I like my culture (can’t say love because I’m a mostly urbanized uncultured gal who knows next to nothing about my own) BUT Javanese culture is actually so eerie like when I play music and songs I’m sure they would summon spirits because there’s just this deep mystical feeling. Also I’m not the only one who thinks this some ppl have said the same lol. Javanese culture is Deeply spiritual and I like that tbh but it’s also quite scary because my people tend to dive so deep into it, like if there’s a door to elsewhere they are one of the people who have the key.

Also, my people are still largely a monarchy that exists within the republic (and deep inside I’m also a monarchist lol, even tho many of my own no longer agree with the concept) and I’ll present some music from the royal palace (dances in the end).
