I have this random unimportant headcanon that to be honest I forgot I invented & thought it was a part of the show but I don’t think it ever was but anyway I now added a Calex twist to it & thought I’d share

First the idea is one of Alex WitSec identities was a librarian & she used to read the law text books they had in there for fun & to remind herself she wasn’t really insert librarian identity name here

The little Calex slightly AU angle I added to it is I’ve decided it’d be awesome if Alex was a librarian in the town/at the university Casey goes to & Casey wanted law journals or essays or whatever but they’d been checked out by somebody called A.C because Alex as a librarian not called Alex has been checking them out herself under her own initials & to not reveal that’s she’s A.C she just helps Casey with whatever law class problem she was having & that’s their meet cute in this universe

How many works do you have on ao3? 16 posted as attraqtia + 6 posted on anon + 1 one I hid because I did not like it. And an extra one on my old AO3 but I'm discounting that one lmao. Also back in the day I posted on a further unspecified fanfic archive that is not AO3 (and is still around) as well as on Wattpad and ff.net but I've forgotten my username and login to all and I refuse to admit to those anyway so...

What's the fic you've written with the happiest ending? Heckies there are several possibilities. Ignoring pwp cause I almost exclusively write established relationship so that is technically happy;

galaxy collapse (somebody scream) is a romcom that ends in loscar happy in a relationship. Happiest ending I've written. That being said

we found wonderland (you and i got lost in it) has a less happy ending but it is significantly angstier so it has a bigger range of emotions. Same goes for kicked out the stage lights (you're still performing). Putting them together cause they both have the roughly same setup of lost contact in an angsty way

same goes for now entering a world (from which you will never return) aka timeloop. Not a super happy ending but the amount of angst makes it feel more happy I think

finally maybe we got lost (in translation) and home is only a town (you're just a guest) are both getting together fics and they end in a happy get together. So adding those as well. They are not romcoms since there is plenty of drama and angst in both

Do you write crossovers? Uh... no rules (in breakable heavens) aka cycling au is a crossover right? I took guys from media A (F1) and put them into the universe of media B (cycling). Granted they are both sports that exist in the same universe but I think this should count as a crossover to me

Have you ever received hate on a fic? Nope. Thank fucking god. In all my close to a decade of writing never and I hope it stays that way

Do you write smut? If so, what kind? Yeah. Mostly established relationship pwp so I am pleading to AO3 to please add tenderhorny as a tag, most of my smut involves some (mild) kinks but also the established relationship part is important!!

Only single thread of gold (tied me to you) has explicit smut and is not pwp lmao. And yeah... that also has domestic fluff as a tag so who tf knows

What I will never actually write? The original iteration of rbr!Oscar. Idk if I ever will write a version of it, I plotted the original version in August last year and my opinion of rbr has changed since then. I have replotted some of it few months bac but idk how I feel about rbr still lmao. But I am stealing a lot of the backstory for a Merc!Oscar AU so I suppose it works out :3c

Cycling AU also used to look very different. Tbh if anyones interested I'd love to yap about it, don't think it could ever work and it was the first thing I plotted but I have a soft spot for it :). Honestly I just really wanna talk about cycling AU, I have done so much worldbuilding for it and I adore it <3

More ideas from 2023 I will never finish: a Le Mans au for a further unspecified ship, several landoscar wips, several different takes on the pierresteban beef (one day I will write one. Just the ones I have rn will never make it out of the Google docs in their current state). Several different character studies of a driver I now hate so 😂😭

What are your writing strengths? Description I think. Being ESL and having a read a lot in English as a child means that my vocabulary is wide and messy and I am willing to stick three different words with the same meaning next to each other so lol and lmao

What are your writing weaknesses? Dialogue. Idk how to even talk with people irl, does anyone think I can wrote a dialogue of two people?

