmao, but ANYWAYS this episode was so cute!! first of all, the way Jihan did not give a single shit when what's-his-name told him Dohan is gay was a serve, and i expected nothing less from him. it's also very cute how even as he's trying desperately to break Dohan and Ajeong up he doesn't even consider for a second to tell her that her fiancé is gay. My experience watching 9-1-1, or alternatively, my slow descent into madness.

Made the decision to watch all of 9-1-1 from the beginning since I’ve only ever watched episodes of it here and there when my mom was watching it. So, I thought it would be fun to document the experience.

Spoiler alert, my favourite characters in this show are Buck and Eddie. Expect a lot of text about them. Also, they only have seasons 1-6 available in my country and the 7th is only now being shown on tv so… no seasons 7 or 8 in this one.

Ok listen I feel like you two would be such cute little gremlins together, you both have a very sarcastic sense of humor and and are very loud and extroverted people.

Rumi is different from you however in that she doesn’t give a fuck about what other people think, she is a wrecking ball of a woman, while you care a little more (sometimes too much) about other peoples feelings so I think you two could balance each other out in that way. She helps teach you to care a little less and you teach her to care a little more LOL

Rumi is very active, she likes to spend her off days DOING something instead of just lazing around, so I bet she’d love to help you with your gardening and farming. Imagine how nice it would be to have a pro hero to help you with the crazy hard stuff. Like, you need a stump or some roots removed? Rumi will rip that shit out of the ground like it’s nothing. You need help moving heavy bags of mulch? She’s making it a workout to see how many she can carry at once.

Also also can you imagine how cute it would be if one day when you become a professor and you’re teaching a class and you forgot something important, maybe some papers or your lunch or something, and Rumi stops by on the way to her agency to bring you whatever you forgot. Like, this giant hulking woman just busting into your classroom like “Babe you forgot your stuff!” And she hands it to you and gives you a kiss on the head and then jets off to save the world and all ur students are just sitting there like 😮. Adorable.

Now you might be tall but I assure you Rumi is taller, not to mention she’s just large due to her insane workout regimen for being a hero and I just think you two would look so cute together, with your slim figure and her beefy one 🥺 Precious.

ADA!SIGMA WITH A READER WHO WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT

honestly the two of you only properly met by chance, he'd seen you around every now and then of course but nothing really to warrant anything more than conversations about work

however, sigma happened to be staying late to finish up some work on a day you were working

an unexpected shock for you ngl, expecting everyone to be gone by the time you showed up and then just seeing a whole guy still sitting there

if he scared you he feels really bad and will apologise a few times 😭

i'm imagining a night shift at the agency as like; finishing up any odd jobs that weren't finished during the day, doing any outstanding paperwork and organising, honestly mostly just a role created so there would be people in the office at night to call people in in case of a mafia attack

so generally pretty slow. and kind of boring ngl, especially when having to do it alone

ever diligent with his work, sigma sits in a comfortable silence with you as you each do your own tasks, but when he's done and about to go home, he stops to ask if it's just you on this shift, and offers to stay and keep you company since he's not working tomorrow, so staying up wouldn't be so bad

he helps you with your work where he's able to, and by the time it's done and you're technically just there in the case of an emergency, you start talking and getting to know each other

kunikida (yes he is always the first in in a morning don't tell me otherwise) sees sigma leaving with you when your shift is over and bros baffled god help this man

sigma probably booked himself a lecture of "ok doing extra for your job is good and shows enthusiasm but that doesn't mean taking an extra shift unannounced and unpaid straight after your actual shift thats not good for you" from kunikida with that stunt but oh well

becomes a weekly thing that he'll just join you for that shift since he isn't working the next day

likes walking you home to the silly little agency provided apartments at the end of the shift- eventually, after you've gotten to know each other enough for that to not be strange

at some point he ends up telling you about his old casino, opening up about how he still sometimes struggles with trust despite the ada having been a safe space for him, and how he's thankful that he's been able to make friends with you and that you both enjoy spending time together

anyway so not long after that little heart to heart about being good friends you start dating- SJDJFJ

