Ok, so unless this is a spoiler question: How does Hueso react to Usagi? Do Leo and Usagi ever babysit Jr? :)
(It is a little bit of a spoiler but I also think most people can guess it a mile away so might as well confirm it.)
Leo tell Hueso all about Usagi before Hueso ever gets to meet them boy. On one hand he is happy Leo found someone who took care of him and helped him when he needed it most. But if the boy was not everything Leo said and more than He didn’t deserve his pepino.
Hueso is one of the few people who Leo confides his insecurity in. He knows how Leo thinks about himself and he doesn’t need anyone taking advantage of the boy’s low self esteem. When he finds out that Usagi knows about all of Leo’s insecurities and still told Leo he loves him he has mixed feelings. He is not sure if this Usagi phased his ‘love’ as I love you despite all of these things, or if he said I love you except for your flaws, or was it I love you, flaws and all.
If it was the first two then this boy had to go. He would make Leo’s insecurities worse and could manipulate the boy into thinking worse about himself.
Even the third option made him wary. Leo did have flaws but many of his insecurities were unfounded and he just needed support.
Thankfully when they met he found that Usagi was a mixture of option three and something better. The boy loved all of Leo and supported him in his insecurities. Pulling Leo aside to reassure him of his worth and value. Hueso liked this Usagi.
He saw that the two were a good fit together, balancing each other’s personalities well. Leo had become less boisterous about his own achivments. Instead of bragging in the hopes that someone else would agree with him, he had become more reserved. At first Hueso had worried this was the boy valuing himself less but when Usagi showed up he realized what it truly was. Leo didn’t have to praise himself anymore as someone else was doing it for him. Usagi acknowledged Leo’s successes and praised him for them while also helping the boy with his failures. Leo had need that for a long time.
But it wasn’t just Leo that this relationship balanced. When he talked to Usagi’s friends he found that the boy used to be very serious and was now starting to find joy in their daily lives. He was having fun and enjoying his time with Leo. But it wasn’t until much later he truly saw Leo’s effect on Usagi’s personality.
The boy and his friends had approached Hueso with a request. They had wondered where to go to find employment in the hidden city. They were all use to working for money, and specifically Usagi wanted to start establishing themselves here. This was now their home after all. They didn’t asked him for jobs as they didn’t want to “take advantage” of his and Leo’s relationship, but the other two adults they could go to were unemployed rat man and mad scientist turned lunch lady. April worked in the human world as did Draxum but it would be harder for a bunny, fox, and rhino to pass as humans.
Hueso had offered them jobs at the restaurant anyways. ‘Just until they found something more suited to them.’ He could tell they were hard workers and it was better to keep them out of trouble while they learned their new city. Besides at this point he still didn’t fully trust the bunny.
The three did great. Usagi was all ways polite and respectful and Kitsune had a bubbly personality making them popular as waiters. Gen was more gruff but his love of food had made him a fast study in the kitchen as a bust boy turned chief. They were good workers. They were even better on days when he had ruff customers.
Most of his staff didn’t want to work on the nights he had crime bosses come in. These were the nights he normally would call Leo and his brothers in for some extra hands. He had learned to play the boys to their strengths Leo as a server and Mikey in the kitchen. If Donnie or Raph tagged along they would help Leo bring out food or just be in the back, just in case something went poorly.
His three new servers didn’t take off the first time. He still called in Leo and Mikey just for the extra hands. He had a feeling that his new servers weren’t fully aware of what was happening that night.
The restaurant was cleared out of it’s usually guest and staff confusing the three new members. It confused them more when Leo and Mikey, who had arrrived with them, went to the back to get ready instead of taking their normal booth. Leo, Mikey, and Hueso all did their best to explain who was coming tonight. The three were not happy.
The best Leo could do was describe the mob boss as a lord who ran a criminal gang instead of a city. Usagi had given him a flat look and said “so they are like the leader of a group of bandits.” Usagi was not happy about servicing such people. Gen and Kitsune had left a life of crime but that’s the difference they left, these people still actively hurt people. Judging by the way Hueso was stressing, they would hurt him if this didn’t go well.
Usagi didn’t understand why they couldn’t just deny them entry, Leo tried to explain that they had power in the city and that it was better for Hueso if they just grinned and bared it. Leo didn’t like it either but he understood how the underground worked. Most of these gangs wouldn’t actually cause to many problems as Big Mama kept smaller gangs in line.
He told them that if they didn’t want to do this Hueso wouldn’t hold it against them if they left. He was used to doing this by himself before the turtles entered his life. Raph had only helped out once as serving criminals rubbed him the wrong way. He made it clear though that him and Mikey were staying as he wouldn’t abandon Hueso. Just because he had done it by himself before didn’t mean he should or that it was easy.
Gen and Kitsune were fine staying. Both understood that dealing with these kinds of people was necissary. Kitsune’s past as a theif and entertainer made her more then aware of what bad people in power could do to businesses. Gen didn’t mind as long as they got paid, he and his family had been bounty hunters after all.
It was Usagi whose fur fluffed up at the thought. Gen and Kitsune both told him he should probably go and Leo reassured him no one would mind if he left. Leo loved his boyfriend’s sense of morals and duty, he knew Usagi wouldn’t be comfortable with this. But Usagi couldn’t leave. The idea of leaving his boyfriend, his sibling, his boyfriend’s little brother, and their boss (who had been to kind to them and was more of an uncle at this point) behind to face these people made his skin crawl.
He stayed but Leo suggested he stay in back or with Hueso. He and Kitsune could handle being the waiters tonight. This allowed Usagi to not have to serve them while also giving him something to do besides watch and worry.
The night had started off great Leo and Kitsune were charming and Mikey and Gen were killing it in the kitchen. Hueso was bouncing between helping in the kitchen and keeping an eye on everything, Usagi stayed by his side ready to step in if necessary. Everything had been going great. Until an order came out late.
They started to yell at Kitsune and Leo stepped in only for one of the henchman to shove Leo into Kitsune knocking them both down in a spill of food. Usagi moved before Hueso could stop him. He was in between his loved ones and the threat his wakizashi at the henchman’s throat. The fight that followed was nothing new. They had managed to keep the restaurant safe which was all Hueso really wanted out of the night.
It was after they were gone that Usagi righteous anger was fully on display. It had been the whole fight but now that it was over he was still infuriated that any of them were put in that situation in the first place. It was here that Hueso got to see Leo’s true effect on Usagi for the first time. Usagi was ranting about what had just occurred asking if it had happened before. The boy was rightfully upset at the treatment of his loved ones. Leo just got up and hugged him stilling the boy’s fury. Leo calmed him with gentle touches and whispered reassurances and Hueso could now see exactly how balanced they were as a couple.
Usagi continued to work for him as did his friends. They never took off a ruff night though Usagi never acted as a server on those nights, more of a bouncer. It quickly spread through the underworld to keep your hands to yourself at Run of the Mill, there was a new samurai there.
Hueso became quite fond of the lot of them. When he called Leo to babysits Jr. he would also allow Usagi to join them. He was trusting the couple with his boy. (Besides there was no better birth control then a child running around your ankles. He might like them as a couple but he didn’t need any grandnephew or grandniece running around just yet)
He might have also give the group a small pay raise when he found out that Usagi used his salary to get things for Leo. The boy’s love language was gift giving and who was Hueso to stand in between that. (For a man made out of bones he is quite soft for his adopted boy and his sweet boyfriend)

Kaida first slice of pizza
Kaida remembers when she tried pizza for the first time, that day was movie night, she was 3 years old at the time so she doesn't remember everything properly but she does remember when her uncle Mike and uncle Gen arrived with many boxes of pizza. She had never been more excited at that time, while her parents would brought pizza for dinner sometimes, she had never properly tried it, her Otou-san Usagi always worried that she would choke on the pizza because she didn't have all her teeth yet, even though her dad Leo would tell him that he was over reacting, her siblings would always give her a little taste but never the whole slice, that was what bothered her the most why couldn't she eat a slice of pizza?!!!. But not that day, that day her parents let her eat a full slice because she was old enough to eat it properly. She saw how everyone approached the boxes and took their pizzas so she also approached, she took one of the many pizzas that were there and took one slice and went, she sat there looking at her slice before she saw all her family, her uncles Mikey Raph Gen and her Otou-san Usagi were eating while watching the movie, her uncle and aunt April and Donnie were talking to her dad Leo about something related to his pizza option, her grandparents were talking to each other without paying attention to them while the gargoyles were sleeping in their strange bed, her sisters were listening to one of their aunts Cass and Kitsune's adventures very attentively while Jotaro and Casey were talking about some comics Casey had bought. Everyone was happy, without worries, with tranquility that made her feel happy, she looked at her pizza one last time before and finally she took a bite of her pizza with a lot of enthusiasm from her family, that moment was one of the happiest she had and she would never change it with anything.

