Yes this is a Goth, Mortimer but you had better NEVER call him that. Mo or RIP is what he answers to. If you are part of the underground scene in Newcrest and Willowcreek then you may already know some bits and pieces. Polite society tends to try to stay away BUT again, GOTH and his money is long (as well as other things) and he is very good with numbers and for the right number RIP will handle the finances of individuals to keep their pockets deep or get them there. He only is willing to take on a few clients a year, the rest of the time he lives like a daredevil. Chasing death whenever he can and living off the high of those adrenaline rushes delivers.

The Graveyard, think country club for the alt lifestyle, is RIP's pride and joy, which he co-owns with his one-time lover Bella Bachelor. These 2 are thick as thieves and have a love that's beautiful, BUT these days is strictly platonic. They found they were too toxic as romantic partners, and Bella several years back found her person in the exquisite Penny Pizzaz. Seeing his best girl happy and glowing with love has made RIP want the same for himself. It was Bella that told him of Blakes BC and has RIP taking a chance to publicly see if he can find his true person too

Anyhos! short and sweet and kind of a rush because I wanna do 12 days of Christmas roll out. Due date is FRIDAY the 13th! *ironic* As much as I hate to rush perfections. I'm literally on the clock for this one!

*Special note: I'm excluding presets this go around because I've notice most of us use the same presets/sliders so to keep from duplicating files on my end (going back & forth deleting). I rather not deal w/ them, but I'll slide on one or two (so choose wisely!). Sliders are fine. Otherwise, I'll just alter them if I have to. Sorry love*

He comes from a long royal line of Warlocks of the Red Dragon lineage, home to the Komorebi mountains. You've probably never heard of him, but that's how he likes it! But don't be fooled! Some of the most dastardly things can go unnoticed or unsolved... he would like to keep it mysterious.

Born and raised in the spice district, Warwick Emerson has some stories he could tell about his youth. His parents owned a small co-op of brownstones that they rented out exclusively to low income single parents or small families with Children. Both Warwick's parents were a byproduct of the foster care system and know what it was like to be bounced around from home to home and had parents that didn't have a stable place to live and raise them.

It was their life's work to make sure children and their parents had a roof over their heads. He loves his parents for their passion, values, and the fantastic if not modest upbringing he and his sister had. Warwick always wanted more, see, though his mom loved her brownstones and the families, he saw his mother plenty of times looking longingly at fancy properties. He even found her dream board of high end homes, decor etc. that she kept on simtrest when he was a young teen. He wanted her to have that and more.

As he got older Warwick realized he love old buildings and architecture, and saw the beauty in those rustic spaces, he also loved those big sprawling homes and secretly watched HGTV.

After high-school Warwick attended classes to obtain his real-estate license and and while he learned the ropes and started working the listings, in an attempt to make a name for himself. He went back to the community college and took several business classes and he slowly built his brand. Fast forward 2 decades later Warwick homes is one of the top tier real-estate firms for high end homes. Running offices out of both Oasis spring and Del Sol Valley

Warwick lives a very comfortable life these days and though money was intentionally tight , his parents were all about savings, as a kid he didn't want for anything and now neither does his parents. Five years ago he was able to retire them and moved them to Tomarang, the place they had always dreamed of living. His co. now manages his parents original brownstones and a few others he purchased through the years. Those properties run under the name Penny P's. Place, after his mom.

Warwick has never been married and though he has enjoyed the company of women throughout his adulthood, no one has really stood out. As his favorite time of year approaches and his family's taking a trip to Mt K. this will be the first Christmas he will be with out his family in years and and its got him feeling retrospective. Maybe its time to build a new brand for himself, one that includes a woman at his side that's willing to be his partner in life , love and family.

Fun Fact: Warwick Tattoo took 3 years to complete as its ink uses real gold and had to be done in small increments to keep it from delivering toxic levels of the mineral into his bloodstream

To call her famous is truly an understatement. She stands out as the most infamous convict across all simulated worlds. Curiously, she was born and raised in Ciudad Enamorda, but by the time she was four, her parents unexpectedly placed her on a plane to Brindleton Bay to live with her grandmother, her mother’s mom. This sudden separation left her feeling abandoned, leading her to believe that her parents didn’t want her. Jess was left to grapple with her emotions and the trauma of that experience alone. At school, her tendency to keep to herself made her a target for bullying, as other kids found her odd. Then came that pivotal day when a prank went horribly wrong, causing her to lose control and hurt a couple of classmates, which ultimately led her grandmother to transfer her to a different school.

Since that time, Jess transformed into a certified menace. She was constantly getting into fights, neglecting her schoolwork, and arguing with teachers and principals. Before long, she found herself mingling with other outcasts. By the age of 13, she had been permanently banned from several schools, forcing her grandmother to take on the responsibility of homeschooling her. Beneath her tough exterior, Jess felt a pang of guilt for the trouble she caused her grandmother. In many respects, her grandmother was her only refuge, and Jess held a deep affection for her.

By the age of 16, she left home with her boyfriend and his group, creating a new band of outcasts that roamed from Oasis Springs to Copperdale and beyond. They had no money or proper shelter, relying on abandoned buildings and homeless encampments. She adopted the name "Jess," with only her family and law enforcement aware of her true identity. Making a new post for the Double Trouble Bachelor Challenge. My game is updated so I can accept any sims that were made with the latest updates.

It will be a double BC for twins, Ezekial and Ephriam Reagan. You’ve seen them as toddlers so whoever wins their hearts may not show up immediately in story in their YA forms and the BC will not be cannon to story. Depending upon story ideas they may or may not appear in younger form.

In regards to packs I figure it would be easier to list what I do not have. I do not have: High School Years, Werewolves, Journey to Batuu and none of the kits except for Bust the Dust and Carnaval Streetwear.

CC is welcome. It can be either alpha or maxis match. I do prefer alpha hairs so be aware that whoever wins their hair may change to alpha after a while.

Please provide the following: Asperation, traits, their design aesthetic (picture of their favorite room showing their aesthetic) and a backstory the more detailed the better because they will more than likely become part of the Reagan story. Give them likes and dislikes.

Sims can be any gender, trans, bi, non-binary, occult. Use your imagination. It doesn’t have to be something offered in game. Or they can be an ordinary human. Be as creative as you want.

If one twin eliminates a contestant than they still have a chance with the other twin. So each sim has a chance to win the heart of either twin.
