B.A.P Christmas Family AU

A.N: Hello! So yes, a bit late but this is my last story for 2017 postes at exactly migdnight so happy new years!. A cute little family B.A.P AU. Yongguk and Himchan have a surprise for their 4 adopted kids but the question is will they enjoy it?

“I don’t know about this Himchan…”

“You’ll be fine! You look so cute!” Himchan says as he zips Yongguk up in a Santa suit.

“I still don’t think it’s a good idea…aren’t the kids a bit too old for this?”

“Daehyun and Youngjae probably are but I’m sure Jongup and Junhong will love it”, Himchan says with a bight smile.

His little dimple appearing under his eye and Yongguk cannot, CANNOT say no to that face.

“Look, they are adopted so you know they probably didn’t have a good Christmas memory when they were younger. If not for me, can you do this for them?” Himchan asks.

He was playing the sad childhood card again. And Yongguk needs to stop falling for it. The four nightmares of a kid they had adopted were all from a well-known organisation. All of them had no issues with their childhood. Granted Daehyun had issues with sharing food, Youngjae had a mouth on him, Jongup rarely spoke up and Junhong took a long time to trust them but Himchan and him loved them all dearly.

Like they were their own children.

Yongguk remembers when he was younger, he had dreamt of having his own children, with a wife and a small house.

Yeah, that doesn’t work out when you realise that you don’t swing that way.

But Himchan was the love of his life and he had accepted that somethings wouldn’t go as planned. Himchan is a model and he had originally no want or need for children but when they had adopted Jongup, Himchan instantly turned into the most caring human being ever. Yongguk sometimes thinks Himchan has favouritism towards their smallest kid.

Youngjae was next.

He was a smart kid and instantly got along with Jongup. He taught the younger many things and it always warmed Yongguk’s heart to see his two sons snuggled up together in a blanked as Youngjae read Jongup a new book every night.

Junhong was next. He was very young when they adopted Junhong.

Jongup had been 4.

Youngjae was 7.

Junhong was 3 and for a 3 year old he was very careful with people around him. It took a lot of time for Junhong to get used to the new environment. He didn’t like the attention he got from Himchan, he did not like Youngjae’s smart mouth and he definitely did not like “scary” Yongguk. So he warmed up to Jongup first. They had become best friends. Eventually he warmed up Yongguk as Jongup insisted that he wasn’t scary and Youngjae got to Junhong by showering Junhong with warm hugs and cuddles and probably smuggled him some of his favourite snacks.

Junhong found it the hardest to warm up to Himchan.

Himchan was so defeated when Junhong kept on rejecting him. They just naturally clashed as well so it was really hard. But as time passed, Himchan learned to understand how Junhong’s feelings worked.

Himchan will never admit it but he had cried in Yongguk’s arms for many nights and worried that he was a failure as a parent. Himchan eventually learned that Junhong just needed time and gentle words and encouragement and maybe even just a smile.

Daehyun was the last one to be adopted.

He was 9. He had been adopted a year after Junhong and because he was older he understood his situation and he was quiet at first and very well behaved. Now that he was close with everyone and used to the environment, he was the biggest troublemaker. Himchan swears Daehyun intentionally stayed quiet in the beginning to make sure that they were going to keep him before he invested his heart into this family.

They would have never turned him away anyway.

Going back to the situation at hand.

“I bet Daehyun and Youngje will find it cute too though”, Himchan says as he places the hat on Yongguk’s head and adjusts it.

“I have a feeling they will laugh at my face if anything”, Yongguk says flatly.

“Oh, come on. Be a bit more cheery”, Himchan says and nudges Yongguk.

“Now, let’s go. The kids are waiting”

Yongguk groans but quietly follows Himchan. Himchan peaks out of the room and checks to see if the kids were around. Once he is sure that they are all sleeping in their room he lets Yongguk walk out into the living room. Yongguk sluggishly moves towards the chair by the tall Christmas tree and sits down.

Himchan than beings out the red sack filled with presents and places it by the tree.

“Right, stay there and I’ll get the kids. Don’t even think about running away”

“I wouldn’t dream of it, I don’t want to face your wrath”

“Good choice”

Himchan then walks to their sons’ shared room.

“Hey kids, look who is here”, Himchan says with his cheerful voice and another groan escapes Yongguk’s lips.

He hears the excitement in his sons’ voices and the sound of footsteps. The first one to run out is Daehyun who sees Yongguk and deflates as the excitement leaves him.

“Oh”

Well that wasn’t what Yongguk and Himchan had expected.

“Who is it?” Youngjae is next as he looks over Daehyun’s shoulder and his face falls too.

“Yongguk- appa?”

“No…?” Yongguk offers.

“We know Santa isn’t real and we cannot be fooled by a silly beard”, Youngjae says.

He really had a smart mouth.

“We’ll sit this one out”, Daehyun says and the two older boys go to sit on the large sofa.

“When did the two of you find out?” Yongguk asks.

“Some kid in my class had an outburst about it and I told Daehyun-ah”, Youngjae says.

Another set of footsteps follows so they go quiet.

It’s Junhong.

Junhong stares at Yongguk with his wide eyes and blinks.

This meant that he was confused.

“Hello Junhong!”, Yongguk does his best to sound like, what he thought Santa would sound like.

But it doesn’t help as Junhong starts to frown.

“Oh no”

They all knew that look. Junhong was going to burst into tears. Yongguk is ready to stand up and grab his youngest son and hug him tightly but another set of footsteps follows.

It’s their smallest son.

He bumps into Junhong who is already taller than Jongup.

“Jongup sorry Junhongie”, Jongup says with a sleepy smile.

But this does little to stall Junhong and before they know it Junhong is wailing. Jongup is confused. He had bumped into Junhong before and this was the first time Junhong had started crying.

“Sorry Junhongie!” Jongup says but Junhong carries on crying.

Junhong uses his small hand to point at Yongguk and carries on crying. Jongup follows where Junhong is pointing and sees Yongguk.

Jongup squints.

This meant Jongup was confused.

Yongguk prayed that Jongup wouldn’t cry. He knew all his kids cried but Jongup was always the one who was smiling all the time.

“Scary!”

And then the light bulb in Jongup’s head seems to go off.

At the same time Himchan comes in running, hearing his youngest cry, his parental instinct has automatically kicked in.

“Junhong!”

But before anyone can do anything Jongup wraps his small hands around Junhong and hugs him tightly.

“Ts ok Junhong…Jongup protect you”

Junhong is now sobbing into Jongup while everyone else watches in silence. No one wanted to break this small tender moment.

“Junhong scared! Junhong wants Yongguk appa back!”

Yongguk is quick to jump out of the chair and pulled the hat and the fake beard off.

“Look Junhongie! It’s Yongguk appa!” Yongguk says in panic as he kneels down to the level of his two younger sons. Junhong is still sobbing when he looks up but hides back into Jongup’s embrace.  Yongguk feels helpless and Himchan knows it’s mean but he is holding back a laugh.

“Uppie-hyung is here”, Jongup says as he uses his nickname that Junghong often used.

Himchan can’t help but aw.

“Uppie hyung protect Junhong?” Junhong asks between sobs

“Always”, Jongup says.

Junhong has stopped sobbing and is only sniffling now. He looks at Yongguk who looks more and more dejected.

“Yongguk-appa?”

“Yes Junhong?”

“Junhong no like scary Santa, Scary Santa sitting in Yongguk-appa’s chair…Junhong think Scary Santa took Yongguk-appa away”, Junhong takes a few minutes to say all of this but everyone was listening intently.

The 4 year old was good with his words and managed to get all their attention.

“Junhong happy Yongguk-appa came back”

“Yongguk- appa is happy to be back too”, Yonguk says with a bright smile and he opens his arms up.

Junhong smiles back and clumsily runs into Yongguk’s arms. He hugs his youngest son tightly.

“Junhong love Yongguk-appa!”

“I love you too Junhong”

“Junhong thank Uppie-hyung. Junhong love Uppie-hyung always!” Junhong says happily as he runs back to Jongup and hugs Jongup tightly.

