Powrót na znane tory i zapowiedź zmian.

Eh, nic tak nie poprawia humoru jak dobre posiedzenie na kibelku. Dziś rano w końcu zrobiłam to, co trzeba i był to prawdziwy poświąteczny potwór. Poczułam się jakbym zrzuciła 2 kg! Rumianek i babka plesznik (wczoraj wieczorem zjadłam sobie łyżeczkę) Brzuch od razu zrobił się mniejszy, a ja od razu weselsza 😜. Za parę dni śladu nie będzie po naszym świątecznym obżarstwie.

Dziś mam na noc do pracy. Jeszcze dojadam poświąteczna sąłatkę i rybę po grecku (danie nocne) ale lunch i śniadanie już w moim niepowtarzalnym stylu. (nadal bez mierzenia i ważenia).

Nagle okazało się jak dużo czasu mam dla siebie nie robiąc tego. (liczenia i ważenia) Bardzo kusząca perspektywa. Zbliżają się zapowiadane zmiany w formie prowadzenia tego bloga.

This is just a little explanation post why I've been gone for nearly 2 months, but there is a trigger warning for terminal illness, so don't read if that is a trigger. BUT just know that I have been writing all night for you guys and will get them all out by Sunday!

That being said the past two months have been incredibly chaotic. But! This isnt a vent post, just an explanation, so ill try to keep it short!

I already struggle with motivation, especially in winter months. I'm sure everyone deals with seasonal depression at some point but this year seems to be the worst.

Starting September, I had missed the deadline to sign up for fall classes for college, and unfortunately am behind a second year now, which had already bummed me out. Then, the first week in October (around when I reached out for these trades) we had both celebrated my mom's birthday, and unfortunately my car broke down, leaving me to have to quit my job and search for a job close enough that I could walk.

That in itself was even more devastating for me because I value my freedom a lot, and I especially loved my job at the kids store.

Since, I have been walking to and from Dairy Queen and picking up as many shifts as I can (EVEN THOUGH DQ SUCKS)

Then, this month, my grandpa's birthday came along so we had to celebrate that as well and then we got some bad news...

My grandma has been in and out of surgery for about a year or two now, but only this month did we find out she might have bone cancer. Because bone cancer isn't as common, they explained that that's why it took them so long to start testing her. Now, I'm not a doctor, nor do I know the technicalities of the process, but she is going to the hospital frequently now, which means I am constantly going with my mom to my hometown to help my grandparents, as well as babysitting my 2 year old brother when my mother is with my grandma.

My grandma is doing fine for now and they do believe that is is benign (to my understanding that means it won't spread) so everything's okay, I've just been Incredibly busy!

But, to wrap this up, I will be getting your trades up ASAP and everything will hopefully be done by Sunday. Thank you guys for being patient with me <3

✦ first thing he noticed about you was your features obviously but even though he thought you were probably the most beautiful human he’d ever seen, he noticed your survival skills. it was almost immediate, he has a lot of respect for you as a fellow archer.

✦ he was infatuated with you for a while, he’d definitely taken note of your style and based how he viewed you on that for a while, he sorta thought you were kinda kooky for a little bit not to mention all the random information you knew. he was always so curious even though he usually minds his business because you’re just that interesting. he later learnt that you’re not strange and instead you’re very cool.

✦ you’re both very similar survival wise but very different socially so that contrast sort of allows for him to experience new things, such as dragging him to places or events that he initially never wanted to go to but they benefit him someway because you make it worthwhile.

✦ he’s quite reserved and likes to be on his own, however he does like to take you places with him because he knows how much you enjoy adventure as much as he does. he hates just being confined in a community, for him it’s just not ideal and he likes to be out and go to the woods and hunt n such so he enjoys you being there for that.

It’d be an early morning in Alexandria. Daryl told you to meet him at the gates and he never really explained why. When you made your way over, he was packing his bike. You greet him and he takes an opportunity to tease you. “You’re late.” You weren’t, but he wanted to harass you just a little. You’d argue you were exactly right on time and he’d explain that on time is late, early is on time.

He’d take you down to the river, a beautiful area where the trees were gorgeous and the water was loud yet relaxing. He’d set up nearby with everything you’d need for a nice afternoon out which included some food to eat by the river. After a game of rock skipping (you won) you just sat in silence to appreciate the sound of the river and the birds in the trees nearby.
