Dream life script Google Doc template ✩ pink pixel princess aesthetic

Sharing with everyone a Google Docs template I made to script my dream life 💕

I decorated the doc in a pink princess aesthetic, with animated pixel gifs I’ve had saved on my computer from 2006. I was living in Japan at the time and was obsessed with pixel art. 😍

What to use this for:

Scripting your desired life/dream life, as a void list, as a shifting script.

It’s fairly straightforward, the first page has a general summary of your desired life with umbrella affs to say that cover the entire document. Then there are area of life categories with a gratitude affirmation below each one, with space to write your desires.

A lot of my own script was inspired by the doc from baejin cafe’s perfect life sub. I literally summarized large portions of the affs from there. I removed any of my specific personal desires but left a lot of stuff that is general and fairly universal, to give you ideas or a starting point.

Of course feel free to add, delete, rearrange, customize it to your own liking. The last page has a bunch of extra decorations I made with the gifs if you want to change any of them or copy/paste them elsewhere.

Manifesting Your Dream Life Challenge idea:

Fill out the doc with all your dream life desires.

Pick a few umbrella affs that state you have all your desires already (use the ones above or make your own). Repeat these affs throughout the day, especially right after you wake up and as you’re falling asleep.

Optional: Use tapping or psych-k to reinforce your affs.

Day #3 Slade Subliminal Challenge

Subs Listened: Obelisk, I Am, Problem Solving Potion

Time Listened: Overnight (I Am) + 30 minutes of the rest, each.

Other Methods: Robotic Affirmations, Visualization, One non-Slade subliminal (Baejin Cafe’s Glow Up subliminal)

Today’s Results:

-Got the attention of someone I’m really interested in and got to spend quality time with them outside work.

-SP focusing on work without anxiety.

-Got gifted a fancy electronic device for my job, I am so happy!

-Got invite for lunch today and got a very fancy dessert.

-The two people that bothered me at work the most were really calm and quiet today.

-My older colleague trusting me and asking me for advice, this is valuable since this colleague is well-known to be very independent and reserved to the point of being venerable and impossible to reach from everyone’s point of view.

-A difficult person I work with actually getting along with me and having positive interactions with me.

-Got a really good offer at work but even if everyone is satisfied at it, I’ll affirm it will become bigger and better because I know I can affirm it to be better.

-Got several sweets as gifts randomly.

-My pet that got recently sick feeling energetic and happy.

I think that tomorrow I’ll add my favorite sub to the mix. I’ll sort out a playlist with subs and probably add one of @adambja’s tapes to the mix. I’ll also try to get some time to do Wim Hof and relax. I’ll also try to listen to subs while doing mindless activities to help my mind.

I made a mix of lavender bath salts with Kosher salt so that’s a good way to to find a moment to relax, affirm and listen to subs.

My fav manifesting methods

For the girlies who enjoy variation in their manifestation process

Scripting

Supplies: pen, paper (pref a notebook or js ur notes app)

Scripting is basically when you write out your manifestations in the past tense, e.g.: "I recently went shopping with my mom" or "my dad recently gave me 100 € to go shopping!" While also trying to describe how you feel in that described moment. So it'd be something like "I'm so happy, today I went to the beach with my friends, we went thrifting, picked shells and got ice cream together, I am so grateful to spend time with them."

An important sidenote is to be grateful, seeing that gratitude is an important aspect of manifestation (at least it is in my manifestation process) because the universe can't deny a grateful person. (in my personal belief)

And to expand on this, here's a method I've been using these past days (I dont know where I got this idea from though)

Writing letters

Another cool method is to write texts/letters in your SP's name or to get a specific desire.

For example: Dear Elle (my name) we of so and so are glad to let you know that you have been admitted to our [desire]!

And you can vary on this! Say I want someone to apologise to me, I can just write something out in my notes or a physical sheet of paper and either get rid of it (or keep it, you do you!) And boom! You just manifested your desire!!

Pretending to be a narrator in a story

This method basically entails that you pretend to be e.g. an all-knowing narrator of a story that draws out a scene of a character(s) and adds a description. (Like the one from Eah!)

