Had a lovely visit from Kikit, one of our sweet elderly neighbors. She brought us a beautiful gift of baby bananas to let us know that she’s been thinking of us. We in turn shared some of our avocados and a papaya. She mentioned that she was craving a cup of fresh juice, so the papaya was perfect. Getting a screaming deal on A/C install this week, because we did the initial prep inside and out. But it meant I had to move my rhubarb. So no harvesting this year for Thrasher Micro-farm.