I just love the fact that Usagi gets so nervous after he found out that turtle babies are tiny. I wonder what the rest of the Tenshu gang think/react to Kaida being so tiny. I know the tmnt gang is like it’s just normal, but what is there reactions? I’m guessing Katsuichi’s reaction is just as worried
Part 2
It was early in the afternoon when they finally made it to the Tenshu. Jotaro walked between Usagi and Leo happy to hold onto Usagi’s hand, Leo’s cane was on that side but he would latch onto the fabric tied around it as away to hold on to his Dad as well. Leo had Sakura resting in his hip and Usagi had Ume on his. Kaida was resting in a small pouch around Leo’s chest. They walked though the portal that opened up where it always did now, underneath their tree.
Kitsune and Gen were there waiting for them as the stepped out. “Finally what took you so long Bunny butt?” Gen asked. Ume caught sight to them and imidiatly made grabby hands towards Kitsune. Her godmother quickly moving to pluck her from her Usagi’s arms. She blew a kiss into her niece’s cheek causing the girl to squeal.
“Sorry guys there was a bit of a mishaps this morning.” Leo excused their late arrival as best he could. They were all suppose to come together, but obviously Leo and Usagi had missed the meeting time. The last thing Leo wanted to do was to tell them why they were late.
Usagi’s worry about their daughter’s small size was endearing. But Kitsune and Gen were just as bad. If they knew that the reason the family was late was because Leo and Usagi thought they lost their youngest the two would lose their minds. Kitsune had already considered tying a ballon around the baby’s waist. Which Depending on how big she was when she started crawling Leo might just have to do that. Gen had wanted to stand guard over the little girl as she was ‘much to small’ to be left alone.
Leo love them, truly he did, he hit the jackpot when it came to in-laws. But he wished they’d calm down about Kaida’s size, he had been the same size once. She also inherited his strength, just as Jotaro had, she was far more durable then her size would have you believe. Not that Leo wanted to put that to the test, but he also didn’t want to over baby his daughter.
He had a feeling it wouldn’t get any better once Katsuichi saw her for the first time.
Speaking of which.
“Jiji!” Jotaro cried letting go of his Tou-san’s hand and running off down the hill. There walked Katsuichi who bent down so Jotaro could run straight into his arms. He picked the boy up and spun him around with a playful roar.
“How are you Lionheart?” Katsuichi asked as he tossed the boy in the air and caught him again. The little bunny was giggling up a storm as the big lion approached his parent. “My boy it’s good to see you.” Katsuichi moved Jotaro to rest on his hip and placed his now free hand on Usagi’s shoulder.
“It’s good to see you to Sensei.” Usagi smiled and gave his old master a respectful bow. Sakura started reaching for the lion as soon as he was in sight. Katsuichi turned to face her and Leo with a smile.
“Hello Blossom.” He said as he gently lowered Jotaro down so he could pluck Sakura from Leo’s arms. “Good to see you to Leo-kun.” He smiled at his son-in-law who returned the smile. Leo watched as the old lion hugged his daughter close placing a kiss on her head. “Now where is your sister?” Sakura pointed over at Ume who was still sitting happily in Kitsune’s arms. Katsuichi smiled at the girl and moved over to place a kiss on her forehead as well. “Hello Petals.” He knew better then to separate the little girl from her godmother. He would wait his turn to hold her.
Katsuichi gently handed Sakura off to Gen before turning to face the two parents. “So where’s my new granddaughter?” He was worried when he didn’t see the little one immediately. He had worried about their delay all day. After the twins had been born there had been some health complications. Leo had said that the girls had come a little early and just need extra care. He hadn’t seen them in almost six months after they left. He knew that the children’s health came first, he would never argue that. But he did miss his family terrible when they left. He had been thinking of retiring in Leo’s world so he could be closer to his children and grandchildren.
He still had yet to meet the newest. When he didn’t see a baby or a baby sling as he knew the boys had worn with the others, he started to grow worried. What if their delay this morning was to drop Kaida off as she had gotten sick like the twins had. No Leo and Usagi never would have left her if that were true. But then where was his granddaughter. He was more then happy with the first three children being here, but he really wanted to meet the newest member of their family.
Leo smiled at him and reached in to a little strap across his chest. It was far to small to hold a baby. Then Leo pulled his hand out and resting in his palm was the smallest little baby Katsuichi had ever seen.
He leaned down close to the little turtle unable to process what he was seeing. She was small, fitting in Leo’s palm well. They had put a little yellow bow around her waist. The little girl yawned and blinked her eyes open. She had Usagi’s ruby red eyes. Katsuichi knew some people found the color creepy but to him his boy’s eyes had always been warm and inquisitive. His daughters eyes were much the same as she blinked up at him. She then reached out and patted his nose with her little hand.
Just like that Katsuichi knew he would burn villages to the ground for her. Just as he would for his other grandchildren.
“Do you want to hold her?” Usagi had moved to stand at Katsuichi’s side also staring down at his littlest girl. Katsuichi nodded and held his hands up cupping them together to make sure she had a stable place to rest. Usagi gently picked his daughter up from Leo’s hand and transferred her over to Katsuichi.
The little turtle chirped up at him, before snuggling into his hands.” His heart melted.
“She does the same thing to Usagi-chan. My guess is it’s because you’re warm blooded and she’s cold blooded. The warmth from your hands feels nice.” Leo explained watching his daughter find a new napping spot.
“She’s so small.” Katsuichi whisper in awe drawling her close to his face.
“That’s what I said.” Gen agreed as he held Sakura close. “Strips, you sure she wasn’t early to?” He asked. He was worried that Kaida was to small for her age but he had no frame of reference for turtles. He just knew she was to small.
Leo sighed. “I’m sure, she’s perfectly healthy. She’ll catch up with her siblings in no time. Dad said by the time we were two we were the average size of a toddler if not slightly bigger.” Leo explained to Gen again.
“She’s so small.” Katsuichi repeated looking at the sleeping turtle in his hands. He looked up quickly at Leo and Usagi. “What happens if you lose her?”
Leo chocked on air. Well if they hadn’t answered that question this morning. Unfortunately Usagi chocked at the exact same moment giving them away.
Katsuichi’s head snapped up to look at both of them. “You already lost her.” He said it in a whisper as if horrified, and to be fair to him, Leo would be to if he didn’t have context to the story.
“You lost her!” Gen let out on an angry huff.
“When did this happen?” Kitsune questioned them. Both parties stepped closer holding the twins closer as the did so. Jotaro who had been standing beside Leo shuffled to hide behind his legs. Griping onto his pant leg for comfort. Leo reached his hand down to rest comfortingly on the boys head.
“We didn’t lose her.” Leo started to explain. He was keeping his voice calm for Jotaro’s sake as he didn’t want the boy to feel like anyone was mad at him.
“Then what happened?” That was Gen. Straight to the point and blunt. Leo knew he wasn’t trying to be combative, he just had a gruff way of putting things and always wanted his loved ones safe, so he tried to not let the tone get under his skin.
“This morning when I went to go get her, she wasn’t in her bassinet.” Usagi began to explain.
Leo picked up the story, giving Jotaro’s ears a ruffle as he did. “You all know how much Jotaro-chan loves his sisters.” There was a subtle nod from the group of adults in front of them. “Well he decided he wanted to help us out this morning by getting Kaida-chan for us.” Leo smiled down at his son who gave a shy smile back.
Usagi looked over at them fondly as he continued the story. “He just didn’t tell us what he was doing. So when I went to go get her I thought she was lost.”
“Not lost.” Leo reassured the group. “Just on an adventure with her big brother.” Jotaro’s shy face poked out from behind Leo to look at the group in front of them. Kitsune awed while Gen and Katsuichi let out a laugh. Now that there was context the whole story was rather adorable then horrifying as they initially worried.
“That’s our Lionheart always there for his family.” Katsuichi said smiling down at the small boy. Jotaro ran forward to hug his leg tilting his head up to beam at his Jiji. Katsuichi carefully handed Kaida to Usagi before scooping up the little boy again. “Well we should head inside. We were all quite worried at your delay this morning though I do understand it.” Katsuichi said smiling at the young parents. “But Lord Mifune and Lord Noriyuki have been anxiously awaiting your arrival.” Translation Lord Mifune wanted to see his grandnephew and grandnieces, and Lord Noriyuki wanted to see his big brother Leo and his children.
The family started making their way towards the Tenshu. It was almost lunch time so it was a perfect time to gather everyone together. Usagi watched as his family walked ahead. His children in the arms of his siblings and father. He held his youngest close to his chest and took Leo’s hand with his free one. They shared a smile and a quick kiss before following behind their family.
It was the start of a wonderful visit.