(Maybe add a twist and pretend to be a sassy side character in an early 2000s TV show that just saw the two MCs kiss and is ab to spread rumors— just get creative.)

So it's pretty much a fanfic on crack except it actually comes to life because we're all master manifesters ✨️

Oh and if you can't draw just manifest that you can draw‐

And if you don't wanna put too much effort into this, just draw stick men or items to represent your desires/specific people :P

Vision boards

Supplies: use either Pinterest or an in-person scrapbook with magazine cutouts and drawings

I feel like this mostly speaks for itself, after all: an image says more than a thousand words.

Seeing your desire in an image can help your brain kinda 'target' your desire.

Your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and imagination so essentially you're gaslighting yourself into a specific idea/mindset/etc.

Also here's an example of one of my personal vision boards which i used to manifest all As for my finals last year.

Simonesquared and Fernanda Ramirez both have amazing videos and explanations on these topics, i suggest watching them to get a better idea on making vision boards. (Tho i might just make a masterlist with different links/explanations/deets sometime!)

Subliminals/affirmation tapes

Supplies:earbuds/headphones (optional), any device

If you've been in this community for long enough I'm sure you know what they are and if not here's a brief explanation.

Then there are affirmation tapes, these are the same as subliminal except the affirmations are meant to be heard to be get picked up by your conscious mind as well.

If you haven't used any before, here are some subliminal creators that put out amazing content and deserve each snd every ounce of support!

Slade (all pronouns) they practice Indian folk and also make subs that are shifting-related (for my shifters out there), though their subs don't contain any witchcraft unless specifically mentioned.

Moza morph is a medical student who makes subs, the benefits of her subliminals are thought out very well and quite descriptive. She makes great content regarding manifestation and the workings of subliminals too.

Baejin cafe and mii! both make a wide variety of subliminals but their school and grade related subliminals are popular for very good reasons!

Guided meditations

Supplies: a device, earbuds/headphones (I recommend using these for a better immersive experience)

A brief explanation on meditation can be found here.

Even though i dont use this method as often, i notice that it helps my focus and gives me clarity therefore I highly suggest it to others new in the game.

Visualization

Supplies: just you and your brain

I consider this by far the easiest manifestation method since you can do it literally anywhere.

It's pretty much just daydreaming about your desires, and if you're particularly into it you can listen to some music with lyrics that is aligned with your goals. (For example: I listen to Lucky girl by Carlina to enhance my lucky girl syndrome while daydreaming)

And it doesn't necessarily have to be based on your sight, if you can delusion yourself into hearing your SP's heartbeat, or condition yourself into smelling your fav flowers in the living room, then you're good!

(Sometimes when I'm watching a TV show that's one of my DRs I also visualize my highest self randomly chiming in or saying or doing something I'd say)

Ok so here's my success story

Joined loablr 1½ yrs ago life was normal for me and I was comfortable in my circumstances so I never really applied it, I was always scared if changes so i just read posts after posts from a+p to void to states i overconsumed so much that I forgot what it truly was. I never truly persisted and i didn't even believed it. But then last April my worst luck hit and life started going downhill in every area i could imagine. I failed all my exams, gained weight and started hating myself, my friends left me I was completely outcasted and the worst part i had to keep all my despair to myself because I wasn't allowed to vent. My father lost his job and became super short tempered he'll scold me for everything and for my mum everyday the disappointment I saw in her eyes broke me. I was still skeptical of the law but this time I had nothing to lose...

So first i wanted to manifest my life without void because i had saw the void obsession and i knew if I would start now i too would be omw obsessed with it. So i decided to start loa from the basis.I first read Pink's doubt post i read it till i convinced myself that loa and void all were real. After that I compiled your how i manifest, su's loa basics post,Rosie's void doc and Raven's revision post. I then logge off Tumblr. I made a routine for myself taking inspiration from your post and Rosie's doc. And Raven's revision post made me confident that nothing was impossible.

