With Komei taking care of the house and kids, Lola could give her everything at work and returned with big promotion on the first day of the week. Only one more before claiming the Mayor of Strangetown's office (not Sim City).

She was oblivious to Komei's desires of working again, so she just enjoyed the idea of having a househusband greeting her with a dinner every day.

He was still fully on board with supporting her goals. Even if he wanted to have a job himself, the thought of being married to the Mayor was also exciting.

Despite Komei's best intentions, the twins didn't seem to get 100% along even as toddlers. Venus was clingy and a little more dominant over her sister, always being the one to initiate interactions.

They shared the toys just fine, so that their dad didn't have to watch them constantly. Even if Venus had a habit of eating their dolls.

Whatever happened between them, Komei was absolutely furious with Tycho and constantly kept wishing harm upon this teenager. Totally normal things to think about for your wife's nephew.

Angela shared the news about her pregnancy with Romeo once she finally returned from work. Before he could gasp and clutch his pearls at the thought of his wife working in this state, she told him she had a fantastic first day and nothing he'd say could make her feel bad about it.

Isabella was also very happy about the next great-grandchildren on the way. Romeo might've been a disappointment, but at least his wife was fulfilling old grandma's dreams of filling the villa with joy.

She also tried to say something about Angela's decision to work after finding out about pregnancy, but Angela very politely made it clear she will do whatever she wants and as much as she appreciated Isabella's concerns, she knew what she was doing.

Miranda was still anxious about being in a relationship with Dirk. She loved him and didn't want to hurt him, but the idea of commitment was still terrifying.

To keep herself occupied, she decided to also apply for a job. Originally she was going for business to uphold the Capp tradition, but she really wanted to go back to her slacker career instead.

Circe's return with a promotion was only a matter of time, so the boys were trying to kill it with mind-sharpening games.

As expected, Circe returned with her final promotion that day - as seen on TV. She was now in charge of one of the biggest hospitals in Sim City and her name was on lips of everyone in the field of science, for better or for worse.

Too bad Erik decided it was the right time to make a move on Loki and started flirting with his creator just as Circe entered the house. Instead of a celebratory party, she received a case of infidelity. Right in front of Ludvig as well.

Alice found her father in the morning and thought it was an amusing sight. She didn't really understand why Albany was sleeping there and woke him up before leaving to school.

After another coughing fit, Albany made the decision to skip work and rest properly. He wasn't young anymore and it was taking him too long to recover.

For the fourth rotation, only two new students arrived at the campus of Académie Le Tour. With the help of medicine and his family's support, Arin was finally able to fully embrace who he is and start the next chapter in his life.

He was joined in the dorm by Beau Monty. For the first time in their lives the boys were not surrounded by their large families and had to take care of themselves in the campus chaos.

They quickly got along and bonded over sharing the same hometown. Since their families were never particularly close and they didn't go to the same schools, Arin could avoid uncomfortable questions about his past and enjoy building new relationships.

Jenny might've felt a little too old to keep up with her youngest kids' energy, but she still enjoyed just being around them in the evening. She knew sooner or later they will grow more distant and occupied with their personal problems, but hoped she could keep up the family tradition of hanging out together in front of TV for as long as possible.

Johnny didn't want to distance himself from the family, but he felt like Lilith should be the center of his attention now. Not only because she was the one stuck in the middle of nowhere with him. She was his wife and they both wanted to finally start building their own future.

Jessie continued to bother his brother, hoping to at least find out how Jamie managed to do all of his assignments if he's not even that studious. Jamie found out an easy "lifehack" for classes - teachers didn't care about the quality of your homework. They just cared if it was done regularly.

Johnny tried to learn how to actually cook, so he could help more. He couldn't feed his brothers with microwave dishes, but never really cared about picking up the most basic culinary skills.

While his brother was out with his girlfriend and letting his homework pile grow, Jamie finished his assignments properly before sleep. He might've been more rambunctious than his twin, but he knew well not to procrastinate with homework or you will get overwhelmed easily.

In the room across the hallway, Lilith tried to talk with Johnny about their living situation again. She still hoped they could move out soon and have their own place, but knew Johnny was still worried about his family and felt bad about leaving them. He convinced Lilith they should stay for a while longer, just to keep the pressure off of Jenny.

Jenny wished her youngest kids would talk to her more about their life, but was just happy they didn't seem to cause any trouble. She realized her boys actually have friends and potential love interests when Jessie asked her for permission to go out.

He didn't want to tell his mother too much, especially not after Bonnie got in trouble with her own parents. They tried to be careful and not to stand out with their relationship too much. Or rather Jessie tried - Bonnie showed up to pick him up in a limo she got from who-knows-where.

Jenny might've been older than most of her colleagues, but she was not going easy on them as a competition. She kept proving herself to her supervisors and climbing higher up the ladder.

The only problem was she felt somewhat replaced at home because of it. Not that Lilith helping around was a bad thing, but she couldn't help being a little worried about her territory being taken over. None of her sons was even interested enough to ask about her work.

Meanwhile, Johnny was still not giving the best example to his brothers. He had no intention to act more mature around them and act like their father. He felt better when they saw him as the relatable older brother, that could still be silly despite being an adult.

Johnny had a somewhat of a rocky start into his career, but was finally proving himself to everyone and showing his business skills on top of his love for sports. He wanted to show both his mother and Lilith, that he can provide for the family even with average college scores.

He didn't need to prove anything to his brother, though. Jessie was very hyped about Johnny being a sports manager and couldn't wait to be old enough to work with him. The only thing that bothered him, was Johnny reminding him to maintain good grades and making sure he graduates high school first.

Lilith tried to help around sometimes when Jenny wasn't around. She knew the boys were absolutely helpless in the kitchen, so she'd fix something up for everyone.

Jessie was not doing great at school. He was the best athlete in class and made it to the school's team, but his actual studies were going badly. He already had leftover assignments from last week and now was adding more to it.

Other than that, the twins were doing fine without their father. They knew how to take care of their needs and didn't cause any trouble so far. They quickly accepted Lilith as the new member of their family as well and assumed she will always be living with them.

Winter was in full session over in Strangetown. In the last few years the snow was accumulating a lot and making the desert town look interesting.

Jamie was always up before the rest of the family. He liked to use that time to occupy the bathroom first and do some last-minute touches to his homework.

Lilith wasn't a fan of living in such a full house, in big part because of the minimal privacy. She grew used to occupying the smallest bathroom in the house, just because she knew no one was even lining up to use it.

Jenny was just trying to live on without her husband and continue providing for the family. She had a harder time as an older woman in a field so desired by young doctors, but she was not going to retire that easily. If they wanted to claim her position, they had to fight for it and rip it out of her cold dead hands.

When she managed to calm Howard down and distract him with toys, she went upstairs to visit her friend. She needed to vent to someone after her ugly divorce.

She still wasn't sure if it was because Lawrence was a bartender and a great listener, but he immediately managed to calm her down. It felt easier to deal with the grief with someone by her side, especially when her friends were all so far away and living happily with their families.

She offered Lawrence a deal, knowing paying the whole rent by herself was going to be a pain in the ass. Since he was also paying for his whole apartment by himself, she offered him to move in with her and Howie, so they can split their bills and keep each other company.
