For the longest time I’ve only shipped Aloy with Erend but after playing a few hours of Horizon Forbidden West I really ship her with a lot of these characters. I hope for third game they take a page out of mass effect’s book & allow the player to chose their romantic partner. (or not at all cuz some people don’t want romance in their game) it would give me a reason to play the game over and over just to see the different options. 💕🫡

I don’t know if anyone will find this. It’s gonna be my first post on tumblr and while I somehow have some followers, I suspect they might be bots.

Anyway I’m writing a an Avad/Aloy fic. Summary here Now he was holding onto the device and looking it over. It was triangular, slightly rounded on one side with a shining blue light coming from a gap in the middle. The light was similar to that which came from machines, stable and consistent unlike the torchlight of the palace. It was the same kind of light that came from machines. Still it wasn't fear that made Avad hesitate, he trusted Aloy. It was more nervousness, he heard that the focus was apparently the source of her so-called “second sight”. If it only gave that it was a greater gift than any of the jewels the nobles Marad wanted him to marry had ever given him. Aloy didn't need to give him gifts but Avad wasn't going to deny it either. He pressed the focus on his temple, next to his ear as he had seen Aloy wear it. Then he gently pressed it.
