Today i was mailed a piece of string in a bubble mailer. supposedly as a celebration from a store i purchased from on ebay. the return address leads to the louisville mega cavern, a tpurist attract in kentucky. i did not order anything from kentucky let alone the louisville mega cavern. what on earth is happening

This is a Wincest Safe Zone, and honestly a Safe Zone for whatever ship you like. Because shipping is fun, the characters and scenarios are fiction, and no one gets hurt by you being creative in your writing, art, whatever. People who don't block things they don't like or can't interact with and whine about it in public instead of curating their own online experience are just making it harder for themselves.

If you don't like what I post, block me, block the tags I use, whatever makes you comfortable. I promise I won't be offended. The internet is vast and full of amazing things, let yourself have fun, let others have fun, touch the real world when you feel like online stress is getting to you. No one is making you see what you don't want to see here. No one is forcing their opinion on you, and if they ARE, then just don't let them. Block, mute, just ignore them. I promise, as someone who has been on the fandom internet in many corners for more than 2 decades, that you will feel better for it.

And don't forget that those "others", whoever they may be, are people too. Whatever they have going on that makes them feel the need to harp on strangers on the internet for their choice of fictional reading is not going to have anything to do with you, in particular. It's just making them look for a target. Meet them with kindness in return and you will bacfle and confuse them. Meet them with aggression and you just prove their point.

Curate your own experience online, block the people and things you don't want to see. Simple as that.
