I'm falling in love with Stellizt too just because it'd be so funny to me, plus Stolas would HATE it, which immediately makes it top tier. But I also like to think about how they would treat the other's daughter.

Octavia and Blitz would definitely have a rocky relationship at first because she can't help but still view him as the reason her family fell apart, but she can see her mom is genuinely happy with him In a way she never was with Stolas. I think it'd take her her a long time to fully accept it but she will, eventually. Especially once she old enough to fully grasp at the circumstances behind stolas and Stella's marriage. I can see her trying to keep contact with him, which leads to him feeding her lies and exaggerations which bred more tensions between her, Stella and Blitz. Idk exactly how this would go down, but I can see her going no contact once she realized how toxic he is. Blitz doesn't really understand taxidermy or astronomy but is super supportive and she eventually grows fond of horses and drawing as well.

Stella and Loona, in comparison, would have a significantly easier time. (Its in Part due to how little they have going on in canon) but they bond over them both enjoying parties. I think it'd be fun if it's Stella that helps Loona reign in her drinking habits a bit. Loona is defined weirded out at first, especially at now having access to the finer things in life without much issue. I think their relationship could help Stella gain more class awareness.

Idk if Stella and Blitz would ever have a kid together tho I think the idea is cute

I absolutely love this...love the idea of them all supporting one another, love all of it. Speaking of Loona's drinking, I can actually see Stella reining it in too, albeit without realizing it. She still loves her wine and consumes plenty of it, but she finds she doesn't need a glass in each hand the way she used to when she was married to Stolas. There's just not as much pain to numb.

If Blitz and Stella ever did have a kid together, you know it would be the cutest thing. One thing both Stolas and Stella have going for them, they make cute fanbabies.

and as a treat, have their magic fanbaby, Lily Anne! I love how her human ghost (second image) design turned out (bringing back an old AU for human projections of the engines). Barely noticeable but she's got visible joints, like dolls + robots! A bit of a nod to the host of the ghost, aka a railway engine.

I have done a SMG34 FanBaby/Kid

This is Violet and she happened after a meme energy incident (this all takes place in a AU after the episode 'puzzlevision') SMG4 and SMG3 were practicing their meme energy after SMG1 and SMG2 kept harassing them to do it as they hadn't don't it in a while and then they got distracted by Beeg and EggDog, this caused the Meme Energy to go funny and caused some things to happen, it caused Beeg and Eggdog to go missing, made 3 and 4 to forgot Beeg and Eggdog ever existed and it also caused something else.

the reason eggdog and beeg were gone because they ended up helping in creating violet as well as SMG3 and SMG4's DNA and all of this with the meme energy causes 4 to become pregnant (i know you all probably wanted 3 to be pregnant but i prefer if it was 4), 4 ended up being pregnant for 9 weeks which is 2 months instead of 9 months because the meme energy got mixed up between a human's pregnancy and a dog's pregnancy and 4 gave birth to violet a few days after the episode 'SMG4 Simulator' and before 'mario's plane trip' episode in the early morning of june first.

Violet was named by 3 while 4 gave her the middle name twilight after he thought of the twilight/mordecai meme and both him and 4 were good parents to Violet and protected her in every way possible, even from mr.puzzle with puzzle park, Violet is a happy baby and she loves her parents as well as her aunties and uncles and both 3 and 4 were surprised on how good of a uncle mario is.

I'm taking a moment to appreciate how healing AG-blr has been for me :) Growing up I was absolutely obsessed with AG, but I didn't really have any friends who were into AG, and my siblings didn't want to play with dolls, so I was kind of left in my own little hyperfixation bubble all alone. I mean my mom liked AG but that wasn't the same as having someone to play with. Yes I hosted multiple AG themed birthday parties and even put on a backyard productions of both the Molly and Felicity plays but no one... Really got it?

I remember the last AG birthday I had, having my brother tell me that my friends were all talking about how they were "too old" for AG when I was out of the room, and I think that was the beginning of the end for me because not too long after that I put my AG dolls in a cedar chest with all their things and closed it up.

I was still kind of interested in AG in highschool. I remember visiting the AG Store when the one in my state opened. And I remember desperately wanting a special doll I could make a wardrobe for and take everywhere with me. I had a little success with a few handmade dolls but nothing that really stuck, and my sewing skills were not up to par with what I wanted to make so I kind of gave up on that too.