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic? Idk I'm not a huge fan unless it is to make a point? Like if you speak the language then I suppose but idk, dont vibe with it

galaxy collapse (somebody scream) - not that good cause its close to a year old but I adore the premise, I adore the vibes, I adore her so much. She is so fun and chill I think I could've done a better job on her in hindsight so she does not get to be No1 but my beloved

Probably if I had to say just one it would be her, a labor of love, I think some bits of my thesis of the fic (trust the people around you, it is okay to rely on them at times) are clumsily executed within the actual text and in hindsight there might be bits I wanna retcon but I do adore her a lot

we found wonderland (you and i got lost in it) - my dearly beloved first proper long fic. I still regularly think about the galex in this AU. Like no joke I have made up a very cheesy and idealized and probably lowk ooc future for them that I shall not yap on here about (re: the ooc bit) but honestly, if anyone wants to know it I am willing to yap in DMs o7

I vibe with the premise so much and the world building my beloved, so many bits to explore in just Alex and Logan's upbringing (bottom line consider the fact that Charles and Alex would have a fundamentally different relationship cause Charles' soulmate is also named Alex!! Just marinate on that) + honorary mention of no rules (in breakable heavens). I was (and still am lowk) working through a burnout so she is sorta ass but its cycling au. I adore cycling au. I don't think I can put it into words how much the cycling au means to me, one of these days I will write drabbles about the other guys. Bottom line George and Alex in that AU intrigue me

bc he’s gotten so used to protecting himself that accepting it from anybody else feels like weakness

could be a previous situation similar to exile but in space or an experiment type thing, up to you!

but techno basically sitting tommy down and going “I want to protect you, you want to be protected, why is that not happening”

The view from the port window always managed to calm Tommy down. There's something about the yawning expanse of space decorated with glittering lights of stars that made all of the problems on the shift seem insignificant. Easy to fix.

It's not working as well this time, because the problem has followed Tommy back to his suite.

"Are you seriously giving me the silent treatment?" The piglin grunts. Tommy can hear the clop of his hooves as he paces. He doesn't need to look to know his lower arms are perched on his hips and his upper pair are crossed over his chest. It's a common stance for Technoblade to take when he's angry.

As if the fucker has any right to be angry. As if he's somehow the victim in this scenario.

"Would you just look at me? What is your problem?" Evidently fed up with Tommy's silence, Technoblade marches up to Tommy and grabs him by the shoulder, intending to turn him around. Tommy goes with the movement but wrenches himself free from Technoblade's touch.

"Don't fucking touch me," He snarls, ignoring the hurt broadcasted in Technoblade's drooping ears. There's something in Tommy's chest that feels too much like pain. Or maybe grief.

He pretends that it's anger. "What is my problem? Fine! You want to know what my fucking problem is?! It's you! It's you, treating me like I'm some fucking child! Like I'm your child!" Tommy steps forward, jabbing a finger into Technoblade's chest.

"What the fuck are we doing here, Techno?! What do you want from me?! We're not anything to each other! I met you three months ago!" His jabbing evolves to a full shove. Not that it does anything to the brick wall of an alien. Technoblade doesn't budge. Just takes Tommy's attack like it's nothing.

I'm not-" his voice breaks, to Tommy's own horror, but he forces through. "I'm no good, man. I'm- Look at me! Look at what I-"

His shaking fingers curl into Technoblade's shirt as Tommy's head tilts downwards, hiding from the piglin's gaze.

"Why?" Tommy croaks. "Why do you keep trying to protect me? I'm just- I'm just..."

'-just a parasite! You're a fucking parasite, Tommy! You take and take and fucking take. You should be grateful I even give you the time of day-!'

Warm hands cupping his own draw him out of his memories. Another pair reach for his face, tilting his chin up and wiping at his cheeks. Like the coward he is, Tommy keeps his eyes closed. He can't bear to see whatever expression Technoblade must be wearing right now.

But the piglin surprises him when he responds.

"I never finished the story of Theseus, did I?"

The confusion is enough for Tommy to finally meet Technoblade's eyes. The sadness on his face makes him try to shy away, but Technoblade doesn't release him.

"He wasn't rewarded for his bravery. He was cast out. Exiled. And he died alone and unwanted."

Tommy flinches, like Technoblade has just struck him. He might as well have. This is the hero Technoblade has named him after?

"Why would you...?" He can't bring himself to ask, but Technoblade understands regardless.

"Because I can see that's what you're doing to yourself." You're sixteen- and I know enough about humans to know that's under maturity- and on a traveling ship by yourself. You won't let anyone near you. You're living in an exile of your own doing, Theseus."

It's awful to hear, because it's true, but he still finds himself shaking his head.

"I- you don't get it. I have to-"

"To what? Be miserable? Be alone? No, you don't."

Tommy is still shaking his head. Technoblade doesn't understand. He just doesn't fucking get it. Tommy spent so long leaching off of Dream- he can't let himself do that again. He can't be a parasite.

