I’ve been up since 3am⏰ again... . It’s a pattern that’s been happening since I returned from Aruba🏝 . The link between the 3am wake up and the Chinese🐉 association with the liver ... and the fact that I’m recalling some pretty angry dreams upon waking😶 is not lost on me ... . Add to that the mammoth Piscean ♓️ energy✨ that’s currently around and our approach to Friday’s Full Moon🌕 in Virgo♍️... . ... and there’s a ripe recipe📃 for the unconscious to be made conscious through some pretty vivid dreams☁️⚡️☁️☄️☁️💥 . And ... . ... once acknowledged and owned such emotions can be worked through bringing about subsequent release and healing✨🙏🏻 . So, that to me is a win-win even if I am currently going to bed with my 3 year old to ensure I get my zeds😴 . You cannot heal what you cannot see or refuse to confront🙈, so this is a plus in my book📗 . ... Suffice to say that I spent 2 hours this morning clearing some of that anger📝🔥 and enjoyed the best time in meditation✨🙏🏻 and visualising . All in a peaceful house with a lighted candle🕯 and a journal ☺️ . A very clean house I might add after I hired myself an awesome cleaner yesterday🤗 .
