I remade this post bc I’ve been thinking about it for awhile lmao (click for clarity)

The numbers symbolize age, so 1 is the oldest, and 12 is the youngest. Each square also separates each family. And ofc, these are my preferred ships so maybe your idea of the PhantomBat next gen is different.

Details are always susceptible to change, but notes and details (very long) are below:

1) Abigail “Abby” Crystal Weston: (31 years old) the adopted daughter of Stephanie and Wes. She is Stephanie’s biological daughter that she gave up for adoption when she was 15. When Stephanie got pregnant for the 2nd time with her son, she felt depressed and guilty for her first child. Wes used his investigative abilities and connections to find her daughter and they discovered that she was still unadopted. They quickly adopted her and only years later did they tell her the truth. She is a civilian, but is aware of her family’s activities and acts as an alibi. Fun fact: she is married and has a daughter!

2) Jove Dillon Gordon: (24 years old) He is the adopted child of Barbara Gordon and Valerie Gray. Originally part of the DP universe, he became a liminal through contamination and accidentally transported himself into the DC universe. He was adopted by Barbara and when his origins were revealed, Valerie stepped in to help (and then they fell in love). He’s a hero named Rabbit and has teleportation and time/matter manipulation abilities that he hasn’t fully discovered yet. Fun fact: he is albino!

3) Marillyn “Mari” Maddy Grayson: (24 years old) Dick and Dan’s only child. Her conception was an accident because Dan didn’t think he could get pregnant, but when it happened, they were overjoyed. She is extremely mischievous, free-spirited, and a bit arrogant, but she is brave and bold, often the first one to defend her family. She is a hero who takes on the name Flamebird to fight alongside Dick. She has pretty strong halfa powers and can switch between forms as a hero. Fun fact: She is best friends with Elinor and the two usually travel together.

4) Elinor “Ella” Catherine Nightingale: (24 years old) Jason and Jazz’s oldest daughter. She is tall and very intelligent, having gained both of her parents�� literature loving habits. Compared to Mari, she is more mature and responsible, but she still enjoys a fun time. She has no powers, and takes on the name of Romola as a hero with wolf motifs like Jazz. Fun fact: Her face is a female version of Jason’s!

5) Seth Austin Weston: (24 years old) Wes and Stephanie’s oldest son. He is a great investigator and brawler like Steph. He works as a hero by the name of Warning, since he wanted to have a somewhat similar name to Spoiler. He can be abrasive and he focuses on the big picture rather than details, but he is protective and very loyal. Fun fact: He is considered a player by his cousins.

6) Thomas “Tommy” Bruce Drake-Kent: (20 years old) Tim, Kon, and Dani’s oldest son. When he was young, his dream was to take over the world. He still has that dream as he’s older, and he is extremely successful in taking the steps necessary to recreate the world into a utopia. He is a civilian with no powers, but he uses his money and skills to support and provide for his brother and cousins. He has a bit of brother-complex, but he just really loves his family. Fun fact: He takes advantage of the fact that he has Vlad, Lex, and Bruce as grandparents to further his goals.

7) Alfonso “Alfie” B Nightingale: (20 years old) Jason and Jazz’s only son. He is the twin of Marianne and is the middle child. He has no powers and takes on the name of Remus as a hero with wolf motifs like his mom. He and Elinor are the wolves to Marianne’s Little Red Riding Hood. He is quiet and serious, but he has a soft side. It’s also said that he looks a lot like Bruce. Fun fact: He used to have a very long emo phase!

8) Marianne “Annie” Talia Nightingale: (20 years old) Jason and Jazz’s youngest daughter. She is the twin of Alfonso and is the youngest. She has no powers and takes on the mantle of Little Red in replacement of Jason (he is alive, just mostly retired). She is cheerful and air headed, but she can be a bit trigger happy and has a temper. However, out of her entire family, her strength is extremely strong. Fun fact: She got her blonde hair from her paternal grandmother! (Sheila Haywood)

9) Melia “Mel” Misty Wayne: (18 years old) Danny and Cass’ oldest daughter. She is the twin of Daphne. She is rowdy, mischievous and careless, but also very empathetic and compassionate. She has halfa powers and uses them as a hero named Omen. Like Marillyn, she can also switch between forms as a hero. Her core is one of water. Fun fact: Both she and her sister are extremely talkative, which Cass loves.

