gives them sugar water when his troops are tired

maybe he takes up beekeeping before/after bowser tries to court him

luigi can’t understand him

language barrier cuz different species

bowser’s too small (maybe eats a red mushroom, doesn’t rlly make him that much bigger)

extra info:

luigi is scared of bugs but the bees are pretty friendly so he’s anxious but overall fine with them

at one point a bee waves at him on a flower (maybe they fell asleep in one) and he waves back; probably one of bowser’s kids

mostly thinking about bowser’s army in a natural hive but i can also see him getting a crush on gardener luigi if like, the old one gets attacked and luigi also takes up bee keeping/ saves them from predators idk

bowser uses either a mini or bee mushroom power up while luigi’s not looking and kidnaps him

Everyone looks at Bowser, while he just waves off their concerns. "Yeah yeah yeah. PG, or whatever. Just no crying when I win!"

Any evil king worth their salt should know the answer to this! Bowser peeked between the old and the young, fully aware his answer carried more weight. "It-..."

"Depends on the poison?..." The wizard nodded before returning to sweeping the floors, turning away so neither would see the proud little smile on his face. "Foods can become poison with age - but rat poison gets weaker once it's expired. Some poisons become new poisons. And some evaporate." Kamek's lessons from childhood roll right off the tongue. Yet, it is only as he finished that the giant found himself pausing to realize what he was doing - explaining toxins to toddlers. "... Why do you ask?"

Mado looks so serious upon listening it's almost comical, ironically. Either way, she nods at the end of the explanation, looking very satisfied with the answer she was given to such a random enigma.

Well, food becoming poisonous upon going bad was a no brainer-- everyone got to experience a mild form of that in their lives at least once by accident (right?) The rest though was pretty interesting knowledge.

... not that she was looking for anything to do with that knowledge, even though it sounds like she was, judging by Bowser's little inquiry at the end.

Yeah that sounds like a poorly thought out lie, but it was honestly the truth; The question legit just came to her, and with children being curious little creatures, she wanted an answer to it now that her brain had been plagued with such mystery!

" But nonna the Toads that I asked in my neighborhood knew, either! Some even stared at me like they'd seen a ghost! " They were probably worried that she was dabbling into hazardous matter with that question...

" You're the only one that I wound up asking that gave me a REAL answer. "

They were awful and third wheeling a diff convo man, Bowser has a chance but when it comes down to it, Chaos is ultimately better equipped to handle Bowsers abilities than vice versa

Like I wouldn't mind discussing about Chaos Versus Bowser in a more intellectual way, but being a cunt about it just makes me wanna fuck with them and not have an enlightening convo(which is happening rn)

“You know what!” Megumi elbowed him, glaring harder at the screen. The one time he decided to give in and play a game with Yuji and the idiot decided to make it harder. “Cheating isn’t gonna make you win.”

“Who’s cheating? I’m just playing waiting for my turn.” Yuji was laughing openly now- obvious in his antics. Every few spaces Boo crossed over lead to more small pokes to Megumi’s ribs, making him jerk and flinch. “Oo, you landed on a lucky space! Good for you!”

“Don’t talk down to me-stahahap!” Megumi ducked his shoulders when Yuji skittered his fingers over them, nearly dropping his controller. “Itadori!”

“Ooh, you got the five coins! So close to seven!” Those dastardly fingers raced across his neck and ears, earning more reluctant giggles as Megumi swatted at him. “Oh, my turn!”

“Thehehn go play it! Gtehahah, stahhap tiihihickling me!” The hand on his neck seemed to vibrate in place while Yuji rolled, whooping as Daisy got an eight. “Fohohocus on yoohohur tuuhuhrn!”

“I am focused!” A hand to his ribs made Megumi fall back, right into Yuji’s chest. “Chance time! I'm going to give you several tickles!”

“Ihiihihihitahahhaadori!” The brunette kicked and twisted in his lap, head back and chest heaving with undignified mirth. Yuji’s fingers were like magnets, sticking to him and finding all his tickle spots with ease. “Coohohohme ohohohon, sthahahahp! Lehehehet me uhuhuhup! Yohoohohu lahahhanded on bohohohowshshshher!”

“He waited all this time to be invited to the Mario Party. He can wait a few more minutes.” Yuji snickered as he drilled two fingers into Megumi’s armpits, making him shriek and sink straight to his lap. Tasering his neck, he gave Megumi a few more seconds of tickles before finally backing off. “You know- you should really smile more. It suits you.”

Megumi sucked in an inaudible breath at the words, feeling his face heat up for an entirely different reason as Yuji rolled, groaning in disbelief at Bowser’s thievery. He felt himself unable to fight off a small smile the rest of their game.

He told himself it was due to the tickling. Yeah. Totally that.
