test your drugs!
do research about side effects, interactions with other drugs/medications, and dosages!!
a lot of drugs can be consumed safely with proper education. the idea that drug use is always inherently unsafe/lethal makes people think there's no point in researching, and it's just not true. please learn about the drugs you consume, and this goes for prescriptions as well
IM JUST A RECOVERY COACH THAT IS FUCKING BEGGING YALL TO USE DRUGS SMARTER. IF YOU’RE GONNA USE, THEN YOU’RE GONNA USE. I CANNOT STOP YOU. JUST BE SAFE AND EDUCATED.

Tips that will help a Medical website to rank higher on Search Engine Platforms
In today's world, the internet has become the lifeline of every aspect of daily life. It could be in business, education, fashion, everyday essentials, food, medicine and many more.
As you see, the medical field is no exception. You can consult a doctor online right from your home and order medicines online with the help of your prescriptions.
Tumblr media
However, how do individuals find the best doctors, treatment centers or clinics in a particular location and also have the freedom of choosing one among the best?
It is now that you will require a Medical SEO which will help you rank your medical website higher on a search engine platform. It increases visibility, and the physicians and medical centers can reach more patients searching for their services.
The reason for specific information to make it to the top of Google's search results is the algorithm. The output given out by Google search results is due to the algorithm which is designed to display the most appropriate answers and links to search queries. These algorithms are known to consist of more than 200 different ranking factors.
Going to the Top of Google Search Results
Medical SEO is dependent on the various factors of the algorithm that help in bringing the ranking to the top. Here is your check-list:
Speed, Security, and Mobile-Friendliness
The medical website that you develop needs to be fast, secure, and mobile friendly as they are the crucial ranking factors.  The visitors to the website needs a quick loading website, or else they either hit the back button or move on to another site.
Tumblr media
Since Google is aware of this, it displays only the best resources on the top and avoids providing a slow website. So your site must be fast. According to Google officials, they aim for a speed of under half a second but keep a threshold of 2 seconds.
The important thing is that this speed is up there along with security. When you mention security, you better check if your medical website is a secure HTTPS website or else it may lead to big trouble.
HTTPS is a method of encrypting the information sent by you to a browser and a web server. It protects you and your website users from various kinds of cyber attacks.
Your website has to be mobile friendly as maximum smartphone users make use of a search engine when searching for a local physician or any other medical requirements. Moreover, they are more likely to revisit or share a mobile site as it is easily accessible.
Quality Content for Medical SEO
Your medical website must have pages of quality content optimized for SEO. The material that genuinely makes the life of your site visitors better can be called as quality content.
Tumblr media
The content should be beneficial to the patients, and it should complement the right-here-right-now approach. Suppose a situation arises where a patient's doctor -recommended allergist is not available for more than a year, and there comes an urgent need for one.
All the patient has to do is pull out his smartphone and type "allergists near me” in the search engine and behold!
You have a list of them all with name, number, and address. You can check other credible parameters and immediately fix an appointment. The pages should be for the users and not for search engines.
Do not deceive your users instead make your website unique and valuable. An additional reason for these pages to be of high-quality is because Google classifies these pages as life-changing ones.
Any low-quality content could be dangerous to someone's life and lead to unintentional medical consequences.
Right Medical Keywords
When optimizing your content for SEO, you need to be specific about creating the material around the right medical keywords. In the medical field, there are several specializations, and each one is different from the other.
Tumblr media
Since most of the patients search for local medical assistance, an example of a basic foundation with medical SEO keywords can be as follows: For heart specialist:
Heart specialist + your city
Heart Specialist + your country
Heart Specialist and heart hospital + your city
Moreover, the list could go on.
Using a good keyword planner like Google Keyword Planner can help provide suggestions for different types of medical professions and facilities along with the average volume of monthly searches for that particular term.
One word of caution is don’t do keyword stuffing. Making every other word a keyword will prompt Google to penalize you.
Medical Schema, Title Tags and Meta Description
A web page’s Title Tag is an important ranking signal. Earlier Meta descriptions used to have more significance but later on it started giving out content based automated Meta description. In WordPress medical website a plugin like SEO Ultimate can be installed and used for editing your titles and Meta descriptions.
It would be a good idea to include the keywords in your titles and Meta description as well as add Schema for Doctors. A schema is a kind of website code that provides Google more information and the context about your page.
Having a Schema mark up on your website makes it simpler for the search engines to interpret and increases the chances of being included in the search results. Schema highlights the following:
Medical Condition: Specific medical condition Information
Drug: Medical drug information
Medical Guideline: A Medical Guideline
Medical Web Page: A web page on a single topic about a medical question or health
Medical Scholarly Article: A page of a medical scholarly publication comprising record, abstract or full text.
Optimized Images and Videos
Display of high-quality video with clear audio is essential as the content of the video represents the work and achievements of your website. Under the knowledge graph videos are the first in search results.
Tumblr media
Displaying optimized images is possible by choosing the right file format and compressing your images to keep it under 100 kb. It can help in keeping faster loading time.
Off-site Authority Builders
One of the ranking factors of Google is offsite indicators. Any offsite authority is viewed as badges of approval by Google. These badges can be directory listings, links back to your site, and social media profiles. Social media should be high on priority.
The content found on social media is likely to affect the patients' choice of medical center, clinic or hospital as the related consumer reviews matter.
Google My Business Page
Nowadays patients want health services that are easily accessible from home, and hence the searches containing "near me" phrases have increased. As far as local patients are concerned, they can find you only if you show up in Google's local pack.
Tumblr media
A local pack is a group of 4 to 5 business listings that show up on top of the organic search results. On the mobile, it is the only listing that you can see without scrolling down.
For all this to happen smoothly, firstly you need to fill up the Google My Business Page completely. Though the information in Google’s local pack is pulled from different places, it primarily gets it from Google My Business Page.
So you need to check your GMB listing for the following details:
Your company’s categories: like “doctor,” “cardiologist” etc.
Your phone number (main)
Your company’s description
Your Hours of operation
Your address /service area
Reviews
Medical SEO is an industry evolving at a constant pace, and other ranking factors are also important. However, improving the contents of your medical website concerning these factors can always keep you ahead in the competition.

Review of Focus Treatment Centers of Chattanooga, TN
My Google review was too long, so here is the whole post: (Yes, this was important enough to me to start a whole tumblr page just to raise awareness. It took me over a whole day to figure out how too make this work. Also, it helps bring me peace for such a horrible/traumatic experience. Also, please excuse any typos or weird wording. Tumblr did not copy and paste accurately for some reason. Not even close. So I literally had to word for word compare this post to the word document where it was saved and fix all the weird stuff it did)
(This is part 1 of 3 of my review) If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been to multiple detox and mental health facilities and this was the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've ever had. This place is TOXIC and should be shut down. My 7 th point is the most significant, FYI, if you decide to skip the rest.
Ok, so maybe if you have "stereotypical" body image issues with anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating disorders and do not know what's causing them, maybe Focus can be helpful. BUT what a lot of these sick people have yet to realize apparently, is that there are MANY forms of eating disorder that don't include those three disorders. (Specific example: My friend's 4-year old son has what doctors have called an eating disorder, because he has a hard time eating certain textures, etc. He's not over eating and he's certainly not undereating because he’s concerned about his physical appearance. He is in therapy for it. ALL eating disorders deserve help.)
I digress.
1.) I went to the facility to seek treatment for alcoholism and eating disorders. It took me three tries to get into this facility because they kept rejecting me on the basis that my BAC was too high. Ya think? I know I needed help and I was more than coherent so it's not like I was passed out drunk or something. By my 3rd attempt I could not even sign the documents because I was shaking/withdrawing so much as a result of getting my BAC low enough so quickly for acceptance.
2.) They consistently left me in the dark. They did not give me or my husband any information about the program, aside from financials (money hungry much?). They did not give me a tour of the facility. They did not explain how anything worked or where anything was. I didn’t even know where I could have gotten more water to drink. Yes, I could have asked, but I was shaking and so sick because I was also detoxing that I thought I might have been seizures, because they gave me basically nothing that helped me with my withdrawals. I was suffering so much and they blamed it on me for not eating. Well, no shit. I was having severe alcohol withdrawals and loss of appetite is a common symptom. Not to mention the food that they offered wasn’t appetizing at all. I already have difficulty eating, hence the reason I was in the eating disorder department in the first place. Not because I'm afraid of getting fat. I'm happy with my weight and trying to gain more weight actually. Their solution was to give me Gatorade.