Every morning I would affirm for void concept and self concept i didn't wanted to get obsessed with anything and struggle more by putting them on pedestal. When I had nothing to do I would vaunt while listening to baejin and Roy's subs. I logged off from every social platform and just completely focused on myself.It's like superrrrr hot here in summers so I would usually take naps in afternoons and that time I used for SATS. And at night I would do breathing exercises and would affirm to wake up in void state.

After 12-13 days i felt such a huge shift in my life like my dad started being super nice to me and mum was actually motivating me and taking me out on walks to cheer me up just like i visualised in SATS!!! This boosted my confidence so muchhhhh!!!! I was sure about my abilities my self concept was also amazing and I was manifesting small things here and there but i hadn't entered void till now. So i read Pink's post again and then Rosie's void doc this relaxed me and motivated me to keep persisting in my new story and the next night i entered the void state!!!!! It was so relaxing and calming and I felt so safe. It was just like how i thought it would be baby blue with sparkling stars everywhere!!!!! I felt so light and happy.... After staying for some time i affirmed for my desires stayed there for some more time and then came out.

Now the fun stuff i manifested

First— i woke up in my room!!!!! But in my old story i shared my room with my parents but here i was in my room that looked exactly like my Pinterest boards!!! Honestly I just laid there for 15-20 min i don't know why but i was crying??😅😅 I still don't understand it maybe because i always wanted a space for my own where i could just release all my emotions and always being surrounded by people i just learnt to swallow my emotions and remain stoic but on this day i just released myself i was so proud of me for sticking through and becoming the success story i wanted to be.okay...... not going too indepth in other things now otherwise it'll become a novel now😆

2) I was my desired weight and had my complete desired appearance. I felt so confident on seeing myself in the mirror.

3) My dad getting his job back and now having a big big promotion for the relentless work he did for the past 20 yrs.He is the senior of the guy who fired him on false charges hihi guess who got fired next😜😜

4) Passing all my exams with A+ and getting into my desired school it's a private school only for rich kids i always wanted to attend one so now I am attending it😎

5) Having amazing IQ and photograpjic memory.

6) We have an amazing house of ours now it is so big and beautiful 😻😻😻 it also has a big lawn outside.

7) Being the popular girl of my school those friends who ditched me are now begging to be in my group but you see I'm the popular girl and not the mean girl so they are not welcomed here 😎🤓😎

I manifested many many more desires and now I'm so so happy everyday is a blessing for me. And I just want to thank you and all the bloggers here you all are a ray of hope in our lives. The timer of the oven went off, Y/n put her phone on the kitchen counter and grabbed a towel to take the two molds out.

She stacked them and started decorating. She wrote a ‘Happy Birthday, bubs 🤍’ on the center.

Y/n wasn't a professional baker but liked baking certain pastries since she was a teen. It was a hobby she enjoyed.

When she finished, she placed it carefully on a white box that had a ribbon. She took her bag, phone and car keys and walked out of the door, making sure to lock her apartment.

Then entered the elevator that went to the underground parking lot.

She opened the trunk and put the cake inside.

After that she entered the car, and put her bag on the passengers seat. Y/n connected her phone to the Bluetooth, and Sunshower by Epex started playing.

With that, she began her journey towards her boyfriend's dorm which was only 10 minutes away.

He certainly was gonna be surprised, because the last thing he knew was that she had a huge project she had to submit the next day and that was why she couldn't hang out.

Once she arrived, she parked right in front of the building. She took all of her things and entered the place.

She hopped on the elevator and went up to the 4th floor.

The doors opened and she bounced towards the familiar door. She knocked and a smiley Seunghun opened it.

“Y/n! You’re just on time.” He let her in and took the box.

“Thanks. I’m glad, I thought I was going to be late because of the cake. It took me longer to decorate it than I anticipated.” She set her bag on the couch. “Hi, Gon.” The girl greeted the older as soon as she saw him coming out of the kitchen.

“Hey, Y/nnie.” He smiled at her. “Baejin just told me they’ll be here in 20 minutes.”

“Okaay. Do you guys need help with anything?”

“Not really. We just finished decorating and the food is almost ready.”

“Oh, okay.”

The three of them sat on the living room coach and conversed for a while until Byounggon’s phone dinged.

“They’re on the elevator.”