“Uppie love you always”, Jongup says as he is practically buried in Junghong’s tight embrace.

The young boy was big for his age.

“Aw, my baies!” Himchan says he picks Junhong up in his arms and Junhong is back to his usual self and cheerfully giggles in Himchan’s arms.

“Junhongie love Himchan-appa too?”

“Love Himchan-appa!”

Himchan smiles and hugs Junhong tightly.

Yongguk laughs and picks up Jongup who smiles widely.

“You did good as a hyung, Jonguppie”, Yongguk says.

“Jongup always protect Junhong!” he declared and Yongguk and Himchan can’t help but laugh.

Jongup was never a loud child but he would be to protect Junhong and it warmed Yongguk and Himchan’s hearts.

“Hey now, do we not get any love?” Daehyun asks.

“Yeah! I thought I was your favourite hyung Junhong!” Youngjae protests.

“Junhong love DaeDae and Jae!”

They all laugh as the two older boys jump off the sofa and run to their parents and siblings. They hug their parents’ legs and both earn a kiss on the forehead from Himchan and Yongguk ruffles their head.

“When do we open the presents?”

Himchan rolls his eyes while Yongguk laughs.

Of course, it’s Daehyun who asks the question.

They let the children open their parents and show off their new toys. There is a lot of screaming and arguing, mostly from Daehyun and Youngjae. Every year Himchan tells himself next time they will all get the same toys but they all know that isn’t going to happen. Jongup and Junhong agree to share their toys so the two are as happy as always.

Yongguk is still so defeated and tired from earlier events that he just sits and watches over his children. Himchan smiles and goes to sit next to him in the small but comfortable chair.

“You did well”, Himchan says and hugs Yongguk. Yongguk welcomes Himchan’s warm embrace and signs in content.

“Merry Chistmas”

“Merry Christmas…I love you Yongguk”

“I love you too…but never again”

Himchan just laughs.

A/N:- Please do give your feedbacks and suggestions and since it's a bit real life inspired. The chapters night be small in comparison to what I usually write but I hope you all will like it..

Part 1

Finally... After a dreading time of almost 1 years and a few months. Everyone started to slowly come out of their respective houses for short walks, walks to super markets; sure the safety and precautions were a priority, whether you bring mobile, master card money or not but sanitizers, masks should be there.

Walkin down the stairs from your floor to the ground, you took a deep breathe and a small smile came in through the mask. Finally, you came down after being locked in your room with fear and just praying for all to be healthy and safe. Seeing things slowly getting better was a huge relief for you and you can't even imagine for the people situated on the frontline for these 16-17 months or should I say 517 days working day and night..

While you were taking in the scenes around which were so familiar once you heard your name being called "Y/N.. Y/N, here" you turned towards the said voice, there was your friend standing waving at you like a maniac. Your friend Rita was the only close friend you made in this apartment complex. She was like your sister and her family was just like a second home. Giving each other a fist bump, you started your walk.

Through these recent months when the pandemic's effect came to a low point, many families had quickly shifted to their assigned destinations, new purchased homes with continuous movement of trucks. So, seeing a lot of new faces wouldn't be a surprise for you. While talking to your friend about how and what all happened these months a deep voice caught your ears.

You slightly turned to see a guy who was speaking on the phone voice a bit muffled due to the face mask and you can't help but to look at him; him having long hair but was supported by bandana and his whole attire was on black not the bad boy vibes but in general the ones who like to wear black and clothes are pretty comfortable for daily walk. Such simple clothing but it had your heart racing especially when you both had an eye contact before you whipped your head towards Rita who had a small smirk on her lips.

"What?" You said in a loud noise even though you shouldn't a typical habit of yours when you get embarrassed or get caught red handed for something which you wished you didn't had to be seen.

"You like him? I know it's a big term but it's after so long have I seen you looking at a guy like this.. Although I don't know about your experience in your previous area where you lived but I can say that it's first time." She said with a soft smile looking at the said guy before she turned to you. "Nah, it's nothing. It's just that alot of new faces and families have come here and when I heard his voice. So, I thought to look at the owner." You said it with a shrug.

You two continued walking for another hour talking about random stuff, some gossips, online education before parting your ways. That night when you were going to bed, the guy had again crossed your mind but you couldn't care less and went to sleep.

3 months later...

It's been three months, things are going to say good at least, though there were times when cases grew up so suddenly but things were okay.

In these months, not only you saw new faces but now you saw new blooming relationships. The once junior kids are now teens and many of them who were friends once were turning their friendship into something more, that was a sight to see especially when they were all red, flirting and sometimes asking you and Rita for advices and swearing to secrecy for the other kid about their crush which made you both laugh when you two were walking alone.

And what about the guy you saw on your first day of the walk? Let's just say that somehow making accidental eye contacts or acknowledging presence from afar, you had kinda developed a tini-tiny attraction not crush but attraction towards the said boy. You don't know his name, his age but you feel he is around your age (bingo), loves to wear black clothes judging his daily black attire for walks making you name him as the BCC an abbreviation of 'Black Cat Commando' (no offense to people) and hearing his peculiarly weird conversations sometimes you use to make fun and gossip behind his back.

The was totally a strange and mysterious man to start off but he was at the end the guy along with your blooming buds who made your day and you looked forward to meet them especially him even if you wanna saay no but deep down the answer said the opposite.

While you were taking a round as usual suddenly Rita stopped making you also stop in the tracks. "What happ- "Babe, he is looking at you!!!" "What?" "Just don't freak out or something, look normally as if you are seeing something and have an accidental eye contact with BCC. He is looking at you" but before she could give you a look or sign you whipped your head at 90° to see him looking at the other direction and you gave her 'why the hell were you lying' look.

"Rita, why did you say he was looking at me?" You asked her "Because he was duh.. also, he was looking at you when you lunatically whipped your head and don't say that he was looking there but he could see you through his peripheral vision." She said making your mouth shut but again before you could speak again she spoke again "Just because you aren't good to keep a peripheral vision that doesn't mean others can't do the same. You need more practice Y/N" with that she took you along with her.

Days went by, you and the guy had some eye contacts which any normal human being walking would have unless you are busy with mobiles or something but there were days when you didn't come like your routine day off which is Sunday or maybe when you take a day off due to period cramps or something or which when he doesn't turn up at your time. Sometimes he doesn't come at all or if he does it's almost when you go back home.

One day, Rita hadn't come down due to some guests at her place. So, while you were walking a sudden tap jolted you up and you turned only to see him looking at you with a cold expression...

Genshin Impact Idol AU ideas

So we all know the groups Veechu made with 4nemo, DCKZ, L/yue and, TVT DREAM however, I thought it was a crime the actual idol Barbara wasn’t in a group so, I made my own! I do not have the skills to draw this so, I will be including concept photos by actual groups(older and newer as well as the time in those examples i think suits them just for an example bts run era - dope era for a boy group) for the general vibe. Click on their names for a link to the kpop wiki about them. I also won’t include Lumine because many fans have made their own headcanons for that I like.

Feel free to use the ideas I added to this in fanworks just please credit me for the idea of the groups I made myself if you do. All will be under the read more so mobile users don’t break their fingers trying to scroll past. Wiki links are included for each real world inspiration. If looking for a specific character use ctrl+f on PC to search for them to make your life easier.

Note: their stories can be changed if you would like to make it different for your art/writing/whatever. I just think a bit of drama makes them feel more real. None of the stories are 100% based on any real group even their inspirations aren’t direct copies. As new characters are released/shown in stories I will be adding onto existing groups I made up or, making new ones so if you like my ideas save this and come back to it.

A rookie girl group created from the top seven trainees(voted by judges & public vote) in a survival show that quickly gained international fame from their debut single and, performance. No one doubts their talents however, some question how legitimate the voting/ranking was in the show.  No one blames the girls themselves for this and, there is no real evidence to prove this. All of the members believe the show to be real due to their own experiences too although, a few of them due to their low self-esteem believe other trainees would’ve been better suited in the group even if they are thankful for the support. It will take a while for all of them to adjust and, have it all feel real. Will they rise to super stardom or, crack under the immense pressure?