He's done so well so far. Tommy hasn't let anyone close since he got away from Dream. Hasn't been a leech or a parasite or anything else. He's been independent. He's-He's-

He's been alone, he realizes. He's been...in exile.

The tears come after than Technoblade can wipe away, but the piglin still tries. It just makes Tommy sob harder.

"I'm-sorry-" He hiccups. He doesn't even really know what he's apologizing for, he just is. Like always, Technoblade sees through it. He sees what Tommy needs even before Tommy does.

"It's alright, Theseus. You're alright." The piglin's arms wrap around Tommy. Both pairs. "We're going to work through this. Together."

It feels like a promise. Together.

No more exile. He isn't alone.

Tommy closes his eyes and finally allows himself to relax.

why do you write fanfic?

short answer, because i love it and it makes me happy. longer answer, still that. but it makes other people happy too, sometimes, and especially as i am often writing for nicher series/pairings/dynamics/etc, i love knowing that someday if anyone else likes this obscure silly thing, they can go looking for fic about it and mine will be there waiting for them. also i am immensely unhappy when i'm not writing. i don't think i could live without it. and writing fanfic is fulfilling to me in a way that original work often is not, largely because of the community aspect and the low pressure for it to be marketable or revised or support me as a person or an artist tbh.

which of your posted stories do you think of the most even though the story is "finished"?

mmm tough call. the fey au in the sense that it's the world and plot i am proudest of craft-wise. i worked really hard and i think you can see that it paid off. but other than that i think... i think it might have to be please don't hold me to it right now. because i did it just how i wanted. in a way it's like what my boys in bars series was trying to be but didn't quite reach on the friendship level i think.

if you could give yourself fic advice from when you first started writing fic, what would that advice be?

just let yourself write what you want, how you want. you can have flowery prose. you can be weird and vague and metaphorical. you can just write about friends, i promise. and stop looking at your fucking stats.

what's your relationship to fic stats?

well. i think above answers that one lol. i've blocked my ao3 stats. i cannot see hit or kudos or bookmark counts on ANY fics. + i've gotten much better about not expecting anything especially by writing highly niche stuff.

is there a pairing or scenario or friendship that you miss writing? if so, why? if not, why not?

ehhh. the shazamily, to an extent. the shazam fandom is lovely because so many of us are writing family/friendship centric works and that's if not the norm, at least MUCH more common than in other fandoms that i've been in, and i miss that because at heart, i'm a genficcer. i'm a friendshipper. i love platonic and ambiguous relationships so much. so i miss that, but for the most part, i'm actually okay with not writing anything i used to write. that's okay.

what motivates you to write?

i WILL lose my mind if i don't. i can't even elaborate past that like i'll just go bonkers.

why do you write for the fandom(s) you write for?

because i am sick and ill and dying from brainrot and nobody is writing the highly specific content that i crave in the way that i crave it. sometimes there's nothing for the fandom at all, and SOMEBODY's gotta be the change. mostly i'm just like hyperfixated and losing it.

if you're stuck writing a WIP, what do you do?

take a break. do other things like jigsaw puzzles and taking walks and reading books. listening to phoebe bridgers on my floor. the usual. it'll pass. the ideas will come when they're ready.

what do you wish people knew about comments?

a genuine comment is never a bother. NEVER. no author that i have ever met is going to be upset at you for commenting on a fic and saying hey i really loved this!!! or something like that. no matter how old that fic is. no matter if the author has moved on, or put it on anon, or hasn't written fanfiction in years. it is never, ever a bother. when i get a comment on a fic that i didn't JUST post, i rejoice. i lie on my floor and i think about how incredible it is that people are still finding, reading, and loving something that i wrote, no matter how bad i think it is now that i've grown into a different person. i have coasted for WEEKS on the fact that someone left me a comment saying i loved this and here's my favorite part. here's why. this made me cry. this made me smile. this reminded me of my best friend. this is how it feels, really, you got it. any of that. all of it. sometimes a fic is me going "is this crazy??" and a comment is someone saying "no, no, it's not, i see it". a comment that takes like two minutes to type can matter for two years just by being like, hey, this mattered to me. plus like 90% of my friendships online have been founded on the basis of commenting on fanfic so you know, rave reviews from me.

i can yap all day about inspirations but lately, i am haunted by love me on purpose by smoosnoom in terms of themes, emotions, and pure aching; @thcscus in sheer technicality and prose; the pacing, metaphor, and tone in there's daggers in men's smiles, @beautyofsorrow's sensory work in literally Every fic ever + her fic for the barbie zine none of you losers get to read yet; and @blusandbirds' ability to capture visceral emotion so damn vividly and succinctly.