Then the end of highschool happened, and I kind of went into survival mode. My mom's health got really bad. I had to start working and taking evening college classes on top of regular highschool and helping out more at home. Which kind of put my mental health in a crisis mode which kind of broke in my first year of college. Which finallygot me the help that I needed. But then I got kicked out for being queer and I was REALLY in survival mode, although I was lucky enough to have first a friend's family and then one of my siblings take me in through the end of college.

I remember getting mildly interested in AG again once I was working my first full time job and living with my first non-family roommates. I was (and still am) really into Big Hero 6 at the time, and when Luciana came out with her little robotics lab I ended up ordering her. Then I bought a secondhand Nellie, one of my grail dolls from childhood I never got to have. So that opened the door.

But then I remember being on Tumblr and finding some AG blogs and being like, "Hey! There's other adults who like AG and create their own characters?" And I really wanted to be a part of that. But I wasn't sure what kind of character I'd want to make. And then I remembered an old BH6 fanbaby I'd made in college and was like, "There's no way AG has a pink hair option." (I didn't really know about doll customizing back then so I didn't know wig swaps were a thing.) And then I checked the CYO generator and guess what was an option? XD

I was not in the best financial state, so it took a few months for me to be able to afford Rose, and then another anxious month of waiting for Rose to get here, in the meantime trying to plan out her wardrobe in the style of the og historical girls. And I made a placeholder blog for once she finally got here.

I finally came home to her delivery sometime in the early am after an event--if you go waaay back to the very beginning of this blog you can find a video of me very emotionally opening Rose's box for the first time XD Love at first sight for sure, I was happy to have my little girl home, and I had no clue how she'd change my life.

From there snowballed my deep dive into doll clothes making--I planned to buy Rose's clothes originally, but I couldn't find a school uniform I liked, and there was a very specific anime winter coat I wanted to make. I'd been making cosplays for a few years but then, so my sewing skills were finally up to the task. And then I just kept getting more cute outfit ideas and so... I just kept making them XD

And then I started posting pictures of the outfits on this blog. And adding new dolls to the family and posting about them too. And I am so honored you guys were so excited about my posts and brought me into the community! I saw your posts and got the inspiration to start taking Rose out places to get pictures, and she quickly became my emotional support doll, going everywhere with me and helping me through some of my worst mental health times. And I've been fortunate enough to actually get to meet some of you in person, and talk with so many of you online! And I even managed to rope my best friend into AG with your support XD It's really been such an amazing community, and I finally have friends who get my love of AG, and I finally have that special doll I take everywhere with me :)

So--thank you, AG-blr ^^ You're all amazing, and I look forward to many more adventures with you :)

so curious about why you think girl kid first in canon and also why you prefer boy pls share

I think one of the main reasons "girl first" is that normally in next gen stories, the oldest kid (or girl, lbr here) is the 'main character' well because fandom tends to be more AFAB / female dominated, and I feel like mother-daughter or father-daughter (or father-son) conflicts are the ones we're used to seeing (mother-father not so much). The fact that Callum has a dead mom who've we've always had a name for (dead papa not so much) I think also contributed to 1) Rayllum's first kid is a girl and 2) she's named some version of Sarai / in honour of Callum's mum.

I could be wrong bc the Rayllum fandom has never been super into fanbabies / next gen as a whole, and I've never spent much time in next gen circles in general (I like OCs when they're there to flesh out the canon characters, not so much with them being given their own full storylines -- though I've definitely experienced exceptions!).

Personally I've always been a fan of Ezran incorporating more of Sarai (wielding a spear, naming his daughter after her) > Callum, just cause Callum does remember his mom. A way for the boys to share, in a way?

That said: Rayllum having a girl first in canon (if we see an epilogue briefly featuring fanbabies at all, which we may not; they could also just not have kids) just feels... like it matches vibe wise? Idk what to say beyond that, it's not that a boy wouldn't fit... like 60/40 if that makes sense?

That said I think I do prefer a boy for them (right now at least, I'm sure I'll love whatever canon goes with) because it allows for more blatant Harrow-Callum father-son parallels and for Rayla to be concentrating on breaking cycles of stoicism/Moonshadow "not showing/sharing emotions" emphasis with a boy when boys already aren't encouraged to be emotionally open IRL. So that's where I think the preference comes from. I like to imagine their firstborn is a boy who's a mage but without either of his parents' fire, and more of a "violence last I don't like fighting" like his Uncle Ezran

Wanted to swing by and say I love to see another bird in the tournament, star and punchline (and probably a few other birds i may of missed, some designs are harder to find than others haha ) are both so goober,,, Its very big fan of the two jet fankids (even if its not the same pairings) having the name aster and star! considering while aster is a type of flower in the daisy family and thats what his name came from... aster also literally just means star LOL Sorry if this is random swoop in, but I NEEDED to comment on the naming and also also hell yeah! bird time! >:3

Star was named because she’s a bit of a miracle baby! She was born prematurely and was in the NICU for a while!! And she’s Sonic and Jet’s shining star!

