Satisfacción sensación o sentimiento ?
Escribir sana y cura el alma me dijeron, me siento vulnerable al escribir lo que realmente siento pero es mejor sentir esa sensación que seguir con un vacio.
La vida que quisiera versus la que quiero esta a un paso según mi madre, el problema es que cada vez que pasan los años lo veo todo mas difícil, pero me convenzo de que si veo todo positivamente y soy buena todo va ir bien. Pero la vida no es así de fácil. Mientras me convierto en adulto me doy cuenta que no soy la adulta que me gustaría ser cuando era pequeña, me gustaba la gente alegre con muchos amigos, amable y generosa. Ahora yo de adulta me he vuelto amargada, egoísta y un poco solitaria. Siempre trato de ver todo positivo como lo comente anteriormente pero la vida me sorprende con gente estancada, vacía y frustrada, los veo y digo que no quiero ser como ellos a su edad vacíos y con la misma rutina. Pero me engañe pensé que si desde joven trabajaba duro a mis mediados 20s iba tener una vida llena de amigos, negocios, viajes y fiesta. Leí tantos libros de libertad financiera como pude trabaje muchos fines de semana, deje planes con amigos para ahorrar y generar mas ingresos. Pero ahora que estoy autoevaluando y estoy casi llegando a la meta y no me siento satisfecha, me siento frustrada por que siento que camino y camino y no llego nada. Cómo si me hubiera engañado persiguiendo algo que no tiene valor y perdi��ndome a mi en el camino, ahora que estoy en crisis me autoevaluó y comparo con el adulto que quería ser de pequeña, me doy cuenta que lo que mas me falta para ser eso adulto es amor propio, valentía y amigos leales. Por que los pocos que crei que me ayudarían en mis malos momentos nunca aparecieron, solo unos muy pocos parece que si les importa como me siento. Escribo esto para leerlo en un futuro y para agradecer que si me volví en el adulto que quise ser de pequeña, feliz, amable generoso y valiente. Te deseo la mejor energía Alejandra del futuro para que seas fuerte y todas las decisiones que tomes te conduzcan a lo que desees y te generen satisfacción.

it would be cool to look at a video of yourself with say, a ten second delay. none of the jamming from a mirror or live video. enough distance for autoanalysis to fade, and you get to look at yourself like someone else, maybe, but with data about that other person's internals.

Adriana Marmorek
Adriana Marmorek was born in Bogotá in 1969. She developed her career around publicity and television, from which she would later borrow certain elements and rethink them through the artistic practice. She earned a Masters in Plastic and Visual Arts from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
Marmorek began as a sculptor, later expanding her horizons toward other mediums such as photography, video, installation, and to what she defines as “Architecture of the Desire.” This is an evolutionary and contemporary concept that defines the parameters of the Colombian artist’s creative activity, and constitutes a sociological analysis about desire in our world. In Marmorek’s brilliant career there is a clear line of work, a personal mark that evolves and flourishes around the concepts of desire and pleasure. Her artistic expression is not limited to the erotic element, but also incorporates social, historical and human elements fundamentally relative to the Western world’s imagination and questioning. For Marmorek the direct intervention of the spectator in the work of art is fundamental. Objects such as mirrors, built-in rooms, windows or projections in the walls and ceilings serve as an outlet for voyeurism, vigilance, autoanalysis and introspection, and also as a converging element for centuries of artistic tradition and sociocultural assimilations. The spectators participating action contributes to the ultimate and utmost complete creation. Marmorek’s work has been exhibited in several museums and institutions nationally, as well as internationally in countries such as Ecuador, Argentina, Italy, Belgium, Austria and the U.S. Her works are represented in several public and private collections. She participated in the Salón de Arte Joven-Artecámara, 2007, was nominated for the Premio Bienal de Arte de Bogotá, 2010, and participated in the Salón Regional de Artistas, Zona Centro, 2015. Additionally, she represented Colombia at ARCO Madrid, 2015, and participated in the SITIO section of ArtBo 2015.