10) Daphne “Daph” Rain Wayne: (18 years old) Danny and Cass’ youngest daughter. She is the twin of Melia. She is quiet and shy, but also very brave and excitable when comfortable. She has halfa powers and uses them as a hero named Herald. Like Marillyn, she can also switch between forms as a hero. Her core is one of ice. Fun fact: She has a secret girlfriend that no one knows about.

11) Sean Kyler Weston: (18 years old) Wes and Stephanie’s youngest son. He is a basketball player like his dad and has no powers. He wants to live a normal life, but like Abigail, is aware of their family’s identities and helps as an alibi. Fun fact: He used to want to be a hero, but after watching his family get hurt constantly, he decided to stay a civilian and help in other ways.

12) Kenneth “Kenny” Clark Drake-Kent: (17 years old) Tim, Kon, and Dani’s youngest son. He is extremely bold, cheerful, and adventurous. As a child of both a Kryptonian and a halfa, he is extremely powerful and has abilities of both races. As such, he is considered the next “Superman”. Even at 17, his powers are not far from rivaling Clark’s and Danny’s. Fun fact: He is out and very gay, with a boyfriend that he lets no one meet.

Notes:

+ Most of the OG Batfam and Phantoms are semi-retired. They still patrol and check on things, but since their kids reached the age of 21, they’ve been drastically lessening their heroics. Bruce is fully retired tho and mentors the kids.

+ There are 2 hero teams, one with the older kids (Jove, Marillyn, Elinor, and Seth) and the younger kids (Marianne, Alfonso, Melia, Daphne, and Kenneth). They split up for their hero teams out of Gotham, but when inside of Gotham City, these are the teams they usually regroup in.

+ The only ones with powers are Jove, Marillyn, Melia, Daphne, and Kenneth. The others have no powers, but are varying degrees of liminal.

+ Elinor is considered the de facto leader of the PhantomBat kids, with Marillyn as her right hand due to their efficiency and skill on the field.

+ If I had to powerscale the hero kids, it would look like: Kenneth >>> Jove > Daphne ≥ Melia > Marillyn > Marianne > Seth ≥ Elinor > Alfonso.

+ Melia and Daphne are named after water nymphs associated with Apollo, the god of prophecies, within Greek mythology. Melia means “ash tree” and Daphne means “laurel tree”. Both were consorts or desired lovers of Apollo.

+ Seth and Sean have middle names that are somewhat related to their uncles (Easton and Kyle).

+ I assume that in this AU, the Phantoms have cut off Maddie and Jack and don’t share their name anymore. As such, they either take the last name of their spouse or just use the last name Nightingale.

+ Any other notes on names can probably be found in the OG post that is linked above.

+ Bruce cried like a baby at every birth of his grandkids. He cried harder whenever they have names that relate back to him. At the rate that he kept crying at every birth, his kids just let him cry all over their newborns while the Phantoms were like ???? every single time. He is a grandfather of 12 and very, very proud of it.

+ Yes, it was also very weird when people were pregnant around the same time. There were months in between (ofc), but they definitely gave each other awkward laughs whenever they started showing. Danny and Jazz were especially baffled to be having twins one after another.

+ Dani had the most difficult birth because she couldn’t create her own DNA, so she had to drink blood (from Kon and Tim) and eat a lot in order to have a somewhat stable birth. There are lots of science shenanigans I kind of want to get into, but I think it’ll be awkward to talk about here, so maybe I’ll write about it one day. (I love science stuff and world building :3)

+ Damian and Duke are either married/dating their own partners, but Damian has no kids while I don’t really know Isabella that well?? But Duke and Izzie probably have 2 kids as well. Idk what to decide with Sam and Tucker, but they help Danny with his stuff and the kids.

tangchung spending the rest of the evening hanging off each other while jo gul gets wiped is SOO FUNNY..THEY DGAF they just found their other half and couldnt care less about what was going on around them..its free husband.. i love tang bo returns especially bc of the disciples reactions to seeing chung myung act sooo out of character.. their waspish snappy dickhead is staring so lovingly and tenderly into the eyes of some rando from a rivaling sect and ISNT trying to instigate or negotiate something..? has he secretly been poisoned?? is there a needle in his brain..?!?

