The following is the text of the letter I sent to the Japanese Ministry of Defense Intelligence Headquarters.

Personal Statement on Japan's Defense

I will state my personal opinion on Japan's defense. First of all, the basic premise is that the USA and Israel will be destroyed by fighting Russia and China. The USA only has 20% of the world's GDP, but has 60% of the world's military budget. (International political scientist: Ito Kan) This makes the USA a nation similar to North Korea, with a military power that exceeds the country's actual strength, and it will eventually have to be reduced. The power balance with China will tilt.

Furthermore, there is even a possibility that the USA will enter into an unavoidable civil war between the Republican and Democratic parties. If that happens, it will be a godsend for Russia and China, and they will be able to destroy the USA and Israel as easily as twisting a baby's arm.

So what should Japan do? We need to deploy laser weapons (defensive weapons) and a dozen nuclear weapons (offensive weapons) immediately so that we can remain above World War III. The US will never protect Japan with a "nuclear umbrella". That promise is, and always has been, an excuse to keep an eye on Japan and prevent it from becoming a nuclear power. The US still fears and hates Japan.

The above is my opinion as an engineer (Tokyo University, Faculty of Engineering).

PS: I called you at around 1:30 a.m. on March 24, 2025, to tell you about the matter I mentioned, but the phone operator was incompetent and did not put me through. He hung up the phone without my permission. The person answering the phone is important and should have the right level of insight. Putting an idiot in charge of the phone will be Japan's downfall.

日本の防衛に関する私見陳述書

ゼロ戦

日本の防衛について私見を述べます。まず大前提としてアメリカ、イスラエルはロシア、中国と戦って滅びます。アメリカは世界全体のGDPの２０％の力しかないのに、世界全体の６０％の軍事予算を持っています。（国際政治学者：伊藤貫）これではアメリカは北朝鮮と同類の国家で、国の実力以上の軍事力で、いずれ削減せざるを得ません。中国とのパワーバランスは傾きます。

さらにアメリカは共和党と民主党とののっぴきならない内戦に突入する可能性すらあります。そうなればロシア、中国にとっては「渡りに船」、赤子の手をひねるようにアメリカ、イスラエルを滅ぼすことが可能です。

それでは日本はどうすれば良いか。第三次世界大戦に超然としていられるよう、レーザー兵器（防御兵器）と１ダースの核兵器（攻撃兵器）を急ぎ配備する必要があります。アメリカは決して日本を「核の傘」守ってくれません。その約束は、日本を監視し、核武装させないための口実ですし、これまでもそうでした。アメリカは今でも日本を怖れ、憎んでいるのです。

以上、工学士（東京大学工学部）としての私見を述べました。

追伸：去る２０２５年３月２４日午前１時３０分ころ、そちらに今回述べた件を伝えようと電話したのですが、電話オペレータ���が無能で取次ぎませんでした。電話を勝手に切ったのです。電話番は重要で、それなりの見識の者を配置すべきです。オペレーターに馬鹿を置いては、日本の破滅です。

Why did the USA defeat Japan?: The truth of the I Ching (Essay)

Before fighting the USA, Japan had won the Sino-Japanese War and the Russo-Japanese War and could have acquired the entire territory of the Qing Dynasty and Eastern Siberia, and could have had the largest territory in the world. It was the world's strongest military, and was "real". So why was it completely defeated by the USA? Let's list the reasons.

1) The USA used its deceitful abilities ("fiction") to trick Japan into attacking Pearl Harbor, stripping Japan of its legitimacy. This was a plot by F. Roosevelt.

2) The USA worked in both "real" and "fiction" with China, deluding Japan as it pleased. And exhausted the "real" Japan.

3) The USA maximized the power of "fiction" women in terms of transporting fighter planes, surpassing the immature fighting method of only using "real" men. It was four times the manpower.

"real" means fulfillment and sincerity, and "fiction" means emptiness and malice. This is the logic of the Chinese Book of Changes.

