L'exploitation de la famille Bernard existe depuis la fin des années 1800 et se transmet de génération en génération.Après plusieurs décennies de polyculture, c'est dans les années 50 que Maurice BERNARD, le grand père, a privilégié la culture de la vigne. Mais ce n’est qu’en 2008 que la première cuvée du Domaine La Ligière prendra vie. Lorsque le petit fils Philippe et sa femme, Elizabeth créent leur propre chai de vinification poursuivant ainsi le travail entrepris par les parents en demandant la certification en Agriculture Biologique.

Santé et intelligence artificielle : comment réussir le pari ?

Alors que la France a présenté sa stratégie nationale en matière d’intelligence artificielle, la santé a été citée comme un des principaux domaines dans lesquels l’IA pourrait apporter des réponses concrètes aux problèmes qui se posent. Nous nous en réjouissons, car nous avons la conviction depuis plusieurs années que le numérique en santé doit être porté au plus haut niveau.

Les applications de l'intelligence artificielle au domaine de la santé sont potentiellement porteuses de bénéfices majeurs, pour les patients comme le système de soins, comme le souligne Cédric Villani dans son rapport remis le 28 mars : diagnostics plus précoces et plus précis, suivi des patients en temps réel et ajustement de leurs traitements à leur situation individuelle, pilotage fin du système de santé, etc.

L'annonce de la création d'un hub national des données de santé par le président de la République apparaît comme une première étape nécessaire pour réaliser ces potentiels, car le croisement de quantités massives de données de provenance et de nature différentes est clé pour faire avancer la recherche et développer des solutions d'intelligence artificielle.

Étape nécessaire, mais insuffisante. Se pose en effet la question de l'intégration de ces innovations au système de santé : quel accès au marché ? Quel financement ? Quelle appropriation par les acteurs de santé ?

Accès au marché d'abord : le temps et les modalités d'évaluation des produits de santé ne sont pas adaptés à des logiciels apprenants, qui évoluent très vite. La proposition du rapport Villani d'expérimenter des procédures de pré-certification des entreprises, sur le modèle du programme de la Food and Drug Administration (FDA) américaine "Precert", est à ce titre intéressante. Ce programme est d'ailleurs conçu en étroite collaboration avec des entreprises du numérique comme Apple, des startups comme Pear Therapeutics et des industries de santé comme Roche.

Financement ensuite : le développement d'un écosystème d'entreprises d'intelligence artificielle en santé, appelé de leurs voeux par les pouvoirs publics, nécessitera une réflexion en profondeur sur les modalités de financement des innovations en santé et de leur remboursement. Ce sujet gagnerait à être intégré aux réflexions de la taskforce sur la réforme du financement du système de santé récemment mise en place par la ministre de la Santé.

Appropriation par les utilisateurs enfin : qu'il s'agisse d'outils d'aide à la décision médicale, ou de monitoring des patients en temps réel, les acteurs du système de santé seront profondément affectés par ces innovations. Les représentants des professionnels de santé, notamment à travers les réflexions menées par le Conseil national de l'Ordre des Médecins, se sont déjà saisis du sujet. Les entreprises du numérique auront également un rôle à jouer dans cet accompagnement au changement, de la même façon qu'elles accompagnent déjà d'autres secteurs dans leur transformation numérique.