I have a history of alcoholism and have never experienced any withdrawals like this in my life. (and I drank much more heavily for much longer the other time I went to detox) They gave me medication that seemingly had no effect on me. I explained the medicine did not really do much, but all they did was up the dosage which still didn’t do much. In comparison, the last facility I went to years ago gave me a medication that actually worked for me. I never felt sick the whole time I was there after that first dose. (I also wasn’t overly medicated and they lowered my dosage each day, not increased it) I have also weaned/detoxed myself off the alcohol with no drugs and still never experienced any withdrawals like what happened at Focus. (Part 1/3)
(This is part 2 of 3 of my review) 3.) They absolutely refused to speak to my husband on the phone. Maybe for some that’s the best approach, but my husband is my rock, my foundation, my everything and we have never spent a day in 12 years where we have not at least spoken on the phone and 99% (98.8% I literally did the math) of those days we are together physically. I told them I wouldn’t be able to make it if they didn’t let me speak to him. I told many people who adamantly refused, which is ridiculous, because I was going through the most difficult sickness of my life and I just wanted to hear his voice. Just for a minute, so I could find the strength to keep going. I made it very clear how important this was to me. My husband had even spoken with the facility and explained that he was afraid I’d suffer separation anxiety and wouldn’t be able to make it without his support and asked if an exception could be made to best provide for my mental health. They wouldn’t allow it and couldn’t accept that there was not "one right way" for everyone.
This facility needs to be more accommodating to the exact needs of specific individuals. DO NOT LET THEM MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY KNOW YOU BETTER THAN YOU KNOW YOURSELF. And as I mentioned before about being left in the dark, there was an EDA (eating disorder anonymous) meeting THAT evening which my husband could have attended. If I could have just waited a few more hours I could have seen him. But NO ONE told me about this. They told him, but of course he had no way of telling me directly and asked them to tell me to give me hope, but of course they neglected to do that.
4.) They could never give me clear answers on when I would get to see the doctor, therapist, or nutritionist. It was always just "well, you'll get to see them soon". It was so much uncertainty which is so difficult when I was in such a fragile state. As a side note, they told my husband I’d see the therapist the same day I checked in, but I only got to see her the next day AFTER I declared I needed to leave because the place was just too toxic for me.
5.) They wouldn’t let me brush my teeth. The nurse said it might make me vomit. Um ... I guess I don’t know about the average person, but having a clean mouth is going to make ME considerably less nauseated, so I had to sneak away to go brush my teeth. Something so simple and also important because I have a history of teeth issues. 6.) They go through your suitcase when you get there, which is understandable, but they took things out without telling me they took anything out at all. One of the things they took out was something called a Plexis Wheel. It's similar to a foam roller, just google it if you don’t know what it is. It helps pop, massage, and straighten out your back. First of all, why the fuck was I not allowed to have that? It's not dangerous in any way and I NEED it. I have chronic back pain from fractures I received a few years ago. Like 24/7 pain. They also took my yoga mat, because you know, that's dangerous. That's what I would have used to use the plexis wheel on, so I was in a panic when I realized I could not find them in my suitcase. I have so much pain and anything natural I can do to help with my pain I do it. (I don’t take any drugs or anything for it) A nurse also took away my fitbit off my wrist, because it "counts steps", which she assumed meant I was going to use it to lose weight, I guess. I was almost in tears, because I NEED know the time and date to stay in touch with reality, having this information keeps me sane. I don’t even pay attention to the number of steps most of the time. That was the worst nurse I had. She was such a pushy bitch. I wish I remembered her name. (Part 2/3)
(This is part 3 of 3 my review)  This brings me to my last and most significant point. At one point during my stay I was asked: "Have you done any of the following things recently?":
· Had suicidal thoughts
· Had homicidal thoughts
· Binging
· Purging
· Restricting
· Exercising
So of course, I said "only exercising". She asked if I had exercised since I'd been there. Obviously not - I was lying in bed shaking and dying. I could barely walk much less do any kind of exercise. I exercise, because 1.) my stretches, yoga, and exercise are the most significant things I can do to fight my chronic back pain. When I tried to explain this, they basically rolled their eyes and asked me sarcastically how working out/exercising could possibly help my back pain. I explained that it strengthens muscles, improves posture, etc. It was literally suggested to me by my orthopedic doctor as the only thing that can be done to help my condition. In addition, building muscle helps gain weight and increases your appetite, (which I'd been telling them the whole time that I’ve trying to do, not lose weight, but again they didn’t believe me, because of stereotypes. I even have to wear my wedding ring on a necklace, because it won’t even fit my finger anymore because I’ve successfully gained weight.) The nurse gave me a look like "ok, yeah, whatever". They just could not comprehend how working out could help my pain and the fact that I was actively trying to gain weight. 2.) Exercise is good for you emotionally, as everyone knows it raises endorphins. And 3.) I HAVE OSTEOPOROSIS. Google anything about it and it will tell you that the most important thing you can do to strengthen bones is to do heavy weightlifting. Who normally has osteoporosis at 28? PEOPLE WITH EATING DISORDERS. A facility that deals with people with eating disorders should know the benefits of this. I can’t explain my eating disorders (besides the fact that my mouth gets really dry and my teeth hurt and if I don’t like the food enough, then I don’t salivate enough, which become painful and therefore causes stomach problems from not chewing it properly) and I would have liked to have gotten help in figuring out ways to combat it, but obviously they are not educated enough for my complex situation.
Needless to say, I had to check out after about 24 hours. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. And the fact that they left me sick even though I told them the medicine wasn’t working (and certainly not the Gatorade). However, as sick as they said I’d be if I left after just one day of detox, and as many times as they told me that once my meds wore off I was going to be really sick again and that I might have seizures and/or die - That same evening I was home and sober with my husband (who got me food I could actually eat) and my kitties and plexis wheel and I felt great. I just think the stress the nurses were causing me was just exasperating my withdrawal symptoms and lowering my appetite. Again, that place was just extremely toxic for me and I'm SO glad I left when I did and will certainly never be back. I suggest you take all of this into consideration before admitting yourself because this is a neglectful facility that honestly could have been sued for malpractice, because I could have died. (I didn’t eat anything the whole time I was there, which was very dangerous in my given situation)
Whoever from the facility/company is reading this, one size does not fit all. I was SO optimistic that your program would have been able to help me, and I'm very disappointed and discouraged that it ended so poorly. It's facilities like yours that give mental health care to bad reputation, which in turn discourages people from getting the help they really need. (3/3)
I have been to hell and back just trying to post this review using 3 different emails address, 3 different browsers, 5 different devices, multiple IP addresses (with no success) and hours and hours of my time. I have never put this much effort into posting something online. I say all of this to say, this has not been a quick endeavor, but again this experience was so significant to me that it was THAT important to me to make others aware and also for my own mental peace. Thanks for reading.

7 Common Link Building Mistakes You Should Avoid in SEO
If you want to Future-proof Your SEO, Be Aware of These 7 Common Link Building Mistakes You Should Avoid.
There are various ways for website owners to build links. But because of the diversity, people are also prone to committing link building mistakes.
While it is not necessarily a bad thing, these mistakes can lead to lost opportunities. And when not resolved immediately, you might be penalized for it.
Luckily, you can avoid that by learning the typical link building mistakes you should avoid. That way, you have a better idea of how you can future-proof your SEO efforts.
1. Linking to lousy website
Just because a website has high domain authority or traffic does not mean you should earn links from it. Otherwise, it will not have an impact on your SEO efforts.
Your website might even receive penalties if you are not careful.
Quality link building means receiving links from relevant websites. These are websites that are in the same niche as yours.
And aside from their DA and traffic, you should also check their link profile. If they publish content related to drugs or gambling, it would be best to ditch them.
2. Buying or selling links
Buying links might be relatively a shortcut in winning Google’s election. But if you don’t know whether or not that links you’ll be buying work, this could hurt you in the long run.
So, if you’re searching for useful links, one of the safest and most effective ways is to do guest blogging instead.
What you can do is look for websites that are relevant to your niche. Reach out to them and ask if you can submit an article on their website. From there, you can create content and link back to one of the resources on your website.
The key here is writing a high-quality that would showcase your knowledge and expertise and would be beneficial to other audience. That way, the website owner will likely publish your content, allowing you to earn some backlinks.
3. Getting no-follow links
The no-follow tag is used to tell search engines to now crawl particular backlinks. Back then, it was used to combat spam comments, but this didn’t quite work out well.
Now, it’s used to identify content you don’t trust and then highlight paid links.
Many people will say that no-follow links don’t hurt your rankings, but it’s not always the case. In small quantities, there will unlikely cause any issues. That’s because the main idea is to tell search engines and not links.
But in larger quantities, these can be low quality, leading to issues. Although they make your link profile more natural, they don’t offer a lot of SEO value. Instead, you might want to focus on acquiring do-follow links instead.