USAと戦う前、日本は、日清戦争、日露戦争に勝利し、場合によっては清の全版図と、東シベリアを獲得して、世界最大の版図を持つことも可能だった。世界最強の軍隊で、「実」だった。では何故USAに完敗したのか。理由を列挙しよう。

USAは、詐欺師の能力（「虚」）を使い、日本に真珠湾を攻撃するように仕向け、日本の正当性を剥奪した。F.ルーズベルトの策謀である。

USAは中国と2国で「実」と「虚」の働きをして日本を思うがままに幻惑した。そして「実」の日本を疲弊させた。

USAは、「虚」の女性の力を戦闘機輸送の面で最大限に発揮させ、「実」の男性だけを活用する稚拙な戦い方を凌駕した。実に４倍のマンパワーである。

ここに「実」は充実、誠意、「虚」は空虚、悪意を意味すると考えて欲しい。中国の易経の論理である。

Brahms is a healthy man, Beethoven is a sick man (Essay)

I read in a classical music book that Mendelssohn is inferior to Mozart, Bruckner to Bach, and Brahms to Beethoven. This is an unspoken understanding among classical music professionals, but I disagree with the last of these inequalities.

Beethoven is inferior to Brahms. I have confirmed this with my ears, so I can be sure. Beethoven's Symphony No. 9, "Ode to Joy," is an extremely dirty piece of music, and even the relatively decent Symphony No. 3, "Pastoral," is a piece of junk filled with immature sensibility. Beethoven's music is all about suffering and rejoicing over insignificant things and wrestling alone in a small world.

Brahms admired Beethoven and struggled a lot when writing his symphonies, but the Symphony No. 1 he completed is clear and generous. Brahms can be said to be a healthy man. Compared to him, Beethoven was sick and completely muddy. Goethe described Beethoven's music as "too exaggerated," and Japanese poet and playwright Shuji Terayama described it as "the music of a small-minded, local factory owner." I agree with them. I think Beethoven has been overrated. His sound is boring.

クラシック関係の本で読んだことだが、メンデルスゾーンはモーツァルトに劣り、ブルックナーはバッハに劣り、ブラームスはベートーヴェンに劣るという。これはクラシック関係者の間では暗黙の了解だそうだが、この不等式については、最後の一つに異議がある。

ベートーヴェンはブラームスに劣る。これは私が自分の耳で確かめたことなので間違いない。ベートーヴェンの交響曲９番「喜びの歌」はこの上なく汚らしい曲だし、比較的まともな3番「田園」すら、稚拙な感性が横溢している駄曲だ。どうでもよいことに苦しみ、喜び、矮小な世界で一人相撲を取っている曲が、ベートーヴェンの音の全てである。

ブラームスはベートーヴェンに私淑しており、交響曲を書くにあたって相当苦しんだそうだが、出来た交響曲１番は清澄、おおらかである。ブラームスは健康人と言って良いだろう。彼に比べるとベートーヴェンは病人であり、濁り切っている。ゲーテはベートーヴェンの曲を「大袈裟すぎる」と評し、日本の詩人・劇作家の寺山修二は「気の小さな町工場の社長の音楽」と評した。私も彼らに同意する。私はベートーヴェンが過大評価されてきたと見る。実際、詰まらない音だ。

The deception of "leaving no one behind" (Essay)

Japan's national broadcasting, poisoned by SDGs and gender equality projects: NHK's strange favorite phrase is "leaving no one behind". It is heard in many genres, such as "nursing care that leaves no one behind", "disaster evacuation that leaves no one behind", and "inclusive classes that leave no one behind".

"Leaving no one behind" means that the members of the group are in the "same topos (place)" at all times and in all circumstances, so the group becomes homogenized. If it goes well, everyone benefits, but if the opposite happens, everyone suffers a disadvantage. In the case of disaster evacuation, all able-bodied people will die along with the elderly and disabled who cannot move, and the group society will become extinct. In inclusive classes, the learning of able-bodied people will be hindered because of mentally retarded students, and there is a possibility that they will not be able to take the path they wanted.