Okay, I just wanna think that the Tmnt fam sees Usagi loving Leo that they call him a simp. And Usagi is confused as to what a simp means, and ask Leo and the family. Leo is trying not to tell him as he doesn’t want to embarrass Usagi, but the fam are taking this opportunity to tease the couple. But I feel like I’m the end, Usagi is going to be like “Yes, I am a simp for Leo-chan” which makes Leo blush a lot
Two of my friends have the cutest relationship where he will do little things for her and she will look this man in the eyes and say “simp” and he just smiled back and says “only for you” so yes this prompt is a winner.
Everyone was hanging out in the lair. They were in the living room watching one of the Lou Jitsu movies. Gen and Kitsune were fully invested in the story but Usagi was a little distracted. Leo was siting next to him, they were leaning against each other with their hands interlocked. Leo’s eyes were on the screen but he was leaning further into Usagi’s side. He could feel a minor shake in Leo’s body.
“Are you cold Leonardo-chan?” He whispered as quietly as he could. He didn’t want to ruin the story for the others but he also wanted to check in on his boyfriend. Leo looked over at him a little surprised that he had noticed.
“A little but it’s okay. I’m not freezing.” Leo had dealt with far worse before and it honestly wasn’t to bad, but Usagi knew him well. After the prison dimension Leo hated being cold, leaning against Usagi’s warm body normally helped a lot.
Usagi looked around the room. “Is there a blanket in here? I’ll grab one for you.” Leo smiled at his boyfriend before squeezing their joined hands. Usagi turned back to look at him giving him his attention.
“Thank you Usa-chan but I don’t need one.” Leo tried to reassure his boyfriend that he would be okay, the room wasn’t to cold.
Usagi brow furrowed as he met Leo’s eyes. “I know you don’t need one but do you want one? I don’t mind getting one if it makes you more comfortable.” Usagi knew Leo often down placed his own wants think that they inconvenienced those who cared about him. Usagi never wanted Leo to feel like an inconvenience to him. Leo stared at his boyfriend for a second before smiling at the care his boyfriend was showing him. He then nodded his head behind Usagi.
“We keep the blankets in the basket to your right.” He did want one and he also knew Usagi wouldn’t drop this. Besides they could lay it around both of them and snuggle a little bit. It was an all around win for him. Usagi smiled brightly getting up to grab the blanket. He took a bit longer then Leo thought he would but he returned shortly with what Leo knew to be the softest blanket they kept in there.
“Sorry I wanted to grab a nice one.” Usagi said to excuse his tardiness as he draped the blanket around Leo’s shoulders. Leo was touched that Usagi had spent the time to find a nice blanket rather then just grabbing the first one. They were all good blankets but the thought and action were still sweet. Leo smiled at his boyfriend and he lifted the side of the blanket for Usagi to come and cuddle with him underneath it. As Usagi moved they heard a scoff behind them.
“And here I thought Leo would be the simp in the relationship, but apparently I was wrong.” They turned to see Donnie and April who were sitting behind them on the couch. April was elbowing Donnie for the comment but she also seemed to be giggling at it. “What you know I’m not wrong.” Donnie defended himself to her.
Leo’s face had turned red, he hadn’t realized his siblings were listening to their conversation. He wasn’t embarrassed by Usagi, he hadn’t done anything wrong but Leo didn’t need his siblings running commentary on his relationship.
“Your joking right Usagi’s clearly a way bigger simp. Have you not seen some of the things he gets for Leo.” Mikey add his two cents in to the conversation. April pointed at him and nodded her head in agreement with his statement.
“What’s a simp?” Oh no, Leo turned to face his boyfriend who was looking at his family with his head tilted in confusion.
“It doesn’t matter.” He tried to excuse the word as he didn’t want Usagi to be embarrassed. He didn’t know how Usagi would feel if he knew the context of the word.
“Yes it does.” Gen countered fully invested in the conversation. Leo looked around and it seemed everyone was now taking part of this conversation. The movie had even been paused so that it wasn’t a distraction. The movie had been paused. They never do that. “Besides Kitsune and I know this relationship best, we should determine who’s the simp.” Gen continued on with Kitsune nodding her agreement, oblivious to the horror building in Leo. “So what is a simp?”
Oh okay, they were doing this. Maybe he could get ahead of it if he explained. He started to open his mouth but Cassie beat him to it.
“It’s some one bends over backwards for their partner.” Well at least that definition wasn’t to mean.
“Someone who’s super in love or obsessed with their partner that they do what ever they tell them.” Mikey chimed in. Leo didn’t know if that definition was better or worse.
“It’s kinda of a mean. Saying that the person stopped doing the things they want or they used to for their partner.” Raph tried to describe it.
“It’s short for simpleton. Meaning dumb.” Donnie commented getting a glare for Leo and another elbow in the ribs from April.
“More in that they are so in love they act dumb sometimes.” April tried to salvage Donnie’s definition and Leo was endlessly grateful for her.
“So wait. Let me see if I understand. It’s someone who love and admires their partner to the point of valuing their partners needs and comforts above their own. And sometime does stupid thing because their in love.” Usagi repeated back his understanding of the word. He paused and waited for it to be confirmed or denied.
“Err yes but in an insulting way.” Donnie confirmed his definition while also trying to think about how to explain it as an insult.
“But why is that an insult?” Kitsune asked. “If both members of the relationship act that way isn’t that a healthy and loving relationship? I mean if only one behaves that way and the other person is awful I can see why it’s a bad thing but why insult the person trying to have a good relationship.”
“Kitsune’s right. I don’t understand how it’s an insult.” Usagi said before turning back to Leo. “Of course I’m a simp for Leonardo-chan. I love him and I want him to be happy.” He smiled warmly at Leo, something Leo returned before Usagi continued with his comment. “We wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t”
“What do you mean?” Casey asked also fascinated by the conversation. He had heard the word thrown around sometimes in the resistance but the people around him didn’t have a lot of relationships for him to observe.
Usagi leaned to meet Casey’s eyes before explaining. “If I didn’t value Leonardo-chan’s wants and needs we’d still be at the Tenshu. It was Leonardo-chan who wanted to return to New York. I followed because I love him.”
“Ya Bunny Butt was going to leave us behind as well.” Gen commented folding his arms sending his now sheepish brother a playful glare. “Which I believe solidifies him as the bigger simp. Now can we watch the movie again.” Gen’s comment got Raph to hit play again.
“Oh ya you guys are going to love this Lou Jitsu is about to enter the ladder factory.” Raph exclaimed as they started the movie up again. As everyone’s attention turned back to the film Leo leaned against Usagi again, their blanket draped around their shoulders. Leo interlinked their fingers resting his head on Usagi’s shoulder.
“Hey Usa-chan?” He whispered keeping his voice low this time as he didn’t want this conversation over heard. Usagi seemed to understand and let out a quite hum to let Leo know he was listening. “Do you ever wish you were back at the Tenshu?” Leo worries about it sometimes and Usagi casually bring up such a big sacrifice made him think about it again.
Usagi sighed and leaned his head on top of Leo’s. “There are times I miss home. I never thought I would leave my home land I had a life planned out there.” He could feel Leo tensing against him and he gently squeezed his partners hand. “But I wouldn’t give you up for anything. You live and breath your family, you need them to be happy. I just need you and the people I care about. The location doesn’t matter to me, you do.” He could feel Leo relax against him and he decided to tease him a little. “Does that make me a simp?” He still didn’t fully understand the word but he had a feeling it would get a smile out of Leo.
Leo chuckled and curled closer to him. “Very much so. But it’s okay I’m a simp for you to.”

