I'm on spring break from College, and I'm finally getting some headway on chapter 3 of Burn The Crown. I can't give an ETA for the chapter, but once it's done I'll post it on AO3 and link it on my blog here.

In other news, it's Lucien bullying hours. Nebarra's mean, Auri's funny and sweet, and Siegfried's country twang will come out some more because she's tired.

Chapter 3 is finally out! Chapter 4 is already in the works and I project that it’ll be easier to write than this one. There wasn’t necessarily anything wrong with this chapter per se, but I’d just been looking at it for so long that I grew weary of it lol. Take you best guesses as to who and what we’ll see in chapter 4/5!

Also, dwarven mudcrab? Yay or nay? I kinda think it’s cute, but shhhhhhhh.

Also Nebarra is an asshole, and I stan for it.

My current challenges so far is getting Auri some more screen time while also remembering her green pact, so I’m being very mindful of what she does throughout the story. 

It’s so easy to write for Lucien, I really enjoy bullying him. As a treat. I keep having to rewrite Nebarra because I accidentally make him too nice the first time.
