🎃Inktober of 2022 - Day 29: 📕 Falls

🇵🇷Me: We’re two left until Halloween time, but I got good news. While getting this Inktober drawing done in progress, I also FINALLY managed to finished my secret art trade that I’m promised to my P-pal I’ll be posted this month. Hope that he’ll be pleased knowing his request will be coming, but due to how long of Inktober stuff I’ve been getting into this year? By tomorrow, I’m definitely be posted his request that we’ve been waiting for. Look forward to see it, right pal? 🙂👍

🇵🇷Me: Anyways, I got this for Day 29 in title “Falls” as in Gravity Falls which run on Disney Channel from 2012 to 2016. So here’s Bearo as Dipper Pines in cosplay while reading this journal. Although behind him was Bill Cipher that you know what will gonna happening to him. Unless not before when getting into other mysteries until “Weirdmaggeddon” arrives.

Continued from here So, the Little Golden Books thing reminded me of a Little Golden Book I had read involving Winnie the Pooh. Not that surprising - there are many Disney properties (and others!) that get turned into Little Golden Books. But maybe I was thinking about it because I was thinking of the silly little blurb in the newspaper (the one that pulls up when you type WEIRDMAGEDDON into the computer). It talks about how Soos gets his head stuck in a clay honey pot. So silly! This is obviously a Winnie the Pooh reference as Winnie the Pooh is often getting his head stuck in honey pots. It's cute and silly, but also... Kind of odd? But that's Soos for you. And then, I was thinking... Wait. Soos is the one who fixed the thisisnotawebsitedotcom. FIXINIT1 also cuts to a supercut of scenes with Fixin It with Soos (unrelated, but that cuckoo clock looks like Bill?), the L IS REAL 2401 password that you can put in the computer leads to Soos making a little "Doo doo doo" to the Mario theme, the "BOOBERRY" code pulls up a question mark symbol with a rant by Bill that's titled "The Meaning of Life." The question mark symbol has always been associated with Soos. And I thought to myself, well... Maybe I should just... Go take a look at Winnie the Pooh's wikipedia page.  Now We Are Six (1927) - Hmm. Okay. That could be nothing, though. Ashdown Forest. Valley of Ashes??? Coincidence, probably.

Ahahaha. Little triangle/pyramid thingies in the background. But hey! Triangles are a common shape! It's fine. And then, I read this on the wikipedia page From the front lawn the family had a view across a meadow to a line of alders that fringed the River Medway, beyond which the ground rose through more trees until finally "above them, in the faraway distance, crowning the view, was a bare hilltop. In the centre of this hilltop was a clump of pines." Hilltop. Clump of Pines. Okay, okay, maybe I'm just stretching here.

OKAY MAYBE I'M CONSPIRACY-ING TOO MUCH! (Found in the newspaper picture) In the Milne books, Pooh is naive and slow-witted, but he is also friendly, thoughtful, and steadfast. Although he and his friends agree that he is "a bear of very little brain", Pooh is occasionally acknowledged to have a clever idea, usually driven by common sense. <- Sounds like Soos. Pooh makes it a habit to have "a little something" around 11:00 in the morning. As the clock in his house "stopped at five minutes to eleven some weeks ago", any time can be Pooh's snack time. <- Around 11:00... like how Alex Hirsch is apparently supposed to go through a maintenance update at 11:30 AM? And the clock being stopped... Like how in FixinIt with Soos, Stan notes that the new and improved cuckoo clock seems to be permanently set to 1:50. Again, maybe stretching here. Maybe not. Now, here's something that gets interesting. That I think might be a theme we've seen thus far with the Book of Bill and now, perhaps this as well. A. A. Milne's U.S. copyright on the Winnie-the-Pooh character expired on 1 January 2022, as it had been 95 years since publication of the first story. The character has thus entered the public domain in the United States and Disney no longer holds exclusive rights there.  Winnie the Pooh is in the public domain. Along with the Great Gatsby (which was referenced in the Book of Bill). And what else? Remember Alex had a display set-up of Bill infecting other books? Books that were in the public domain. I'm not through yet. If you scroll down much further on Winnie the Pooh's wikipedia page, there's this: 1960: Shirley Temple's Storybook on NBC: Winnie-the-Pooh—a version for marionettes, designed, made, and operated by Bil and Cora Baird. Bil missing a letter L. Marionettes are basically puppets. I decided to take a quick detour to Bil Baird's wikipedia page and...