Even though fans are starting to worry their agency is pushing them too far. Will they become legendary performers the kind that future generations remember by name or, will their boss’ dirty little secrets make them guilty by association to the press when/if the time comes?

A junior girl group for kids/tweens made(and managed) by Alice to promote her daughter Klee and, have her gain experience for her dream of being a real idol. Although they perform, act, model and, release music similar older groups they still are children so, their concepts are always wholesome feel-good things to appeal to kid’s even younger their age or, younger. They also don’t have the same restrictions or, work hours due to their age. This group is very popular with Elementary schoolers and, sometimes even their families but, can be annoying to anyone older due to how cheesy it all is.

(Note: I don’t personally agree with kids being idols irl especially some I’ve seen that look like older teen/adult idols it’s scary. However, since it is a thing that exists and, this is a fictional head canon let’s pretend this is a world where none of them get hurt and can live pretty normal lives during & after their time as idols if they choose to do so. I just didn’t want to leave a playable character/important story character out of the AU entirely. Also, Sayu would be here but since she’s not officially released yet and, we don’t know any story about her I think it’s best for her to join later.)

Not only is Dandelion super famous but, each member has their own solo careers just as successful. Outside of the group Jean is known for her solo albums and, charity work. Lisa is known for her modelling career and, secretly is a successful author under a pen name. Eula is known for her many wins on dancing contest shows and, the many important roles she plays in dramas. Since this year marks the dreaded 7 year curse fans worry they might disband or, go on a permanent hiatus. Before this year they seemed inseparable to fans but, something happened during their last tour. Jean and, Lisa who were known to be best friends suddenly won’t even sit next to each other. Eula who was usually more reserved during interviews is having to do most of the work since they’re just awkwardly sitting on the opposite sides of her. Eula has never been the best at public speaking and, her blunt responses are causing antis to go on huge smear campaigns on social media. Jean who previously wanted to renew her contract is thinking about starting her own company. Lisa who previously wanted to renew her contract now wants to leave and, join a modelling agency. Eula still wants to renew her contract but, she doesn’t want to be solo yet. She is trying her hardest to get the group back together but, her harsh personality is only making the problem worse she feels. Will they stay together or, will they split? And if they stay together, will it be the same Dandelion fans fell in love with or, are some bridges burned forever?

- Ayaka

From a wealthy Inazuman family Kamisato Ayaka (known as Ayaka) shocked the entire nation when she decided to stop pursuing traditional dance(which she had earned many honors and, was famous for since she was a small child) and, instead go overseas to become an idol. Due to her connections it wasn’t long after becoming a trainee that she was put on the same survival show that formed 7evelUp!. However, her good luck ran out when after filming she got into an accident in her company’s car on the way to her company’s trainee dorms. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured but, she sustained an injury to her ankle that made her unable to perform for the rest of the show and, therefore was disqualified. She was a fan favorite and, everyone was heartbroken that she couldn’t compete. Due to her popularity, her company decided that if she could prove she was able to work after being healed they would let her have a solo debut. She far surpassed their expectations being even better than she was before, resulting in her debuting the same time 7evelUp! did. She doesn’t have any negative feelings towards those girls but, she views them as her rivals. She is quickly gaining popularity for her insane talent in singing, dancing, acting, modelling and, song-writing. She is known to the media as “The Idol Princess” for her family’s wealth, her talent and, her graceful demeanor. Don’t put her into a box though, she can pull off any concept with ease. The question is though, will her company allow her the freedom to express herself to the fullest?

She was raised in Salem, New Hampshire, USA along with her adoptive brother, Tommy, who is 5 years older than her. Growing up, Lexi was constantly involved with sports and practiced piano. She mostly focused on competitive archery and track, piano being more of a hobby. When she was 13 years old she had asked her parents if she could audition to be a kpop idol. It took them two years, but they finally agreed. Her parents had friends who lived in Seoul and Lexi stayed with them as she auditioned in different companies. After the debut of BTS in June, a few months later in August, Lexi was added to the group. While Bighit had transferred all of their female trainees to Source Music, the company felt that maybe Lexi would be a good fit for the group due to vocals and visuals. And after seeing the success that B.A.P had with their female member, they thought that the same could happen with BTS.

Facts:

Only ever uses the name Blu when on camera. The boys mostly call her Lexi or Lex. 

She learned Korean growing up both at the orphanage and then with her parents, seeing as they also knew the language.

Due to the pressure of being the only girl and always in the spotlight, Lexi is always cautious of how she acts in front of the camera, giving her a cold persona.

She comes off as not caring what others think, but in actuality, is really sensitive (Cue in the overprotective members).

With the boys and friends she’s comfortable and is a clingy goofball with terrible jokes.

Is definitely not a dancer, but she is said to have a charisma on stage that would make anyone question if she’s a part of the dance line.

She didn’t have much lines, but she chose that due to her lack in confidence. She has been able to add more lines since her earlier days.

Likes to read, especially fairytales. That’s all she read when she was younger and related to many of them.

Is really into dark fantasy and horror.

Loves shopping and is a fashionista.

Loves Hello Kitty.

Is a fan of Shojo mangas.

She still practices archery.

Along with piano, she can also play the guitar and is learning the bass.

Wants to learn to cook, so she constantly follows Jin around in the kitchen.

She’s closest to Suga and Jungkook. Suga being the one closest to resembling her older brother. And Jungkook being her same age friend. They even share a birthday.

Lexi has produced a couple of songs here and there, but she hasn’t shown anyone but Suga.

She’s acted in two movies and one drama. 

She is a big fan of Epik High, Big Bang, and SHINee. The latter being the reason she wanted to be an idol.

Hobbies: Reading, shopping, and archery.

16. What is your most underrated fic?

probably till dawn (b.a.p - kpop)? it was a sibling fic (that i’ve now abandoned r.i.p) about family conflict and slow bonding after becoming more mature, and i had a lot of fun with the tension and the imagery

17. What fic are you most proud of?

my current work, scorch marks and embers (bbc merlin)!!! i’ve never written anything this long before (i think it’s gonna be 80-90k once it’s done) or with such passion. i’m genuinely having so much fun 🥺 i feel like there was so much space for extra angst in merlin season 4 (and also that gaius could absolutely have died lmao) so it’s been a wild ride exploring the repercussions of that betrayal of trust and support, and just !!!! merlin being angry!!!!!! and disillusioned!!!!!! and arthur panicking at the loss of merlin’s respect and actually realising he needs to do better!!!!!!!!!!!! and just. gwen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

i was also very proud of something i should tell you (b.a.p - kpop) at the time! i wrote it throughout my first year of uni and it really boosted my confidence in writing. it also gave me a chance to try playing around with chronology (it had a running backplot)

and an unexpected mess (b.a.p hobbit/groupchat comedy au) was actually funny if i do say so myself lmao

23. If you had to remix one of your own fics, which would it be and how would you remix it?

ooh, i’m not sure? something i should tell you was a hunger games / one shot mv au, so i did plan on having an even worse alternate ending (like in the music video) where youngjae was a full traitor and did go through with his plan and lived with the guilt lmao ;) but i never got round to it

B.A.P x ASOIAF au:

Yongguk as House Stark: Places a high value on justice and is also very fiercely protective of others. 

Himchan as House Baratheon: Members of this house are characterized by their boisterous and strong-willed personalities. These characteristics describe Himchan well imo. 

Daehyun as House Tully: I think he suits House Tully best. The Tullys are dutiful and tend to be very caring towards their own people. These are good descriptors for Daehyun, considering that he’s B.A.P’s #1 fanboy.

Youngjae as House Martell: He’s quite a determined and open-minded person, like the members of House Martell. He also has an association with oranges. and loves spicy food, so it definitely has to be a Dornish house for him. And because he’s very Prince-like, the Dornish house I choose for him is Martell. 