Leo falls asleep in the most random positions, in the most random places. As an insomniac and Leo kinnie I do in fact make the rules
He most certainly does.
But what happens when they find him?
Mikey gives him a blanket and (depending on the position) a pillow and lets his big brother rest.
Donnie’s a 50/50 chance. One is if the position looks extremely uncomfortable Donnie will attempt to move him somewhere better or at least straighten him out. He also get him a blanket and pillow. The other half he was staying up as well and has fallen asleep with Leo in there awkward position.
Raph picks him up. Just scoops him up and carried him to his bed. He’s been doing this since they were kids so he’s gotten pretty good about it. Right now he has a 86% chance of getting Leo to bed without waking him. Donnie is about a 74% chance unless he can scoop them up together. They never wake up if they stay together.
Splinter. When Leo was younger he used to pick him up. Now if the position looks comfy he lets the boy rest if not he goes and gets Raph to carry him.
April takes a picture of his sleep position of the day before getting him a blanket and pillow.
Casey if he finds Leo napping it is obviously now nap time. He settles in next to his mentor. It starts out as him guarding Leo so no one interrupts his rest. In the resistance it was a mirical anytime Leo actually rested so Casey was used to watching over him. But it always ends with Casey slumped on top of him asleep as well.
Cassandra use to wake him up. This was before they knew each other well. Now she stands guard to make sure no one wakes him, especially if Casey is there as well. She feels bad about how she used to wake him up and this is the best way (in her mind) to make it up to him.
His insomnia was hidden at the Tenshu as he was kinda stuck in bed without help so he couldn’t wander around and fall asleep in wired places.
Once the Tenshu hangs sees it though they has a variety of responses
Usagi always tries to carry him back to bed. He doesn’t want Leo sleeping in position that could cause him pain later. He has a 100% rate of getting Leo back to bed. Or so he thinks. Leo wakes up about 40% of the time but fakes still being asleep. His boyfriend is being sweet and in all honesty his warmth mixed with the rocking motion of his steps normally puts Leo back to sleep.
Kitsune sees it as a free nap time buddy. She will grab a blanket for both of them and just flops down next to him.
Gen will attempt to move him if the position is awful. But mostly he lets him rest. He normally finds Leo after someone else has joined the sleep pile and is just like. “If you can’t beat them.” And takes a nap. This might be with the group or if the place is horrific then he will find a comfortable surface nearby/go back to his room.

do leo and usagi have date nights? if they do what day/days is it
After everything calms down and the two settle into a routine, they are religious about date night. It’s the only way they cane attempt to get a night away from Leo’s family. (They still follow in the shadows in the beginning but it’s some space)
Leo adores his family and Usagi wants their approval in there relationship, but he also genuinely wants to get along with them. Not only would it mean the world to Leo but his family are genuinely good people and Usagi is honored to be part of their ‘inner circle.’
This means however there are a lot of group activities. When the two do try and sneak away for some alone time they are almost always caught and their activity now had one to ten unwanted wheels. Again they love their friends and family but it’s hard to cuddle your significant others around them.
They want to go out for a dinner date? Suddenly Mikey is tagging along to try a new restaurant.
Leo wants to show of some of New York? Resident tour guide April is here.
Maybe a run along the roof tops, get some air, spend some time together? Raph is coming as it sound like fun training
A quite night in? Watch a movie? Sit together and enjoy your company? Splinter rocks up cause you can’t be in the bedroom alone and once their in the living room that is his domain.
Donnie and Casey are tagging along on all of these. Donnie because he’s over protective. Casey because he wants to hang out with his dad and by the time he rolls up someone else has already crashed so he doesn’t realize their crashing
Cassie is a coin toss half of the time she knows their crashing and is just there to mess with Leo. The other half she is doing her own separate thing and runs into them in the most chaotic accidents.
Kitsune and Gen join all activities once it is a group thing as it is fun to watch their brother and friend suffer.
So after maybe two months of barely any alone time Leo has to sit the family down. And make a deal for one interupted date night. He originally plans for one a week but has to settle for biweekly dates.
So it’s every other Wednesday (villains monopolize the weekends) over time and as the family gets used to and accepts Usagi’s presence in their lives it becomes weekly.
This continues once they are married. It gives them the weekend with the kids but they can normally get a family member to watch the kids Wednesday evenings for them. (It’s been their date night for so long no one can argue the night. The family has a calendar of who’s week it is to watch the kids. Leo and Usagi watch the others kids as well on their date nights/me nights)
As for activities they will switch it up. When they are young it’s normal date ideas. Dinner, movies, going to places in New York/the Hidden City, training together, dancing, even just quite nights in.
When they are older they activities become more specialized. Usagi actually knows the city now and has favorite places to go/eat as does Leo. Some times though they will go on patrol together as it is rare they get to go on casual patrols together since having kids. They trade of nights on who makes the plan for the evening that way they are both responsible for planning two dates a month.
In the end they love each other and prioritize making time for each other.

so i know you mentioned the bros and usagi and co were going to continue protecting new york and the hidden city and stuff, but i can’t imagine a job like that paying much unless they were working for the police or something. so, if you plan on them having jobs other than that, what are they?
side note: i hc leo and mikey work for hueso for at least a little while, bc we know from that one hidden city ep they would make good(ish) servers
I just answered this a bit. As teenagers Usagi, Gen, and Kitsune work for Hueso. He called Leo in when he needs extra help and Mikey on days when his staff won’t come (mob days) Leo used to come whenever he needed a break from his family or a distraction from his thoughts. Now with his boyfriend and friends working there he basically has a part time job with how much he’s there helping out and hanging out with them.
As adults their jobs differ. Yes saving the city doesn’t pay the bills.
Donnie
a software engineer. He has two companies. One that sells hacking equipment and programs and one that sells security. There always seems to be an update in his hacking software right after there is an update in his security programs. There is just enough space for the people doing truly illegal stuff to get caught but never for the people pirating movies to get caught. Does he monitor his hacking programs to see what people are doing and strategically update the security programs just in time to catch career criminals and billionaire doing illegal things, he’s yes he does. - but most of his time is spent building other tech for his family or third business.
Mikey
a chef. I know I said he would study psychology if he could a while ago but his passion is food. He owns the most popular restaurant in the hidden city. The only thing he doesn’t serve is pizza as he doesn’t want to compete with Hueso.
Raph and Kitsune
They runs a non-profit helping people escape from abusive situations. Raph focuses on helping children while Kitsune helps women. They also have resources for men needing help as they know that men can get abused to and they want to help them as well. All of their siblings are the biggest doners to their project.
Leo
He goes into medicine. I think that splinter made all the boys get their education online so Leo was able to go to college/med school in the hidden city. I think he’d specialize in trauma surgery as it’s the closest to battle field medic. (I still haven’t decided his full path)
He does keep a list of doctors and nurses who are kind and treat patients with respect and dignity. He passes the list along to Raph so that he knows which doctors to request when the people he helps need medical care.
April
She becomes a journalist and is a big part of desegregating the hidden city and New York. Her goal is for her family to one day walk above ground without any fear.
Cassie
Brownie empire. She has a choke hold on the industry. She is playing the long game. Anytime April needs sources or Raph needs donations there is a brownie box showing up at the targets house buttering them up for her family to slip in and do what they need to. She still has her long goal, World Domination. As soon as her family is on board they are running this world. Unfortunately her family is not on board. (I will let you guess which members aren’t down with world domination)
Usagi and Gen
Body guard business. Usagi hates how much crime there is in the hidden city so he starts helping people. He gets a reputation of not being scared of any of the crime bosses. One thing leads to another and boom business. They only take jobs from people doing legal activity. Big Mama is not a fan but also wildly impressed. She’s tried to get them under her employment for years.
They get big enough to have other employees and there is always a shift going at Raph and Kitsune’s non-profit. It is the safest in the city as no one gets through their body guards.
They also teach self defense class and will do free ones at the non-profit. The whole family will join in on those.
Casey
Author. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, this boy has the most popular young adult novels out there. He is just writing down that happened in his timeline and people are losing their minds. He did it to keep his memory of them alive. Now he gets fan art of him and Master Leonardo when he was growing up in the mail. He also get letters asking how he could kill cheaters off when they were so beloved by fans. (Raph and Donnie’s deaths caused an uproar. His moms was expected as “all parents are dead in these kinds of stories”) When yokai and humans are finally intermixing a picture of Casey and his family comes out and everyone can tell that the characters in his book are based off of the turtles in his life. They all get some weird mail from that.

