It's been a seriously hot minute since I've shot. I am extremely proud of these results. 50 rounds, 9mm (Glock 19) at 3, 5, 7 and 10 yards. It's been almost 2 years since I've shot. I'm pleased with the grouping because no matter how you slice it, they're dead. Less happy about those in the 8 ring but that's a reflection of my lack of practice and entirely on me. Like any good Texan girl, she begun shooting at age 12 and has now begun competing in 3-gun. When not on the range, this marketing manager is also a National Physique Committee competitor. Don’t let her small stature (she’s only 5′1″) fool you - Lean is a force to be reckoned with!

Honorary Sure Shot Jami lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, Christian. Together they own Scalpel Arms and Lux 180. The first time Christian took Jami to the range, Jami fell in love . . . with shooting! Christian customized Jami’s STi 1911 with a silver & black Damask pattern, her favorite. Now, Jami’s got many guns to match her style and moods. Her current carry gun of choice is the Sig Sauer P238.

Sure Shot Katie is another born-and-bred Texas girl! A recent graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in journalism, Katie is a social media specialist for an Austin news station. This summer Katie spent six weeks backpacking through Europe with her best friend, traveling to 16 countries in 39 days. This swing-dancing, guitar-playing Sure Shot (with an amazing singing voice to boot) is always up for an adventure!
