So this is super random - but I didn’t realize Inanimate Insanity had such a big fandom these days (I also didn’t realize the show was still going???)

So, hi 👋🏻 I voiced Taco for 3 episodes in 2015/2016.

It seems like a fair number of II fans follow my main ( @hyakinthou-naos ) which is wild.

So yeah, life’s weird 😂

This reminds me of when I was a kid and my brother stole my favorite baby doll and stabbed her with his pocket knife (weird story, he was and still is Unwell™️).

She was one of those baby dolls with plastic limbs and a beanie baby-esque body. So all the little beads were spilling out of her and I was so upset.

So my dad laid her on the kitchen table and put a washcloth underneath her and a small one over her face (as like, anesthesia) and then performed “surgery” and stitched her up with a needle and thread. I remember giggling and putting the little cloth over her face while watching my dad (a medium-build farmboy/construction worker) stitch her up with a tiny needle and pink thread.

I still have her, I keep her in a closet in my office cause my partner thinks she’s creepy 😂

I think toy doctors are so nice actually like i remember being a little heartbroken kid when one of my beloved stuffed animals got old and torn up and my mom just threw him out. And i know what it would have meant to me, to have someone lovingly stitch him back up instead so i could love him just a little longer. And I'm really glad there are little kids out there who get to see pictures of their stuffed animals and dolls with little fake hospital beds and casts as they "rest & heal" before returning to them good as new. Like what a sweet thing to do with your life.

Oh my god I did it - I finally moved out of my home state and am now living only 45 minutes from the beach.

So, I entered my bathroom, as one does, to get ready for the day. All normal and cool. But then -

A creature. Meowing softly from my bathtube as I opened the door. Looking at me as if I insulted it with my presence, entering its beige domain as if I own the place.

I get it, I'm just renting it. I don't own it, but that's besides the point. Because there is something else that I don't own.