4. Getting irrelevant backlinks
Although high-quality backlinks are great, the most important thing is getting relevant links.
A lower quality niche site can do as much, or even more than that, as a high-quality site that’s not even relevant to your niche in the first place.
5. Not using your anchor keywords
Anchor text plays a vital role in the ability of your site to rank for particular keywords.
Your target keywords have to be used as anchor text for incoming links rather than the name of your site and company name.
Although your brand an anchor plays a crucial role in having a healthy and natural link profile, you shouldn’t forget to use your keywords.
6. Forgetting to break things up
Huge chunks of content can easily overwhelm your readers. As a result, they could easily get overwhelmed and bored, eventually causing them to leave your site.
A lengthy guide with solid chunks of texts wouldn’t persuade anyone to link to your site. In the same way, a reader could easily get lost in a lengthy infographic.
Invest in long-form, yet easy-to-digest, content. You can also opt to consider the following:
Investing in some design elements to the page.
Creating custom navigation.
Adding a video and several short infographics.
7. Not monitoring new backlinks
Don’t just think of SEO. Whether your link is a do-follow or no-follow, a backlink is excellent when it comes to sending traffic to your site.
It helps you always try to monitor which links send the most traffic to your business and then do your best to replicate the most important ones.
Over to You
There’s no shortcut if you want to make long-lasting SEO results.
Sure, getting links from any website is vital. But if it is irrelevant or undesirable, you might end up receiving penalties. And this can hurt your entire digital marketing efforts.
That said, it would be best to keep these common link building mistakes in mind:
Linking to lousy websites
Buying or selling links
Getting no-follow links
Getting irrelevant backlinks
Not using your anchor keywords
Forgetting to break things up
Not monitoring new backlinks
The key to proper link building is creating link-worthy content. That’s because it will be easier for you to reach out to relevant and top-performing websites and ask for link opportunities.

KILL THE NOISE (WIP)
Concept I’m playing with of something I’ve been thinking about a lot these days. Here are the first few pages:
Tumblr media
SOCIAL MEDIA EPIDEMIC
Socrates believed that written word would harm memory. What has the emergence of social media done to our minds and memories? If the mind acts as a hard drive, keeping what is necessary and deleting what is not… What is it doing to those memories that we document with photos and videos? If Socrates believed written word would damage your memory, what would he think about the effects of new media documentation?
I’ve been working in the digital media space for almost 20 years now and have seen the evolution from geocities web pages, xanga, friendster, myspace, facebook, instagram, snapchat, and now tiktok. Since 2003 i’ve had to stay on top of various platforms as they emerged to capitalize on the online trends for my business. I’ve built websites and online marketing campaigns in the entertainment industry for half of my life now and it’s provided quite the incubator for understanding online human behavior. I started as an intern at Interscope records in their new media division. It was the smallest division for that record label at that time. In just a few years, it took over as the main division and ultimately became the go to department for the future of music. I still remember encoding cd’s into mp3’s and sending them off to Apple Computers in Cupertino in 2003 curious why we were mailing these compressed files over to them. A week later, iTunes was launched and the way we consumed music was forever changed. A complete adoption from analog to digital was under way.
I ended up starting my own digital agency while at Interscope Records and built out a ton of web campaigns for them. I built Lady Gaga’s first website, Gwen Stefani’s first website, Pharell Williams first website, and the list goes on. I probably built all these “first websites” because i entered at a time when websites started to explode. Websites became the digital storefront and the main source of content during those years. All of a sudden, Myspace pages became popular and we started developing social media pages for these entertainers. It was still very new at the time but the engagement was incredible. Next came YouTube, then Facebook and the story continues. I got to see how entertainment and social media collided and had front row seats to the show.
Even though i was building all these digital campaigns, i personally didn’t really get involved with marketing myself. I had a myspace page, xanga blog and accounts to the other platforms but it was really just used for personal use. I never viewed it as a resource to market myself or my business. It was just a way to communicate with close friends and keep in touch online. Fast forward to today, and life as we know it is synonymous with social media.
I saw the rise of YouTube stars and eventually started partnering with them very early on and building online businesses for them. Several of them doing millions of dollars in ecommerce sales with us. Business was great and we got in at a time when the era of social influencers started becoming a trend. Looking back, my interest in the social influencer space was probably just a result of working in the entertainment industry and absorbing the trends that were emerging. I don’t think it was a real thought out process but an eventual evolution to the path i was already on.
“Eventual evolution to the path i was already on….” To me that’s an interesting concept. I kinda feel like life is just a sequence of paths that we initiate or transfer onto. A series of choices to put us on a path that will eventually evolve into a new reality for us. Depending on the choices you make, the output will result accordingly. My path had social media written all over it. I just didn’t know it at the time.
I remember in 2010 right after i had my son, a new platform instagram came out. I had a feeling this platform would do well and i remember having a conversation with my wife and i said “I think i gotta really figure this social media thing out for myself. I’m going to force myself to post once per day and see what happens.” That was the beginning of my personal journey into the “Digital Noise.”
I did just that. I posted at least once every day. I thought perhaps i’d do it for a month and see where it would go from there. One month turned into two, two to six, six to a year and kept going and going. I was posting more content than anyone else i knew that was on social media. There were moms using social media as a way to document their kids and family activities but i was documenting EVERYTHING. Because i forced myself to try and post at least once a day, I developed a thought pattern to capture anything that my mind felt interesting. If i saw a cool sticker on the street, i’d take a picture of that. If my son was spacing out on some patterns, i’d snap a photo. It was literally like i was trying to capture what my brain was thinking. “Oooh, my food looks good, imma take a photo of this!” This was before taking pictures of photos was a thing. I literally forced myself to do social media experiments and started making a habit of making consistent posts on social media.
As i would meet people, they would add my on social and engage for a while but i think after a bit, they would stop because i posted so frequently. I think because i wasn’t a celebrity, it would be a bit creepy if someone i met liked EVERY SINGLE posts i made for a month lol. The funny thing is that i wouldn’t see any engagement for years from someone but i’d run into them IRL (In Real Life) and they would know everything i’ve done for the past few years because they were following my social media account. I’d run into people after not seeing them since college and they would see my son for the first time and say “oh man, i feel like i’ve seen you grow up and i finally get to meet you! I’ve seen you on instagram and facebook for years!” If this isn’t a cultural phenomenon, i don’t know what is. I think this particular example of modern engagement is a transformative shift in the way humans are now living. It’s not a small thing nor should it be looked at as casually.
Over the last few years, i’ve seen way more studies talking about the effects of social media and the increasing need for digital detoxing. As i said earlier, i was at the forefront of all this emerging so to me, social media is equivalent as living in smog my whole life. You just get used to it. Apple released screen time to help you see how much time your spending on your phone. Viral memes would showcase artists drawing social media logos as drug usage showing the addictive natures of these platforms. Awareness of the habit addiction of social media was starting to get more traction. The problem is that people still couldn’t get off the platforms. It was too late. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and the other platforms successfully recruited the world’s top talent pool of creative minds and built the most addictive platforms on the planet. If you want to see the most consumed products, just look at the stock market for the highest valuations. Money comes in, talent comes in, brainpower is used to make their products more addictive resulting in a larger customer base and ultimately a change in culture behavior.
Behavior shifts any time culture adopts new norms. Today, new norms are dictated by money. Follow the money and it will lead you to where new norms are being developed. Today, technology dominates the global marketplace with companies like Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Google (FANG) leading the charge. The problem is because these companies are focused on increasing revenue and increasing stock prices, their motivation is singular focused. “How can we get more users and get them spending more time with our product.” Drug dealers ask the exact same question.
DIGITAL ADDICTION
Like and hearts. Today that is our culture. I work with hundreds of social media influencers and one of the questions i like asking is… “Does it get depressing?” I’m shooting 100% with answers of YES! Even though social media influencers are making careers of broadcasting their lives online, the consequence is almost always a loss of self identity. They have to constantly keep up to date with their followers and are no longer on their own schedules. If they miss a day or two posting, followers get impatient and start up a ruckus. I’ve heard influencers tell me, “It’s like i’m not really living my own life anymore because i have to be something my audience wants.” Their social accounts may have started innocent and authentic at the beginning but over time, the pressures to continue momentum takes a toll. I’m not a social influencer and i even had those feelings. I’d get a ton of likes on one post, then another wouldn’t engage. It was make me question, why would one type of post get hearts and likes while the others wouldn’t. It’s human behavior to want to be accepted and held in esteem. Maslow’s third and fourth rung right after your primal survival needs of living and safety.
Physiological needs - food, water, warmth, rest
Safety needs - security, safety, health
Belonging needs - relationships, friends, community
Esteem needs - respect, status, accomplishment
Self actualization - fulfillment of one’s potential
It’s no wonder that as a culture, we’ve flocked to these social platforms to fulfill our belonging and esteem needs. At what cost though?