SMMT: UK Car Output Falls Following Long Period of Record Growth as China Remains UK Auto's Third Biggest Trading Partner
LONDON, July 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --
UK car production falls -2.9 in first half of 2017 to 866,656 units, as production lines gear up for new premium models.
First half performance declines -2.9% to 866,656 units.
Global demand drives volumes in first six months, with 78.9% of British-built cars shipped overseas and year on year demand broadly stable at -0.9%.
Independent report forecasts sector will just miss 2 million production milestone by 2020.
China remains UK Auto's third biggest trading partner, with 47,830 people buying British, despite -6.4% decline as sector adjusts to new regulation.
UK car production fell by -2.9% in the first half of 2017, with 866,656 cars rolling off production lines, according to figures released today by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). The small drop in output, which still makes the first six months the second biggest for 12 years, follows changes in production schedules for new model introductions.[1]
Production for export continued to drive volumes in 2017 as global demand for British-built cars dipped by a marginal -0.9% in the first six months, with 683,826 cars shipped overseas. The percentage of cars built for export now stands at 78.9%, the highest for five years.[2] Meanwhile, demand from the home market declined -9.5% to 182,830 units as the UK new car market cools in line with forecasts following a long period of record growth.
Production is forecast to rally in the second half of 2017, according to the latest independent forecast.[3] The projection is based on a number of new models and updates planned for production later this year - many from premium brands, helping to cement the UK as the world's second biggest producer of premium cars after Germany.[4] However, market softness both in the UK and certain key export markets may see the 2017 forecast revised. Looking further ahead, the base outlook with an interim Brexit deal secured, has been revised and the analysis forecasts industry will just miss the ambition of 2 million cars by 2020 (1,993,750).
In the first six months, global demand grew in a number of markets, notably the US - the UK's biggest export region after the EU - where exports rose by more than a third (37.6%) thanks to the launch of a raft of new models. US buyers now account for around one in six of all UK car exports.
Sales in China fell -6.4% as the automotive sector adjusted to changes in regulation governing new car imports. However, the country remains the UK's third biggest global market, behind the EU and US, and by far the biggest single market in Asia. In the first half of 2017, almost 48,000 Chinese buyers chose one of the UK's premium and luxury cars, taking 7.0% of all exports.
The EU remained the UK's biggest trading partner, accounting for more than half of all cars produced for export (54.6%), with Germany and Italy the UK's second and third biggest single markets. In fact, EU countries make up half of UK Automotive's top 10 export destinations, highlighting the importance of continued free trade.

Super Man
Son sempre li a cercare una razionalizzazione delle mie sensazioni, credendo così -in qualche modo- di esorcizzarle, di contenerle, addomesticarle, mettere loro il guinzaglio. Sembra che ci riesca, che io ci sia sempre riuscita. Sembra che la mia razionalità sia davvero un super eroe, tipo superman, con una forza ed un'energia inesauribili nell'intensità e nella durata. Questo è quello che mi è sempre sembrato essere il mio status emotivo: un continuo tiro alla fune fra due parti di me: quella più' 'grounded', più' concreta e quella più' romantica, leggera, instabile. Ho quasi sempre provato per questa dinamica una punta di autocompiacimento. Una specie di elogio alla mortificazione degli istinti. In altri momenti, invece, mi sono fatta pena e mi sono data della codarda. Ho avuto voglia di mandarmi affanculo e fare grandi e gravi cazzate, per punirmi di essermi privata di svariate svarionate. Ho successivamente cambiato idea e mi sono detta che forse l'autocompiacimento è un filino troppo, ma che in realtà va bene così. Ho infine concluso -dopo uno sguardo su altre scelte di vita-che non ho fatto nient'altro che salvaguardare la mia autostima e la stima che altri hanno di me. Ho fatto solo il mio dovere.
