Are there things you regret?

After you have lived as long as I have, you will find that there are many things that are regrettable. But I try to live for the future, and not dwell on things I cannot change.

Majesty, I... I humbly beg your forgiveness for my error. I reflect on what I did ever day, and will never cease to pay the price for it. If there is indeed a land to go back to, I should hope you would take my recommendation on a fairy to hold a place in your council.

No, I do not.

Being the leader of the fairies is a very demanding job. There is no room for love or children.

Oopsie! I guess you could say that I am fashionably late with this gift exchange ritual. I would apologize, but then I would be lying. You should be grateful that I am even giving you a gift at all.

I must admit… I am not fond of fairies. Your kind are always meddling in other people’s business. Perhaps you will find this book useful.

I’ve never met a fairy before, only witches, so I can’t say I know what a proper gift would be. My mum taught me you can’t go wrong with a beautifully crafted trinket, and as you are the blue fairy, I thought perhaps you’d fancy something blue. I hope you like it.

With you being known as the blue fairy and all, I figured it had something to do with your choice in color. So I hope you enjoy this scarf with two different kinds of blue as I wasn’t sure if you had a favorite type of blue. Even though I think the outfits you and the other fairies wear work in keeping you warm, you can never go wrong with a scarf. No… I can’t say that we do.

Well, there are a lot of different talents a fairy may have. Depending on the type of fairy, they can use their talents for good or for bad. Pixie dust helps all fairies do impossible things. A few of my favorites include flying

and granting wishes.