Isn't this situation called "bad equality"? Every human being is different. As a group, the trend of standardizing the way each lives has no merit except for the few people who want it.

「誰ひとり取り残さない」の欺瞞（エッセイ）

SDGsとか男女共同参画事業などに毒された日本国営放送：NHKが変執狂的に好む言葉が「誰ひとり取り残さない」うんぬんである。「誰ひとり取り残さない介護」「誰ひとり取り残さない災害避難」「誰ひとり取り残さないインクルーシブ授業」など、多くのジャンルで聞かれる。

「誰ひとり取り残さない」とは当該集団の構成員がどんな時と場合でも「同じトポス（場所）」にいると言うことだから、集団は均一化する。うまく行けば全員に対してメリットがあるが、逆の場合は全員が不利益を受ける。災害避難の場合なら、動けない老人や身障者と共に健常者も、全員死ぬことになり、その集団社会は消滅する。インクルーシブ授業なら、知恵遅れの生徒のために、健常者の勉学が妨げられ、望んだ進路が取れなくなる可能性がある。

こういった状況を「悪平等」と言うのではないのか？人間はひとそれぞれ、不均一なものである。集団として、各個人のあり方を均一化する方向性は、それを望む一部の人間にとって以外、なんのメリットもない。

Unadon： Eel Bowl (prose, cooking)

The grilled eel sold at supermarkets is tough and not tasty. This is a way to make it about 80% as delicious as eel from specialty shops. In areas around Tokyo, the grilled eel is steamed. This makes it softer. Place a sand sieve with the mesh side up on top of the steamer filter, place the grilled eel on top, and steam for about 14 minutes. Remove and grill for 3 minutes until crispy. Serve this in a bowl with rice, top with sauce, and sprinkle with Japanese pepper.

ウナ丼(prose, cooking)

スーパーマーケットで売られているウナギの蒲焼きは、硬くて美味しくない。それを専門店のウナギの８０％くらいの美味しさに仕上げる工夫。東京を中心とする地方では、蒲焼きを蒸す工程を入れる。これによって蒲焼きを柔らかくする。土砂の篩を網を上にして蒸し器のフィルターの上に置き、蒲焼きをその上に置いて１４分ほど蒸す。取り出してグリルで３分、表面をかりっと焼く。これをご飯を丼に盛り、タレを掛けた上に乗せ、山椒を振って食べる。

I am Japanese, but definitely not Asian! (Essay)

A Japanese university professor once preached, "Japanese people should be aware of themselves as Asians!" However, the concept of "Asia" is merely a concept defined by Westerners and imposed on them. All Asian countries except Japan and Thailand became colonies of European countries without exception. It is only natural that the stupid Asian peoples were dominated by Europeans.

Thailand was only an independent country due to the balance of power between Britain and France, so Japan was the only truly independent country in Asia. Asian countries that were cowardly subordinate to Europeans were able to become independent because Japan went on a rampage in WWII, and the people of Asian countries realized the limitations of Europeans. And so, at the Bandung Conference Thailand in 1955, many independent countries were born in Asia and Africa like bamboo shoots after rain.

However, Japan today is not doing well; its population is decreasing, and the Japanese government is allowing many Asians into the country. However, they are of low quality. Vietnamese and Cambodians are a "group of idiots" who mainly steal copper wires from solar power generation facilities. I don't want to be called an Asian like these people. I don't want to be lumped together with these idiots! That's what I think. Japan is not so depraved that it should be called Asia.