As a human species, if we’ve sorted out our primal needs to survive by figuring out resources to eat and have shelter, the next eventual stage would be to make friends and get respect among our colleagues. In the past, we would need to go to events, functions and meet with people to do this but with the emergence of online communities, online gaming and general online engagement, we can get the same feeling of fulfillment with social media. While i feel that social media was intended for something very positive and useful, it’s really taken on a new shape with the amount of content that is now being released.
See, social media has now successfully created an online ecosystem of users that engage on a daily basis. This is now a common habit for a majority of the world today. I’m not sure if the originators of the social media platforms had any idea that their creations would have as much content on them as it is today. With more content, comes more moderation, with more moderation come more control and so on. The funny thing is, human behavior has patterns and they continue to emerge over the history of man kind. We love getting more of the things we love. You put a kid in a candy shop and he’ll eat until he gets sick. The good thing for kids is that we have parents and lack of funds that will cut off our supply of candy. Social media is free. You can consume all you want. The genius minds creating these companies are also paid very well to make sure you consume all you want and not only that… they try to make the content even more addictive.
A few years back, i started working on a new mobile app called “Binge Mix” with someone from the entertainment industry. The idea was that finding things on Netflix to watch has become so time consuming that we wanted to make it more “efficient” to binge with your significant other. Looking back on this concept, i’m glad it didn’t work because i don’t know how i would feel today knowing i made binge watching more accessible. Binge watching… when did that become a thing? We have so much disposable time now that we sit and watch addictive shows 4-8 hours at a time now? I’m guilty of this phenomenon myself. When my wife got into the show “Lost” our common phrase was.. “Just one more and then we will sleep.” If you really think about it, the days when we had 13 channels on a tv box to now thousands of shows at your finger tips is a result of blitzscaling media companies that have tapped into an addictive human behavior. Legalized media drugs.
Humans can’t help themselves. It’s our nature to consume more of what we want if it’s available to us. There is a dopamine hit in the brain that rewards us like a pavlovian dog every time it gets a treat. You might feel you have free will but every time you watch another video, click another link, or start another show…. You throw your freedom out the window and have become a slave to that platform. I don’t use that word lightly either. A SLAVE TO THE BINGE. To “binge” is synonymous with “addiction” and that is now the culture we live in today. The era of digital addiction. The question i have, is WHAT IS ALL THIS DOING TO OUR BRAINS?!?!?!
DIGITAL DETOX
Noise. Too much noise.
A few years back, i started a new experiment with my company. My wife would probably consider me a workaholic and i really have a hard time shutting my mind off from work. I get obsessive about things that catch my interest and it’s my nature to work hard. It would be really hard for me to leave my company operations for more than a few days for any time of vacation or time off. Even when i’d leave on vacation, i’d be on my phone checking things, writing new ideas down, taking down pages of notes on strategy and just not being able to relax. I started making it a point to intentionally power down my phone when i’d take a break at a certain point. It would suck going on a vacation, then working on vacation only to come back the same as i left. The hard part was trusting that the business wouldn’t crash and burn without me being there.
I started realizing that it would take me about a week to really disconnect from work. I considered the first week just a work detox to get my brain to settle. So i did my first 2 week vacation and turned my phone off for a week at a time. I would throw my phone into the hotel safe or dresser drawer and shut it off for a week. That to me was insane but i figured, if it takes me a week to decompress.. Perhaps turning it off completely will speed the process up. It did!
It was like a magical antidote for my workaholic pace of entrepreneurship. Turn the phone off, the brain starts forming back into a natural state. It freaked me out a bit but at the end of the week, i’d check in and see what was going on. I’m not going to lie and say everything was perfect. I had several fire drills and tons of anxiety doing this but i kept trying. After doing a week no phone, i tried 2 weeks. I would try these breaks over the next few years and would eventually get to 3-4 weeks without using my phone. Sounds almost impossible with the way the world works today but I was so desperate to recover from my overthinking at work that i made it happen. Well, actually my wife probably made it happen for me! hahah. I think she was getting tired of our vacations getting ruined with emotions and phone calls from work.
I know this isn’t possible for everyone to do right away but to me it was a goal. How long can i be without my phone and just connect with nature. In the 80’s we didn’t have smartphones and survived, we could probably do it today…. It’s just not “normal” anymore. The thing i started realizing when i’d do these digital detoxes, my brain would change. The noise would start to fade and my thoughts would get clearer. My ideas didn’t seem so cluttered and i was able to THINK!
The brain is supposed to be able to retain 7 numbers at a time as our working memory capacity. If this holds true with numbers, what is going on with our brains as we are saturating it with content? Is it deleting old files? Getting rid of old memories? I personally want to keep a lot of good memories and hopefully keep my brain running at top performance for the rest of my life. My instinct tells me that binge watching 4 hours of a Netflix show is definitely going to alter the way my brain works. It’s going to tell my brain… “If your focusing on this for 4 hours of your waking day, it must be important and i need to use processing power for this.” Even though we feel that binge watching helps us to disconnect and zone out, i’m pretty sure the opposite is happening. We are filling our brain hard drive with more stuff to process and it’s probably not good for our overall production as a human being.
More content makes for more noise. More noise makes it harder to focus. Focus is what helps us achieve great results. Perhaps the reason why we are not getting the progress in life we want is because there has been a massive influx of content that has become way to easy to become addicted to. I think of it like trying to play basketball while drunk. The more you drink, the less effective your body functions perform and the more horrible choices you make on the court. Think of digital content as the alcohol and life as the basketball game. If you want to live more effectively, reduce the noise.

It is from this academy that Defeating Diabetes Kit is being marketed. I will conjointly ensure that he's the owner of the merchandise. What is Defeating Diabetes Kit? Like I earlier stated, Defeating Diabetes Kit is focused on a ‘super starch’ that has been scientifically proven to reverse the course of Kind a pair of Diabetes and prevent its progression. Elkaim says he got the motivation to find this remedy when watching his father suffer from the disease for more than 5 years. If you are not proud of the merchandise, you can request a refund inside sixty days of purchase. So What are the Professionals of Defeating Diabetes Kit?     The biggest professional of this program is that its owner, Yuri Elkaim is real and is extremely who he says he's. You can easily verify his existence and experience on nutrition and health … and i’m assured that he has indeed helped a lot of individuals in maintaining sensible health.     The ‘super starch’ he's talking concerning – which is raw potato starch, btw – has indeed been scientifically proven to be of benefit to those battling Type a pair of Diabetes. This starch is understood in the medical world as ‘resistant starch’ as a result of it's not digested by the body. Consuming resistant starch exerts its health edges to  Kind 2 diabetics by increasing insulin sensitivity. In different words, resistant starch helps the body to acknowledge and use insulin. [Precision Nutrition] These 2 execs alone are the most reasons why Defeating Diabetes Kit is not a scam. HOWEVER… Why Contra Health Scam Will NOT Like Defeating Diabetes Kit one. Scammy Advertising The primary impression I got once I stumbled on Defeating Diabetes Kit’s pitch page for the first time was that it had been a scam by an identity thief. This is as a result of the approach it is presented appearance no different from all the scams already exposed on this blog. First of all, I don’t perceive why I will’t leave the page in peace if I’m not curious about watching the video. Why not add a link to the text version on the video page rather than employing a pop-up to dam me from leaving before showing me the text version? 2. This Talk Regarding ‘Massive Pharma’ Conspiracy. Instead of go directly to explaining how his program will facilitate them defeat Diabetes, Elkaim instead set to scare his potential clients by telling them of the harmful effects of the present sort two diabetes medication … a standard psychological tactic usually employed by scammers against people with chronic, life threatening diseases. He even went as way as alleging that pharmaceutical companies don’t care about your health because they are public firms whose stocks are being traded on the Stock Exchange market. Yes, they're crooks in every industry, including the health business. However the truth is that the primary issue doctors recommend to kind two diabetes patients is lifestyle and diet changes, NOT medication! In medication, medication like Metformin don't seem to be seen as initial line therapy for type 2 diabetes, however are rather seen as a final resort treatment for those who cannot maintain adequate diet therapy. three. Insults the Medical Profession Judging from his personal web site and how Defeating Diabetes Kit was presented, Yuri Elkaim loathes doctors. In his web site, he says he visited doctors for 7 consecutive years over his health issues (autoimmune alopecia, extreme weakness) and all they did to him was to inject his head with medication. ‘…not a single doctor had any idea of what to try and do different than to inject cortisone directly into my scalp…’ he writes. ‘Not one doctor or “specialist” ever speculated as to what would possibly have caused my health issues to begin with or what could be done to resolve them…They were a lot of curious about obtaining me on experimental pills and steroid creams or injecting my scalp with whatever.’ Don’t get me wrong here. It's utterly fine for Elkaim to dislike doctors as a result of of the unpleasant expertise he had with them. However implying that doctors are idiots who recognize nothing about curing health issues but loading their patients with ‘massive pharma’ medication is wrong. It is a slap in the face of the medical community, who work tougher than anyone else in the health business to make sure that sick people are nursed back to health. Is Defeating Diabetes Kit Value It? Defeating Diabetes Kit is targeted on resistant starch, a kind of carbohydrate Elkaim claims is ‘rarely mentioned.’ Well sort ‘resistant starch’ on Google and click ‘search’, and you’ll see that ‘resistant starch’ is terribly well discussed. Heck, it even has a Wikipedia page! The sources of resistant starch are various. Even the white bread you eat has resistant starch. But some foods have a lot of resistant starch than others. Raw potato starch is currently touted as the simplest supply of resistant starch. [Authority Nutrition] Thus if Defeating Diabetes Kit is all about telling you concerning resistant starch, then it's undoubtedly not price your cash as a result of that data is already everywhere on the web, freed from charge. Elkaim apparently is aware of this, that's why he added the additional books and therefore the bonus ‘The All-Day Energy Diet Community Diet Cookbook’ to make his provide price considering. Had it been he didn’t add them, Defeating Diabetes Kit would are worthless. PONDER ON THIS QUESTION: Why is Yuri Elkaim offering FIVE books supposedly price $368 at simply $37? Final Recommendation: You may Try Defeating Diabetes Kit Check out Defeating Diabetes Because of the very fact that this program has more cons than professionals, I will not add it to Contra Health Scam’s Whitelist. Right now it's hanging from a cliff … and only your feedback can verify whether or not it makes it to the Whitelist or be tossed into the dustbin as a scam. Therefore if you've got used Defeating Diabetes Kit, please share your experiences with us within the comments section. Thank you!