IS THAT THE INSPIRATION FOR BEARO?! Baird grew up in Mason City, Iowa. <- MASON?! "Flannel Mouse" the Villain "Ronald Rodent" OKAY! Back to Winnie the Pooh - Winnie the Pooh has inspired multiple texts to explain complex philosophical ideas. Benjamin Hoff uses Milne's characters in The Tao of Pooh and The Te of Piglet to explain Taoism. Similarly, Frederick Crews wrote essays about the Pooh books in abstruse academic jargon in The Pooh Perplex and Postmodern Pooh to satirise a range of philosophical approaches.[90] Pooh and the Philosophers by John T. todays bear from my mind is this bear on my friends laynard

i do not know where they got this bear.... i do not know its story.... so I gave it one one day when I was bored in class!!

this is bearoness bearnessa, and she hails from a noble family. she was the youngest bear, the kindest, but kind bears are not welcome in the bear aristocracy..... they must be strong and tough.... but bearnessa, she is kind

she ran away and lived as a commoner for a while, content with her happy life, but one day her family came for her. she needed to come back, to take up the mantle of running the family after the untimely death of her mother, the matriarch.

she knew what she had to do. she returned to her family, and enacted sweeping changes. no longer would the bears rule with an iron fist, instead they would use kindness to win the hearts and loyalty of their peoples. and it worked! it was a success!

she went down in history as the best bearoness ever!! and was so beloved by her people that they made her into mass-produced marketable keychains! yeah!

ROBOTUS alpha-beta headcanons

first writing post is gonna be some general headcanons for everyones favorite robot =) feel free to request any other characters , or anything at all

of course this would quickly change if anyone gave him something that was a bear.

like if they offered to get him something else? its instantly 'no takebacks live with your choices' because he refuses to genuinely say he likes something that is bear themed.   but he does.

First Response to my Filipino Friend

You know, people who start First grade have to be between 6 and 7 years old. And for 2nd, has to be between 7 and 8, and 3rd grade will be 8 and 9, maybe it might be either held back or something else. Because for me, if i got held back, i'll only get held back once even thought being held back sucks. Plus i only remember starting Preschool since 2001 which i was only 3 when i started which was since February of 2001. And after i did Preschool, i started Kindergarten at age 5, and my brother and sister started school by starting with Kindergarten because that's where i remember seeing kids start school. And sending them to Preschool can be a rare thing when wanting to have a child. And we'll hope we'll remember the people who passed on during the attack. Plus my sister just left to move to Colorado and she landed just fine.

Second Response to my Filipino Friend and my A-Pal

Now that the whole 9/11 thing is out of the way, let's focus on the Micro SD Card. I had a Micro SD Card with 128 GB When i needed more memory for my Switch. But ever since that, i had to get one since 2017 or 2018. And it was useful until my memory is almost full so i had to get one with 1 TB which is a lot of memory and for me to download some titles onto my Switch. Including for the games that would take up a whole lot of space. Plus i never really like how they would make games and they would take up a whole lot of space, but if you get like a extended memory like 1 TB or higher, then i'm sure you'll have plenty of memory to keep downloaded games as well as for save data, but i still put some games onto my cloud storage if i want to save memory.

If we're having Both bear day and grandparents day, i wanted to say this, my mom and i were heading to Costco Whole sale a few days ago, and not only that, my mom brought my grandfather a cake since i know how much he loves Costco Cakes more than my mom and i do, even if he either prefer Chocolate or Vanilla, but he always wants to get the Vanilla flavor since that's what he always likes. And i know some cakes usually have that says "Happy Birthday" on it, but they could've wrote down saying "Happy Grandparents Day" on it since it was Grandparents day after all. And for Bearo and Beara, then i'm sure Speedy and Penny will wish them a happy bear day and wanted to cuddle both of them while looking like Teddy Bears at the same time. Plus Bobby Bearhug will give them hugs too for the four of them.