Some hardcore kinks, like piss, scat, vomit, age-play, and snuff. I doubt there was a big audience for that anyway, but still. Y'all nasty sometimes. Anything else is pretty much fair game though.

HEAVY angst or major character death (of the character, not the reader). I'm sorry but I'm a big baby and can't write things that are so hopelessly sad. This rule is kinda so-so, so if you have a request, feel free to submit it, but just know that I might not do it.

Shot out tho to You let me desecrate you, bc the time it took me those scenes was INSANE, but talking about lines my top is: I. Me and my Husband:

"Stop acting like my father." Frustration seeps into his voice. Sejanus feels so guilty but he has to make him to understand.  "Because I am not my mother." And there it dies in Sejanus mouth for the one and only time, the affectionate name Ma. 

II. Kill me because I'm dying:

“Please, please. Somebody kill me.” Sejanus prays, because Marcus is no longer here. It would not be murder, it would be mercy. He is dying, he is beyond salvation. He's a goner, the snake listens.

III. when I'm out of faith, he's my idol: Coriolanus doesn't understand her words, until the thing turns around and he doesn't need to see it closer to recognize that face. The same face that invades his nightmares and haunts him through the walls of the Plinth's old apartment. A face that should not exist outside the darkest corners of his mind. Sejanus Plinth. Alive. Not dead as he should be, although the emptiness in his eyes, and the piercing scream that breaks the silence make him believe that he died right there, in the reunion that should never have happened.

I feel like I am a lot better at writing scenery description and using imagery than I am at writing dialogue. Dialogue could flow more smoothly, but also I have the idea this is mainly something that I perceive while writing. Sometimes sentence or paragraph structure could and should be less cluttered/clunky. My writing could do with a little less tell and more show in parts.

Also: I am absolutely no good for writing plot driven narratives and that is the reason why rn I stick to one shots. This is not necessarily critiquing my pieces that already exist, since those are not meant to be plot driven, but something that I hope I can explore and get better at in the future.

Lately I sometimes think about how Calex could happen if Alex still ended up in Witness Protection but Casey didn’t move to SVU (this is ignoring/au of my totally canon theory that Alex & Casey knew each other before she went away & were at least friends if not dating)

I don’t remember if this was canon or just my brain randomly filling in gaps or misremembering but wasn’t “Emily” an insurance agent or something like that? I know nothing about that kind of work entails day to day but also no real knowledge but a vague feeling I learned somewhere that mafia/money laundering types used to use small companies like that to clean dodgy money or do those fake injury cons? Or ensure stuff then oops it burnt down or got stolen collect payout type of schemes?

So “Emily” could have definitely stumbled into evidence of a white collar crime (to be honest again I don’t know much about what either except thinking of it as crimes to do with money) & in reporting it somehow end up getting to know Casey that way (I get that different states makes that less likely but shhhhhhh just go with it, that’s the least of our worries… or quick work around the company is considered a New York company so Casey has the case “Emily” is just in the Wisconsin office)

So Casey & “Emily” obviously fall in love (Calex are inevitable & perfect for each other) over building the case so mainly phone calls & emails & occasional weekends away whatever is halfway from Wisconsins & New York lol (because adorableness & hotness!)

I feel like Casey would think “Emily”/Alex was hiding something or knows stuff she’s not telling her (Alex’s lawyers smarts & debating & reasoning would definitely come out to play with Casey haha) but decides it falls under the whole if I don’t know I’m not obligated to officially acknowledge it type of lawyer logic

So if anybody else wants to come live in this bizarre scenario I heavily (desperately) encourage it & if anybody also wants to write it PLEASE DO & send me a link

I've lived a lot of places and done a lot of road tripping and without further details on which to define "best" I'm going to go with the three states I feel the most personal connection to and say Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan. I love Lake Superior, I grew up in that area and sometimes I am very homesick for it. I've been trying to develop the same feeling of connection to the landscape in New England since transplanting and I'm not going to lie, it is rough going. I keep saying I am going to try to get into hiking and rock identification so I can see the mountains and maybe 2024 is the year I buckle down and do that.