Jongup as House Targaryen: Targaryens tend to have pensive natures, so I think Jongup would be a Targaryen. Also, whenever Jongup has silver hair, he gives me a very Targaryen vibe. Plus, he dreams of flying and likes dragons.

Zelo as House Tyrell: The Tyrells are an ambitious family but also place an emphasis on chivalry. Zelo would fit well here.

What fandom(s) do you write for? Mainly BTS, but I have written for SVT, EXO, GOT7, Monsta X, B.A.P, & NCT

When did you post your first piece? Oh dang, when? Hmm… I want to say Oct. 2016 (?) on my first blog (I had deleted and came back to Tumblr).

Do you write fluff/angst/crack/general/smut, combo, etc? Why? I mostly write a combo because it just happens that way! My main genres are: fluff, romance, & humor/crack. 

Do you write OCs, X Readers, Ships...etc? I mainly write OCs stories because that’s what makes me the happiest when it comes to writing, but I still write x reader fics for drabbles and oneshots. 

Why did you decide to write for Tumblr? Funny story. The reason why I started writing for Tumblr is because an old group of friends said that I should write a funny story based on a college class of mine, so I did and here we are. 

What inspires you to write? Usually, it’s my imagination, but other times it’s either the song I’m listening to or even the show I’m currently watching. Right now, my inspiration draws from anime. 

What genres/AUs do you enjoy writing the most? Genre wise, I love writing fluff & romance. AUs wise, I’m a sucker for Royal/Royalty. Mafia/Gang & Soulmate AUs would be a close second. 

What do you hope your readers take away from your work? Oh, wow. I honestly never thought about that before. I think for me, the one thing I hope my readers get from my stories is at the end of the day, please do something that will make you happy. Your own happiness should always be a top priority for you. 

What do you do when you hit a rough spot creatively? I take a break! Instead of forcing myself out of the creativity slump, I just take a break and let my mind recharge. Then, I go back to my outline and look over while listening to music that I know will spark some creativity juices. 

What is your favorite work and why? Your most successful? My favorite works (yes, I couldn’t pick just one) are my Royal!AU Seokjin series (Fight for Me & Our Second Chance). I love the amount of time and effort I put into those two stories, and I’m simply in awe at the world and characters I created. My second favorite is my latest Seokjin oneshot, Protecting Each Other. It’s my first story that exceeded 10,000 words, and I’m just proud of how that turned out. Successful wise, I would say it’s, This Little String. It’s a Soulmate!Taehyung oneshot based around the red-string of fate, and every other month, I see someone like and/or reblog it, so I say that’s pretty successful!

Who is your favorite person to write about? Seokjin hands down. I mean, not only is he one of my ultimate biases, but for some reason my creative banks dishes out ideas and inspiration for him like it’s nothing. 

Do you think there’s a difference between writing fanfiction vs. completely original prose? I personally don’t think so. You are still writing original content that derails from the source material (or adds to it), all you have to do is just replace your idols’ name with an original character name, and there you go. What do you think makes a good story? For me, I’d say that if you’re honestly proud of the end product, then that story is good, and your readers will see that. What is your writing process like? First I get an idea, or I like to call it, “it appeared to me in a vision,” then I outline it (if the idea lingers in my brain), and then I start writing and editing. Sometimes I’d sprint with my fellow writers on a server I’m in, and other times, I’d put on music and just let my brain go wild. Most of the time, I’m sprinting with friends. 

Would you ever repurpose a fic into a completely original story? If I had the time, probably. I can see my Royal!AU series becoming an original story with different characters and an expanded plotline. What tropes do you love, and what tropes can’t you stand? I am a sucker for F2L I (friends to lovers)! I just love the idea of dating someone who’s your best friend, so why not date your best friend, if the feelings are mutual of course! As for tropes, I dislike, I can’t say that I have any. I think it’s because (and I feel so bad for this), I don’t really read much stories other than what my mutual friends have written. 

How much would you say audience feedback/engagement means to you? It means the world to me because I do like knowing if I’m doing something right or if I need to go back and edit something for clarity. Mainly, I get likes and reblogs (with no feedback), and while it’s still nice of someone for taking the time to like and reblog something, I would like some feedback, please. I’m still grateful no matter what, though!

What has been one of the biggest factors of your success (of any size)? I think it’s the support of my amazing group of friends/mutuals! It’s thanks to their support that my work is reaching a wider audience, and it just means the world to me that they read my blood, sweat, and tears. I love them so much, especially my close friend, Jey (softjeon on Tumblr)!

Coffee or tea? What are you ordering? For coffee, my go-to is a Caramel Macchiato with Soy Milk (from Starbucks), but lately I’ve been using my Keurig, so I just Peppermint Mocha and 3 tsps of Sugar (I can’t stand bitter coffee lol). For tea, I really like Mango green tea from Gongcha (another boba place chain). 

Dream job (whether you have a job or not)? My dream job is to be an elementary school teacher, however, I am currently working on becoming a social worker where my population will still focus on children/students. So, it’s a good compromise!

If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?  If I could have one superpower, it would be cryokinesis aka ice manipulation!  

If you could visit a historical era, which would you choose? Oh, that’s a tough one, but if I had to choose one, I would go for the 1960s so I can see the Beatles live!

If you could restart your life, knowing what you do now, would you? No, because it’s thanks to those life lessons that I grow up to be who I currently am. Sometimes you have to go through those harsh experiences to be a better version of yourself!

Would you rather fight 100 chicken-sized horses or one horse-sized chicken? One horse-sized chicken, then I can feed my family for months. 

If you were a trope in a teen high school movie, what would you have been? Oh, hands down, I would be the stereotypical geek/nerd. Though, I was called a “preppy” in 9th grade, so that was a first. 

Do you believe in aliens/supernatural creatures? Yup, especially ghosts! 

Fun fact about yourself that not everyone would know? I can say the alphabet backwards! 

Do you think fanfic writers get unfairly judged? Oh, hands down, especially when it comes to writing smut. I’ve seen other blogs condemn writers who write smut about real people, but my thing is that these idols are merely face claims for a character that the author is writing about. 

Do you think art can be a medium for change? I think so! Every artist has a voice, especially with what’s going on recently, we need to be able to use our voices to spread light on certain issues. 

Do you ever feel there are times when you’re writing for others, rather than yourself? I used to think that way, especially when it came to writing x reader inserts since I know that’s what “sells” to the Tumblr audience. Now, I’m perfectly happy with writing x OC stories, and I’m content with my stories getting at least 5 notes. If it breaks 10 notes, then that’s a success!

Do you ever feel like people have misunderstood you or your writing at times? If they did, then I wouldn’t know. Most of the time, I think my writing is okay with people. 

Do your offline friends/loved ones know you write for Tumblr? Yes, my soul friend managed my old blog once upon a time and actually read one of my smuts. I was so embarrassed! But at least he said it was tastefully written, so that’s a bonus? 

What is one thing you wish you could tell your followers? Always remember that it is okay to take breaks/go on hiatus! 

Do you have any advice for aspiring writers who might be too scared to put themselves out there? My advice to those who want to start writing but are too afraid put themselves out there is to simply go for it. I was that person who was afraid to put their writing out there for the world to see, especially with some already established BTS writers on Tumblr, but I went for it. At first, it might be discouraging but know that your mutuals/friends will always be your number one supporter! Use their support as a motivator to keep writing and finding your groove! Then, eventually, all of your readers will start trickling in and showering you with the love and support you deserve!

Are there any times when you regret joining Tumblr? I wouldn’t say regret joining but more like allowing my life to be revolved around it. At one point in my life, it felt like a second job/chore for me, and Tumblr should never be that type of site! 

Do you have any mutuals who have been particularly formative/supportive in your Tumblr journey? Oh, I have so many! The ones that come to mind are definitely Jey (softjeon), Beanie (jinned), Nina (j-sope), Kenz (parksfilter), Renae (mygsii), Atlas (astraljoon), & Niah (randomkoalablog) to name a few! I love these amazing people so much and cherish their friendship to the moon and back!