Bear With Me (Pero Tovar x reader) - I think this is still my number one, because I just feel really proud of having been able to tell a longer, creative fairytale like that. I didn't trust my skills that I could do something like that but then I did, and honestly it came so easily! Yesterday I went through and read all the wonderful comments I have gotten on that and was reminded of it all again! It's something special to me and I treasure everything that this fic has brought me.

Don't Turn Away (Bob x reader) - This is another one that I love for how creative I got with it, kind of how with Bearo too. I think this is a really good story, and I'm proud of both the concept and the execution. I like the vibes, I can't quite put my finger on the exact thing it is but the vibes are good! (Also M you may be one of the few people who could recognize my reference/inspiration for this)

Play Silly Games, Win Great Prizes (floydsinshaw) - Again, I feel like I got more creative with this than I usually do, but in a very different way from the previous two. Also I had never written slashfic before and then wrote one with three people all at once, and that alone makes me feel proud of achieving what I wanted to with this! Plus I had a lot of fun writing it.

What More Could I Ever Need (Tangled AU with Benny) - I want to lift this here, because the thing is that I didn't used to be proud of this at all, and then you read through it and made me fall in love with it again with your comments! I read the chapters throught and went "yeah, this is pretty fun actually", and now I think of this series warmly instead of a slight amount of dread lol. So thank you for that gift!

Just feel like rambling about bnha Anita. Not that she’s any different in her verses lmao.

quirk type. transformation / composite.

quirk. grizzly bear. allows her to transform into a large, lumbering werebear-like figure. in this form, she can reach staggering speeds on all fours, crush with her jaws and tear into opponents with her claws. she can’t speak in this form because the transformation alters her vocal chords. she knows her only real usefulness comes from being a beast of a tank.

hero name. the bearoness ( a play on the word ‘baroness’. )

favorite hero. mirko. there were a few in america that she admired, but no one has touched her ideals and goals quite like mirko has.

reason for wanting to be a hero. it was while she was watching a documentary about bears with her loving papa that she realized something upsetting: mama bears will protect their young, but hers never once went out of her way to protect her. she did the opposite, ridiculing and degrading her. the idea that she didn’t have a mama bear that loved her was quickly amended with her father promised to be her mama bear. he promised to protect her, but made no real efforts to protect himself when his wife became abusive. because of this, anita wants to be the one to protect him and others like him. not all villains use their quirks to bad. some use hurtful words, and she wants to help stop people like her mother.

strengths. she’s annoyingly strong and sturdy, and the fact that she’s not the shape of a fully beast bear means she can free use of her arms. if she gets her claws or teeth on someone and they don’t have the body to endure a bite strength of 975 - 1160 psi, they’re screwed.

weaknesses. because she’s large in her transformed state, opponents that are speedier are her weakness. she’s fast, but not exceedingly so. taking tight corners is troublesome if she’s going too fast, so tight spaces are also a downfall. she needs room to move around.

dorm room. stuffed with sports equipment, but still somehow breezy and outdoors-y feeling. there are a few posters of mirko on her walls, and there are figures on her desk. most of the colors in her room are brown and green, very earthy. there are a few potted plants here and there as well. most are tucked into corners, but there are some hanging from the ceiling because she feels more relaxed in nature. there are very few books. not a big reader, even when it comes to manga. her collection of bear plushies is smaller here than it is at home. she only has one plush on her bed, and it’s so well-loved it’s missing an eye and has thick stitches keeping one of its legs attached. there’s a picture of her and her papa framed on the desk.

shoddy japanese. she isn’t awful at speaking the language, but it’s very clear that she’s still getting used to the grammer and pronunciation. she doesn’t care that it gets her laughed at sometimes. she knows she’s still learning a language that’s vastly different than her own. she’s much better at reading and writing it than speaking it.