ある日本人の大学教授が、「日本人はアジア人としての自覚を持て！」と教えを垂れたそうだ。だが「アジア」という概念はあくまで欧米人が規定した概念に過ぎず、押し付けられたものである。そして日本とタイ以外のアジア諸国は、例外なくヨーロッパ諸国の植民地になった。間抜けなアジア諸国民がヨーロッパ人に支配されたのは、至極当然である。

タイはイギリスとフランスの力のバランスで独立国であったに過ぎぬから、本当の独立国はアジアでは唯一日本だけであった。そしてヨーロッパ人に意気地なく従属していたアジア諸国が独立できたのも、日本がWW2で大暴れし、ヨーロッパ人の限界をアジア諸国民が知ったからである。それで１９５５年にバンドン会議で、アジア、アフリカに、雨後の竹の子のごとく独立国が多数誕生したのである。

ところが今の日本は元気がなく、人口も減っていて、日本政府はアジア人を大量に入国させている。ところが彼らは質が低い。ベトナム人やカンボジア人は、専ら太陽光発電施設の銅線を盗む「低能者集団」である。私は、こんな奴らと同じアジア人とは言われたくない。このような馬鹿どもと同じにされてたまるか！と私は思う。日本は、アジアと呼ばれるほど落ちぶれてはいない。

India will rise and the USA will fall (Essay)

Both India and the USA have in common that the IT industry is the industry that supports the country. However, other industries in both countries are relatively weak. When I asked about AI, I found that although there are certainly similarities, there are also many differences. The USA still has the world's top industries such as finance, medicine, and education, while India is a developing country centered on agriculture.

Looking at the current situation, this is true, but from the Chinese perspective of the I Ching, it is not so. India is in the phase where the moon is about to become full, while the USA is in the phase where the moon has begun to wane. This is the natural flow, the law, and neither India nor the USA can go against the flow. This is the truth of the I Ching. A country with a future and a country without a future, the USA will eventually fall into the second-rate country of the world, and India will become a first-rate country of the world.

The current USA is trying to cover up the "waning" of the moon, and President Trump's policies can be positioned in this way. The USA, where the task of "manufacturing" has long been neglected, is suffering from the hollowing out of the industry, and the decline of the USA has progressed to the point where it probably cannot recover even with tariff policies.

インドもUSAも、IT産業が国を支える産業であることは共通している。だが両国とも他の産業は比較的弱い。AIに聞いてみると、確かに以上の共通点はあるが相違点も多い。USAは金融、医療、教育など、今でも世界最高峰の産業を有しているが、インドは農業中心で発展途上国である。

現状を見ればその通りなのだが、中国の易経的発想からすると、そうでもない。インドは、月がこれから満ちるフェーズで、USAは月がはっきりと欠け始めたフェーズである。これは自然の流れ、法則であって、インドもUSAも流れに逆らうことは出来ない。これが易経の真理である。先のある国と先のない国、いずれUSAは世界の２流国に転落し、インドは世界の１流国になるであろう。

今のUSAは月の「欠け」を取り繕うとしていて、トランプ大統領の政策もそのように位置付けられる。「物作り」という作業が疎かになって久しいUSAが、産業の空洞化に苦しみ、おそらく関税政策をもってしても、立ち直れないくらいまでUSAの衰退は進んでいる。

I can more than double the amount of cigarettes (Cigarette-1)

I smoke Kent cigarettes, which have a 7cm effective smoking length. The average effective smoking length of five cigarette butts is 3.72cm (52.4% of the total length).

I then tear the cigarette butts into pieces and remake them into cigarettes using a Raw cigarette rolling machine. The effective smoking length of the remade cigarette is also 7cm, so if you smoke like I do, You can more than double the amount of Kent.

Я могу увеличить количество сигарет более чем вдвое (Табак-1).

Курю Кент с эффективной длиной всасывания 7см. Средняя эффективная всасываемая длина пяти окурков составила 3,72 см (52,4% от общей длины).

Затем я разбиваю окурки и снова превращаю их в сигареты с помощью самокрутки Raw. Эффективная длина ��егенерированных сигарет также составляет 7 см, поэтому, если вы курите, как я, длина Кента увеличится более чем в два раза.