“I’ll go hide. Don’t snitch on me.” She giggled and pointed playfully at them. Both of her friends laughed and nodded.

She ran to the nearest closet and closed the door just in time for the principal door to open.

“Happy birthday, Hyunsukie!” She heard the boys yell.

“Thanks, guys! What’s all of this?”

“Just as a small surprise party for our sweet maknae.” Gon responded.

“Okaaay.” Hyunsuk thought there was something going on since the leader sounded a little bit nervous and sweeter than usual but brushed it off.

“Come sit, we made your favorite.” Seunghun sounded like a mother, which, honestly, was so cute.

Y/n heard footsteps leaving the area she was in. As she heard chairs being dragged, she thought it was time to come out.

She tiptoed her way towards her boyfriend. Four out of five guys knew of her presence and were trying so hard not to laugh or being suspicious.

She put her hands over his eyes making him smile.

“Hyung, what do you think you’re doing?” He laughed.

“It’s not me, Sukie.” Yonghee giggled.

“Oh. Is it…” He touched her hands. “Y/n?” He sounded confused.

“Maaaybe.”

He turned around and when he saw her his face lit up.

“Sweetie!” He got up and hugged her tightly.

“Hi baby, happy birthday.” She had a fond look on her face.

“Thank you, love.” He still held her. “W-what are you doing here? I thought you had that very important project for tomorrow.”

“There was never a project, bubs. I needed time to make your gift” She didn’t reveal what it was. “And did you really think I wasn’t going to be with you on your birthday?”

“I thought it was weird since we always celebrate it together but understood that you were busy.”

“Oh my god, you’re so precious.” He giggled and turned red. Y/n hugged him tighter.

“I have go get your gift but I don’t want to let you go.” The girl spoke as she looked into his eyes with a pout.

“We can cuddle afterwards, love.”

“Okay, I accept.” They laughed softly.

Hyunsuk stopped holding her and she walked to the kitchen and took the cake out of the fridge.

She looked for candles and a lighter. She placed them on the top and lit them.

She returned to the dinning room with the dessert on her hands, a huge smile on her face. And placed it in front of her boyfriend.

They all sang Happy Birthday to the birthday boy while he thought how lucky he was to have that group of people in his life.

I'm back~

This song is so my mood right now:

A little update from moi. I feel so proud of myself. From complaining, worrying, thinking negatively, being depressed to now feeling like a fucking queen (excuse my french), hardly any negative thoughts, not paying attention to what I don't want, knowing it's done in 4d, not finding it in the 3d, leaving the 3d alone, feeling extra confident and empowered because I now know and understand that changing the 3d and the how is not my job and not my problem. Confident and empowered again because I decided and know it's done now regardless of what I see in front of me.

Your girl came a loooong way and I'm really proud of myself for that. Been persisting like a baddie and finally getting a heck ton of money just by following my dad's instructions and clicking a button everyday on this cryptocurrency app. Btw it's not Illegal or whatever, it is an official trusted cryptocurrency app and people are able to use it now to earn that currency and convert that to actual cash. I will literally get paid to exist! Oh My God. I am so proud of myself. I don't care whether my other desires are in the 3d or not, all I know is that IT IS DONE! I will fully accept them as facts now. Thank you and I will keep going with that boss/queen attitude! I know my inner child is probably so so so happy right now! 😭

This is a success story and a diary entry in one! Also if anyone wants to know what app it is, please message me with your country. Anyways, I am really proud of how far I've come in terms of the law of assumption and manifesting! I swear I was over consuming, over complicating and was extremely lost just like anyone who's just starting and doesn't know what works for them. I wanted to write this because I'm so happy I'm feeling even more confident, positive and empowered about manifesting!

I have a little subliminal journey update for you! I quit listening to my playlist and decided to focus on two subliminals. I decided to commit to it for 2-3 months even though I know I have my full results already. The first is an oldie but a goodie! It's Baejin Cafe's rain version most intense glow up ever beauty and life! I chose this because it's packed with things that I want. Everything that you could ever think of is in this subliminal! That's for my overnight sleep sub. I listen to it mostly 7-8 hours a day when I go to sleep. The rain sounds really help me sleep faster and relax. The second one is G3m1nI's doppelganger face morph in 1 listen sub! It's my day sub that I listen to when I'm playing games and just chilling. I listen to it one to two hours a day.

