Our time in the valley we called home for a decade and a half came to a definitive close today as we cleared out the last of our personal property left in storage there. It rained. The sun came out. It rained again. And sun again. The mountain looking down on us all the while. Encapsulates our time there accurately. Had some epically bad times, but also made a lot of good memories and made some lifelong friends. And the beauty always grounded us. But nothing in life remains the same. Time for new adventures.