Lisa’s P.O.V

5:00 am

I lean back on my bed, letting out a grunt. I was really never a morning person but I had too since I'm a trainee for JYP Entertainment.

I stayed in bed for a few more minutes and got up to get myself ready for practice today. I had a feeling that today something was going to happen. I couldn't put my finger to it so I just shrugged it off knowing it'd be the same as it always has been for 7 years.

After about 20 minutes of getting ready I got my bag and everything I need before heading off. I quickly stopped at a caffe to grab a drink and a small bite to eat, now making my way over to the JYP building.

Going up to the practice room, once I opened the doors, I saw 'them' and by meaning 'them' (yes these are the ITZY members) Yeji, Jisu (lia), Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. They looked at me and just laughed at me. I glance at them before I ignore them and went to my corner to set my things down.

I had some beef with them in the past and I still do. They would always hate on me for some reason. I wouldn't lie if I said they don't try to bully me when they actually do, even tho I'm older than they are. I don't even know what I did to them to begin with. I just remember Ryujin saying 'my kind' shouldn't belong here. I assumed it was my race. My korean was still not perfect but I was at the point were I can keep up a conversation. I never told JYP about this because I don't want to start more drama.

"She still here?" Yeji rolled her eyes at her friends as I heard them whispering stuff about me. At this point I'm used to it. "There's no way she's going to debut, she's been here for 7 years already." Yuna scuffed. "Don't worry girls this just proves her dream is nothing more than a dream." Yeji laughs along with her members.

I rolled my eyes and started putting on my dance shoes. 'I will debut'

"Enough about 'that thing' you won't believe what I heard." Ryujin changed to a different topic. "What did you hear?" Chaeryeong asked her. "You know my friend Han Jisung?" The girls nodded. "Well he told me that his friend Bang Chan is putting together a group and he already has all his member but Jisung told me that they're looking for one more member, and  that member happens to be a female." Ryujin smiles.

"what really?" Yeji says. Ryujin nods. "Jisung said he doesn't know who Chan has in mind but it could be one of us." Ryujin tried to contain her exigent. "I'm dying to know who it is." Jisu fixed herself in the mirror. "Well one thing is for shore it wont be 'that' over there." Ryujin teases as the others agreed.

I chuckled to myself like I cared.

"Alright girls start stretching." Our dance teacher comes in as everyone got to their places.

After a couple of hours I collapsed in the corner of the practice room. I was beyond exhausted. The other girls quickly packed up their things and left. I usually stayed behind to get some practice in. I always like being myself anyways. To be honest I never really fitted in. I wasn’t pretty like the others or skinny. There wasn't really a place for the out-of-place Mexican/American even tho I'm very light skinned most people thought I was some sort of Asian in me. Sometimes It cheered me up but then sometimes it didn't. I didn't try to think much of it as I just wanted to make my dream happened.

  I was actually in a group before called B.A.P but we were so underrated but I loved our fans everything was going perfect till our company started treading us like shit and wasn’t paying us right. Slowly one by one each member’s of B.A.P left. It what was best for us even tho it did hurt inside. They we’re everything to me. Luckily I got another chance to be able to debut here at JYP. I still talk to the other members but now as much as before.

Placing my arm over my head to block out the lights I heard the door open, causing me to get up. 

“Sorry didn’t mean to scare you.” An all to familiar voice says in a heavy Australian accent. He was scratching the back of his head.

I place a hand over my chest to keep my breathing steady. “Oh, no it’s okay.” I said. We stood there in a awkward silence. “Did you need the room? I was just about to leave.” I asked going to pick up my stuff. He reached out his hand to stop me. 

“N-no it’s fine. I don’t really need the room.” He says politely. I looked at him confusingly. It look like he has something to say but can’t put it into words. “I actually came here hoping to talk to you. If you have time.” 

“You want to talk to me?” I pointed at myself. 

He nods. “Yeah, Clarissa right? Do you have a second to talk?” I was shocked he knew my name. 

I nodded slowly. “Y-yeah. You can just call me Lisa it’s much better. Sure I got plenty of time. Practice just ended anyways.” I smiled. 

“Perfect. Sorry, I’m Bang Chan or you can call me Chris.” He sticks his hand out for me to shake it which I take. 

“I know. We had a few classes together but we never talked did we.” I mentioned. 

He frowns. “S-” 

“Don’t worry about it. I’m not much of talker to begin with. Also you’ve been apologizing a-lot since you got here.” 

He chuckles. “Right, anyways the reason i’m here is because I have something I need to talk to you about.” He starts taking a seat on the black sofa. I sat on his right side. 

“You know the show case is next month right.” Chan asked me I nod my head remembering. “Are you signed up?”

“Ahh, not really. For some reason JYP doesn’t want me too.” I give him a sad look.  

“Oh. Well, after 7 years of training JYP nim is actually giving me a chance to let me pick out my own group to enter for the show case.” 

A smile grew on my face. “Really? That’s amazing wow. I can’t believe he’s actually having that much trust in you.” 

“Thanks. Ya, know for someone I just met, you seem awfully happy about this.” He gives me a wired funny look. 

“Everyone deserves a chance to debut right? I’ve heard some of your productions and you got some sick beats. You’re really talented.” I said sitting crossed legged. Even if we haven’t talked I’ve seen him hanging in the building a lot with headphones on his head. I really do admire his work.

“Thanks, again. You’re pretty amazing yourself. I was a fan back in your B.A.P days. And I’m one of your subscribers too.” He smiles. I gave him a small sad one in return. 

“Really? You’ve been there since then?” I asked in aw and kinda embarrassed. Yet I felt very grateful.

He nods.“To tell you the truth, I already picked out my members I think I want to debut with.” I think I knew where he was going with this. “But, I figured there was something missing. I talked to JYP about this as I was forming the group and he thought it would be a great idea.” He stop for a moment as if he was nervous to say the next sentence. “I had this idea of adding a female member to my team. He wasn’t sure about it at first till I mention a certain someone.” I could feel my heart accelerate.

“Lisa, I wanted to ask you to join my team.” He glances up at me meeting my eyes. He takes a deep breath before continuing. “ I know you’re probably still hurting from your pervious group. And I know I’m asking a lot form you to having you be in the same situation again, but I honestly feel like having you in our team could take us somewhere.” 

A lot was happening in my head at the moment. A huge part of me wanted to scream yes i’ll join your team but at the same time I was feeling scared. Being in all boy group again just made me relive the hate I have received. I didn’t wan’t Chan’s group to go through that with me. 

“You really want me to be in your team?” I said with a shaky voice. 

He gently grabs my hands in his. “ From the start I was forming the team, I always had you in mind. When I first heard you were going to be a trainee here I fanboy so hard. I wish I had the nerve to talk to you back then, but JYP told me how B.A.P was falling apart and I didn’t want to be selfish and snatch you when you lost a family.” 

The moment he held my hands this warm feeling sparked off.  

“How about this? You don’t have to give me an answer now, come with me and meet the other members tomorrow for lunch. I have a feeling once you meet them things will be different.” I don’t know why I was being pulled to him. It was like the universe was telling me to go with him.    

“Okay..... I’ll meet them.....”

‘Why do I feel like this was meant to be?’

Chan just gave me the biggest smile.

You were shaking when Yongguk pushed deeper into you. His sweet words and gentle hands were always able to make you melt. You searched hiss lips and pulled him closer. His lips answered to yours feverishly and your tongues danced in language that only two of you knew.  Yongguk puts his thump to your clit at rubs it rhythmically. You separate from his lips with gasp.

‘'Come for me baby.'' His lips brush your ear and you feel yourself tightening around him. You feel your core shaking and stars fulls your vision when you hit your climax. ''That's it, you are my good girl.'' Yongguk praises you and with few last thrust he follows your climax and warm seed fills you.