TANG BO AND TANG SOSO BESTIES...? UR GENIUS IS UNRIVALED R U KIDDING MEEEE would be interesting if tang bo reincarnated into a first cousin, related to the main line but not as important as the direct descendants, but managed to befriend soso and her brothers and just kind of managed to wiggle his way into tang gunak and the elders focus, giving him a little status boost and influence but not much to do anything directly aside from standing beside and slightly behind the main family.. tang bo loves them all dearly though bc theyre his family.. his grand nieces and nephews.. if he cant act paternally towards them then he'll just be the best goddamn cousin in the world, and that includes gushing about his crush to his elated niece turned cousin

svtfoe mc au where (Grainera) Grian comes out on his song day as the crown prince and since mewni is a Matriarchy it causes a lot of not-trans political tension bc they can't have a male queen (-again, and Jushtin wasn't allowed to reign either) and the Magical High Commission coerce/force the queen (Cloud Butterfly) to give Grians wand to his younger sister Pearlecenta, who he then tries the rest of their time together not to resent, but as she was pretty young when it happened and didnt get the wand for years later after he ran away, came back and started hanging with the Lucitor Triplets, she doesnt understand the severity of how bad Grian feels and rubs in it unintentionally.

when she learns the wand was forcibly taken from him she doesnt give it to him, since its a political thing he Can't™️ have the wand, but she teaches him how to use their powers and 'lets' him read from the spellbook. he writes his own journal/spellbook and they collaborate in the future when they get along.

Tango is the crown prince Lucitor with his younger triplet brothers Skizzle and Impulse. Tango is the fraternal sibling out, looking more like a Mewman than a Lucian but still can self-ignite and heat does no damage. His mother Queen Tempra secretly wants/plans his downfall bc she thinks it would look bad for the Crown King of the Lucitors to look like a mewman cosplying a Lucian.

Jimmy Richpidgeon is the Crown Prince of the Pidgeonlegs, looking exactly like mewman with pigeon legs, wings, and voice. So, our team line up and some details (and yes, I do have a colour coded spreadsheet to keep track of all this, which Neil and Sakusa constantly mess up by being the wrong year for their age bc they're babies, but ages are rough because no everyone has a declared birthday/age) with some art breaks between:

#4 Captain Meian Shuugo - 29, backliner, 5yrs MSBY, 5yrs college, from one of the country's best high school teams, 1 season as captain, trying really hard to be mature and not find everyone's antics funny, eternal rival to Hirugami Fukurou, captain of the champions, the Alders.

#20 V.Captain Hirugami Shouko - 26, backliner, 2yrs MSBY, 5yrs college, from another top high school, middle child of 2 pro-exy players (two of the earliest adopters before it got big, probably ppl who went to uni with Tetsuji and Kayleigh), younger sister of Alders captain Fukurou, joined the Jackals out of desire to say fuck you to her older brother.

#2 Amani Kanoka - 23, striker, rookie MSBY, 5yrs college, from a private all girls high school that became the best in the country, known as the Queens of Exy, very shy, has a lot of confidence issues, that she handles by being the best on court.

#5 Nathaniel Wesninski - 24, striker, MSBY rookie, 1yr Baltimore Wildcats, 4.5 yrs EAU Ravens, 0.5yrs PSU Foxes, joined the Foxes after only a year playing in a nowhere team but was quickly poached by the Ravens at Christmas that year and was a regular member the team the next year under his real name, very flighty, big fan of secrets, no idea how to handle the Jackals' chaos (they're like the Foxes but without the trauma).

