best quality: I’d say that his idealism. His capacity to pursue what’s right for the sake of being right. His belief that people could be good, that everyone deserved a second chance.

worst quality: I think that as with Miranda, his best quality is also his worst. His idealism sometimes got in the way of seeing the world as it was. Bit almost fatal consequences for him, and pretty bad ones for his loved ones. But then again, one can say that he still knew about the harshness of the world but he still pursued what was right because it was right (A true hufflepuff through and through)

misc. thoughts: I’m kinda pissed he was revived but not because of the reasons you might think so. I’m pissed because I predicted it, but also I didn’t. And by that I mean, I figured out there was room for Thomas to be alive, so I started writing my fic because “wouldn’t it be great to confront Flint to an universe where he has both Silver and Thomas”. And the more I planned how he might have survived the more I saw the clues in cannon. But I was safe, because have you ever heard of ��unbury your gays”? Of course, not, it doesn’t exist. But I’m a slow writer, so time passed, my fic wasn’t finished. And s4 happened, and now people are going to believe it’s another thing I’m based on the show. When no, I have been building up Thomas return, leaving subtle clues, subtle comments. Because when the Silverflint in my fic would be at its peak Thomas would appear and my readers would fall on their asses in shock. But now they can totally see that coming (specially if I write about it in my blog shhh). So I’m pissed he’s back bc it took away my big twist.

Okay, no, for real. I’m happy he was giving the chance of my happy ending. Because I either wanted a Silverflint happy ending or a Flinthamilton one, so I’m glad that I have it.

Also Thomas is a cinnamon roll, and a fellow Hufflepuff. And “know no shame”, and fuck.