american habits. forgets to introduce herself properly. forgets suffixes, but is quick to tack them on. is horrible at using chopsticks but isn’t rude about it. laughs loudly, sorry. she’s just loud in general. mutters to herself in english thinking no one can understand her. has probably sworn in english and gotten reprimanded by a teacher. has her dad send her care-packages because she misses her awful american snacks. if anyone asks to try some because it’s not common in the area, she’ll just barely share, but she won’t spare any after that. get your own. huff.

family abroad. the older couple that took her in while she studies are used to housing exchange / abroad students. they never had children of their own, but they are as parental as can be, even towards children that aren’t theirs. they’re both exceptionally kind and thoughtful, polite and fair. the woman is more of a mother to anita than her biological mother. they’ve helped her adjust and keep in touch while she lives in the dorms. whenever something goes down, they fret over her just as much as her own father back home does.

going feral. like most other animal-related quirks, anita’s means her fuse is a little shorter than most. she doesn’t fly off the handle that often, but when she does, it’s ugly. she’s more than likely trashed her room a couple of times, and has probably gotten in trouble for getting too carried away during training. the quickest way to calm her down is the most embarrassing. all it takes is someone being brave enough to approach and run their fingers through her fur.

provisional license. she failed the first time and was forced to take supplemental lessons to make up for it. she isn’t the best at rescuing people, but her shape is more to blame for that than anything. she can handle holding quite a few people at one, but it’s more effective when they’re well enough to hold on themselves. holding injured people means jostling them, and she’s not the cutest / friendliest looking in her beast form.

I’m back, everyone. Sorry that I’ve went from today’s program just like I said before posting my “late” International Raccoon Day artwork; with Nacho (The Loud House).

But now I’d came back to delivered my saved Inktober artwork for today; as well for my recent progress ones I’m still working on.

As expected or at least unexpected, they’re having a fight because of them wearing both similar “Spider-Man” like costumes. You know how it turned out.

🐻🛩️🚘Bearo: Well, yeah! She copied my costume idea first before I was even noticed.

🐻📚🍭Beara: No way! He totally copied from me due to my costume is better. And stop pointing at me, Bearo!

🐻🛩️🚘Bearo: Then just stop pointing at me, sis. Seriously with the “pointing imposter” meme from that 1960s cartoon back then. It’s weird when we doing it, but sheesh! 😬

🐻📚🍭Beara: So much of having “great powers” yet comes with annoyance. 😒

Being right about how there was going to be a new EP for ghost's whole jesus is coming bit.

That my car is mostly fixed, I'm just waiting for an axle replacement and then we will be good. She's already so much better than ever and it's great.

That I'm hitting the hump in my Masters where academia is a fucking lie, is a fucking cesspool of doubt and other people's bad takes but I'm finally setting up little tiny stupid reward goals/rituals.

My cousin can finally sign some reunnication papers, and I can get the shit show of my aunt's estate actually going. This is happy sad because it means that everyone but my cousins and my brother (and my kids) are dead but at least it's gonna be fucking done.

Well I do know for the two Bear Siblings, I'm sure Speedy and Penny would enjoy just doing some random stuff. And they can both teach them how to roller skate. Especially after Beara can do some fun stuff with Penny and Bearo can have Speedy's on making random stuff. 😉

But now that people mention Arthur, I used to like that show as a kid. But now I get a little tired of it, but I do like some episodes of the show that I enjoy. And there were a lot of D.W. Episodes along the way and. I never like the D.W. Episodes! 😩

But the only episode I do like where she got what she deserves is like one where she gets sent to her room and another episode where she gets invaded by the Tibbles where they play that Turbo Toy T-Bot Team and that was really cool. I know how the Tibbles feel about their overactive imagination. 😅

Normally with so many bad Arthur episodes such as D.W.'s bad mood and Arthur's Big Hit, and the worst, So Funny I forgot to Laugh, which can be my new least favorite Arthur episode. What I do is imagine how Arthur would either do two things, he can either write his own story and turn it into a best seller, or he can just trap his friends including his Sister, D.W. into the Midnight Channel.
