Day 2 of Insanity.
I did the fit test yesterday and I am surprised I am not more sore. The few times I have attempted this workout I was always sore.
Won't be doing it all in a row. I know myself enough to know it will take me a few days between workouts from being sore. Plus I have two jobs so I may not have time.
The goal is at least three times per week.

first day, so far so good! i got up at 6am and worked out, had a shower, went to work, then went for an 8km walk after work! almost got in my water goal and gonna go do some reading before bed.

Shaun Thompson aka Shaun T (born May 2, 1978) is a fitness trainer. He is known for his home fitness programs for adults and children which include T25, Insanity, Hip-Hop Abs, Cize, and Let’s Get Up!
He received a BS in Exercise Science from Rowan University where he minored in Theatre and Dance. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He lives in Phoenix.
After he graduated from college, he became a health program manager at Wyeth, a pharmaceutical company. He soon moved out to Los Angeles, making the trip with his brother, Ennis, after nailing an audition with a Los Angeles dance agency. He struggled financially shortly after moving to California; but in 2006, he was slated to become a backup dancer for Mariah Carey when he was discovered by a Beachbody executive while teaching a hip-hop dance class at the Equinox in West Hollywood. By the following year, he had released his first workout video, the celebrated Hip Hop Abs.
During the next year, he filmed a few more Beachbody exercise videos for various audiences before beginning work on the famous Insanity workout series. Insanity is designed as two months’ worth of intense exercises for those who are serious about getting in shape.
Over the past decade, his catalog has grown larger, incorporating distinguished series such as Insanity: The Asylum, Focus T25, and Insanity Max 30. Throughout his teachings, he encourages his fellow fitness addicts to dig deeper and “trust and believe” in themselves to achieve their ultimate goals.

Diet Ramblings + Couples Leg Presses + Ham and Zucchini Prep
I elaborate a bit more about the diet we are currently on as well as how intermittent fasting plays into it. In addition, we do leg presses as a couple with the Bowflex equipment and Rachael gets some wall squats in (no thanks for me!). Finally, I make some ham and zucchini and show you how to prepare it and give you the recipe while Rachael finishes off the evening with some Insanity from Beachbody.

Meet Danielle Natoni.
You may know her if you ever done an Insanity workout either with beachbody on demand, live or an old school CD. Otherwise I will assume that not many have heard of her. She is definitely an inspiration to anyone in the fitness industry like me. One thing I like about her is I do believe she KEEPS IT REAL. She advertises many different products between foods, products, clothing and she gives what I believe to be honest reviews. She always tries the product for at least 30 days before letting her followers know what she really thinks about it.
Since I have been following her for several years, I've seen her receive personal training certifications, I know her husband is a researcher and I follow her website as well. Her posts don't consist of trying to be someone she's not, just to make money but to genuinely be someone to look up to and to trust.