Yuri Elkaim is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and fitness expert who has been practicing for about 13 years now. He holds High Honours degree in Physical Education and Health/Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. He also was a former soccer player however had to quit because of unexplained bouts of fatigue and different health problems. He is also the owner and professor of Super Nutrition Academy, a program that claims to provide the ‘essential’ health information that people actually need for smart health. It's from this academy that Defeating Diabetes Kit is being marketed. I will also ensure that he's the owner of the product. What is Defeating Diabetes Kit? Like I earlier stated, Defeating Diabetes Kit is targeted on a ‘super starch’ that has been scientifically proven to reverse the course of Type two Diabetes and stop its progression. Elkaim says he got the motivation to search out this remedy when watching his father suffer from the disease for more than five years. Real price: $17.     Iso Burn ‘No Movement’ Workout: Elkaim claims he personally invented this workout which, in step with him, is predicated on ‘isometric training’ and does NOT need any movement at all. ‘No bending. No twisting.’ You practically stay at one place and burn fat as if you were running a treadmill or doing squats. This program comes in audio and video format. Real value: $twenty seven. All these books constitute the Defeating Diabetes Kit, which you can get at a 1-time worth of $37. If you're not happy with the merchandise, you'll request a refund inside sixty days of purchase. You'll easily verify his existence and expertise on nutrition and health … and that i’m confident that he has indeed helped a ton of individuals in maintaining good health.     The ‘super starch’ he is talking regarding – that is raw potato starch, btw – has indeed been scientifically proven to be of benefit to those battling Kind a pair of Diabetes. This starch is thought within the medical world as ‘resistant starch’ because it's not digested by the body. Consuming resistant starch exerts its health edges to  Kind a pair of diabetics by increasing insulin sensitivity. In different words, resistant starch helps the body to recognize and use insulin. [Precision Nutrition] These 2 pros alone are the most reasons why Defeating Diabetes Kit is not a scam. HOWEVER… Why Contra Health Scam Will NOT Like Defeating Diabetes Kit 1. Scammy Advertising The first impression I got after I stumbled on Defeating Diabetes Kit’s pitch page for the first time was that it was a scam by an identity thief. This is as a result of the means it is presented appearance no different from all the scams already exposed on this blog. Initial of all, I don’t understand why I can’t leave the page in peace if I’m not inquisitive about watching the video. Why not add a link to the text version on the video page rather than using a pop-up to dam me from leaving before showing me the text version? a pair of. This Talk Concerning ‘Big Pharma’ Conspiracy. In place of go on to explaining how his program can help them defeat Diabetes, Elkaim instead set to scare his potential shoppers by telling them of the harmful effects of the current type 2 diabetes medication … a typical psychological tactic typically used by scammers against individuals with chronic, life threatening diseases. He even went as far as alleging that pharmaceutical corporations don’t care regarding your health as a result of they are public corporations whose stocks are being traded on the Stock Exchange market. Yes, they're crooks in each business, as well as the health trade. However the truth is that the primary factor doctors suggest to kind a pair of diabetes patients is lifestyle and diet changes, NOT drugs! In medication, medication like Metformin don't seem to be seen as initial line therapy for sort a pair of diabetes, but are rather seen as a final resort treatment for those that cannot maintain adequate diet therapy. three. Insults the Medical Profession Judging from his personal website and the way Defeating Diabetes Kit was presented, Yuri Elkaim loathes doctors. In his website, he says he visited doctors for seven consecutive years over his health problems (autoimmune alopecia, extreme weakness) and all they did to him was to inject his head with drugs. ‘…not a single doctor had any idea of what to try to to different than to inject cortisone directly into my scalp…’ he writes. ‘Not one doctor or “specialist” ever speculated on what may have caused my health issues to begin with or what may be done to resolve them…They were additional interested in getting me on experimental pills and steroid creams or injecting my scalp with who knows what.’ Don’t get me wrong here. It is utterly fine for Elkaim to dislike doctors as a result of of the unpleasant expertise he had with them. However implying that doctors are idiots who recognize nothing regarding curing health problems but loading their patients with ‘big pharma’ medicine is wrong. It is a slap within the face of the medical community, who work tougher than anyone else within the health business to make sure that sick people are nursed back to health. Is Defeating Diabetes Kit Value It? Defeating Diabetes Kit is focused on resistant starch, a sort of carbohydrate Elkaim claims is ‘rarely mentioned.’ Well kind ‘resistant starch’ on Google and click ‘search’, and you’ll see that ‘resistant starch’ is terribly well mentioned. Heck, it even features a Wikipedia page! The sources of resistant starch are various. Even the white bread you eat has resistant starch. However some foods have more resistant starch than others. Raw potato starch is currently touted as the best source of resistant starch. [Authority Nutrition] So if Defeating Diabetes Kit is all about telling you concerning resistant starch, then it is definitely not price your cash as a result of that info is already everywhere on the internet, free of charge. Final Recommendation: You'll Try Defeating Diabetes Kit Check out Defeating Diabetes Due to the fact that this program has additional cons than pros, I can not add it to Contra Health Scam’s Whitelist. Bankruptcy Online
Every month, there up to 1 million online monthly searches for the term “bankruptcy” on Google.
Why?
It’s not just the struggling economy. In fact, most bankruptcy lawyers will tell you that a weak economy actually brings bankruptcy filings down because consumers can’t afford legal fees when times are tight. Make no mistake, people go online for bankruptcy information when they are going through tough times and don’t want to broadcast it to the world. Bankruptcy still carries a certain stigma and most people prefer not to air their dirty laundry in public. They turn to Google for confidential answers to their questions about debt. After all, most consumers don’t have a bankruptcy firm on speed dial, but they do use search engines on a daily basis. The internet provides an opportunity to explore options in a confidential setting.
youtube
That’s why people look for bankruptcy information online, but can you file for bankruptcy online. Can you hire an attorney to file your case online?
Can you hire an attorney to file bankruptcy online?
For starters, all bankruptcy cases are ultimately filed online through the federal court system. Once you have prepared your bankruptcy paperwork with the help of your attorney (or by yourself if you’re filing pro se), he or she will file it with the court electronically and receive periodic email updates about your case from the court. For example, your lawyer will be the first to know when you receive a discharge because the court order will be delivered straight to their email inbox. The same is true for objections to exemptions, motions and 2004 exams.
youtube
However, despite the fact that bankruptcy courts utilize the PACER electronic filing system, it is usually not a good idea to handle a bankruptcy case entirely online. Although a bankruptcy petition can be prepared and filed through email correspondence with your lawyer’s office, there is no substitute for meeting your attorney in person. Filing bankruptcy is a big decision that will have a significant impact on your future. Unless you can’t leave your home for medical reasons, a trip to an attorney’s office is worth the inconvenience so you can go over your options in detail and gain a level of comfort with the person that will guide you through the bankruptcy system.