#12 Bokuto Koutarou - 24, striker, 1yr MSBY, 5yrs college, one of the top 5 strikers in Japan in high school, another top high school team, ultimate himbo, might have committed tax fraud, has a word of the day calendar he's trying really hard to use properly, known for super sharp angle shots and for just bodying people and the ball.

#15 Sakusa Kiyoomi - 22, striker, rookie MSBY, 5yrs college, championship highschool team several yrs running, one of the top 3 strikers in Japan in high school, collegiate MVP, Team Japan 2016 squad, Team Japan U19 rep, grumpy baby, very into properly folded handkerchiefs, do not touch, preferably do not interact outside of court, speak to him via his adorable cousin or not at all unless saving him from bugs.

Halfway through the team stats, time for some art. The Away Colours! Maybe the racquets change to white too, idk I couldn't be bothered to recolour them though.

#3 Andrew Minyard - 25, goalkeeper, 2yrs MSBY, 3yrs USC Trojans, 2yrs PSU Foxes, best goalkeeper and rookie awards during his rookie season, didn't really tell anyone his plans after university just kind of vanished, only told a handful of people he'd signed for a team, Neil thought he was dead, he has a motorcycle now because city traffic is awful on his sports cars and the stadium is walking distance, sometimes plays defensive dealer.

#6 Inunaki Shion - 26, goalkeeper, 4yrs MSBY, 3yrs college (dropped out to go pro), middling high school only competed nationally once, the vodka aunt of the team, here to get people drunk, instigate drama with the monsters and then sit back and laugh, actually very soft on the youngsters, tolerates stupid nicknames like Inu-san and Wan-san (never get tired of that being translated Mr Dog and Mr Woof).

#9 Adriah Tomas - 27, backliner, 1yr MSBY, a transfer from European leagues, surprisingly fast for his size, just happy to be here, comes across as a bit of an airhead, but is usually right next to Inunaki instigating chaos and then pretending he doesn't understand the language enough to know what happened.

#10 Oliver Barnes - 30, backliner, 2yr MSBY, Team USA 2016/2012 Olympic squads, transfer from America, big friendly softie, dad of the team, actual dad of a 5yo girl, starting to consider retirement into coaching so is happy to spend the end of his elite career with these idiots.

#13 Miya Atsumu - 23, offensive dealer, 5yrs MSBY, Team Japan 2016 Olypmic squad, Team Japan U19 rep, from a top high school, considered the best dealer in Japan in high school, signed straight from high school, a particularly offensive dealer, easily doubles as striker, all rounder (all Jackals are all rounders but the dealers in particular), demanding and thoughtless jerk but not trying to be nasty, can come across as arrogant but is the first to accept his own mistakes.

#21 Hinata Shouyou - 22, defensive dealer, MSBY rookie, 2yrs playing street exy in Brazil, middling high school team on the rise, player backliner in high school despite wanting to be a striker, but learned to play all positions in Brazil, sometimes move position based on what team they're facing, general ray of sunshine, obsessed with exy, does meditation and yoga in the sunrise preferably on a beach.

Ok, team done, have some more art because yes, I did layer these team pics up slowly from the base dri-fit layers to the armour/padding to the jerseys.

The Jackals provide uniform everything from base layers to padding to anything like compression sleeves, knee/arm pads and everything else. Armour is provided by them to ensure it's up to regulation and team standards, the Jackals require some kind of shoulder padding (most of the team has detachable shoulder pads, while Bokuto and Sakusa who prefer more shoulder rotation and just more coverage respectively, where seperate bicep/shoulder pads). I've talked more about armour on older wip posts, but they're based on lacrosse chest pads. Brief version: strikers were shorter, around the vitals, backliners generally are longer on the sides to protect the ribs, goalies have more coverage because duh, and dealers wear whatever they like. Every single one has either hollow rigid or extra padded piece over the centre of the chest because, especially in younger players, a ball to the chest can stop your heart.

Very quiet and generally inexpressive. It rarely ever engages in conversation for longer than a minute, and even then it doesn’t really say much. For the most part, it’s a shut-in down in the Abyss, only ever coming up to Dirtmouth to visit its surface-dweller siblings. Despite its overall intimidating appearance and stand-offish attitude, it’s relatively kind (so long as it likes you, which isn’t the most common thing in the world).

