I think Clickbait was first made when Walter started hitting the drums while we were setting up the sound in our rehearsal studio. There was this funky cymbal noise that sounded like a "WHAM"! When Kiki and I first heard that, there was no way we wouldn't start singing "dededededede"!

No point in hiding it, I'm happy that people are covering and arranging that song in across many different places. Though when that school of salmon attacked, I heard the version they played with the violin(?). It was so baffling that I couldn't help but laugh.

One more thing. That guitarist/vocalist of Skid-something, Ichiya, was born in the Splatlands. I should know- i went to middle school with him. He said he was going to Inkopolis, and off he went. Soon after, I heard about how he’d debuted with a band. I tried listening to them, but their sound was so soft that it made my ink churn.

So, you’re probably wondering why we covered that Splattack (did I get it right? LOL song of theirs. I get a lot of people thinking it’s an homage, but just for the record, I was only trying to get across, like “If it’s you lots’ "music" we’re talking about, then obviously we could make it SO much cooler. I mean, our version is 300 times better, right?”. That’s all. It wasn’t meant as a damn homage.

Oh my god I can't believe this actually worked. There's still a ton of small issues to resolve (mostly clipping / animations, some seams I forgot to close etc, and I haven't figured out the boss battle ink color yet. Also he makes cut-scenes lag so bad even though his file is very close in size with Frye's...) but it... works!!!

I wanted to do all of C-Side but that's gonna have to be indefinitely postponed due to me being insanely busy.

Feel free to ask any questions since I know that modding tends to be very niche and it's hard to discover information around it!
