We are doing a trial run of pupsitting tonight bc we wanted to see if these new dogs could vibe with our current pets before we agree to pupsit them for 2 weeks so now we have 2 weenies, a pomeranian, and a beagle mix in the house and tbh I am having a Great time with it

“Snoopy is that u?” one netizen posted.

Meet Bayley, a female black-and-white Mini Sheepadoodle, that has captured hearts on the Internet in recent weeks, thanks to its resemblance to the pooch from the iconic Peanuts comic strip.

The two-year-old dog, which lives in the United States, sports a large black snout, a mostly white-coated body and a pair of black ears, making it an adorable lookalike for Snoopy.

Bayley has its own Instagram account and, on Tuesday, its owners celebrated National Pet Day by sharing a video of the dog giving a high five, with the caption reading:

“Happy National Pet Day. Mum says I am the cutest pet she has ever seen, but to be fair, I am her first and the only furbaby.”

The dog has over 204,000 Instagram followers so far.

Although Snoopy is a beagle and Bayley is an old English sheepdog and miniature poodle mix, Bayley’s appearance has been spotted by netizens with one person saying: “I know he’s not a beagle but I immediately thought of Snoopy.”

Bayley was featured on the Doodle Dogs Club Instagram account earlier this week.

In the post, the club said:

“Meet @Bayley.Sheepadoodle, the spitting image of Snoopy! With those big ears and that button nose, Bayley is the perfect real-life version of our favourite cartoon dog.”

The post has over 1.3 million likes so far.

Miniature Sheepadoodles have an average height of 50cm and can weigh up to 20kg, according to American dog adoption agency Premier Pups.

Snoopy is the pet dog of Charlie Brown in the Peanuts comic strip, which debuted in 1950 and has spawned TV specials and films.

Our AirBnB has a mascot, and we finally got to meet her today! 😭😭😭

I made silly sounds and got her to tilt her head and I almost SOBBED--she's SO CUTE. She also made sure to see us off for the day. 😭😭😭

things I love as a beagle therian

first up is really obvious but BEHIND THE EAR SCRATCHES, like, the first time I got them???? incredible, 10/10.

next up: Reese's puffs!!! just like dog food frfr. I like to eat it out of my dog bowl and it's just so euphoric.

Probably the best, most affirming thing you could say to me as a beagle is to call me a good dog.

fourth up: MUZZLES!!! they look so good with masks and if you don't have a mask it's really good to replicate a snout!

NUMBER FIVE!!! being able to chase rabbits and hares, incredibly euphoric because beagles were bred to hunt rabbits and hares.

PLAYING FETCH!!! I LOVE playing fetch.

DIGGING IN THE DIRT WITH MY NAILS is so incredibly affirming, I really like to dig holes and bury things.

My Aussiedoodle tattles on herself when she has accidents in the house. She'll go, and then find the nearest person to grumble at, boop with her snoot, and bark at until they listen and follow her to the mess. At least until she forgets she made it that is.

She also needs mandatory cuddle time and will bully people to pay more attention to her (even if they were already petting her). Half the time, when I'm working on something on my computer and spending time with her and her brother in the living room, she'll grumble and gradually nuzzle closer until she's bullied my laptop out of my lap so she can be held instead. This happens at least 5 times a day.

She also feels the need to follow people into the bathroom, no matter who it is that goes in there, just to lay there and watch the door as they go. Which from what I understand is pack behavior, we protect her and watch out for her when she goes, so she does the same for us when we do.

She also likes mail. My dad and her have their routine. He gets home from work and checks the mail. He opens the door, and she's waiting right there to be handed a piece of junk mail that she will parade around for the next five to ten minutes, or until she tries to eat it.

Beagle boy has some odd mannerisms too, but nothing that stands out nearly as much as hers. I guess, maybe following me in to bed every night and sleeping directly by my side could be considered one, but..

He's really good at learning tricks, she's stubborn and makes her own rules.

fun thing about herding and/or generally neurotic breeds: they are really good at following rules you have instituted, but they will also make their own Dog Rules they will follow stringently whether or not you like it

getting on ssi is a slow process that involves getting denied multiple times over the course of months but ohhh boy am i SO motivated to get something done for once because i want to move out and I Want This Beagle. i need a dog again so bad.

incidentally have trained my rat terrier mix to hunt and alert at palmetto bugs / pine roaches. She is very good at it and she gets a treat every time she helps me find one before it can scuttle across the ceiling and launch itself at me.