First off: Star Trek AU obviously. I'm really bad at coming up with plots and writing long fics but I am beginning to take notes for a Star Trek AU in case the Terror SciFi Fest happens again this upcoming May.

Secondly: Ghosts/spiritualism/haunted house AU. While I do enjoy a good modern AU from time to time, to me part of the draw of The Terror is the time period it is set. I am fascinated by the Victorian era, the advances in medicine during the time period, the rise in popularity of ghosts and ghost stories, and I think I'd get a lot of enjoyment out of researching to write an AU that takes advantage of this somehow.

Also, I am obsessed with haunted houses as they are used to represent familial trauma, codependence, grief and loneliness, etc etc, and I think it would be fun to take Crozier out of The Horrors only to put him into a different flavor of The Horrors <3

Lastly: Musicians/orchestra AU. Gonna be honest, I do not have any of the requisite knowledge to write this and it does not interest me enough to do this research. I want somebody else to write this so I can read it. However, I saw a post once that was the show writer going through and saying what each character's job would be if they lived in the modern day and what he said about Fitzjames was that he'd be a surgeon or somebody else with very specialized knowledge, someone who is the best at something. And while yeah, a specialist surgeon is this, and specialist surgeons are, in my experience, divas with complexes, for reasons of personal taste (dislike of the medical field irl and preference for show contemporary AUs over modern ones) I think it would be more interesting to just skip over the medical layer and make Fitzjames a diva with a complex.

This man plays the violin and he is the best at it and he and Crozier cannot stand each other because Crozier has been playing longer, does not care about the limelight, and actively scorns Fitzjames for doing so. I just have this idea in my head of Fitzjames saying to someone else that Crozier plays a perfectly serviceable, workmanlike violin, but he obviously doesn't truly care for it, he doesn't play with any passion, and Fitzjames who has been doing this his whole life and made it his whole life, the only thing he's ever been good at that he's had to hang all his hopes on, finds that intolerable. Meanwhile Crozier cares about the violin very deeply but doesn't really show it to anybody and keeps to himself because loving music and loving your coworkers are two different things.

Additional inspiration for this idea is the fact that when Phantom of the Opera shut down on Broadway a couple months ago (last year? What is the passage of time...) I saw a news article about it which said some of the people in the orchestra had been playing the show together since it started running in 1986. The drama within that pit must have been insane and I desperately want to read about it.

I would love to see more son Gojo x stepmother reader and also If Only He Wasn't, If Only I were on Ao3 because I love it so much. Hello there, anon!  😊 Thank you for reading and enjoying my stories/one shots. It means a lot to me, honestly. It makes me happy that you enjoy them. Big hearts 💕to you. 

Ok so let’s just jump into the meat of the matter here. First and foremost, I just want to let you know that there will be more Stepson! Gojo x Stepmom! Reader story coming up in the future. I actually have chapter two sitting in my draft, I’m just not comfortable with releasing it as yet.

Now, as for If Only He wasn’t, If Only I were, there won’t be a continuation of that story and I have a few reasons I won’t continue with it. The first reason is due to the fact that when I first published the story and I realise that I was getting a lot of support and being the people pleaser that I am, I began to rush the story and because I rush the story I fucked up the story line. There was no fixing it without deleting the whole entire story. 

My second reason ties back to the first one and that is I made a lot of mistakes when writing. I created a lot of plot holes and questions, more than answers to questions like (where are the parents? How did Gojo and Y/N keep their relationship hidden from them for so long? How would they react to it?) and many other questions. Once again I wouldn't have been able to fix that without deleting the whole story. 

My third reason is that Gojo didn’t really have much of a character or character personality (if that makes sense) he has no reason to become a yandere. I just felt like him hoping into yandere mode that quickly just felt rushed and I didn’t like that.

My fourth reason had to be the age gap between Gojo and the reader and lastly, I made a huge mistake when I made Gojo being to one who is manipulating the sister. So instead of deleting the story, I kept it and rewrote an entirely different story, correcting the mistakes that I’ve made and that story is now called, Loving you is my Obsession. 

The age gap is the first thing that I’ve addressed. The reader is 11 and Gojo is 17. And there’s a reason for that. I wanted her to be that young because it would give Gojo more reasons to want to be in her presence, protect her innocence and so on. This age gap actually ties into Gojo now having a character personality/character. I gave him a backstory, a change in attitude towards women (he hates them) and so on. 

