1. 遵守2次清潔原則 成為明星之後，湯唯說自己最在意的一點就是卸妝，「拍戲工作都需要上很濃的底妝，回到家我一定會徹底把妝先卸乾淨，避免阻塞毛孔。」之後用溫和的潔面乳再次清潔，記得水溫不能太燙、按摩力道都非常重要，用畫圈圈的方式由下而上按摩全臉，鼻翼兩側、毛孔比較粗大的部分可以加強清潔。湯唯笑說自己養成這個好習慣之後，痘痘幾乎都很少長了。

3. 每天早上一杯鹽水助代謝 「產後當我開始投入身材管理，有件事是我每天一定會做的，就是早上起床第一件事，喝滿600ML的鹽開水。」她會加10G左右的喜馬拉亞鹽，「沒辦法一次喝完沒關係，可以先喝一半，然後去刷牙洗臉保養，回來再喝一半。」湯唯說一早起來喝鹽水，能提升一整天的新陳代謝，對消化整腸也很有幫助。

4. 好的睡眠品質是一切 「有了女兒後好好睡真的是一件很奢侈的事，但我會強迫自己要多愛自己ㄧ些，只有好好睡覺，隔天早上的肌膚才會又水又亮。」出門工作，湯唯也一定會隨身攜帶眼罩，有休息時間就帶起來讓自己小眠一下。