Things can go wrong in bankruptcy and not all attorneys are created equal. Be skeptical of any firm that offers to prepare your petition without meeting you first, and by all means, sign your paperwork before you agree to have it filed. When you file bankruptcy, you swear under penalty of perjury that the schedules are accurate.
But can I find a bankruptcy lawyer online?
youtube
The short answer is yes. As a general rule, you can find good bankruptcy attorneys online but be careful about where you look. It is important to understand what you’re seeing in the search engine results pages (SERPs) when you search for a bankruptcy lawyer. Results at the very top and right of the page are paid advertisements — best to ignore those. The organic results lower down on the SERP are generally more trustworthy as Google requires certain quality signals before advancing a site to prominence in these results.
This is not to say that every firm listed on the first page of Google will be a good firm or a good fit to handle your case, it is to say that digital marketing has become commonplace in the legal community and there is nothing wrong with investigating law firms via the internet. Trust, but verify.

Warhammer 40K Dev On Xbox And PS4 NEO One Electricity Variances, ‘Numerous AspectsI Will
Court papers registered in OraclesHA patent infringement suit against Google and its Android systems that are operating demonstrate that the private coverage of Google is to let pick Android OEMs get chosen usage of the smartphone OS. The files exclusively report Motorola—the same Motorola Yahoo has reported it'll purchase—and Verizon, which could properly be used like a struggle of fascination by the different OEMs of Yahoo. I did sonot know if at this time he got the sport or just ready again there till I dropped awareness and gone aside. The complete sport somewhat emits a Mario Kart-like experience also, that is constantly a-plus, and the sport is quite wonderful. That being said, muchas I enjoy cell gaming, between battle-to-the-bottom, FTP and games being consistently broken by OS changes, we regrettably nolonger see it to be in a position to support the somewhat higher-budget advanced games later on and eventually exchange the infrastructure of portables. Be informed, there are several points in this game that may not be suitable for everybody!!! It keeps the fundamentals of games that are Pokémon past — catching Pokémon, battling at Gyms, using items, developing your animals — having an insane angle: You're all carrying it out all-in real life. The Samsung $649 ATIV 500T ($769 having keyboard connect), like different Intel Atom based drugs, could operate most Windows applications: meaning x86ANDWindows-7 apps much like another complete Windows pc. The latter is of attention to Zelnick, who wants to view parity across portable and system types, consequently to not present a weaker solution to smartphone consumers. I believe that desire is boiled down seriously to by the main distinctions between Android and iOS supporters. The Xbox One isn't simply able to create definitely better hunting games the Xbox you have on loads of situations made 1080p games. they appear to know once they reach that stage of the game although We never tell these difficulties to the venture communities. Course's developer,, is creators of the augmented-reality game Ingress on which Pokémon Go's engineering and layout is situated, Niantic, earlier an internal start-up at Google. The 3D method lets you view the whole ninety moments from start to finish as you are currently seeing a system sport doing his thing. You will be able to utilize simple time that is portable with single variety through the cell phones lifestyle. Different new features declared today are the capability to revise gameplay and sport economy parameters in games instantly without having to post a new type of an application to Yahoo Perform, as well as a new service that offers designers the ability to estimate which consumers are most likely to invest profit their games (or drop out). We looked-for an employee to available the shelving that were secured together with the game racks inside and walked straight to the technology division. Should the research work in their favor, the sport could possibly be involved in to a significant employment programme that provides 1,500 new hires to the enterprise each year. http://elveszettszepseg.info feel like unless recreation remotes for cellular became a convention or several new insight product that is groundbreaking were designed, anyone nevertheless will not get the type of finetuned rapid -response you receive from controller inputs that are console. Anyone got a spot there, if peopleis requirement is just a replicated of the initial game. This week I used to be floored by person movies regarding Stop Fort, a-game that could be just like Minecraft in visuals but has so much hidden range when I pick up an ipadmini that it will likely be my initial iOS DL week that was next. If having built in actual remotes Apple previously decides to produce a device I believe Mobile gambling will get a good possibility of being taken seriously. Stopper your Android smartphone in via Flash, when the files are in your Windows pc, where you can choose Available product to view information and you ought to get a pop up screen. As you Can easily see, there's plenty of fps togo about and also the recreation must manage effortlessly sufficient on low detail on the low-end equipment. I had been in the retailer considering Android drugs and there's about 500 of them, numerous using HUGELY different rates and unique UIis. Everyone cannot purchase mobiles that are pricey so each business generating greatest and low-cost phones, now in indian cheap mobiles marketplace very tuff. The rising star of mulitchannel retail is cell, according to your study of U.S. and U.K. people executed by way of a digital marketing class Econsultancy it is not a really stunning discovering — presented the capabilities and pervasiveness of today's smartphones — however the results underline the expanding role phones are enjoying in buyers' life. Felton Rezz in the activities that are first has-been updated to be the twin brother of Grimroth in the film. Worse, people linked to Stylish say, improvement on the recreation is consistently abandoned by Stieglitzis interference. Each one of these gives its own distinctive advantages to some child while holding mobiles are available in a variety of different requirements and sorts. After FIVE years (SIX in the event that you rely the original Intel statement), it is period the builders end horsing about and acquire their programs uptodate. It had beennever frustrating like many fatalities of Recreation of Thrones are, nevertheless it was however heartbreaking. I do believe LOTS OF activities would work great on portable with some adjustments for the podium. Should you pop in a brand new hard-drive, deploy Snow Leopard, while you explained subsequently import Your Own Time Appliance back-up, which should operate great also. Bingis risk is the fact that by determined by adopters to manufacture the components and adjust the OS, the user may derive not get themselves of Yahoo's sources and the OS for their private use. However it generally does not fit for the control, already tried with the PS3 my iPad and controller Sport!!! The point that set back out game one of the most was modeling and animating the Pokemon. Most TELLY string H five devices that are mobile are not low in excellent and facilitates dual-SIM (GSM) element. Well claimed, and I consider they presently do, using the expansion of mobile gambling in their home country. He once informed some kiddies when a game is preordered sufficient it often can come previously away. Besides Battlefield 1 because from your PlayStation age I can't consider that anymore regardless of this being World War 1 and till around three years into the Xbox 360 Console it had been nothing but World War Two shooters. Since the original was therefore without spirit it felt just like a deceased globe We'll also skip Watchdogs and also the hacking was extremely trivial however the additional activities you stated along with a collection that you did not we'm really getting excited about. Chances are there are still a number of Android coders who're utilizing the tools that are outdated to develop their software. Take me subsequently, presently eighteen, began computer, using game boy, ps1 ps3, received an iPhone and now an ipod itouch. Then a job is not as uncomplicated as it seems to be as it pertains to spying on others cell phone. It is not unimportant for one to decide that in which phone they or, she really wants to criminal on. In this page of today's, numerous traveler application exist on the market to criminal on telephones that are several. Many Sonyericsson cell phones have the standard attributes that are there-in all the mobiles that are other, however distinct mobiles get different exclusive marketing idea which make them differ from their competitors. Most of these activities even have before buying the version that is full free version which you may try out. The sport even offers a huge amount of new epidermis packs that you can obtain to improve your character's appearance. The 3DS offers probably among the finest sport libraries of any mobile era. Furthermore on these enterprise that was android differing additional companies and software physicians is possible. the sport recording app from Samsung is super-cool although I'm-not sure whether or not it's on the performs took nevertheless. Last year introduced that he strategies to quit operating After-Game of Thrones systems up because he does not appreciate it as much as they used to. They likewise really wants to create method for other hobbies - they traveled to help poor people this past year,. The 2 clubs include mentioned the game is going to be introduced concurrently on the consoles together with the Laptop, although it'sn't clear perhaps the recreation is only likely to be to the recent generation consoles or whether there may also be a Xbox 360 and PS3 type. Not or imagine it there's a middle-ground between a serious 50 hr game and a 5 minute sport that is relaxed. The games do not get the official release-date, but Nintendo has mentioned they will not be unready to play by the Holidays” of 2016. Sport Of Thrones is the world's most unlicensed exhibit This. Will most likely not help it to shed that identify. Anyone in that more cash doesn't imply quality that is better and I certainly agree; that is why we chosen if I acquired the decision I'd elect to enjoy with an excellent system game-over an iOS recreation. If anyone iPad or else has found a better strategy to prevent games proper sort their iPhone, be sure to let the responses are known in by me! In case you come across activities using violent information, attempt marketing them on a website like and By letting your children, activities that are right are chosen. I just want to buy a whole game and enjoy with it. That's it. Number money regarding health pills or improvement that is quicker.