We already know what Usagi’s reaction was to how tiny baby turtles are, but what about everyone else’s? Does Splinter have baby pictures he shows to embarrass his sons?
They had just brought Kaida home a month ago. Only a month ago. And Yet their family was already coming over to meet her. Granted they had done the same thing when Jotaro and the twins were born, heck there had been less time after they were born, but Kaida was different. Kaida fit in the palm of his hand, and Usagi was freaking out.
He was so scared. They could lose her so easily.
And now their family was coming over and wanted to see her. They would want to hold her! His little girl that fit in the palm of his hand was about to be passed around their family. What if they dropped her?
Leo had tried to convince him it would be okay. After all he and his siblings were raised in a literally sewer with only one parent between the four of them and they turned out just fine. All fingers, toes , and shells still attached.
On some level Usagi knew he was being ridiculous. Leo was right, he and his siblings were fine. But it didn’t completely settle his worries.
Their family had been more than understanding about the whole thing. Giving Usagi time with just his family. Allowing Leo and him to get used to having four kids in the house. Yet it had been a month and they had four cooing uncles, three cheek pinching aunts, two excited grandpas, and one adopted son all coming over at lunch time.
To be fair Casey had already come over. He was one of their kids, even if he was fully grown. Casey adored his younger sibling and they returned his adoration ten fold. There was no way Usagi was keeping Casey from meeting his new little sister. The boy had come over after a week of them settling in. (The same amount of time they waited before letting people see Jotaro) he had been so excited to meet her only to freeze the moment he laid eyes on her.
Apparently, Casey had never seen a baby turtle either.
He proceeded to freak out about her size, all the while exasperating Leo and validating Usagi. The boy had visited many times since to play with the other kids, each time cooing over how small she is. The boy was even to scared to pick her up!
Needless to say Casey’s reaction did not fill Usagi with confidence about having more people around his youngest. She was just so small. Leo claims to have been the same size but how? How had Splinter kept four of these little ones alive without having a heart attack?
Leo knocked on the door giving his presence away to Usagi. Usagi sat on their bed looking into Kaida’s bassinet. Their daughter laid there fast asleep. ”Alright we’ve got one three and a half year old dressed and ready for company. Two about to be two year olds looking adorable as always. One month year old who I’m guessing is still fast asleep. And-“ he plopped himself onto the bed next to Usagi. “My handsome husband.” He placed a kiss on Usagi’s cheek while wrapping an arm around his shoulder. “You okay?” Leo asked in a much softer voice. He had been quite all though his speech as he didn’t want to wake Kaida but now the tone was gentler as he checked in on his husband.
Usagi let out a sigh. “I still think she’s to small for this.” He said as he turned to face his husband.
Leo let out his own sigh. This was a common argument one he had let Usagi win for a month now. But their family wanted to see their newest member, and see the other kids. He knew Jotaro and the twins had been missing their aunts, uncles, and grandpas. He knew their family missed them to. Yet he never wanted Usagi to feel silly for his fears about their kids. He was right Kaida was much smaller then any of their other kids had been, but she was a healthy size for a turtle. He understood his husbands worry but he also didn’t want to be hovering over their youngest for the rest of her life.
“You trust me, right Usa-chan?” Leo knew the answer.
Usagi grabbed his hand locking their fingers. “With my whole heart.” He looked Leo in the eyes. He knew Leo never doubted his faith in him, it was just the way they encouraged each other to take risks sometimes.
Leo smiled warmly at him tilting his head so that their foreheads touched. “Then believe me when I say today will be fine. Kaida is strong, she our daughter, and our family would never hurt her.”
Usagi let out a breath relaxing into his husband. “I know. I just can’t help myself sometimes.”
Leo smiled back at him. “I thought I was the worrier in this relationship. What are you doing taking my spot.” He got what he wanted which was Usagi’s laughter at the comment.
“Daddy.” Leo turned away from Usagi and Usagi leaned around him to see their child. Or children as all three stood in the door way. Jotaro was in the middle holding on to Sakura’s right hand and Ume’s left. Leo was right they were all dressed and ready for company and looking adorable. Jotaro had on a little blue hoodie that was a smidge to big for him and grey pants. Sakura had on a white sundress with cherry blossoms all over it paired with a pink sweater on top. Ume had on a pair of orange overalls with white apricot blossoms all over it with a white shirt on underneath it. Leo had done a great job picking out their outfits for today.
“Hey kiddos. You guys excited to see everyone?” Leo said turning to face the rest of his children. He opened his arms up in invitation and the kids quickly ran over to the bed. Sakura ran to Leo and Ume ran to Usagi both picked up their daughters sitting them on their laps. Jotaro pushed himself up into the bed next to Leo and stood up. He placed his little hands on Leo’s shoulder and peered into his littlest sisters bassinet. He was enamored with her small size.
Sakura snuggled into Leo’s arms and nodded her head. “Ya! Is Aun’ie Ap’il coming?” She asked hoping for her favorite aunt to be present.
Leo chickened holding his daughter close. “You know it.”
Ume snuggled into Usagi grabbing hold of his haroi and tugging a little to get his attention. He looked down at the little girl resting her head against his chest. “Ki’sune?” She whispered out checking on the status of her favorite aunt as well.
Usagi smiled and kissed her in the top of her head. “She wouldn’t miss it for the world.” He whispered to his daughter. He knew how much his older children were missing their extended family. It was the main reason he had agreed to letting people over. He turned his eyes back to little Kaida still sound asleep in her bassinet. He prayed today went well. He wanted their family to be able to come over at anytime, yet if this went poorly he knew he would hide his family away again. They were just so precious to him, he wouldn’t let anyone hurt them.
Leo’s phone buzzed and he pulled it out with a smile. “It would seem that they are here a little early. What do you say we go greet our guest.” His statement was met by cheers as the children scrambled off of the bed and took off towards the main room. Leo chuckled as he watched the three race out of the room. He then turned to his husband. “Are you ready to join us or do you need some more time alone with Kaida-chan?” The question was gently and sincere. He knew how stressed Usagi was about today he wanted to give his husband the space necessary to prepare himself. Though he knew that time had just been drastically shortened by the early arrival of their family, he didn’t blame them, they were all excited to met Kaida after all.
Usagi breathed in deeply. He was so grateful he had an understanding and supportive husband but if he didn’t go with Leo now he didn’t think him or Kaida would be leaving this room today. He breathed out before smiling at Leo. “I’m ready.”
Leo returned the smile. He waited for Usagi to scoop their youngest out of her bassinet before taking his free hand. The two of them made their way to the living room where they had three impatient toddler huddled around the front door. Leo laughed at them, he squeezed Usagi’s hand and then moved to the door. He corralled the children away from the door directing them over to Usagi before he opened the door and was engulfed in a hug by his big brother.
Raph picked him up and spun him around. “It’s been to long Leo.” He said as he let go of his brother. Leo smiled up at his big brother but before he could respond they both heard the sound of little feet running towards them.
“Uncle ‘aph” Jotaro cried launching himself at his favorite uncle. Raph scooped the kid up with a cheer bring him close for cuddles.
“Where’s my goddaughter?” April called out as she entered the home. Sakura quickly ran to her aunt. April fell to her knees to scoop the sweet girl up into her arms. “Oh I’ve missed you. You’ve gotten so big.
“April you’re blocking the doorway.” Donnie complained as he stepped over April and his niece. His arms were full of presents for the couple and their children.
“Dontron you didn’t have to bring anything.” Leo said rushing forward to help his twin.
“I know. He’s making the rest of us look bad.” Gen remarked shuffling around April and Sakura. Kitsune followed behind him. Ume squealed and rushed her aunt. Kitsune fell to her knees to greet the girl but as soon as the girl was securely in her arms Gen scooped them both up and moved them out of the way of the door.
Mikey, Cassie, Casey, Draxum, the goyles, and Splinter all found their way in as well. Splinter made a bee line for Usagi. “Yes it’s so good to see everyone but tell me where it my newest granddaughter.” He said stopping in front of Usagi. He had with him a bag which Usagi assumed were gifts for their children.
He held his hands out. Kaida was cupped in the palm of his hands blinking sleepily at the world around her all of the noise finally waking her from her nap. Splinter’s eyes widened as he took in the small turtle. She looked so much like her dad. He raised a hand and gently rubbed a finger against her cheek cooing at her. She let out a little chirp rubbing her cheek against his finger.
“Awww. Dad were we really that small at some point?” Mikey asked leaning over his father’s shoulder to see his newest niece.
“Oh yes. I brought picture in case you might want to see.” Splinter responded as he reached into his bag and pulled out a collection of baby photos from his boys past.
“Wait we were so cute!” Mikey called looking at the book in his father’s hands. Usagi leaned forward so he could see the book as well. There was his husband and his brothers all curled together and all the size of their father’s palm. Leo was right they were all that little.
“Orange can you go help your brothers. I think Purple has more gifts than expected.” Splinter asked Mikey who quickly moved to help out his older brothers. Once he was gone Splinter looked up at Usagi. “Leonardo told me about your fears and worries for Kaida. I thought it might help to know that your not alone. I was terrified of how small my boys were and I had no idea how big or fast they would grow. I learned everything on the fly and while I was not a perfect father.” Splinter paused looking down at the images in his book. He took in a deep breath. It was hard to admit how he had failed his sons. “My boys still turned out better then I could have ever hoped.” He looked over his shoulders at where his sons were bickering over Donnie’s gifts or spoiling the older grandchildren. “I just want you to know that it’s okay to be worried but you are already a better father to your children than I was and you have my Blue as your partner. You will not fail her or any of your other children.”
Usagi had tears in his eyes as his father-in-laws speech. “Thank you Splinter-sama.” He said bowing low to his father-in-law.
“Don’t mention it. And if you ever feel overwhelmed remember I’m a much better grandfather than I was a father. I have plenty of experience dealing with small mischievous turtles.” Splinter reassured as he closed the picture book for now and reached back out to rub Kaida’s cheek.
They were peaceful for a moment before Splinter broke the peace. “Try not to worry to much now. You’ll need it for later when she learns how to climb.”
Usagi’s brain stoped working for a moment. “WHEN SHE LEARNS HOW TO WHAT!”