Was born in the depths of Hallownest, but has lived most of its life outside the Kingdom, travelling with its nomadic sisters and adoptive mother. However, after sensing its twin’s call for help from its home kingdom, it left its family and returned to free Hallownest of The Radiance’s infection. It’s lived there ever since it killed Her, and prefers to stay at the bottom of the Abyss where it was born, its trips outside only being to hunt for its small cousin (which it had been placed in charge of caring for), and the far rarer visits to the surface being to check on its siblings (it’s somewhat concerned over Holly’s health, given they’ve recently had two more children).

time for a jamie and co LORE POST!!!! here's them with their (immediate) families. all the actual lore and such below

JAMIE: only child with a single mom. since furries in this universe can only have kids within their taxonomic families, adoption is really common among smaller families like prionodontidae. however jamie's mom erica really wanted a bio kid, so she ended up marrying another linsang who she liked... well enough, but not that much. they get divorced when jamie's a little kid. she had jamie at an older age; by the time he's in college her markings have already started greying, which is why she looks a little dull next to him. nowadays she works as a teacher and she loves her son vewy much :3

SANTIAGO: santiago is the only one in the main cast with different species parents. cross-species kids are just the species of either parent with a 50/50 chance cus i don't feel like dealing with hybrids... HOWEVER sometimes genetic fuckshit happens. because of said genetic fuckshit, santiago grew to a cow size instead of a sheep size. i couldn't fit all the family relations shit on the actual image but emilio is santiago's OLDER brother (hes 25) but people always assume hes younger because santiago is a giant. magnolia and amapola are twins and both 8. mariana is either a teacher or a librarian (haven't figured it out yet) but she used to paint when she had more free time which is how santiago got interested in painting and eventually went into fine arts. jorge is a plumber and emilio is a graphic designer. santiago is the first in the family to leave their hometown (key west) for a degree (emilio went to a local college) and his mom + sisters were SOOOOOOOOOO SAD so he comes home to visit as often as he can. also since he is in family bovidae he has several cousins/aunts and uncles/etc that are different species. all i know for sure is that one of them lives near jamie and co's college and is some sort of antelope (leaning towards bongo bc i like them). also using this poast to announce that i changed santiagos outfit here is his new cute flowers and bees sweater look

JOHNNY: her family works on a chicken (and other assorted birds) farm, the chickens are for both eggs and meat while the other birds are just for eggs. this is actually a common set-up in the dorian furryverse, it's hard to farm livestock as a carnivore (because all the livestock are deathly afraid of you) so herbivores usually do the job even if they can't actually eat what they farm. johnny's parents are sorta "confused but got the spirit" about her being a butch lesbian. jimmy is an ass about it but he gets better. shoutout to this horse color calculator for helping me figure out which coat colors were plausible for them

NULL: null has an older brother and does not talk to their parents. sakichi is six years older than null and they were never very close; their parents treated sakichi as the "successful" child and null as the "problem" child. they're also quite conservative. null realized they were agender in high school but stayed closeted at home, they planned to come out to their parents immediately once they got to college and were able to support themselves. something happens that instead makes them come out a few days after their graduation and they get kicked out. null doesn't know where to go and ends up living at johnny's farm for the summer before college (sakichi lives far away doing some tech job and so can't take them in). the clantons are basically null's family at this point. once null legally changes their name they remove their last name entirely (it probably says X on their documents just cus there has to be SOMETHING there). sakichi and null see each other very occasionally, and sakichi still talks to their parents, but only when absolutely necessary. it's not malicious, he'd just feel too guilty cutting himself off from them completely

ARGYLE: argyle is an only child with well-off parents, his mom is a lawyer and his dad is a quirky ancient history professor. his parents are like EXTREMELY doting so they were secretly kinda glad that he came back home so they could see him more often. argyle was really scared that they would hate him for going into a less stable field, but his parents love him to death and are ready to support him in whatever. suzanne was probably a nightmare at pta meetings i'll be so real

more school au starry the people want more!