i don't think he's the type of person to make a big deal out of the fact you're dating- like no big announcement, not really any announcement. it's not really something he wants to keep secret he just doesn't want to seem like he's showing off

the only people on his shift who know are probably atsushi (sigma and atsushi are besties don't tell me otherwise), ranpo (because of course he would) and dazai- i feel like sigma would mention it to dazai after some time but he already would have known bc idk he seems really good at picking up on things he'd probably clock how happy sigma is about things to do with you etc

he gets super worried and goes to like stay with you if he hears that like someone tried to infiltrate the agency while you were on shift

like even if he knows you're not hurt. he wants to stay with you to make sure you feel safe and not alone

if you are hurt though? he's so gentle and caring. if it's not something so bad that you'd need yosano's treatment, he'll do everything he can to look after you until you're better

he's never really done this before but he's trying his best. and it's also really sweet and wholesome ;u;

someone needs to give him back the several guns he used to own (i still think it's hilarious that he's randomly pulled out 3 guns in the manga so far) though so he can protect you if someone breaks in when you're on shift together

i feel like stay at home dates would be common, they're easier to do with little to no planning and are generally more spontaneous which fits your conflicting work schedules

sigma also doesn't want you to be too tired out by going on a day out and be tired for your shift 😭

baking probably cookies, cuddling while watching a film, etc

he'd probably also stay over with you a lot, not too much to be overbearing, but still often. as due to work schedules he wants to make the most out of free time- when you're willing- to spend time with each other

just, like.. you're there. and you're probably the first person he's been with, and there's just something comforting about being able to be with you (he's touch starve-)

I’m here after reading werewolf felix & hyunjin but also all your little thoughts to the anons abt Chris & Minho.

First felix & hyunjin. Everything about that story was just beautiful. I loved that those two found comfort in each other. It was an emotional experience for me reading abt felix being alone for so long till hyunjin came along and essentially helped save him. They saved each other actually I loved that felix refused to leave hyunjin behind and that he asked Chris to let him come along. Made me so happy that they finally found someone they both can love and feel absolutely comfortable with & I love how she takes care of them also. It just makes me happy knowing neither of them have to be alone again they have sm people that love them 😭

Next Minho and his girl I love that he wants her to be thinking of him 24/7 and how she does exactly that even if she messes with him by telling him she doesn’t dream on him. I love their entire relationship so much and cannot wait to read more on it I just know it’ll be soooo good. They’re so cute together very glad they confessed their feelings.

Now Chris girl being as obsessed with him as he is her. Love that so much. they both are just so adorably obsessed with each other I love all the couples in this series but Chris and his girl are my favorites I could sit here and read those stories over and over and never get tired of them really. Their love for each other is so sweet and I love that the rest of the pack loves her just as much too it’s the sweetest thing ever. The day Chris marks her is the day I’m going to melt away into nothing I think lol.

So I’ve been a bit absent for so many reasons and for once it’s not my mental health lol so idk if you remember but i mentioned something about my allergies killing me but turns out it was so much more than allergies 😭 like bestie I GOT SICK! Like sick sick 😭 nothing serious thankfully but it has been very inconvenient timing! I’ve had three midterms to do this past week and sadly I could not get out of them so i basically did them while being on flu medication 😭 like I was not there at all lol I was for sure going through it lol I simply just couldn’t exist and I really had to force myself to be present for those exams lol but I’m a bit better now! A great improvement compared to the beginning of the week lol still not 100% but better!

I sadly had to cancel my plans to go out this weekend too 😔 tragic since I was looking forward to seeing my friends lol

I hate getting sick when the weather is getting warmer! I know how you feel. My friend invited me to get Chipotle and I declined because I simply reached my limit this week on people and everything. I felt so bad! I actually think she was kind of upset but like I just couldn't fathom going out for an hour+ when I had more stuff to do. Also I was a little annoyed that she made me feel bad about it. Idk, I'm a very independent person so if I want Chipotle, or ice cream, or something...I just go by myself 🤷‍♀️ I used to go to a restaurant between work and my grad school classes and would grade papers all alone at my table. Idk. I got tired of not doing things I wanted to do because I was alone so I just did them by myself.