Some results I'm getting is that, I'm starting to look more like Wonyoung! My last Pictriev similarity check with the same angle and pose, I am now 55% similar to her! 🎉

I have been noticing that my skin is clearer and more glowing than usual. My hair is much longer and thicker now. I was surprised how fast my hair grew recently. My eyes seem more sparkly too. My dancing skills are improving even more. My lips plumper and jawline sharper. My stomach got flatter. I also look a bit CGI, noticed that since I re-read the benefits. I used to hate my face tbh back then but I stopped focusing on that and using subs. Now I don't hate it as much, I love it! I look good even with just a tone up cream, blush and lip tint. Last thing I noticed is that I have less face fat now.

Self-concept challenge!!

I have decided to focus on my self-concept for the near future. I made myself my own challenge so I am publicising it in case others are interested.

The challenge:

1. Listening to baejin cafe's self concept sub. I chose this one because it's calm , so I use the app Musepic to loop it for 10min.

2. Rampage for 10min

I like to rampage affirmations , varying it up. Some examples are :

*I get whatever I want whenever I want it

*Every day I get good news

*People can't believe how lucky I am

3.The tracker :

My favourite bit about this challenge is how I am tracking it. I usually struggle to stay consistent so I have bought myself some cute stickers and I put one on my calendar for every day I complete the challenge.

Why is that if manifestation shouldn’t take longer then three days? Also why do some things manifest instantly/faster and other things take forever? I don’t know if this limiting so sorry if it is.

the reason you might not see your manifestion is that you did something 'wrong'. you might be actually be living in the 3d and not in your 4d or actually manifesting in the 3d instead of 4d. also you mention that ''manifestion shouldn't take longer than 3 days''

what I meant by that is manifestion come in different times while being patient. manifestion can come in a week or even a whole year since you allow when and how your desires come in. you shouldn't really time crunching your own desire because…aren't you putting pressure on your self to get your desire just in 3 days? I can say the same thing and ask why my s22 didn't come at my door step just in 3 days. I decide when and where It's going to come actually, and really, you shouldn't be manifesting from the 3d since you, yourself doesn't have it. try manifesting within the 4d and acting like you have it all and, all your desires already came true.

my advice is that let it go. no I don't mean to let it go as like waiting for it or like to let your desire go. I meant that let your desire tell you that it's already there and you should be able to feel your desire coming through. let your manifestion go and don't think much of it because It's there already for us and always in going to be there for us. humans can manifest ANYTHING without even realizing you manifest. I literally manifest a bunch of guys dating me from left to right without myself clinging on to that desire and knew that my 4d life is already here.

sometimes if you see yourself literally clinging on to one desire, let it go and tell yourself ''my desire is already here and I feel my desire.'' simple.

this quote states that you should be able to feel your own desire to make things change. and since your feeling can be a change of destiny, you can literally manifest anything when you 'let it go'.

this can be literally be so frustrating when it comes to manifestion. the reason your manifestion can come extremely fast or extremely slow is the lack of self concept you have or you're just waiting for your own manifestion to come. now this goes back to how your manifestion can come later or sooner. Have you worked on your self concept? have you had a peak of confidence than before? or feel better than before? if no, then that's your answer! have you been waiting for your desires but did everything correct? you have been seeing angel numbers EVERYWHERE but still don't see your desire? your angel's numbers could be warning you to start changing your self or actually work better on yourself. your self concept really matters when you're manifesting.

I recommend listen to subliminals from baejin café and slater. you shouldn't be waiting for your desire because don't you already have the mindset that your manifest comes either way? it's like nobara as been waiting for a whole designer bag while the nobara in her 4d could just stand up and bought it her self.

actually, waiting on your own desire to come in is not really bad but is bad! Here are some reasons why.

It creates a sense of lack: Waiting for your manifestation desire can make you feel like you don't have what you want, which can create feelings of lack and scarcity.
