Watching a bad show for your favourite actor is like staying with your closest parent/parental figure when they have an awful new partner - you love your parent but every time you start having fun together the new partner does something that makes your blood boil, and you’re forced to remember that nothing is as it was before.

God, just saw a tiktok of people applauding Brandon Rogers for not saying the R slur in that one scene but stretching it out to ‘Really.’ Like oh thank god he didn’t say a slur!

The thing that baffles me the most about the new “Velma” show, is that it’s not even an adult show! Like fuckin’ mystery incorporated had more mature themes and well structured jokes. This show is somehow more juvenile than most “kids” shows!

I know you watched IASIP and thought people being crass=funny. But Scooby-Doo and IASIP are two completely different things! And you are not supposed to like the gang in IASIP. watched the first episode and thought it would be good.

but going after the angel and devil/adam and eve/heaven and hell/good bad/ light dark. and being so afraid AND ACCEPTING the Armageddon, at the end of ep 1.

to have the show have the demon hound be a devil dog released into the world to turn into a jack rustle???? after all the enticement??

I watched Fleabag Monkeyface when I was younger…AND I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT IT UNTIL NOW-!!