When verosika do eventually have kids, it starts off with one.

A small tiny girl whom is a mix of Odette and verosika with blonde-nearly white hair, and a mix of their skin tones which gives the small girl a light pink skin . And much like verosika, she has a small heart underneath her left eye.

Then verosika begs for another with the notation of “we can’t let our babygirl be lonely! The boys have had each other since birth and she deserves a sibling too!” (It’s clear verosika was an only child).

So they have another baby—another girl, this baby has Odette’s skin tone—and verosika’s white-pink hair. She has verosika’s yellow iris’s with Odette’s white pupils and much like her older sister and Verosika, she has a tiny heart expectancy underneath her right eye instead of left.

The third time they are expecting a baby or well babies, is a complete accident. They weren’t planning to having more but verosika had been insatiable since she had come back from her latest tour and it ended with a pregnancy. And it ends up with twins which they hadn’t even known about until delivery due to one of the babies not being seen during the ultra sound.

They have identical twins, two boys. Both boys have a light pink skin tone, and blond nearly white hair. Both have the heart birth mark, the older one of the twins have it on his right side while the younger one has it on his left side.

Despite the amount of work it takes with children all under the age of 6, Odette and verosika love their babies dearly.



Now that we've decided Odette is having the (first?) fanbaby, I'm gonna start posting some older asks. Starting with this one, because it's Mother's Day and this person in particular seems hell-bent on torturing my baby Odette. 😂😂

You have thought very long and hard about this anon, right down to the character designs, and I respect the hustle. This is like what happened to Velvette times two. 😂😂 May Heaven have mercy on Odesika's soul.

27, 40, 45 for the meme!

27: What is your most and least favorite part of writing?

I really enjoy the early stages of writing. You know, the idea phase where everything is sort of nebulous and it's all one big idea floating around. Trying to take that and shape that into a story, find the thread there, I like that a lot. I also enjoy doing the research for the things I write, even if that research doesn't end up in the story proper, because hey, it's fun to learn things! The things I've been reading about trying to do research for the spider sibs fic...there is so little we're taught about the Italian campaigns in WW2, did you know that WW1 style trench warfare continued there as part of Anzio? And that's just stuff for like bits of one chapter! It's fun!!

Funny enough, I think that my least favorite part is connected to that, which is figuring out the specifics of a plot, especially when there's parts I know I want to happen and parts I know need to happen and I need to get from point a to b. For 'Conspiracy of Ravens' I went in knowing I wanted a story about Keyleth having a baby, and there were a few concrete scenes and ideas in my head when I started that. I wanted her to have a talk with Gilmore, I wanted to do things with her and Derrig and her and her father, and I wanted to juxtapose her experience with what Vex would be going through around the same time in Whitestone.

Sometimes not being able to get those connecting bits together is what keeps me from working on something. For example, I've had two ideas for two different CR fics I'd like to explore one day: an Iron Shepards reverse au (Caleb/Molly/Beau get taken instead of Yasha/Fjord/Jester), and a what if scenario involving Vax, the water Ashari trial, and Rumblecusp (aka Vax gets shunted off and spends 20+ years an amnesiac on Rumblecusp like Vilya). There are scenes and ideas I can see so clear in my head...but them getting to them, and figuring out what comes after? Trying to restructure an entire campaign based on those scenes? Kill me now.

40: if someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you hope to see?

I would kill/die to get any sort of fanart from Conspiracy of Ravens of the twins, Shaun and Simon. I have a giant stream of consciousness note doc about them and what they look like, them growing up, how they'd fit into campaign 3 if they actually existed... I have dnd beyond sheets for them...I love my Vaxleth fanbabies and seeing anything of them, either as babies or as kids or adults, solo, with their mom... I'd eat that up.

There's also a scene in Unhappy Families that I think I'd like to see something of someday. Without spoiling much, let's just say it's Molly filling one of Adam's three requirements for heaven.

45: do you want to break your reader's hearts or make them laugh?

Both? Both is good. I think I lean a bit towards heartbreak more, though, because comedy is HARD. Good comedy is ESPECIALLY hard, and getting a balance of that in a story is tricky and I don't think I've got a handle on it yet. But moments of levity in a sea of heavy? I want to work towards that. And heartbreak can take a lot of different shapes, you know? I don't want people to just feel sad, I want them to feel complicated things. I don't know if I'm good enough for that or if I ever will be, but it's something to strive for.