well you're in luck cause i'm stuck in the car for 30 min so i got time to ramble about my dbh school au. i'll reiterate some of the points i made previously for any who haven't seen it

firstly, the school that everyone is at is one of those private boarding schools for students from 6th-12th grade

jericrew are 10th year students. they're delinquents not in the bully others way but the we ditch class bc we hate the academic elitist agenda the school is pushing kind of way

markus is an art and music prodigy that was adopted by carl manfred. he is constantly putting graffiti up (it's art dammit!!) and the school can't kick him out bc carl is a massive donor to the school

josh is a model student that is doing his best to wrangle his anarchist friends but he also hates the school system so he'll usually tag along with his friends shenanigans but he's gonna complain the whole time.

simon is a very average student but he's doing quite well considering he's got insomnia and a constantly low blood sugar. he's always got a lollipop or some candy in his mouth and he perpetually looks tired.

north is constantly ditching class but she always aces her exams so the school is having a hard time justifying disciplining her. her parents agree that if she's doing well she doesn't need to attend classes and what are we paying you for if my daughter is able to teach herself well enough to pass. north gets her attitude from her parents. she also loves her chewing gum and she may or may not have a collection growing under her desk. (north that's disgusting and unhygienic)

kara and connor both transfer in the middle of the school year at the same time. kara is a scholarship student who just moved recently. she has a younger sister named alice who is too young to attend yet. kara is in her 9th year.

connor is the adopted son of the school's headmaster amanda stern. he's a prodigy that's skipped 2 grades. he's supposed to be in his 9th year but is attending 11th year classes.

luther is a 10th year. he is cousins with rose who is in the same homeroom as kara. adam is her younger brother in 7th grade.

hank, gavin, miles, and tina are in the same homeroom as connor. hank is supposed to be in his 12th year but got held back due to all his absences last year. (his brother cole passed away and so he didn't attend classes). he used to be on the disciplinary committee but got kicked out due to his academic probation

kamski is student council president in his 12th year. chloe is his secretary also in her 12th year.

gavin is kamski 's half brother. he is part of the disciplinary committee that is headed by perkins and fowler.

uhm that's all i got so far ahahah. i already have a fun comic idea in my head for this but im supposed to be working on my other wips LMAO. might do a messy sketch or ms paint doodle or something for it instead hahah.

What are the Strawhat Pirates reaction to Atlas?

All in all?

I can really see Nami and Zoro being Wildly Uncertain About This Child. For one, he's a tiny Buggy Seraphim. For another, he's.... gosh he's kinda dripping with trauma somehow?? Not sure how to react to all of that, really.

Zoror eventually settles on semi-distant acceptance. His not-dad adopted this one so it's kind of like having a step brother? Adopted brother? Small sibling. He doesn't know. Kid's pretty funny though, he's about this.

Nami meanwhile oscillates between Indifference and Wanting To Be The Cool Cousin. She isn't sure how to react or treat the kid ((interacting with children is.... wonky for her)). But once she and Atlas both warm up to each other, That's Her Best Friend. Matching sunglasses, both sipping fancy coffee/juice, Heavily Judging the fashion sense of those around them. ((Nami also knows SOME sign bc after Belle-mére's death, she had a stint of being semi verbal and Hachi taught her some)).

Usopp is SO EXCITED and also high key terrified. Kids, to him, kinda.... circumvent the Horrors. 11/10 Babysitter, cries when Atlas dubs him big brother Usopp, can and will put this child in his bag and go on "'"adventures"'". He's honestly less intimidated by Atlas than he is Birdie and Angel, but very quickly warms up to all three. Is one of the boys' most favorite Strawhats.

Sanji takes one look at this kid and goes "Oh. What the fuck happened here???" Atlas has some trauma red flags, and given that he is currently being raised by Buggy, Mihawk and Crocodile, he kind of immediately gets suspicious and defensive with them. Soon warms up and realizes that they are not in fact hurting the kid (any of them, since all three are a little Not Good in varying visibility), that the redflags are genetic memory imposed and that the three Guild leaders are actively trying to help. Regardless, while he is semi awkward with the kids, he makes it his mission to spoil them with fun snacks, treats, etc.