~~ The moon was bright and shined trough the open window's curtains which moved along with the wind. His love was sleeping peacefully, her eyes tightly closed and a blanked tightly in her fist. The movie had ended couple of minutes ago and you were following the crowd out from the theater. You were holding Yongguk's hand so you wouldn't lose him in the mass of people. You had went to see a new comedy movie which his friend Junhong had wanted to see for long time along with their other friend Himchan. ''So, did you guys like it?'' Junhong asks excitedly. His deep brown eyes glowed under the dim streetlights and his face was full of excitement.  His messy blonde hair was covered by grey beanie and he was wearing a loose white hoodie alongside some sweatpants. ''It was okay.'' You shrug your shoulder and Junhong's face turns into exaggerated shock. ''Just okay? If i remember correctly, you were laughing as much as I did.'' He argues. ''Hush you little children, It's already late.'' Himchan rolls his eyes. Himchan is wearing a leather jacket with v-collar t-shirt accompanied with white ripped jeans. You fake pout to Yongguk and he takes you into his embrace. Yongguk is wearing a black hoodie and denim jacket over it with black jeans. You lean in his embrace and are able to smell scent of his deodorant mixed his own shooting body odor. Its always able to calm you down. ''Himchan, don't be rude to Y/N.'' Yongguk says whith soft smile. ''Hey, what about me? He called me a child as well.'' Junhong murmurs and Himchan let's small chuckle escape from his lips. ''Don't except that Yongguk defends you, after he started to date Y/N he has been tied around her finger.'' ''Jealous much?'' You peek under Yongguk's arm and poke your tongue out. Yongguk rolls his eyes and smiles widely. ''You are sometimes really childish, but you are my childish Y/N.'' he says and pokes your nose. This time you pout for real, which causes both Junhong and Himchan laugh for your defeat.

 You are going trough your mail and feel like crying. You had again another demand of payment from loan which you even haven't taken. After your father has passed away last year all his dept had fallen for you, dept that you didn't even known that he had. When you had get first threatening letter you had thought that it was some sort of sick joke. You had ripped the paper in half and thrown it away. When the second one came you were less sure about it. Finally when a scary looking man had came behind your door demanding payment you had to believe it was true. Your dad had taken illegal loan from loan shark to pay his gambling dept. Apparently he was addicted to gambling, but had been extremely good at hiding it. On the outside he had seemed like regular person who worked in office for five days in the week. But the truth had been other as you had found out, when you got to know that he had lost his job over a year before his death. He had faked that he still was working. What it came to your mother she had left you when you were mere two years old. She had found a new man and started a new family with him. You are sitting at the kitchen table with your friend Youngjae and staring at the pile of papers like they could magically disappear. You lived in small apartment with Yongguk which consisted from small kitchen, living room, one bathroom and of course bedroom. The walls of your kitchen were painted in light yellow to bring sun inside the small kitchen. The cabinets were dark wood and table tops were white granite. Yongguk was still at work so you were able to be swallowed in your misery in peace. You still haven't told him about your situation, even though you and him had been together for three years. You look the small diamond ring on your hand and deep quilt is eating your guts. You knew how long he had had save money to buy it for you. ''It's okay we will figure this out.''  Youngjae says and takes your hand into his. He is only one who knows about your dept and he had only found out by mistake when he had found opened threat for payment from your bedroom. ''But how Jae? I can barely keep up with the payments and I'm scared to death that Yongguk finds out and leaves me and...''You sniff and begin to cry in middle of your sentence. ''It's okay Y/N, I'm here.'' Youngjae squeezes your hand tighter and tamp your wet eyes with paper towel with his free hand. You hear your front door open and you look the papers speared on the table in panic. You begin to collect the bills in hurry and Youngjae helps you hide them under the table cloth. ''I'm home.'' You hear Yongguk's tired voice coming from the front door. ''I'm here oppa.'' You call back and try look natural as possible when he steps into kitchen. ''Hi Jae.'' Yongguk greets Youngjae when he notices him and peeks your cheek. ''Hi hyung.'' Youngjae nods when Yongguk pulls a chair next to you. ''How was work?'' You ask and fumble your hands awkwardly on your lap. ''Tiring. What you two had been up to?'' He yawns and hangs his arm lazily over your shoulder. ''We have been just hanging  around.'' Youngjae shrugs naturally, he is better at lying than you are. ''I see.'' Yongguk nods yawning again. ''You should take a nap, you seem really tired.'' You suggest and Yongguk agrees almost instantly. ''Yes, I should. It was nice to see you again Jae.'' Yongguk peeks this time your lips and leaves from the kitchen. ''You too hyung.'' Youngjae yells after him. You pull the papers under the table cloth with shaking hands and turn your eyes to Yongjae. ''It was too close.'' You say scared. ''You can't hide this forever from him.'' Youngjae smiles sadly. ''I can try.'' 

It was a regular night and you were watching a TV with Yongguk. Some old drama was rerunning on the screen and you weren't really paying your full attention to it. The room was dark except the light coming from the TV. You were sitting on the leather couch next to your fiancee who had seemed rather distant lately. You put blame of it for his work, which has taken his time more and more lately. He had came home late at night or not at all. Still you couldn't blame him, Yongguk had dreamed about career as an artist, and when his chance had finally came he had worked twice as hard than before.  His debut was nearing and it was causing lot of stress on him. You leaned on his shoulder and he changed his position awkwardly. ''Oppa, whats wrong?'' You ask worriedly. ''Nothing, I'm just tired.'' He says without turning his eyes away from the screen. You are quite sure that Yongguk didn't like the drama which was playing, but still decided to pay attention for it instead of you. ''Okay.'' You say weakly and straighten your posture. For a while you just keep staring the screen with nothing seeing eyes. You try to take his hand into yours and Yongguk stands up. ''I'm tired. I will go to sleep.'' He says and storms out of the room leaving you alone into confused and sad state.

You are at the mall with Himachan and Youngjae. You had asked their help to pick a birthday gift for Yongguk. His birthday was coming in few weeks and you weren't good with presents. So you had turned to Himchan, who was closest to Yongguk, and Youngjae, who was your best friend. ''How about this?'' You ask while pointing at black scarf which was hanging on mannequin's neck. ''Ehh, I'm not so sure that he is going to like that.'' Himchan says and Youngjae shakes his head on agreement. ''I don't know. Every year I'm almost near of full panic attack when I try to think a present for him.'' You are desperate. ''What did you bought him last year?'' Himchan ask when you exit another store empty handed. ''I bought him some expensive high quality paper and pencils and even back then it wasn't my idea.'' ''It was mine.'' Youngjae says proudly. ''And if I remember correctly he liked that gift a lot.'' ''He did.'' You admit. You haven't known Himchan for long because he was still living in different country last year. He and Yongguk had been childhood best friends who had happened to bump up to each other after Himchan had returned. Their friendship had continued like it had never ended at first place. Your stomach growls and you smile awkwardly. ''I think that its time for lunch break.'' ''Fine by me.'' Youngjae agrees. ''Sure.'' Himchan nods and you three head towards the restaurant area. You agree to eat at Subway and enter the place when your eyes land on the table where Yongguk is sitting with a strange woman. That's odd, he said that he is working, you thought confused. The pair seems to be too deep to focused into their conversation so they don't notice your presence. ''Isn't that Yongguk hyung?'' Youngjae asks surprised when he notices them. You are still on the line waiting on your turn to make your order. ''Indeed, It seems it is.'' Himchan confirms what you already know. Before you are able to yell his name or go to him the woman kisses him. Yongguk doesn't stop her and stays still until she pulls away. You must admit that she is pretty, She has long shiny black hair, heart shaped face with small mouth and round brown eyes. She is wearing a tight white shirt with a red mini skirt and the clothes are fitting on her hourglass figure like a glove. her legs seems never ending and are covered with knee length brown boots. Huge sob leaves your lips and then Yongguk notices you. You turn around run away while cries rips your chest. You don't care about the confused and curious looks which are given to you by other mall visitors. ''Y/N wait.'' Youngjae yells after you, but you keep running.

