hey Tumblr! it's been a while, huh?

well... a lot of things have changed in the passed ...3 ...4 (?) years since we've talked. i guess i'll get the most important thing out of the way.

i go by he/they now! i'm basically Non-Binary/Genderfluid, oh and you can call me Ven!

if you still remember my deadname, please please don't ever use it nor refer to me with that, i would really appreciate it. it took a long time for me to be comfortable in my own skin and i really would like to come back with that fresh(?) feeling

other than that... i'm a Vtuber as well! although, my personality is the same, the way i draw myself can change between Ven the artist and Ven the Lunar Demon Vtuber, the distinction is pretty clear so i think you guys will know the difference ;)

you can come watch my streams over on my Twitch Channel if you like, i stream mostly on the weekends, i play Splatoon a lot but i'm a Variety Streamer so i play other games too

that's... mostly it. i have a full time day job now so my art has taken quite the beating... but i still doodle and draw every now and then! (i hope you look forward to that!)

as for this blog.. well, i don't think much will change, i'll still upload art, whenever i can and of course share the fandoms i end up yelling about in the future haha!

i also plan to post the artworks i've made while i was away, i hope you guys like them! 💓 let's have a good time! it feels great to be back

Finished the color and render~ I love him so god damn much. Tried something different from my normal cell-shaded style, and I really enjoyed it.

This is Luka Avenart, Bard/Rogue/Warlock, a sailor by trade and collector of knowledge and history. Tho not strictly a g/t character, he’s totally a chaotic little tiny, or at most bean (5’4” short kiiing). This is one of my oldest characters, originally being an eccentric explorer in a cyberpunk type world/setting, rocking pj-bottoms and roller-skate sandals, now my chaotic bard son (tho ‘they/them’ is also acceptable).

Currently reading: multiple web comics. Branching out, be my villain and a few more. Haven’t really red books in a while, planning to re read the entirety of wings of fire sometime.

Sweet, savoury or spicy: I can’t eat spices so a mix of sweet and savoury. A combo like potato chips and watermelon. It sounds disgusting but it’s good. Not mixed of course.

Last series: the dragon prince like a month ago? I don’t remember. Don’t really watch series at all. Find them kinda boring.

Currently working on: making a sky cotl web comic, and a sky cotl cosplay. Trying to improve my art to a good standard.