Ok ok ok SO! What would the Tenshu gang’s reaction be to watching “Lair Games” 😈
I’ve personally always been very fond of the twist at the end, showing that Leo either A). Completely played Donnie (And everyone) or B). Created a win win for himself, setting himself up for victory no matter what. I feel like Kitsune would respect the hustle.
It was time for the Lair Games once again. April sat Usagi, Gen, Kitsune, and Casey Jr. down to watch her documentary of the Lair Games. It is the best way to explain the madness to them.
Casey had never participated in a Lair Game before as there wasn’t time for such things in the apocalypse. But he had heard tales of glory and the Great Leg Incident.
All the Tenshu gang knew was it was a yearly competition between the brothers.
April put the documentary on. They were all a little surprised at Leo’s opening speech. Wondering why he was talking down to his brothers so much. Then Leo puts his room up as the prize. Kitsune immediately had suspicions about this move.
Then the games were off. Leo started out wining as always and Usagi was subtly cheering for his boyfriend. Though Leo seemed to be antagonizing his brothers more then normal.
Then Donnie started winning competitions. But was he? Kitsune taped Usagi and Gen, whispering for them to watch Leo closely in some of the games. There were moments, they were small and hard to catch but some of the things Leo was losing at they had all seen him do similar things with ease before.
April’s camera always panned over to the excited Donnie and his cheering brothers when he won. She never stayed on Leo long enough to see his reaction. They could hear his dismay over the audio but they rarely saw his reaction. And from the post game interviews the brothers were doing it would seem none of them had seen Leo’s reaction either. They only heard it.
Leo and Donnie stayed neck to neck the whole game with the family losing their minds over Donnie’s success.
Until the leg incident occurs. Donnie was on the ground screaming and Leo was apologizing. “Wait! This is the Great Leg Incident!” Casey cried out. He had been full invested in the video he hadn’t noticed the other three viewers bumping each other and whispering.
“Yep the Great Leg Incident.” April confirmed. “I still can’t believe Leo knocked into Donnie to make him lose.”
“He didn’t” Kitsune spoke up.
April and Casey turned to her and they could see the three were a little upset at the accusations. “Um did you not see the video? Leo has always been desperate to win.” April commented
“Leonardo-chan would never hurt his family on purpose.” Usagi said it firmly as he would take no debate on this subject. Leo had mentioned something about an untrue accusation and this had to be it.
“I don’t think he meant to hurt Donnie but he definitely wanted him to lose. He felt really bad about it afterwards.” April said. She had been there she knew what happened.
“Strips stepped on one of those wheel boards. You think he knew where that thing would send him when he stepped on it?” Gen argued back.
“Besides Leo-chan had no reason cheat.” Kitsune continued.
“Uh ya he did. He was losing. He hates losing. April argued back.
“But he’s throwing the games.” Usagi pointed out.
“Wait, what did you just say?” April asked. She knew how this ended. Leo’s room had a grate connected to Splinter’s so he had to listen to his snoring all night. For all this time she had thought Leo had made himself a win - win scenario. If he won he kept his title and if he lost he got out of his room without his brothers complaining. She had thought him genius for the move but had she been wrong.
“He’s throwing the games. Anything Donnie might beat him at he isn’t giving his full effort. He’s acting like he is but if you watch him he’s not.” Usagi continued on with his point.
“You were all so focused on the fact that Donnie-san was winning that you didn’t watch how Leo-chan was losing.” Kitsune picked up. “Honestly I’m impressed by his acting, he’s running a good hustle. Let me guess his room sucked.”
“How - how did you know?” April was surprised they had figured out the twist ending, she herself hadn’t seen coming.
“Since when does Strips openly antagonize his family. He will razz them for sure but never to this extent.” Gen kept it up. “He’s acting the way he does with villains. He’s putting on a show and you all bought it.”
“Leonardo-chan didn’t need to bump into Donnie-san. He should have wanted to lose the next two games to give Donnie-san the win. But he slipped.” Usagi finished. “I do want to see how it ended though.”
They started the tap back up. They saw Donnie’s miraculous victory in the last event tying him and Leo.
Then. The tie breaker. Let just say it was disturbing and move on from there.
Leo lost. Donnie won. But that wasn’t the end of the video. The watched as Donnie gloated in Leo’s old room. Only for Leo to reveal his plan.
“I knew it!” Kitsune cried pointing at the screen. “He even had me going for a second but I knew he was losing on purpose!”
“But why did he make it so close the whole time? Why not just lose the whole thing?” April had thought about these games for years. It was hard to talk to the brothers about it as they were all biased and Leo wouldn’t reveal himself. Granted these were Leo’s friends first and had their own biases but had they seen something she had missed.
“Easy. Would you have believe him if he lost every event?” Kitsune asked. Aprils eyes widened as she shook her head no. “Exactly. If he lost everything you all would have caught on to the fact that he was trying to get ride of his room. Again, I’m impressed with the hustle.” Kitsune then jumped up. “But now I have to find him. If he thinks for one moment he’s throwing these games on purpose as well he’s got another thing coming to him. I want to beat him fair and square.” And with that she bounded out of the room.
Usagi and stood up and followed after her. He to wanted to talk to Leo about the Lair Games. “Thanks for showing us April-san” he called out as he left. He was still a little upset that so many members of Leo’s family thought he would hurt them just to win. He wanted to check in with Leo about his feelings towards the whole thing.
“I got a question April-san?” She turned to face Gen still reeling from the realization that Leo fully threw the games one year. “Do we get to do the fun post interview to?” Casey nodded along eagerly as he to wanted to be a part of those. It looked fun. “Cause I got to say the titles you gave everyone was my favorite part.” April smirked. Gen had just taken over as her favorite out of Leo’s friends.