Now remember when I said that the biggest mistake that I’ve made was making Gojo be the manipulator. Well the sister is now the one manipulating Gojo. This made perfect sense to me because I would allow the reader (like you) to see a progression in Gojo’s behaviour towards his sister. It’ll allow readers to see how Gojo suddenly changed from wanting to protect and just have a healthy sibling relationship with his step sister to an unhealthy love and obsessive relationship (yandere). 

The sister being the manipulator is perfect because with her being so young, and being the only one or the only woman who is allowed to even touch Gojo give her an advantage to make it easier for him to love her and only her. So she’ll use her innocence against him to make him do things like kissing, inappropriate touching and you know the rest. She’ll use his words against him, like if you’ve read chapter two then you’ll see where she used his words against him to get him to kiss her. 

Megumi also had a big role to play in If Only He Wasn’t, If Only I Were. I made a mistake spoiling his whole character in that story, so in the new one, I fixed him. But I won’t tell you that one (lol) no spoilers. I could go on and on about the changes and the plans that I have for the new version of the story, but I won’t.

And the story originally wasn’t tilted If Only He Wasn’t, If Only I were. It was actually called: Because you are my brother, I can not love you. Before I came up with the concept of Loving You Is My Obsession, the first rewritten version of the story was called, More than Siblings (this one had Geto in the mix) but I scrapped it when I realised that I didn’t like it very much.

Dear Lada,

My training has begun, and it’s dreadful. My primary instructor is an old woman named Baghra, who likes to hit her students with her walking stick. My friend Nadia told me that when she first began training as a Tidemaker, Baghra released a swarm of bees on her to encourage her to use her powers.

I got in a fight with a stuck-up Sun Summoner girl. Her name is Alina and she has been at the Little Palace for ten years. Somehow, this makes her think that she is better than me or anybody else, and she resents the fact that I am getting all the attention. It’s hardly my fault.

During one of my training sessions, the teacher asked me to choose another student to fight against, so I chose her. Everybody told me that she was bitchy, and I saw it myself when I was first introduced to her. She threw me down first, so I punched her, and she blinded me. This was two days ago, and I am only just beginning to recover my vision.

The Darkling was furious with her. I saw her cry after he reprimanded her.

I hope you’re reading this. It’s been two weeks since I last wrote, and I’ve had no reply.

You would think that the Second Army would be united against its common enemies, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Corporalki hate Etherealki, who patronise Materialki, who resent Corporalki, and so on.

Dear Lada,

I’m starting to worry about you. Surely somebody would have informed me if something truly bad had happened to you, so I’m trying to stay positive for once.

I’m writing this as I’m waiting to perform at the winter fête. The last week or two have been a blur, and there’s so much I have to tell you.

First of all, the Darkling wants to find me an amplifier. But not just any amplifier - Morozova’s stag. Baghra says it’s a myth and he’s stupid for believing in it, but he thinks it’s real and I should have it. He says that if he manages to find it, I might be powerful enough to save Ravka from the Shadow Fold. Sun Summoners have tried for decades to destroy it, but he says if I can learn to summon lightning, that might work better.

Also, he kissed me. I can hardly believe it. I have no idea what to think. On one hand, I should be repulsed. On the other hand, it’s nice that somebody is paying attention to me, you know? I’ve never felt wanted the way I do now.

Don’t tell me I’m making a mistake. I know I am. But I don’t care.

Yes, Lada and I found Morozova’s stag. I would have taken it as my amplifier, but the Darkling got there first. He killed it and put its antlers around my neck to control my power. It’s okay. I found a way to sever the connection. Unfortunately, he used me to expand the Shadow Fold first.

That’s the bit I’m sure you already knew.

I’m back at the Little Palace, and this time I’m leading the Second Army. The Darkling has gone rogue, and he ran away, taking many of the older Grisha with him. But I’ve taken charge of everybody who remained, and officially been instated as General. I’m also engaged to Prince Nikolai, and that’s helped me gain the respect of everybody at court.

I miss you every day. Would you like to bring the children from Keramzin to live here in Os Alta? I’m sure the royal family wouldn’t object.

The Darkest Little Paradise by @yourdemiurge the characters are all quite different than in the show and you don't need to have prior knowledge of the show but you can still enjoy the murder mystery and find the relationships and characters very compelling without knowing how they are in canon