After a few days or even better, after one week, the daily dosage can be increased to two tablets, one tablet each in the morning and evening, taken with meals. We are all aware Kaspersky coupon code that there are almost all of the things that can be done in the internet site, some files are being corrupted, and with this the files in the system are in danger, but worry no more because having the anti-malware will help and keep the files intact and in its place. My first recommendation is to check out breaker yards also known as salvage companies, buying an entire vehicle from these guys can cost a lot, this is because they make a good income from selling individual Kaspersky promo parts. The issue was a little bit confusing because all of their plans offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth. You are urged to remove them, which of course, will require you to buy the program. Some free hosting service providers usually require interested to help contribute several posts before they are given the free web hosting. Here's something to think about before the next time you ____________________. Depending on the needs of the company, you may prefer to modify the language that is used for the interface. There are tons of free fonts found in the Internet to incorporate in your graphic design. The word "enema" actually derives from Greek etymology and means "to send or inject into". What people worry about is that there data can be copied or transferred so easily threw emails or USB drives and this is why most people won't join companies they don't know much about it. Of course this and many other products are high quality products, such as the healthy acai berry. Today, numerous studies have been conducted to show the situation of the domain name industry. Another essential part of what causes your body to be shaped the way it is, is what you eat. Few fat reduction diets are actually customized for vegetarians. I am sure that comparing now and then will reveal to you that you had a different life style. Or go for the larger more established hosting companies who have built a trusted reputation. To be Kaspersky coupon 2018 able to safeguard from Kaspersky discount 2018 all of these forms of attacks the internet hosting providers provide security and safety software to their users. There is no having to worry about potentially harmful chemicals, additives, and pesticides. Unhappy customers quickly bring their business elsewhere Kaspersky coupon and speak vehemently about their bad experience. While it is understandable that many CEO's and other corporate decision makers are not always well-informed regarding every new development in cloud hosting security, it should be of some concern that many in the IT community are in the same boat. So it is clear Kaspersky discount the success of the business is depends upon the employees. Indian Gooseberry (Amla fruit): Can It Reverse Gray Hair? Review of Research
Indian Gooseberry (Amla fruit): Can It Reverse Gray Hair? Review of Research by Joe Cannon , supplement-geek.com May 8, 2017 09:36 AM Can Indian gooseberry (amla fruit) help restore hair to its former color or regrow hair that's fallen out? This was the question I had as I listed to a podcast that was discussing this herbal supplement. Does it really work? As I soon found, there is some research on Indian gooseberry – also called amla and amla Berry –  and that will be the focus of this review. If you also have been hearing about the hair benefits of this herbal superfood, keep reading. Let's see what we can discover. Indian Gooseberry Benefits Indian gooseberry, whose scientific name is Phyllanthus Emblica refers to the fruit of a tree that grows in various places of the world including Asia. The fruit of the tree, which has a green color and bitter taste, has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to treat a variety of conditions  such as weight loss, arthritis pain and high cholesterol. For this review however, I want to zero in on just the hair benefits and pay particular attention any human evidence that exists on Indian gooseberry helping hair growth or slowing or reversing gray hair. Like all foods, gooseberries are composed of thousands of compounds many of which are antioxidants like vitamin C and polyphenols. Because of this, it's wise to remember that any benefits of the this food is likely the result of a combination of its different ingredients. In other words, it's likely that no single ingredient is responsible for its benefits. As such, when choosing an Indian gooseberry supplement, it's probably better to use one that contains the whole food rather than an “extract” which might leave out other important ingredients. Indian gooseberry, like other herbal supplements goes by many names. Just a few of the other names for this food include Amla and Amla fruit, Amla berry, Amaliki, Emblic and Emblica officinalis to name a few. Indian Gooseberry: Hair Growth Research Can Indian gooseberry (amla fruit) grow hair? Well, some websites advocate massaging Indian Gooseberry fruit into the scalp to improve blood flow. This is done when the fruit is mixed with coconut or almond oil and made into a paste.  But, those websites provide no proo f that doing this actually works. While rubbing it into the scalp won't hurt anybody, I wanted to see if there were human, clinical studies on hair growth. So, I searched the National Library of Medicine, which houses millions of clinical studies for these words: Indian gooseberry hair Amla hair Phyllanthus Emblica hair Emblica officinalis hair I performed the same searches in Google too, just to cover my bases. In theory, these words should reveal the clinical research performed on Indian gooseberry helping hair growth. Here is the evidence I could locate. Hair loss is though to be related to levels of DHT ( di-hydro-testosterone ). An enzyme, called 5α-reductase, converts testosterone to DHT. Thus, as DHT levels go up, hair loss gets worse. Blocking the 5α-reductase enzyme lowers DHT and helps slow hair loss. This is actually the idea behind a drug called  Propecia ( also called, Finasteride ). Some hair loss supplements contain natural ingredients that can block 5α-reductase and in doing so, hopeful, slow hair loss (and promote hair regrowth). This is where Indian gooseberry comes in… In a mouse study from 2009 titled 5α-reductase inhibition and hair growth promotion of some Thai plants traditionally used for hair treatment, Indian gooseberry ( Phyllanthus emblica ) was found to inhibit the 5α-reductase enzyme. This study only involved mice and, it unfortunately, was not designed to test if Indian gooseberry slowed hair loss or restored hair already fallen out. So what about people? Does Indian gooseberry block 5α-reductase in humans? And, if it does, does it slow hair loss? If that evidence exists, it cannot be located. When I become aware of such evidence, this section of the review will be updated. Also see the Viviscal review for more information on that hair growth supplement. Indian Gooseberry: Gray Hair Research Performing an online search for “Indian gooseberry gray hair” reveals many websites that discuss home remedies of this fruit that are said to naturally restore hair color. The same thing happens when one searches for “ Amla fruit gray hair” too. Many of these do-it-yourself hair formulas involve mixing Indian gooseberry with coconut oil or lemon juice, making a paste out of it and applying it to the scalp to be left on overnight. This is pretty much the same recipe as what is recommended for growing hair (see above). The problem with all these websites is that none of them show us any real proof that Indian gooseberry helps gray hair. That doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work. It just means nobody is showing proof. That's what I'm interested in. So, let's try to see what evidence is out there. I searched both Pubmed.gov and the internet in general, for these words: Indian gooseberry gray hair Amla gray hair Phyllanthus Emblica gray hair Emblica officinalis gray hair As I did above in the previous section, the hope is that these phrases would reveal clinical studies – hopefully involving humans – of Indian gooseberry and hair color. Here is a summary of what I uncovered. According to the plant's Wikipedia page, Indian gooseberry can be used to help dyes attach to fabrics. Interesting. Might this be where gooseberry got its “ reverses gray hair” reputation from? Regardless, it's commonly believed that hair becomes gray because an enzyme-called catalase begins to diminish in the body. Catalase, an antioxidant enzyme, reduces levels of hydrogen peroixide in hair follicles. So, as catalase levels in the body fall, hydrogen peroxide levels rise. This elevated hydrogen peroxide level knocks out the ability of the hair cells to produce the pigment, melanin , that gives hair its color. Just as applying hydrogen peroxide to the outside of hair, bleaches it, the accumulation of hydrogen peroixde inside hair causes it to change color too. A study performed using rats, titled Emblica officinalis exerts wound healing action through up-regulation of collagen and extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK1/2), noted that Indian goosberrry raised levels catalase and other antioxidant enzymes. In theory, this might mean it can reduce hydrogen peroxide and thus allow the melanin pigment in hair to build up again, restoring the natural color to hair. The problem however, is that there doesn't appear to be any human research on it at this time.  If those human studies exist, I can't locate them. And while we are on the topic, if catalase really is THE big reason why hair turns gray, it's odd how nobody seems to have tried injections of catalasse to see if it really works or not. This was the same question I had during my review of gray hair supplements which I recommend you read after finishing this review. Indian Gooseberry Shampoo Some hair loss shampoos may contain Indian goosberry (also called Amla ). This is probably because of evidence that the fruit might reduce 5α-reductase , an enzyme involved in hair loss, because it converts testosterone into DHT (see above for the evidence). I found several Amla shampoos on Amazon and I'm sure healthfood stores have them too. Some might choose to cut out the middle man and replace the shampoo with amla juice instead. Either way, because of the lack of human research, it is difficult to know how well amla-containing shampoos or amla juice work at slowing hair loss or promoting hair growth. If they do work, they may take a few weeks of use before any reductions in hair loss are noticed. See the castor oil hair growth review fore more insights. Where To Buy Indian Gooseberry? Indian gooseberry supplements may be found in some specialty health food stores When looking for Indian gooseberry supplements, remember many of them can be identified by the word “ Amla ” in their name or on the ingredients list.  Of the products I saw during this review, most were inexpensive, costing between $10 and $20. Amazon also has several Amla supplements also. Indian Gooseberry Side Effects While Indian gooseberry (amla fruit) is probably safe for most people, because of the lack of human research, it's difficult to know what side effects it might be when used long term as a supplement. Because of this, it's wise to speak to a doctor/pharmacist first if: you take any medications you have any health issues you are pregnant or breastfeeding It's also wise to stop taking Indian gooseberry -and other supplements – at least 2 weeks before having surgery. When starting any new supplement, start with less than is recommended for the first week. This is to help reduce any side effect you might notice. Whether or not it's better to take Indian gooseberry supplements on an empty stomach or with food also needs more research. While everybody is different, when in doubt, taking supplements with food should reduce GI side effects that might occur in some people. Some people ask online questions about whether or not amla fruit is harmful to the kidneys. While one study noted that amla fruit did not alter kidney or liver function , because this is a complicated issue, those with kidney, liver or other health problems should speak to their doctor/pharmacist for more personalized information. Does Indian Gooseberry Work? When it comes to restoring hair to it's natural color or growing hair, I don't think Indian gooseberries (amla fruit) are ready for prime time. This conclusion is based on the lack of human research. When that research is published, I look forward to seeing it. There is no doubt that gooseberries are full of nutrients and have health benefits, so if you want to eat them or add them to smoothies , that's great. For those investigating this fruit to restore hair to its former glory, just go into it with no expectations and see what happens after a month or so.  If you have tried Indian gooseberry, leave a comment below share your experiences.  I'm curious to read what happened when you tried it. 3 Tips For Creating Controversial Marketing Campaigns Without Destroying Your Brand
By Vaibhav Kakkar
Is controversy always a good thing for marketing your brand?