What is your sexuality headcanons for not just the mad dogs ,but the tenshu crew+ mona lisa (sorry if you answered this before)
And speaking of Mona why do I feel like the line
"A monster,is that what you think you are? Is going to come back?
Oh goodness. I’m still feeling some of these out.
Leo is gay.
Raph is the straight out of the group. The most supportive straight there is.
Mikey and Donnie are the two I am still feeling out. I know a lot of people see them as single or as ace/aro. I’m still figuring them out. I’m leaning that way for Mikey. Donnie is someone who loves so deeply and it’s hard for him to express those emotions. I’d love to explore him more and see where he ends naturally rather then slapping a label on it and then trying to make that work.
April and Sunita are lesbian
Cassandra I know a lot of people see her as a lesbian but I can see her as pansexual but with a preference for women.
Casey. I have kinda logged Casey in my brain as baby so I have not even thought about a future pairing or relationship for the boy. I also don’t think he had a lot of time to figure this stuff out in the apocalypse. We will put him under questioning for now.
Usagi is bisexual but has a preference for men.
Gen is aromatic. He might have future partners but it’s more just one night and moving on. He’s glad his siblings are falling in love and eventually having families, it’s not for him. He loves being the fun uncle.
Kitsune is bisexual with a preference for girls.
Chizu (I know I rarely talk about her) is a Demisexual lesbian.
Lisa is pansexual.
(NOTE: if you see them as something different that’s totally cool. Outside of the main pairings most of this won’t come up so if you want to just graft your beliefs on to them, that’s fine by me.)
And I just realized I missed the best part of this ask. The monster line.
No why would that ever come back. It’s not like she’s going to be horrifically mutated and have to deal with the change of her appearance and have to relearn how to love herself. It’s not like Raph’s going to bring this line back to remind her she’s not a monster. It’s not going to be a backbone of their relationship I promise.

usagi and leo having a new years date is something so precious to me
Sorry this is late.
New Years was over whelming.
The city was jammed pack with people. People came from all over the world to spend New Years in time square, that meant the rest of the city was crowded as well.
The hidden city was just as bad. Over crowded with yokai that were sneaking up to the surface world for the festivities.
Anywhere you went was jammed packed. But the April wanted to celebrate New Years with everyone so they were trying their best. They had made it a competition. You could leave the celebration at any time but if you left you had to make breakfast for those who stuck it out the whole night. Those who stayed also got bragging rights for the next year.
Usagi was excited. They had just celebrated the Yoake festival in his world and Christmas in Leo world. He was excited to see another one of Leo’s worlds holidays. Leo and told him that it was tradition to kiss at midnight and while he wasn’t big about public displays of affection, he would never pass up the opportunity to kiss Leo.
The night had started off well. They had all gone to Run of the Mill and hung out with Señor Hueso before the crowd got to crazy. After eating their fill and wishing the man a happy New Year the group was off.
They went to explore the hidden city. This is where they lost their first member. Donnie couldn’t handle the crowd and asked Leo to portal him home. Leo offered to go with him but Donnie insisted he stay. He figured someone else would tap out sooner or later.
He wasn’t wrong and Gen was the next one down. He was eating some street food and had something that didn’t agree with his stomach. Leo had portables him home quickly.
Casey and Cassie were out next. Someone had decided to launch fireworks without warning and it startled Casey pretty bad. Sudden explosions reminded him to much of the war. After the group helped him through it, Cassie made the call for them to go home. The group went with them not wanting to leave Casey alone. After an hour break at home Casey insisted they all go back out.
It was approaching 10 at this point and Raph was to worried about the others go back out. April decided it was time to go top side and find a good place to watch the fire works. She figured Leo could open a portal for the others to join them closer to midnight.
That was not a good decision for Usagi. The hidden city was crowded but New York was unmovable. Usagi had never seen a crowd that big. There were so many people. They tried to go up to the rooftops but several were filled with humans partying or others had yokai enjoying the evening festivities. The loud noises, the smells of different foods, the flashing lights, and the crowd pushing against them was starting to be to much. There was a moment when he almost lost his hold on Leo hand, but thankfully Leo was able to pull him through the crowd.
“April!” Leo called getting the girl’s attention. “If you find somewhere text me, but we’re going to go back.” April shot him a thumbs-up as her and Kitsune kept moving.
“No, Leonardo-chan. I’m fine really.” Usagi tried to argue back, but Leo just shook his head and opened a portal home and walked them through it.
It wasn’t until the portal closed and the noise stopped that Usagi realized just how bad his head hurt from it. He could feel his body relaxing from the lack of stimulus. Leo turned to him and smiled. “Better?”
“Ya.” Usagi had to admit it was the right call to return to the layer. Leo leaned forward and kissed him quickly before pulling away.
“Good cause it was getting to much for me to. Now here the question. Do we want to go out the living room and join the others or do we want to take a break alone together?” Leo smirked a little as he asked the question as he knew his preferred answer.
Usagi tilled his head and pretends to think about it. “How long till midnight?”
Leo looked at the clock, “about an hour and a half.” Usagi smirked back at him.
“I see no reason to rush off to the group.” Leo smiled and grab his hand as the two snuck off to Leo’s room to spend some time alone.
They found them selves siting on Leo’s bed. They sat next to each other. Usagi’s arm around Leo’s shoulders and Leo leaning into his chest. They had past an hour just whispering among themselves before Leo reluctantly pulled himself away.
“If we don’t meet up with the others soon we’ll miss the New Year.”
The two slipped out and were surprised to see April and Kitsune in the living room as well. It seemed everyone had decided on spending New Years inside. They could see Draxum and Splinter talking over what Leo thought could be wine. April, Donnie, Kitsune, and Mikey were playing a game while Raph, Gen, Cassie and Casey cheered them on.
“Look who finally made it back to the party!” Gen teased as the two walked in, causing their cheeks to heat up.
“Sorry the noise got to me.” Usagi quickly took the blame as he could see Leo’s fathers side eyeing them from where they sat.
“You and me both Usagi-chan.” Kitsune agreed.
The conversation flowed easily from there until midnight was fast approaching.
“Hey guys! We got fifty seconds!” Mikey yelled as the family scrambled to switch the tv over to the live coverage of the ball streets away from them. Mikey ran around handing everyone noise makers. April and Raph started the count down at 30 seconds with more people around the room joining in the closer they got to 10.
Ten.
Leo grabbed Usagi’s hand.
Nine.
He pulled him back a bit from the group.
Eight.
Usagi turned away from the screen to face Leo
Seven.
Leo smiled at Usagi using their hands to tug him close
Six.
Usagi wrapped his arms around Leo’s waist.
Five.
Leo raised his hand to cup Usagi’s cheeks.
Four.
Usagi tightened his grip on Leo pulling him closer.
Three.
Leo rested their foreheads together.
Two.
They stated to lean in.
One.
“Happy New Year!” They could hear their family shout behind them, but they were a little busy at them moment. They made it a quick kiss. Leo smiled at Usagi whispering a “Happy New Years Usa-chan.”
Usagi smiled back, “Happy New Years Leonardo-chan.” The both turned to face the rest of the family. Usagi kept a hand on the curve of Leo’s shell while Leo allowed one of his arms to drape over Usagi’s shoulder. They looked over at their family running around and hugging one another with shouts of happy New Year until Raph yelled at them to come join the group hug.
It was a great start to the New Year.

