Camp Aquarium getting faces. Love it! 💖💖💖

HELLO HELLO! I want to share with you all looks of two Romans who appear in Octavius and Ultimus story, which I’m currently still working on with @this-potato!

Acatsius - [first created by @this-potato in a dialogue so thanks for her to make this silly guy existence haha] he’s a middle age veteran who is still serving in a legion. He loves to help younger soldiers to acclimatize in Aquarium Camp. He’s a type of [Octavius usually says] “Camp Jester”, he always makes jokes and pranks. Really chill out guy who most of soldiers like even if he’s a annoying weirdo. On patrols he likes to sneak with his legionaries and listening to Cacofonix playing a lyre [but never approach the Gaul]

Martinus - he’s an Optio, right hand of Centurion Octavius Citrus. He’s small and slim, almost not look like a soldier of any sort, but he’s really intelligent and have logical mind that’s why Octavius pick him in this position. He’s very calm guy and you’ll never see him screaming at his soldier but everyone listens to him anyway while organizing patrols and other stuff. Also he’s a big fan of alcohol! He love to drink, but never got drunk. He drinks for the taste haha

After months I decided to go back to drawing my oc Cesira.

I decided to continue her biography too.

Cesira was adopted by Julius Caesar as a child and consequently became Brustus' half-sister.

The two brothers often don't get along, mainly due to Brutus' overbearing behavior (as seen in the comics).🙄

In fact, here you can see how Cesira is nervous about his presence lol.

For this part of Cesira's biography, I was inspired by the latest comic published: "Asterix and the Chieftain's Daughter".❤

Dealing with these soldiers is a hard job especially when they start to strike against fighting Gauls

Imagine you get cuddled and protected by a Centurion!!!!! This seems like some real ROMANce there-

I ALWAYS IMAGINED THEM HIDING UNDER THE CENTURIONS CAPE FOR PROTECTION AND SAFETY IF THEY ARE TOO SCARED!!!! (Totally will draw that again🫡)

Even if the Centurions often act tough and strict and boss around their soldiers, they really care for them :3

Roman survival tactic:

I call out all Centurions here-

Fr it's like the Centurions have to take care of over a bunch of grown out children. No wonder they get grumpy sometimes and lose their minds

The Centurions care for them more than they wanna admid...and we all KNOW that!

As soon as they break their "serious Centurion behaviour" they are very protective and caring and HATE that their poor soldiers have to fear the Gauls

I just love these silly soldiers who get their money by getting beaten up my Gauls and try to use their Centurion as a shield <33 Protect them at all costs!!

Imagine you encountered a Gaul that did not harm you (after you go lost), gave you his cape for comfort and then said he wants to gather some wood for a fire and that you should just wait

And you don't know..if you can truly trust that Gaul yet. So the only thing you can do is to hope that the Gaul won't betray you and just leaves you. You're left alone, defenseless...in the deep forest...in enemy terretory. And it's getting dark...

But it's actually a test. To see if this Roman soldier is really willing to trust a 'barbarian'