HELLO 👋 hope you don't mind me asking but I'm still new to the journey to the south thing, so Is Journey to the south canon or related to the journey to the west novel?

Hi! SO okay anon take this with a grain of salt because I have both never read Journey to the South ( I don’t think there’s ever actually been an English translation of it) & am an amateur scholar on JTTW related matters at best. So that said, and if my memory is correct, Journey to the South is a work that was written in the 1700s, is set some time after Journey to the West, and focuses on different reincarnations of an immortal named Huaguang. And as part of those adventures he gets into some shit with the Monkey King after Huaguang takes on Sun Wukong’s form & steals some immortal peaches. After this our favorite monkey is given some time to find out who the real culprit is, and that’s where we have a very brief mention of his sons in Jidu and Luohou & the introduction of his large and powerful daughter Yuebei Xing, who both accompanies her father in the search of the actual thief & who turns out to be capable of cursing even immortals to death through the use of a magic skull, as Huaguang soon discovers. @journeytothewestresearch provides a much more detailed summary about the Monkey King & assorted children parts of Journey to the South, and based off of his description I guess you could think of this text as mostly being its own thing but which does have a few sections where it’s kind of a sequel to Xiyouji, and itis in fact one of the older works to give Sun Wukong fanbabies lol. @antidotefortheawkward I believe has read at least some of the text as well, and he’s created some really lovely art starring JTTS’s simian family.

so I was thinking. Arvad sees me playing with some little children/holding a baby while we're on "shore leave," and he starts to feel a little inadequate -- as a vampire, he's undead, so he feels like he can't give me the children I want. He tries to talk to Tiana about it, but he realizes that as an angel, she probably doesn't know how human babies are actually made. But he asks her to put in a word to Lyra (archangel of Serra) and see if maybe, just maybe, he can give me a baby. Because he knows it's what I want.

And when I do actually end up pregnant, he is just. so protective over me. Constantly hovering, and I have to gently tell him that it's okay, I'm okay, and he can back up. He always wants to be near, because while he's thrilled, he's also so terrified. What if, somehow, the baby ends up being a vampire and I get hurt? What if the baby gets hurt? So he's extremely protective and even a lil possessive over me. People who get too close might get snapped at.

He loves holding me close, always putting a hand on my tummy. Arvad works extremely hard to make sure I'm happy, comfortable, and cared for. Weird cravings? He's on it. Ankles/legs hurting? He rubs my feet and legs til I feel better. Can't sleep? He makes me as comfortable as he can, and if I still can't fall asleep, he'll stay up with me. He is the epitome of a doting, loving father-to-be.

God I hope you don’t mind me dumping that here but your story about you having a crush on kid Buggy when you were at the approximate age just hits me so hard and I don’t have anyone to talk about this with so here goes:

Way back when the anime first got translated in my neck of the world and I was a wee pre-teen, my friends quickly latched onto either Zoro or Sanji as their anime guy crushes. I used to pretend they were both not my type and that I didn’t crush on anyone in the series but that was a lie. A coverup to a truth I felt I couldn’t admit to my 12-13 year old gal pals. I had the most massive fucking kid crush on Usopp. He hit all of my buttons, he was fun, he was a bit of a coward but not to the point he was unlikeable, the episode that show him and Kaya meeting for the first time had him sitting on a tree branch in front of her window like he’s a goddamn Aladin type Disney prince. Just goddamn he did a number on me. But again, back then he felt like the weirdest option to get a crush on so I kept my mouth shut because teen me couldn’t take the teasing.

Some time passes and I haven’t watched OP for a long time, didn’t really care about it that much. I hear about the live action show and apperantly… it’s … good? Interest peaked. Watching it and having a great time. Getting back into the fandom. Find out there are a lot more people like me who not only have Usopp as their favorite but also think he’s super cute. Jacob Romero Gibson playing him helped a lot but, there are also a bunch of posts about people loving his animated form and appreciating him and many of them stating they had wee little babby crushes on him as well, even before timeskip buffed him up too.

And it’s like… it’s mildly emberassing to think back on baby’s first Blorbo ™️, but it’s also just so satisfying to be like “Uh-huh, yeah. This character is great. I know. I Love him!” And People wholeheartedly agreeing. And now I’m slowly making my way trough the series again and it’s just… so good. I am sorry for dumping this all on you on anon but it’s just my way of toasting to you in a very “To us! Us weird adults that used to be weird little kids with even weirder little crushes. We always had the best taste.” Way.
