Lookbook 010. Lady of Sorrows

Where have I been? Oh you know, enjoying all the Halloween festivities! And losing track of time~ I'm still enjoying Second Life but I do tend to post more on Primfeed. I've also been trying to learn as much as I can and organize my inventory. I have ADHD so I very much forget things I've purchased or collected. Part of my time has been watching tutorials so I can figure out a system that works for me. I also went down a rabbit hole of doing poses in Alchemy and I'm obsessed!

I don't know how it is for others who play SL, but for me I kind of wanted to figure it all out and then I got frustrated so I decided to do nothing and focus only on having fun. I ended up doing hunts and going to events which helped me find more cool stuff. For this look, it all came together at once during the weekend sales. I saw the Tiffany crying skin and remembered the Tiktok trend people had been doing of the Lady of Sorrows. I thought, HECK YEAH THIS IS MY CHANCE! Plus, it seems fitting for Dia de los Muertos. I had previously brought this dress from ERSCH and then saw Rowne had this long veil and I got overly excited. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. I'm still new at all this so maybe down the road I'll have a lot more clothes and accessories at my disposal (is that how you say that?).

I don't know if anyone will read this but a special thank you to the stores who put out group/event/hunt gifts or discounted items and gift cards. I wouldn't have been able to jump start my adventures or time in SL with a limited wardrobe so I'm very grateful for what I've found.

Note: I was playing with posing in Alchemy and I realized you can move your eyebrows!!! So I made my brows extra frowny.

Here's my submission for your event!!!! It's the first part to an ateez series I'm writing with my friend @nebulousbrainsoup that we are both very excited for but it can be read as a standalone. It's Seonghwa-centric and there's no pairing (yet--main fic will be poly ateez x reader) which I think makes it an interesting read for anyone who is into the fantasy/steampunk/sci-fi sort of genres.