what kind of style do you think everyone would like? minimalist, maximalist, modern, rustic, that kind of stuff
Sorry this has been in my box for forever. I had it done and my dog distracted me and it got deleted.
I know nothing about design so I’m trying my best here.
Mikey and April are Maximalist. They like bright colors and having their spaces filled. There is art covering the walls and the couches are full of pillows. It is loud but cozy
Raph stricken me as rustic. There is stone work and wooden surfaces. There are warm brown towns with red accents. It is warm and welcoming.
Donnie’s house is modern but only the parts of the house people get to see. I think he googled what would look the most presentable and went with that.
However the rest of his house looks like his lab. Cluttered and full of purple lighting.
Cassie and Casey don’t have a style. They just put up what ever they want where ever they want making their homes look like a mess of styles. This is because Cassie is chaotic and Casey had never had to decorate before in his life.
Kitsune likes Maximalist but would mix it with a more traditional style. Gen would just keep the traditional style of their home land.
Leo and Usagi’s house is a more modern style of the traditional Japanese decor
I picture them with a Japanese style cottage. The fist floor opens up to the living room/dining room/kitchen and then a hallway leads to the bedrooms/bathrooms. There is and upstairs but it is sectioned into two things one is a play area for the kids and the other is a dojo for training. I think they would have a garden in the back and maybe the front as well. They would have a place to spar in back as well and a pond/stream for swimming.

i was eating gummy bears and drinking an orange soda and was like “hey you know who’d like this? kitsune” anyways what’s everyone fav junk food
Mikey likes gummy worms. He prefers sour ones
Leo likes Chocolate. He prefers milk chocolate unless it is fruit covered then he likes dark chocolate it balances out the flavors
Raph is a big fan of flavored popcorns. They have these stores that sell candy coated popcorn and he loves them.
Donnie is very pick not just with flavors. (Flavorless juice) but also with textures. Pretzels are his thing. They are salty and crunchy.
April loves gummies. Gushers have a special place in her heart.
Cassie loves gummy bears she likes biting the heads off. Calls it the most humane way to eat them.
Casey never grew up with it. He is learning what he likes still. Master Leonardo would always share any chocolate he fund with Casey so he favors it.
Usagi likes chocolate as Leo is the one who introduced him to it but he also likes skittles
I like to think Kitsune and Cassie will get along well. She picks up gummy bears from her.
Gen loves chocolate peanut butter things but he doesn’t eat them often. Leo told him the Raph was allergic so they try to keep it out of the house. He can see that it stresses Leo out so he tries to keep it way from Leo and his brothers.

Does Usagi, Gen, and Kitsune know that Leo was a Battle Nexus champion? Like, I know he talked some stories about his and his brothers’ past adventures, but did he cover that section or no? And if not, how’d they react to finding that information out? And will there be any interaction between the trio and Big Mama in the future? You can reply a simple yes or no if you want, no need for details if they spoil, but you don’t actually have to answer that, I’m a greedy dragon for knowledge even of the spoiler territory kind.
They do not. The battle nexus has not come up. At least not in a way that Leo can sneak in the fact that he is the battle nexus champion. I think Big Mama might have come up in passing but not in a way that lead to that adventure.
I think most of the stories Leo told were of him and his family together. He was separated from everyone but his dad there so I don’t think it would have come up.
Now when the Tenshu gang show up in New Gork are they going to meet Big Mama/see that battle nexus. Yes.
I’m still fleshing out the New York adventures. But you can’t tell me that a skilled samurai, an ex bounty hunter, and a retired thief are going to just roll into New York and not be noticed by Big Mama.
She will have a part in the story. I’m just still deciding what that roll will be.

dyslexia strikes again🙄
who from the tenshu group will take the longest to adjust to leo’s world? what different struggles will they all have?
There is a lot of culture shock for all of them.
It’s easiest for Kitsune. She is used to blending into her surroundings. Her family traveled a lot hard to have a place to call home when you make your living form stealing from others. She struggles with just how many people there are. The Tenshu might have been a city to them but New York is completely different. It’s amazing to see this many people and cultures but also over whelming.
Usagi struggles with the noise. It’s never quite and it leads to quite a few head aches.
Gen is the one that struggles the most. He’s blunt which can come off as rude. He’s trying his best but he doesn’t understand this world. Why can’t he go out topside. Why is everything mystic based in the hidden city. Why are his loved ones not accepted by the city they save. He struggles with communicating these feelings and a lot of Leo’s family just thinks he’s rude and doesn’t want to be there. Leo knows though. And slowly the rest of the family learns and helps him out..
They all struggle with pop culture and the jokes surrounding it. They slowly get caught up but for a while a lot of jokes go right over their heads.
The biggest struggle for all of them is staying hidden. They are used to being out and about in the sunshine. If something goes down in broad daylight they don’t understand why they have to wait to deal with it or have an excuses for their presences to give the humans. Leo’s world is becomejng more excepting of mutants and yokai especially after the inaction. But the Hamato’s aren’t ready to risk being out in the open. For people who never had to hide that is a big change.

OK-OK soo maybe that question cant be anwer but i have one that is quite important-
What does the Tenshu gang tink of movies? it can be the movies from the cannon rotmnt or it can include real-life franchised. Example Disney, DreamWorks ect
And what is theri fav genre and movie?
I need to know for smt :)
Obviously they all love Lou Jitsu movies. I picture them all watching one fish, two fish, red fish dead fish for the first time and just slowly Turing to look at Leo realizing that this is the movie that inspired the fish and ladder fight and him snaking a Neko ninja in the face with a fish.
While they don’t understand Jupiter Jim they all like the vibes of it. Usagi desperately wants to understand as Leo LOVES Jupiter Jim.
As far as really life franchises:
The lord of the rings entraps their minds as the fight sequences are great but it’s also so different from their world.
They all like Disney/dreamworks. Kitsune especially loves the music and learns to sing along much to Donnie’s and Leo’s excitement. (Donnie’s trilled to have another potential theater kid, Leo loves to sing along)
Gen’s favorite is emperors new groove.
Kitsune loves a Disney princess movie but her current favorite is Aladdin (a theif finding love and a home no she’s not identifying at all)
Usagi likes most of them. His favorites are quest for Atlantis as the blending of to worlds remind him of him and Leo (along with the choosing to stay behind with your lover)
they all love Mulan as everyone should.
Tangled causes mixed emotions for Usagi. On one hand it’s a fun adventure. On the other the lantern scene remindes him so much of the end of the yoake festival. And while he normally loves the festival the last time he was a part of the lantern ceremony all he could do is wish for Leo to be by his side. To see two lovers in that moment hurts, to see them tricked and separated right after hurts more.
They also like the shows. Gravity Falls, Owl House, and others are big hits in the group.
Gen’s a big fan of the superhero movies just like Raph is.
They are all fans of Avatar the last air bender.
There are more I’m sure.