You feel so humiliated and ashamed of yourself. Busy with work, in my ass! Someone grabs your hand and you try to pry away. ''Jae let me go.'' You say and try to rip yourself of. Tears are making your eyes watery and everything is foggy in your eyes. ''I'm not Jae.'' Yongguk's familiar deep voice answers and you feel rage rushing trough your veins. ''Why? Why did you do this to me?'' You yell sobbingly and start hitting him with your free arm. ''Y/N calm down, don't make a scene.'' Yongguk says and grabs also your free hand on his grip. ''Don't make a scene, you say! I make a scene if I want to!'' You try to wiggle away from his arms. Himachan and Youngjae are able to reach you while you were arguing. ''As much as I want to punch Yongguk right now he is right, we don't want to security to come here.'' Yongjae fums with rage and you easily notice the drop of honorifics in his sentence. You take a deep breath and try to calm yourself. When you are still Yongguk lets you go and takes a step backwards. You are getting curious looks and some people even stopped to stare what the commotion was about. Himchan is strangely quiet for his nature and just keeps staring his feet awkwardly. ''There you are Gukkie!'' The woman who kissed Yongguk earlier arrives at the scene and hangs herself on his left side. Yongguk doesn't pry her of and the anger fums again inside of you. ''That's it, we are done!'' You rip your engagement ring from your hand and throw it to Yongguk's face. Yongguk  looks you with face which is hard to read and you storm away sobbing without caring who would see you. Youngjae tries to leave after you, but one glance from you makes him halt his steps. Your face was so broken and full of sorrow that he didn't know what to do.

It's raining and small raindrops compete who reaches the end of the window at first. You are sitting on your new apartment floor surrounded by unopened boxes on the floor. It was few weeks after the episode on the mall and you were finally able to have place on your own. You had lived with Youngjae for a while, but came fast to conclusion that you needed your place of own.  You were on luck when you had get an apartment this fast. The place was small only with one room combined living space/bedroom and small kitchen. First thing that you had done when you had put final piece of kitchen supplies away was to open big jar of ice cream and started to shovel it into your mouth like a starving man. Youngjae had left you alone a half hour ago after you had convinced him that you were okay. There were still few boxes to empty, but you weren't in the mood to do so.  A loud thud from other side of wall disturbs your pity parade and you look around confused. Its completely quiet until you hear it again. You frown curious and put the ice cream away. The noise must be coming from the apartment next to you. You get up from the floor and walk next to wall where the sound came from. You put your ear on the wall and listen. Thud, the sound comes again. You decide to find out what it is about and leave your apartment to knock your neighbor's door. The door is opened shortly after and a man with sand colored hair on the top and dark from the bottom comes into view. The man looks young with his boyish features. He has short straight nose and brown eyes surrounded by thick eyelashes. His straight brows are thicker closer the nose and  narrows down towards other end. On his lower lip is two silver lip rings which he is chewing when his curious eyes meet yours. He is wearing red lumberjack shirt and washed white jeans. his feet are bare which you think is odd when you think about the cold weather. ''Can I help you?'' The man asks and tilts his head. You sift awkwardly after too long silence. ''Umm, I just moved here and I heard some noise coming from your place and I wanted to come check what it was about.'' You explain. ''Oh, I'm sorry about that. Me and my roommate got carried away while we were playing a video game. It's cool that someone finally moved in. I'm Jung Daehyun.'' The man smiles and offers his hand for you. ''I'm L/N Y/N.'' You shake Daehyun's hand and answer his smile. ''Do you wanna come in? It's always nice to get new company.'' Daehyun offers and opens his door wider. ''I don't want to disturb you.'' You sift awkwardly. ''Trust me, you won't.'' Daehyun's smile get even wider if that is even possible. ''Then okay.'' You finally agree and step in to his luxurious apartment. You are in shock when you look around. The place is huge, but now when you think about it it only makes sense that there is only one neighbor in your floor which is highest of the building. You are in entry hall where huge framed mirror is hanging on the wall and next to it open door which leads in to walk in closet. wide three step stairs leads into huge living are where is two white leather couches in front of huge TV, which is located in front of full wall length windows and balcony. The floors are made of black wood and open kitchen is located on the left side of the living space. the walls are light gray and the walls are full of colorful abstract paintings. another three steps stairs lead into platform where is three black doors with metal handles. On the other couch is sitting man his back towards the front door. You can only see his brown mob of hair and his left ear where is three silver earrings hanging. The man is trying to beat some unfamiliar video game and curses loudly. ''Jongup we have company.'' Daehyun yells happily from the door. You and him walk closer to couches. ''Give me a minute.'' Jongup answers his eyes never leaving the screen. He curses loudly when huge red letters scream GAME OVER. ''Fuck it.'' He yells and tosses controller on the living room table. Finally he spins around and his curious eyes finds you. He has narrow dark eyes, which almost makes him look mean, straight nose with small mole on his bridge. His nose widens slightly from the end and his lips are plumb and wide. He is wearing tight black t-shirt, as far as you can tell because you only see part of him body. ''Oh, who is she?'' Jongup asks curiously and smiles. ''She is Y/N, she just moved next to us.'' Daehyun explains. ''It's nice to meet you, I'm Moon Jongup.'' Jongup tells with grin. he stands up from the couch and circles around it to face you. ''It's nice to meet you as well.'' You smile softly.

After your first meeting you got pretty close with your neighbors. You also introduced Youngjae to them and he joined your small group. You were having a movie night at Jongup's and Daehyun's place and Youngjae was also joined your company. ''I'm Himchan  Y/N's and Yongguk's old friend'' He tells and glares Daehyun with unreadable expression. Soon the restaurant's door opens again and Junhong comes out from the door. ''Y/N.'' Junhong yells with excitement and takes you into tight hug ''I have missed you so much.'' He says happily. Junhong has always been also more Yongguk's friend than yours. Junhong had dyed his hair light pink and there was a new ring on his nose. ''It's nice to see you.'' You pat his back awkwardly. Himchan answers before you can and Junhong's face fell. ''But what about Yongguk, he pai-.'' ''Shut up.'' Himchan glares younger man soy angrily that he snaps his mouth closed quickly. You: ''It's none of your business.'' You are getting angry. How dare he sound so              sad. Yongguk: ''I know. Sleep well Y/N.'' Without waiting for an answer he hangs up.

Then one day he decided that he had had enough and searched your dept collector into his hands. He tried to make some sort of deal and help you with your dept, but the loan sharks mind did not shake. He almost lost hope when his daughter happened to arrive on the scene. She got huge crush instantly towards Yongguk so the loan shark agreed to forgive your dept if Youngguk would go out with her instead of you.'' At this point you are crying loudly and holding your chest. Daehyun comes next to you and hug you without a word when Junhong keeps talking. ''There was one condition Yongguk wasn't allowed to tell you why he broke up with you. Of course he wouldn't either way because he knew it would break your heart. Luckily after few weeks the girl got bored of Yongguk and was running after her new crush. Because of the deal you are dept free and Yongguk is left with broken heart. You move like in dream after you hear his words. You barely remember to put your shoes on when you run into cold night.   You keep running until you arrive to your old apartment complex. You care deeply about Daehyun, but Yonggok was love of your life. When you reach the front door of the apartment you keep hitting it loudly while tears are running freely on your face. When the door open you cling yourself into Yongguk's neck and keep bawling your eyes out onto his neck. He pulls you gently inside and shuts the door after him. ''Y/N why you are here, are you okay?'' He asks worriedly, instead of answering your lips finds his and Yongguk tenses at first but then answers your kiss feverishly. You pull away whit loud sniff. You aren't crying prettily like girls in the movies, instead your nose is running and your eyes are red and swollen. ''Why, why did you lie to me?'' You bawl and tighten your grip around him. Yongguk sighs. ''Was it Junhong?'' ''Yes! You should have been honest with me.'' You say and look into his eyes for the first time. His eyes are full of tears which are just waiting to fall. ''I thought that you have good reason to not share your worries with me.'' He smiles sadly and strokes your back gently. ''The reason was that I'm an idiot. I was scared that you would leave me if you found out.'' You admit weakly. ''Y/N I would never leave you because reason like that.'' ''I know it now.'' You feel quilt eating you out. ''You are silly, silly girl.'' Yongguk say and pulls you into another kiss.