It’s that age-old question… is all press good press?
There are supporters on either side of the fence, both armed with examples that suit their purpose.
So which side of the fence are you on?
Let’s reframe the question like this: How much and to what extent is controversy good for marketing, and after what point does it get bad?
The answer is complex, with several things to consider, like:
The level of controversy
The subject of controversy
The connection between the controversy, the conversation and the brand.
This may seem surprising given we are accustomed to seeing high-profile companies running controversial (sometimes highly controversial!) campaigns, and hijacking conversations on social media to rake in the profits that come from increased visibility.
But a study by academics from Wharton Business School found that while “controversy increases the likelihood of discussion at low levels”, beyond a moderate level of controversy, it “actually decreases the likelihood of discussion”.
So what are you meant to do if you want to add the right amount of controversy to your marketing campaign without going too far?
This blog post will explore how to create campaigns that provoke conversations and push the boundaries of social perception without negatively impacting your brand.
Ready?
Let’s go!
Tip 1: Choose the right controversy
Just as there are different degrees of controversy, there are different types of controversial campaigns that you can undertake:
Shock campaigns
Taboo campaigns
Debatable campaigns
Shock and Taboo campaigns are the ones that provoke widespread commentary on a contentious topic; for example, an ad that trots out the idea that all gamblers are liars or a pro-atheism poster that shows two priests kissing.
Whereas a Debatable campaign is one that has valid and rational points in both its pros and the cons, and is supported by data.
It is highly recommended to opt for a campaign that is Debatable.
That way, you can still stir up a debate, but let people decide where they stand on it. Debatable campaigns don’t solely rely on administering emotional shock or activating trigger points to generate a response, and rarely cause damage to your brand.
With a Debatable campaign, there is a minimal chance of anyone getting offended or hurt, yet everybody participating in the debate becomes aware of your brand. And this additional awareness can be leveraged by you to boost business.
A study conducted by the apartment location start-up Abodo called ‘Tolerance In America’ analyzed 12 million tweets for profane language, then ranked US states on the basis of tolerance.
The headline may be melodramatic, but this type of content is conducive to debate amongst people, as bigotry and intolerance are hot-button topics. Abodo was not adversely affected by putting up this blog post and the campaign was a huge success with more than 620 placements (240 DoFollow links and 280 co-citation links) and more than 67,000 shares which, in turn, stimulated social media discussion.
Another way to successfully harness controversy for your brand is by taking a bold stance on a highly-charged issue.
A great example that springs to mind is Oreo.
So what did Oreo do?
They came out in strong support of gay rights with a Facebook post that contained the image of a multi-colored cookie in the same configuration as the Gay Pride rainbow flag.
The result?
Well, the image sparked fierce debate among the company’s 27 million fans on its Facebook page. While Oreo did cop some flak, the controversy also popularized Oreo wildly and the company reaped a massive dividend from the ensuing publicity.
With more than 50,000 comments and 300,000 likes, it was so successful that there was even a petition for Oreo to manufacture real-life rainbow cookies. The general perception was that Oreo was a ‘brave’ brand for taking a courageous stand on a contentious issue.
There are several other lessons that can be drawn from this example, and some others which we will examine later in the article.
For now, the key takeaways are:
Keep your campaign debatable, or…
Take a stand on a contentious issue and center your campaign around that.
Tip 2: Connect the controversy to your brand
Deciding on a Debatable controversy is not enough. You also have to find a way to connect the controversy to your brand.
Otherwise you will simply be stirring the pot without translating it into measurable outcomes (be it tweets, likes, dislikes, shares, comments or sales profit).
Take this example of a 1-minute video advertisement released by United Nations Women, titled ‘The Autocomplete Truth’, that highlights gender inequality. The campaign compiled the Google autocomplete search results from around the world for the words ‘women should…’
Watch it for yourself.
The campaign was a huge success with the hashtag #womenshould gaining 224 million impressions on Twitter and earning the top spot of ‘Most Shared Ad of 2013′ on Facebook. The campaign also helped to spark a global debate on gender equality and women’s rights – both offline and online.
You can see how a controversial campaign like this allows the data to speak for itself; in this case, for Google search results from around the world.
Another example of a high-performing controversial campaign is from Sisley.
It subverts the stereotype of fashion models as starving and drug-addled by depicting fashion models ‘snorting’ clothing off a reflective surface.
While debate raged about whether the advertisement was glamorizing drug usage, one thing is for sure, the advertisement was racy and pushed the envelope of good taste. But it did so with a self-referential wink.
While it contained elements of a Shock campaign, it wasn’t just shocking for shock’s sake. And it definitely didn’t do any damage to the brand, with most of its target audience embracing the idea of being ‘fashion junkies’ or ‘addicted’ to expensive style.
Today’s consumers love to take a peek ‘behind the curtain’ and relate to witty content that speaks directly to them, so this type of campaign is well-placed to succeed.
Tip 3: Have a crisis management plan
As we’ve already discussed, controversial marketing campaigns are, by nature, well… controversial.
Before launching your campaign, it is imperative to discuss and have in place a crisis management plan to handle any backlash.
That way, you won’t have to fumble in a conference room putting together a press release in the wake of a social media storm. A good response system is crucial to effective brand management and maintaining your campaign’s integrity.
In other words, have a thoughtful and prepared response ready to go.
Let’s return to the example of the Oreo image.
While the company was successful in gaining massive online and offline support for their post, it did cop some flak.
Despite gaining more followers than they lost (or alienated), Oreo ending up pulling the image from its Facebook page after succumbing to pressure from followers threatening to either boycott or leave the page.
This is exactly the sort of situation you don’t want to wind up in.
Oreo’s panicky response in removing the image made them look less ‘brave’ than initially intended and indicated that their marketing team hadn’t properly considered the potential ramifications of the post. It showed a susceptibility to pressure as well as a regrettable inability to handle criticism.
So, here are some failsafe tips to put a crisis management plan (or as you may prefer to think of it, positive response system) in place.
Take a top-down approach. In other words, people at the top of your organization should take the initiative in responding. This shows that they lead by example and tells the public that their concern is being taken seriously.
Adopt a positive and empathetic tone when engaging with consumer complaints both online and offline. Offer a solution to fix the problem instead of merely apologizing. Show grace, tact and sensitivity.
Follow-through with those affected or offended by the marketing campaign in question to demonstrate an ability to listen to feedback across multiple platforms and action the ensuing results.
In conclusion
Don’t just court controversy for the sake of courting controversy. Instead, ask what it can do for your brand in moderate dosages and examine how it can be connected to your existing marketing messages.
Sometimes it is better to stay cold than to play with fire, however, if you decide to undertake a controversial campaign, use the above tips to generate the positive results you want.
Remember, your aim should never be to offend anybody, simply to tap into popular ideas and debate as an integral part of your engagement strategy.
Now tell us: what is your take on deliberately introducing controversy to a campaign? Share your thoughts below and let’s start a discussion.
