Clone Cuddle Headcanons

Wrecker is the biggest cuddle bug idk what to tell you. He does run hot however. The amount of times whoever he’s cuddling with wakes up sweating and a thousand degrees is unbelievable. He’s real great to lay on top of though. Right on top. Get up there.

Crosshair is a surprising confusing individual and I keep looking at him in disbelief. He’s not averse to touch but he does want to be the one to initiate it. Especially cuddling. He will sit by himself in silence and then randomly walk up and just plop on top of whoever he’s chosen. They then have to lay there and let him choose the position, the blanket situation, the temperature, etc. otherwise he’ll leave. Cat rules.*

Tech isn’t huge on cuddling either but is willing to not be the initiator if they also respect whatever activity he is doing. If he’s sitting working on a project he will allow one of them to lay their head in his lap or wrap around him as long as they aren’t in the way. He may even play with their hair or rub their backs absentmindedly.

Echo goes through phases. He wants to be touched but not all the time and sometimes he really hates it and other times he really craves it. It’s mainly important to either ask first or let him ask. He likes to sleep near another person and will choose someone to latch on to if he’s in a cuddling mood. Sometimes he literally can’t get enough physical contact to feel comfortable and it drives him up a wall. (Can I please suggest that part of the reason Hunter touches his shoulder so often is bc of those moods where Echo legitimately can’t get enough physical touch. I just think that would be a nice thought.) He feels best when he gets to hold someone else and he is especially partial to Wrecker who not only keeps him warm but also is pretty willing to switch the cuddling up at any point. Good man.

Hunter! Hunter here! Really enjoys a good cuddle! Loves his back scratched or his hair played with! He has passed out on top of the other batchers before and woken up two hours later not knowing where tf he is. He also appreciates a good weight on him so his preferred position if he’s holding somebody is on his back with the other person laying their head on his chest. He runs warm so he’s a good option for the cold nights.

Fives loves everyone’s personal space. Especially Echo’s. He is a cuddle while sleeping type of guy. No need to feel weird about asking him for a cuddle he’s down for it. If anyone sits on the edge of his bed while he’s trying to sleep he rolls over and wraps his arms around their waist and hugs them. Had so much practice at comfort when he was a cadet that it is second nature for him. When he joined the 501st he got real protective of the shinies so they sought him out often when they needed support.

Rex does like a good cuddle but only with specific people. Doesn’t really want to be touched by people he doesn’t know well. Is honestly more accustomed to touch if it’s playful but again. Usually with people he knows well. Likes to lay his head in people’s laps or let them fall asleep on him. Is not too hot or too cold. Got used to the dominos crawling into his bunk while he was asleep and had to adapt to them being clingy on bad days. Got used to it and ended up missing when they weren’t there. Cody calls him a softie. Says they ruined him forever. He gets so grumpy back.

Cody. This man. Idk why but I always headcanon him as a physical touch kind of guy. Doesn’t like overly fond affection in public spaces but is real affectionate in private. Like Rex he’s more comfortable with the playful affection but there’s always a spot in his bed if someone needs it. He’s rarely sleeping through the night anyway. Might as well be the support system for those who need it. More accustom to holding hands honestly. It’s quiet it’s easy he can still use his datapad while he holds someone’s hand.

*I have a cute addition which is that the first time Crosshair plopped down and decided Echo was going to be his cuddle target Echo was in the middle of something and Crosshair just threw whatever Echo was working on aside and laid his head in Echo’s lap while this man just looked at the rest of the batch like ‘help?!? He’s never done this before am I in danger? What do I do!?!’ And everyone else was just like ‘you’re fine just be normal about it’ and after a few minutes of silence he just plopped his hand on Crosshair’s head and that’s how they both accidentally took a three hour nap and woke up disoriented with aching necks.

Olive and I were chatting about this in regards to rooms on fire, they said that the team in that series gives of a/b/o, but lacking an alpha. That Beatriz was the alpha, and she died, and Santi WANTS to be the alpha, but he doesn't have IT hence everyting falling apart under his nose and paranoia.

i think, In regards to TF (outside of ROF and other series), Santi is the leader. I think by the time we find them, Tom's been out of the game too long and Santi has stepped to that. I know some people think frankie is more the leader but thats laughable at best. Some people think its Will, but thats not it either. Will and Frankie have their own important roles in group cohesion, as does Ben, but it's not leadership. In a wolfpack, Santi is the alpha.

It’s all going way too fuckin’ smooth, hell it’s smooth sailing for this man, and then he’ll cut to the chase and finally go in for the kill to immortalizing his next victim in his header for tomorrow’s papers.

BUT NO- apparently he underestimated you, fucking severely, and you ended up surviving his attack and the invasion into the personal space of your very own home. Danny was shocked overall, he’d least expect you to be shitting your pants from fear, because everybody in Roseville would know about his reputation.

Of course Danny was pretty pissed, a smart one that you are. But at the same time, after watching you countlessly and seeing you in action, he found you rather interesting in some ways.