Chopper is sliiightly over protective but to comical results. Has a boo-boo kit that rarely gets used, and even when it does, it's mostly for playtime. Speaking of, PLAYMATE PLAYMATE PLAYMATE. Chopper really loves them all, and while he does worry a lot, he adores all three of the boys. Atlas specifically piques his interest as a doctor and a friend. AuDHD to AuDHD communication

Robin Is A Wine Aunt And She Is Thriving. She's relatively hands off but still vigilant to make sure everyone is safe. Atlas specifically tugs her heart strings, and when he lit up when she greeted him fluidly in sign, she damn near melted. He's so cute. She enjoys babysitting him especially ((Birdie and Angel too but in different ways)) because Atlas, much like his mama and much like auntie Robin, has a THIRST for knowledge. He loves reading and telling her all about his newest interests. She thinks he's cute as a button.

Franky thinks the seraphim are fascinating from a clinical stand point and outright abhorrent from an ethical perspective. He's just glad they have a family now, especially one that loves them so much. He also enjoys anyone who thinks something is SUPERRRR. Excitable kids? Excitable kids who are basically family themselves? Can't get more super than that. ((Absolutely the type of uncle-figure who loads them up on sugar, soda, etc and sends them home.))

Brook was nervous at that first meeting ngl. He's a skeleton. He's funny, yeah!! But kids.... are hit or miss - usually the latter. Except these little guys think he's SO COOL and their little starry eyes are adorable and charming and his heart is fit to burst - if he had one that is yohohoho~ ((Bonus points, Atlas loves skeleton puns and they can go for HOURS if not stopped or evened out by a third party)). And the littlest Seraphim is also... very cuddly when he's tired. It worried Brook at first, when he was there around nap time and Atlas wandered to him. Bone isn't exactly the best for cuddles, after all. But At just shook his head with a smile and replied warm inside, all I need, Brook-uncle gives good hugs. Sleep please? And who is Brook to turn down a sleepy child with such a sweet smile? Also the kid likes music, so extra bonus points!!!

Jimbei wasn't exactly hard certain on anything going into this, but Atlas is charming and cute and called him uncle and listen he's a simple man with a big heart and cute kids have a free pass to nuzzle right on in there against his will. He's one of few Buggy, Mihawk and Crocodile would trust fully with the kids longer than a few hours at a time. He probably teaches the kids martial arts and then releases them to cause safe chaos.

And best for last -> Luffy Is Vibrating. The kids are like. Step-sibling/cousins, and he LOVES them!!! So much!!!! Atlas is cuddly and Luffy is cuddly!! Atlas likes pranks and LUFFY LIKES PRANKS!!!!! They're two peas in a pod, and somehow when the two get together, Luffy actually has the braincell, much to everyone else's terror. He's protective and warm and playful and kinda.... almost mature. It's adorable. Atlas had some reservations - new people is hard enough but the hat... - and when Luffy seemed to pick up on that, he let it hang behind his shoulders. And when Atlas inevitably looks at it, so lost and mixed, Luffy would probably offer it over with a soft smile. And Atlas would cry. And Luffy would hold him as best he can with rubbery warm arms and a heart bursting with care. ((And when Buggy catches sight sometime later of the boys all playing and he sees his littlest boy laughing freely with a painfully familiar hat tipping over his eyes, swamping his kitty cat beanie, as a dark haired young man chases after him with a grin? Well... his tears are private, and so is the hurt and healing within))

