So.

The Shadow Society.

It's p frickin good. The story progression was nice, the characters well-crafted, and the protag interactive options nuanced enough to give a good amount of depth.

But what I really loved were A, V, and R.

I am super gay for all 3, no question.

But I'd sure AF immediate bottom for A, no hesitation.

It was such fun to work on this and, surprisingly, I’m very happy with the result (which doesn’t happen very often :D ). It was like 2 weeks ago I found the interactive book The Shadow Society, and I couldn’t stop reading ever since! The characters are amazingly written, especially the main LIs  ↑ ↑ ↑ . So of course I had to make a fanart of them! ;) (sorry, Michael xD )

I hope A doesn't change if romanced. I really love cold, arrogant characters but it always bugs me when writers always change them for 'love'.

I understand that opinion :) 

The way I’ve written and planned A, they’re very proud of who they are and what they strive to achieve, and they wouldn’t allow themselves to change for anyone.

 That being said, of course their demeanor towards the MC (and potentially other characters) will change one way or the other depending on how their relationship with them develop. That’s not to say that they’ll become open, kind and a “better person”, just that they might treat the MC with more respect and that they and the MC could potentially share an increased understanding for one another if romanced.

Side note: if any of you hasn't played Defiled Hearts: The Barbarian yet, I really recommend it! There's only 2 chapters as of right now on dashingdon, but it's great! A revenge story, one gremlin of an MC, Roman Empire setting and lovers to enemies!