This time though, the two were taking longer, both too stubborn to give up today. And honestly, kuai liang was getting bored

He said to Tomas you were around, just for him to get distracted, "where??" Tomas quickly looked to see if you were there

But when he realized, it was too late. Bi han punched his brother, sending him to the ground as he was scolding him about leaving an opening

"You're not focused. Why are you distracted?" Bi han demands an answer as kuai liang smiles while explaining to the grandmaster the situation

Their teasing are insufferable after. Well, most like kuai liang's occasional teasing and bi han comments about it being "ridiculous" and to just tell you if it was that bad bc tomas was "wasting time" crushing on you without saying anything

He even asked advices from Johnny cage. It was that bad

Today was no different from the other. He admired you from afar (respectfully)

i have a lot of questions about the daredevil finale and none of them are to the tune of “omg how intriguing! what’s gonna happen next??”

i’ll preface by saying that i do not like the way they used this whole first season just to set up the next one and that may have me biased negatively towards the whole show.

first and foremost: why exactly was fisk acquitted?? vanessa said something about “agent nadeem and the FBI scandal” which i can only assume refers to the events of s3. but how would that lead to an acquittal??? the whole scandal was WHY he was arrested again. are they really not gonna elaborate on that??

the other thing is the motive behind having foggy killed. he had found out that the red hook port area was outside of NY and US jurisdiction and was going to use that knowledge to get his client’s robbery charge dismissed. (right? that’s how i understood it) the fisks and their criminal underground had been taking advantage of the free port for their business. so is the thought that foggy exposing this charter from the 1800s would put the area under some sort of investigation or scrutiny? or that the jurisdiction laws would be changed? bc otherwise you’d think the fisks would happily take their get out of jail free card.

also i’ve had this question from the beginning: why would there only be a hit out on foggy? nelson murdock and page presumably works on cases together, so why would anyone think that ONLY foggy knew about the port? you’d think vanessa would want to take out all of them just to be sure. (unless matt fighting back interrupted that plan?)

why exactly did they leave frank alive? i mean i’m not mad about it! i don’t want him dead! but that cop that shot him a few times could’ve very easily just blown his head off, and again later when he’s restrained.

btw i realized that we never saw the aftermath of buck failing to kill matt at the hospital and then the task force at his apartment. i expected to see fisk’s reaction to that. fisk didn’t have any interaction with frank either even though they have history. petey may have been apprehensive of jimmy at first, due to his general attitude and knack for mayhem.

but as time passed jimmy showed his true colors and proved to be a Good person (if prone to manipulation)

it wasnt long before petey started to trust him more than gary. and after the betrayal, jimmy was all he really had.

(admittedly he did try to join the nerds but earnest called him a faggot and said no)

petey isnt meek. he isn't soft. his venom is often dwarfed by everyone else's, but he still holds a rage. even if he keeps it inside. part of him did want to get back at gary. but another part still felt concern for his old friend spiraling like mad. even moreso considering he pushed him the way he did, with that argument mentioned.

im saying this ^ bc he felt an obligation to advise jimmy on what to do, especially regarding gary. hoping he could get him calmed tf down so they could go back to normal, as friends, again.

but they werent particularly close. kinda like business partners. jimmy blowing him off half the time didnt help matters.

but again. petey didnt have anyone else.

Maybe at best i'll give you that Dumbeldore wasn't looking into the odd things happening at Hogwarts (like Harry being chosen) enough but then you'll have to be prepared to blame every other teacher as well

Marlene, Dorcas, Pandora, Alice, Frank, and practically every other marauders era character had very little cannon information about their death but none of their deaths mention anything to do with Dumbledore. How tf is Dumbledore to blame for Pandora experimenting with spells???

ive talked abt this before, i know, but dhurke funeral is sooo fun to think abt. bc i know he got a state sponsored Public Funeral. and i know that it's a fucking disgrace

realistically, i ALSO know that datz, in line with canon, would be more happy about this. he'd be like dhurke's name is cleared wahoo!!! everyone loves him now!!! ^_^.... but i always like to think of a more pessimistic datz, not an overly pessimistic one, but like, it's there. i think of a grumpy datz. i think of a datz who hates this. kind of. And he feels monstrous for hating it, as always, but he can't. help it. bc this isn't who dhurke was! the people mourning him hated him not a few weeks prior! they give amara and nahyuta their condolences, maybe sometimes a nod to rayfa, and walk past datz and apollo (who probably aren't standing with the group, anyway, bc why would they be? that's royalty. they're nobodies.)

like just cute stuff :) it's just apollo getting to hear old stories of dhurke again, and there's laughter and it feels so warm. it's a proper celebration. dhurke wouldn't have tolerated a cold sadness... he'd want this.

It's stated that Genya calmed down and mellowed out after getting Gyomei to train him. ALSO he got mega buff between when we see him at final selection and when he see him next like yeah he obviously had a growth spurt but the point is he went from scrawny to brawny. He was also a giant asshole at final selection so like. Genya 100% only got trained by gyomei after passing final selection.