Anyway submitting this bc I love Xolga and I am down bad for him HARD (hes so fucking hot. He is literally the hottest out of EVERY Pacthesis character.) but I've been imagining him genderbent and. She won't get out of my head help. I think I've fallen in love with her. She's my wife now sorry and we're married (kinda joke bc she’s canonically aromantic) so yeah. She gets turned into a teddy bear but before that, she’s human and HAWT. Like Pacthesis/Amy did a poll and Xolga was most popular. They had to turn him into a teddybear to contain his husbando energy because he would be too powerful otherwise. I wish there was more on their lore bc I wanna know more on Mr. Toko’s backstory with the organization, and stuff like that. But even if the second season is the end I think it’s already a very good and satisfying end as it is. Perfect end for them. But also I’d love more because I LOVE MY BOYS. As someone who loves both httyd and wakfu I am BEGGING you to talk more about this

Well it wasn't much more than a passing thought I wrote down before i forgot it and I was gonna apologize and say I've not thought of much but character classes, but I blacked out and went into a frenzy.

So for character classes:

Hiccup: Eliatrope and Toothless is his dragon brother

Astrid: Feca or Cra (though I could maybe see her being a Iop too?)

Snotlout: Iop

Twins: Iops as well (I'd say most of Berk's population is)

I'm kind of stuck on what Fishlegs would be. huppermage? Maybe? Idk

Dagur: Sacrier

Heather: Sram

Undecided on what I'd want Viggo to be, or if I'm even going to include him but I'm open to any suggestions.

And for a Rotbtd version (bc I contracted that disease recently):

Merida: Cra

Jack: Rogue

Rapunzel: Eniripsa

But I don't have much more than that for this version rn.

And then I have some story ideas for it but I'll put them under the cut because it's kind of a lot

Berk is a a small coastline port village known for its fishing and inhabitants with ridiculous names and violent tendencies (most of them are Iops).

(Debating on its actual location but I can't for the life of me find a map for the World of Twelve that's actually labeled 💀)

Stoick is a Iop and chief of the village. He found Hiccup when he was an infant. He's never actually sat Hiccup down and given him the "you're adopted" talk, but they're both aware of it. This doesn't really have any strain on their relationship though (they love each other, but like in canon, are shit at actually showing it) the fights they have are over other things, mostly Hiccup's hazardous passion projects. And later, Hiccup's desire to leave Berk.

Hiccup is the village blacksmith's apprentice, but is often distracted with his own projects.

He is more focused on making inventions powered by wakfu than honing his own abilities beyond portal making (because of this, they often explode). as well as seemingly having a lack of interest in finding out about himself and what he is. Beyond the fact that deep down, he knows he is not human. He still wants to get out of Berk and dreams of exploring the World of Twelve.

Hiccup lost his left leg below the knee in an accident he indirectly caused when he was 14. Part of why he doesn't like using his powers.

(If you've watched the show, you'll know that when Yugo makes two portals and puts them in front of each other, it creates a beam of energy that essentially decimates whatever it comes into contact with. And iirc it's mostly been used on machines and such, so I don't think organic matter like bone muscle and flesh would stand a chance.)

Fishlegs is the closest thing he has to a friend. they'll eagerly talk about his inventions, until Fishlegs asks Hiccup to go more in depth on how his powers work, then Hiccup shuts him out. Usally after a few days of silent treatment things go back to normal and they act like it never happened.

Snotlout is Hiccup's cousin who used to bully him but has stopped (doing it outright anyway, ofc he's still rude and we love him for it <3) due to a begruding respect for Hiccup, not that he'll ever admit it (and perhaps out of fear, after all blowing your leg off and accidentally destroying half the village, intentional or not, is an impressive feat). The twins follow Hiccup around in hopes to see what disaster he'll cause next. They're the reason Hiccup moved his 'Workshop' out of the smithy and into a remote clearing in the forest miles away from the village proper.

Toothless is Hiccup's dragon brother and has been searching for Hiccup for years, but Hiccup is so out of tune with his wakfu their connection was almost completely severed and Toothless is unable locate him. Until recently Hiccup had no idea Toothless existed, beyond a lifelong feeling of something being very distinctly wrong and the occasional vague prodding sensation in the back of his head (Toothless trying his absolute hardest to get through to him).

I have no idea what I want to do for Astrid tbh. I want to do her justice which is why I'm so indecisive.

And I have nothing for Heather and Dagur beyond what their classes would be honestly. Something will come to me eventually though.
