I just have a few unrelated questions to the cookout before the cookout don’t mind me :]

1.So if/when Doll and Dion divorce will they be able to break the link to each others thoughts? Is it a long process or is it quick to link/unlink their thoughts?

2. Is there a reason why Alonzo keeps saying things along the lines of “you’re a fellow human.” to Sherlock and Uriah or is it just for the silly’s?

3. Do Joseph, Khaleed, and Rascal know about Doll?

If they divorce, yeah. I mean in most circumstances Dion might keep a secondary link embedded somewhere deeper in their head buuuut who's to say what could happen?

I mostly just do it to be silly cuz I want you all to see and hear all the times Alonzo saw them as just people and to let it sink into your collective psyches before the truth eventually comes out/lh

Dion keeps doll a secret from most people who know about him to ensure that he can't be seen as vulnerable in any way to his professional associates. I imagine there is a possibility that Joseph might know and hasn't said anything because he gets the idea and doesn't want to cross that line, buuuuut if Dion fucks around then he'll be happy to do some name dropping and let Dion know what the fuck is up.

Alright since I'm 95% @mr-laveau hasn't realized what today is, I'm taking the liberty of posting about it before xe can (Veau, if you're reading this: 🖕💕 /lh). So!

Today's technically the 1 year anniversary of the first ever NeXus video!

"PK, what's NeXus?" The very lovely audio roleplay channel made by the aforementioned/tagged Veau! It's got a wide collection of characters and funky storylines paired with sick ass art.

"Whoa, that's super cool! Where should I start?" If you want the very first video, you'd start here with Uriah. But I don't think you can go wrong with any of the character and/or storyline playlists!

Oh been meaning to post, Bluesky's been opened up publicly now, I've been using it a while and it's really pleasant! Glad to be rid of Twitter. We have some communities in the audio RP space here, but Bsky is a little light on our niche. For anyone over there, we have a Feed that lists everything audio RP related, it listens for posts that include "audio roleplay" and similar terms from the past 7 days. Anything you post with #audioRP should appear on it (if you're a VA just include that in your post when you share your audios), so hopefully should be a good way for our niche to keep in touch over there!

Kind of a confession,

As someone from the Redacted community but I get kinda annoyed when I hear people say that they don't like Erik's (Redacted Audio) work and that he doesn't deserve to/shouldn't be seen as the standard for lore based stories.... but then don't give examples of creators who they think deserve such praise.

Like please 🙏🏾🥺 you're willing to name drop and (understandably) criticise/critique Redacted Audio but don't name drop creators you think are better? This is from someone who started out asmr/audiorp with Redacted and is actively trying to branch out, please if you have people that you think are better be loud and proud about it, I and many others wanna know!!

(And to put it out there I actively take note of rp creators mentioned in posts that people seem to like e.g. Escaped Audios, YuuriVoice and Desmond ASMR. Keep the recommendations of different creators coming, thats the only way more people will get to know about underrated creators)