Three figures are laying on the bed. Bed sheets are pulled all the way up to your chins and two men are sleeping peacefully you on the middle. You are too happy to sleep. Yongguk is on your left side holding tightly your hand where the ring has returned.  Daehyun is sleeping on your right side hanging on you like a koala. You don't know how you get so lucky with two of men who loved you deeply. You were shocked when Yongguk had wanted to meet Daehyun  and they both had admitted to want to be with you. You three had ended up into poly relationship you on the middle and your both boyfriends on the side. Sometimes they got overly jealous over each other, but mostly your relationship was going smoothly. Your circle of friends were shocked at first, but accepted your relationship quickly after they saw how happy you were with each other. You still felt most grateful towards Junhong because his words of truth had lead to your happiness. ''Aren't you sleepy?'' tired voice asks from your left side. ''I can't sleep. I'm too happy.'' You admit shyly. ''Me too baby, me too.'' Yongguk squeezes your hand gently.

Frightful October was created as a collaborative piece between me and two friends on Tumblr back in 2017. The original plan was for two of us to release nine Halloween fics each and the third friend to make one that would fit into the middle of the month. However, right before we were set to get started, life decided it didn’t want me to participate so I never got to add my own pieces.

Happy Family

X1 12th Member AU:

Summary: Jaein makes a nice meal for her boys and she realizes just how much she loves her  new family. 

A/N: It just snowed like crazy for the last two days, so we’ve had snow days, meaning I was able to lay in bed and game and write more!

Jaein set the last of the bowls of soup down on the table just as the boys entered the dorm. 

“Noona, they’re here,” Hyeongjun announced from the kitchen where he was getting the utensils.

“I see that Junnie,” Jaein chuckled. She smiled at the looks at confusion she received from each of the hyung line as they entered.

“Uh, Jaein-ah… what’s up?” Seungwoo asked as he walked over to the table.

“We helped Noona make a Dominican soup today,” Dongpyo stated as he brought over some napkins.

“Yeah. She says that it’s perfect for warming you up on cold days like today,” Minhee stated as he came from his room, with the rest of the younger kids.

“Though, I had to kick Dohyon out, since he kept eating everything,” Jaein stated as she pinched the maknae’s cheeks. 

The maknae rubbed his cheeks and grumbled, causing the others to laugh.

“So what kind of soup is this?” Wooseok asked as he sat down, the others soon following suit, though some sat at the coffee table, seeing as their dinner table wasn’t large enough to fit all twelve of them.

“It’s called sancocho,” Jaein answered.

“It has pork, chicken, onions, and green squash. And you can eat it with rice, whether on the side or you can pour it in too. Right, Noona?” Eusang asked, looking at her for confirmation.

“Yep, that’s exactly right,” Jaein ruffled his hair.

“Oh, wow,” Jaein looked up and saw Yohan taking another spoonful of the soup, “This is really good!”

“I’m glad you like it,” Jaein beamed. She was slightly nervous of how they would take the soup, but released a sigh once she saw that everyone liked it.

“So, you used to eat this back in DR?” Seungyoun asked. 

“Yeah, we eat it even on the hottest days, don’t ask why,” Jaein held up her hand at the questioning look from Junho, “And so, when I lived with B.A.P, I used to make this for them on the coldest days.”

“”Well, please make more of this,” Dohyon said, with a mouth full of chicken.

“There’s more in the pot after you finish that,” Jaein giggled. The maknae smiled, eyes disappearing.

“Oh, and make sure to give thanks to Dongpyo and Hyeongjun. They helped me make the soup,” Jaein side hugged the latter, who sat next to her. 

“Yeah, I helped with the cutting of the squash.”

“He almost lost three of his fingers in the process,” Jaein reached for Hyeongjun’s hand and held it up for the rest to see. Three Frozen bandaids were on his fingers. He cringed at them remembering how Dohyon and Dongpyo laughed at the little Olafs.

“I like the bandaids,” Hangyul smiled at Hyeogjun.

“Of course you do,” Wooseok rolled his eyes, everyone laughing.

“We helped too, ya know?” Minhee pouted.

“Actually, only Hyeongjun and Dongpyo helped, the others got bored and went to do their own thing,” Jaein shrugged, eating some of the pork.

“Hey, we helped at first, but… yeah you’re right we got bored,” the fight leaving Minhee.

“Well, it’s really good. Thank you,” their leader said smiling his signature smile. 

“Yeah, it’s really good! I could definitely go for more,” Yohan laughed. A growl was heard from the end of the table.

“Don’t worry Dohyonnie, I made enough for everyone to have seconds, and even thirds for you,” Jaein chuckled, not even looking up.

“At this rate, he’ll eat this place dry,” Seungyoun laughed, hugging the maknae.

“As if he hasn’t already done that before,” Wooseok simply stated.

“He’s a growing boy. Leave him be,” Jaein protested. 

“Noona, are we gonna have the cookies later tonight?” Junho asked looking up at her with a small smile. 

Jaein returned the smile and nodded.

“Wait, you made cookies too?” Hangyul asked.

“Yeah, the dorm was already clean, so I may have overcooked to keep me occupied,” Jaein stated sheepishly, squinting up at the crack in the corner of the ceiling, making everyone laugh.

“Geez, you’re the best when you’re bored,” Yohan clapped his hands.

“Uh, yeah. Sure…. I’m gonna be honest, I’m not sure if that was a compliment or not,” Jaein slowly nodded her head, “But, thanks?”

“Do meals like this make you think of home?” Eusang asked, looking over at Jaein.

“Yes. But so do small and weird things,” Jaein shrugged.

“Like what?” Hyeongjun asked.

“Hmm, well that cute cafe over at the corner of the street. They sell a mixture of things, from Korean pastries to western pastries,” Jaein smiled, “Back in DR, my aunt owned a little cafe that also sold similar things. I used to spend hours in there doing homework, talking to the regulars, or just helping out.”

“Do you miss it?” Minhee asked turning to her, seeing a bitter smile.

“Yeah, but who doesn’t miss home, ya know?”

Everyone quieted down after that statement. Jaein felt bad for bringing down the mood. She knows that everyone else must miss their homes too, especially the younger ones.

“Of course we all miss our homes. But we have a new family now.”

Everyone turned to the maknae, the one who never voiced these types of emotions. Jaein felt a smile spread across her lips.

“I’m gonna cry!” Seungyoun shouted as he launched himself at the boy.

“Hyung! No-” Dohyon was tackled to the ground with the older on top of him.

“Yah! You’ll kill him!” Seungwoo went to grab Seungyoun and pull him off. Within seconds said boy was off the younger and sitting next him disoriented.

“I hate how strong you are. You  don’t even look like you should be that strong!” The second oldest pouted.

“Well, Hyung is known for playing everyone,” Dongpyo stated, laughing. 

“What do you mean?” Seungwoo looked offended.

“You’re supposedly not a rapper,” Jaein stated.

“But you are,” Wooseok added.

“You’re supposedly quiet and normal,” Jaein continued.

“But you’re not,” Wooseok stated, as he finished his bowl.

“I feel so attacked right now,” Seungwoo crossed his arms like a big child. 

“Oh, calm down,” Minhee sassed.

“Yeah, we love you, and thanks to Alice, Oneits know what to expect from you as time goes on,” Jaein laughed. She watched as a smile spread on the leader’s face at the mention of Victon’s fandom. Then a softer smile appeared. 

“You’re right, Dohyon,” the eldest turned to the youngest, “We really are a family.”

“So sappy!” Yohan squirmed. 

Jaein laughed alongside everyone else. She really did miss home, but like the youngest said, this was her new family, and wow, did she love them.
