For a second collaboration, Aybar Gallery invited the studio to imagine a unique furniture collection. From the beginning, for Arnaud, the project had to be part of a contemporary action and to describe the creation in an ecological approach, through the use of decorative panels produced with recycled waste. The Cuts collection was born from this desire to be part of an upcycling approach while at the same time giving birth to a strong formal signature and identity to offer objects that are as functional as sculptural.
Designed using panels from an environmentally virtuous process, reusing plastic waste from consumer industries, the aim was to give volume to flat plates, but also to avoid the traditional assembly typology of the furniture industry to explore a singular aesthetics. The plates are cut and shaped into silhouettes, allowing the personality of the furniture to be sculpted.Like marquetry, each piece is assembled by friction, plate by plate, by accumulation to give body, volume and personality to a future table, stool, bench or wall console.  The accumulation of each piece being random, each piece of furniture will be unique in the series.
Cuts collection is Exclusively produced by Arnaud Lapierre Studio in Paris 2021 in different sizes, as well as a wide range of patterns and finishes.

Bold is a product design / scenography studio, and a research lab created by William Boujon and Julien Benayoun in 2008. One of their latest collection, POILU has been designed for the Miami-based Aybar Gallery (previouly on WeVux).
The POILU collection is a personal exploration of the possibilities of 3D printing to generate shapes and create and implant “hairs”. The machine interprets a code composed of coordinates halfway between computer logic and natural law, the rendering of which can only be assessed once the object has been created. The result of this first limited edition collection are 3 organic vases with different personalities printed from PLA and vegetable fibers of wood, bamboo or coconut.

Stine Mikkelsen’s Solid Formations Is Part Furniture, Part Sculpture
Danish designer Stine Mikkelsen was inspired by Italian geology when she designed Solid Formations, a collection that blurs the line between furniture and sculpture. She developed two new composite materials that use marble and volcanic ash as the primary materials to create various sculptural objects, furniture and fixtures. The result is a collection that resembles the shapes and textures found in natural landscapes and geometric formations created by humans. Because the material or production method in Solid Formations can’t be intuitively deducted, the collection encourages us to engage in a dialogue of discovery with the objects.
This collection is exclusively represented by Aybar Gallery in Miami, Florida.
