This article was such a great read with tons of useful information regarding remixing songs and how to go about doing a remix. The input from other producers who have been doing it for years definitely gave me some new insight that I wouldn’t have seen before. Some interesting points made in this Attack Magazine article, we've only ever been to one between us and there was definitely a lot of dancing, albeit dancing too near to the speakers to be fair.

I consider these Boiler Room events as much in vein of club night equivalents, a crowd will dance if there is a distinct 'vibe', without this particular atmosphere there is nothing to provoke the connection between people, the unity that provokes people to get down.

I fully support what Boiler Room do, they provide video music streams that are second to none, quite literally, no one else offers this kind of platform on the scale that they do. Crowds may seem lifeless at times and it might often seem monotonous to gawp at given DJ doing their job, but at the end of the day it's all about the music isn't it? The visual element is essentially their USP, it has helped them get to where they are now, as a unique brand making their footprint in music history.

If you don't like watching it just listen to it and if you don't like what you hear, listen to one of their previous ones.
