Love this machine. Hammer strength incline press. I'm a believer that most of your attention should be focused on the upper chest when it comes to developing a commending chest on a bodybuilding stage, or the public stage. I'm a straight practitioner, a purest at my core when it comes to training, and bodybuilding. I think to many today overcomplicate their training worrying themselves with the latest training style or trends. Stick to the basics TUT, drop sets, supersets, and giant sets, etc. But with that said no effort, or training will make a damn difference if you don't eat enough, or eat the wrong foods. PROFESSIONAL TIP: Stick to the basics!!! NUTRITION,STRENGTH TRAINING(basics), and CARDIO. KISS principle. Hammer strength incline press 3 sets, reps 6 to 12 range increasing weight to max through progression. Then pyramiding down, dropping the weight lower after going to failure in each set. Legs felt good today. Watching the Olympia last night got me all kinds of riled. Sometimes I think about just doing 10 reps. I see a lot of guys do that. For some that works. Battling it out on leg day. I've started putting my squats at the end of my leg training, never doing less then 20 reps per set. That way I can ensure everything is good and warm, I should say exhausted really. Before I start loading up the bar for squats. This ensures I've taxed the muscle fully Allowing me to tap into 2A and 2B muscle fibers. This will help ensure, and maximize hypertrophy. It's all about the intensity, and the form, and strategizing my workouts. Finishing up my leg assault with reverse hack squat. After training with @coopdeveel and @britt_b_ifbbpro yesterday well I need to level up again. Anyway back to reverse hack squat. I like using this exercise as a finisher to really punish on them. I feel like it puts the finishing touches on it. Great exercise for glutes, and hamstrings not to mention the bit of quad work involved. Someone asked me are you coming back? What an awesome weekend at the @leelabradaclassic. I wanna congratulate and highlight @littleflex_farina accomplishments this season. Let me start by saying she's one mentally strong woman. Doing back to back shows isn't an easy feet after dieting for 12 weeks, doing all the day to day requirements on her own, while holding down a demanding schedule in the medical profession. I'm beyond proud of her. She drastically improved, advanced from last year. I've learned so much about her body, and that's the key to success. Having a client, trainer relationship based on trust, and personal knowledge of that clients body. I think we have the combination for next year, and so it begins. Came up to Denver to train around friends and other serious athletes regain some need motivation @armbrustprogym . Needless to say it was here, breathing intensity.