Which MEANS either someone ELSE sent a kid that cant use breathing to final selection with a sword OR he got himself there. I dont believe anyone wouldve willingly sent him given how important breathing is to the demon slayer corp

also. The only trainers we really see are hashira or former hashira. Im SO convinced there are other that we don't see given that not every water breather couldve been taught by Urokodaki but it still makes sense that these teachers are retired professional demon slayers that lived long enough to be no longer in active service even if they aren't hashira

which leaves us with options:

OPTION 1:

genya tried to learn breathing from a cultivator/some other demon slayer, failed, stole a nichirin sword and probably shook the poor sod down to get info on the when and where for final selection

OPTION 1a

When the person who tried to teach breathing to Genya refused to continue after finding out he cant Breathe Right, said teacher was too strong for genya to really do anything about it (see: they're teaching him and it seems likely that the teachers of demon slayer tend to be upper ranked at least) Genya fucked off and assaulted some weak random demon slayer to steal a sword from and get info

Or, you know, something along these lines because he had to get a nichirin sword and infomraiton from somewhere, and Im doubtful it was willingly given to him since he like. cant fucking breathe.

HOWEVER

when we see him at the end of final selection, he's like. mega obsessed with the sword thing. like. super. like yes these are special swords but here's the thing everyone there already has one of the special swords, just not one of their own.

It kinda maybe implies that Genya. Doesnt have a special sword. So.

OPTION TWO:

Genya has been roughing it with a regular ass sword for seven days and given that he can't Breathe his primary form of defense would've been step one: cut the demons arm off. step two: monch. step three: beat the demon to within an inch of its life with demon enhanced brute strength until he can get away or force it die in the sun.

In which case Genya was not likely to be doing much direct demon slaying during those seven days.

(even if he HAD a nichirin sword theres no guarantee that without breathing he wouldve been strong enough or skilful enough to use it to kill all the demons he ran across but given how obsessed and intense he is with getting his hands on a nichirin blade and how much not one single person would want him to go to final selection, i honestly think he had just some random sword. It would explain why he's so desperate to get one, other than being generally unhinged. Anyway-)

While everyone else was roughing it, surviving and slaying demons in the night, Genyas experience of the final selection exam was somewhere between a survival challenge and an all you can eat buffet, with not a lot of demon slaying involved.

My thoughts about the parallels and differences between season 6 destiel and season 12 (episode 19) destiel:

It's interesting because Dean changed/had character development and Cas didn't really, I guess.

Dean was mad and honestly had a right to be, (not saying I don't understand Cas here) but he still initiated. I think the cassette made him feel like something ended/changed. He was the one to stop Cas from leaving the room, because he was scared to lose Cas again. And he was probably tired of the fighting. I really like the way he explained why he's mad, that he was worried and Cas can't do that like that. He also has a point, Cas could've just said: "I'm in heaven, will answer you later" and it would've been fine.

I'm also thinking a lot about how Dean, in both cases, either doesn't get really mad or the anger doesn't hold for long.

In season 6 Cas was more initiating and tried to make Dean understand.

I think that Cas wanted things to be good with Dean, but didn't know what to do and the cassette was a sorta "see you soon," but also a way to see him one more time.

Cas reasoning for betraying them made not a lot of sense to me tho. I think they just wanted to get to that point and decided to run with the same reason as season 6. In season 6, it made sense. Cas was desperate to find a solution and wanted to leave Dean in peace. Even when his actual reason for that was "don't wanna ask him for more" which was obviously ridiculous (not in a "bad writing" way, in the sense that it's actually really sad bc Cas did so much for them), but I guess for Cas, Dean changed him and helped him to experience feelings and he doesn't know how to ever give that back.

Anyways, I think after all the shit that resulted from it, Cas wouldn't pull that again. I feel like it would make more sense, if Cas would trust Dean's judgment more than his own. And they've been over the "I don't want you to get involved for your safety." They've said so many times, they're gonna go through this together. Dean literally said it IN THAT EPISODE

Btw I'm still so confused how Cas found the Colt istg. Does he know Dean that well, he knew Dean would have it in his bed? nobody knew except Dean, HOW TF DID HE FIND IT?? With the previous post the anon actually brought up something I'm curious about. How would Gitae and Jake react to a sibling that doesn't even know about their dad/ doesn't care for their dad. Simply because that sibling got abandoned and sees the entire concept of family meaningless. Jake loves his mom it's why he hates the way his dad treated her. Gitae doesn't really seem to have love- he seems to be more obsessed over things related to their dad than anything. How do you think they would react to a sibling that sees their dad as something meaningless and worthless, since so much of their backstory is based on Gap. Would it be animosity that the sibling is free from all the problems Gap brought into their lives, or would they be neutral with the sibling (mainly cause no one from the group would actually want to maintain family ties).

With the previous anon the best chance a sister would have against Gitae is by using poison, acid or some other thing. But again unless it's a crack scenario where the sister has super strength and speed because of Gaps genes it would be near impossible.
