Greetings, Bella. Thank you for doing your due diligence by double-checking that your actions are within the rules of this institution. For advertising across social media, you are free to post in whatever way you think would best represent your club, so long as you are not breaching any other Academy policy (I.e. no hate speech, nothing which promotes violence, etc.).
If you wish to purchase ad spots to be aired to the general public, such as in a newspaper, radio, or banner ad, you will need to submit your advertisement spot to the Student Council for approval, as well as to request that the appropriate funds be transferred from BP to pokedollars. I would recommend reaching out to the Historian and Treasurer directly for this, as they are the ones who will provide their recommendation to the Council at large as to whether the ad should be approved or not.
This is just for paid media spots, however. For posting on social media you are free to do whatever you like, so long as it is within the rules of BBA.
