It's done. 😎
@batteredbooks I saw in the comments that you asked to be tagged if anyone used this prompt, so here you are!
Imagine if Lucy got a case of ghost touch and the boys don't have any adrenaline and can't get her out quickly so they all think Lucy is going to die. So Lucy asks Lockwood to kiss her and they do and eventually they are able to get her to a hospital where the doctors notice Lucy staved off ghost touch for a remarkably long time and are interested as to how she managed it. And they slowly come to realise that the thrill of finally kissing Lockwood was the thing that kept it at bay enough for her to survive.

Books & Cupcakes Book Photo Challenge | January | Day 24 >> Old Fave >> My old, battered copy of Mary Higgins Clark's On the Street Where You Live, which is really only eleven or twelve years old, but has spent more than its fair share of time being abused in various bags and purses. Whoops.

batteredbooks: Wait, am I missing something here??
Knowing what we know about Lockwood’s recklessness/death wish and the reasons for it, I think him pondering this is a pretty early hint

@batteredbooks I will add it to the list but I cannot promise anything given how long my Lockwood and Co WIPs list is. (And my feeble attempts to write an original book)
Upon arriving in London, Lucy ends up getting a job at the British Archives where she uses her talents to determine if any of the items in their archives might be sources (such as love notes, suicide notes, etc). Through her job she meets many agents, including those who work for Lockwood and Co and the members of Kipps team. It's a good, pleasant job but Lucy craves to stretch her talents and when she starts finding love notes addressed to her, she sees the perfect opportunity, using her listening to try to determine who might be the author.
