I hate this thing so much and it scares the hell out of me.
I have a gas stove for the first time ever and friends. I hate it. this feels so uncontrollable. my entire cooking process has revolved around an electric stove because I'm used to being able to cook on really low temperatures over a long period of time, so I can, for example, do most of my prep while my onions are gently sautéing. how the fuck do people deal with this. I am dreading experimenting with the oven.
My last stove was a glass top electric and I got really used to that one, even though there were things I wouldn't do with it. (like, technically it was probably strong enough to take my Dutch oven, but I was worried about that so I only ever used my Dutch oven for baking bread.) I liked the glass top! easy to clean! simple!
I'm sure I'll get used to the gas stove but friends. I hate it right now.

Concrete Patio Atlanta is a full-service concrete contractor specializing in patios, driveways, sidewalks and more. We use the latest techniques and equipment to deliver superior results that will last for years. Our team is experienced and professional, and we always put our customers first. Concrete Patio Atlanta is a family-owned and operated company that specializes in commercial-grade coatings and concrete repair for all of your needs. The patio is an essential feature of modern backyards. Concrete is the most popular patio material in the United States. Concrete patios are available in a variety of innovative finishes, attracting homeowners looking for an outside surface with virtually endless design choices. When compared to wood decks, pavers, and natural stone, a concrete patio is more durable and requires less maintenance. Here, we examine how to size and create a concrete patio, as well as an overview of the many patio finish options and strategies for embellishing and improving your patio. We also explore how to resurface, stain, or engrave your existing patio to give it a beautiful facelift for people who currently have concrete patios. We work effectively to guarantee that our clients receive the finest service possible, which means you can entrust us with everything from garage floors or auto shops to restaurant patios! It delivers permanency and durability and is fairly priced as long as you know what you're doing and are more than capable of finishing the work. However, it is not easy to work, and it is not a one-man job—at least not for inexperienced do-it-yourselfers. If you're not confident you can build a concrete patio on your own, hire a contractor. A simple concrete slab is safe to pour, but if you want to add textures or a patterned patio design, you may do so while the concrete cures. One of the simplest methods to add texture to curing concrete is to use a stiff brush in both directions. This will provide ""tooth"" to the surface and keep it from becoming slippery when wet.
