As much as I love fics where dazai drives like a madman and everyone else in the car ends up with heart problems, I like to think that chuuya is probably unaffected by it. In fact, I think he loves it when dazai drives.

Imagine the pm and ada on a joint mission and it somehow ends in skk and sskk in a car together with dazai driving.

sskk are in the backseat and while Atsushi looks visibly mortified and scared for his life, Akutagawa is more subtle about it. He looks almost normal. Until you really pay attention and notice the clenched knuckles resting on his thighs and his eyes twitching.

Their mentors are completely unaware of their state. Dazai has a stupid grin on his face as he drives, determined to break every traffic law ever and Chuuya has his head out of the window, looking very much like a kid whose parents agreed to get mcdonalds.

"Take the next right!" The mafioso yells and Dazai swerves hard, missing the fire hydrant by an inch and Atsushi swears, swears, his heart stopped for 5 seconds. Chuuya hollers in excitement.

Not realllyyy? I'm too old and have been on the internet too long to be too bothered by what people say! And honestly no one has been bad imo (another facet of being online is it takes a lot to upset me, i don't even know where that line is anymore jsjs trust me people have acted so much worse about my art/ocs before) I think it's interesting seeing all the different opinions on her honestly bc she is a complicated character. And a lot of people do like her - I will in fact answer some of the Bess asks bc they're all very good!!

Yeah!! She's an ultimately alright person who has made some very bad decisions! Plus she's really young - I don't think she ever ever thought all of this could be the result and she has so many regrets. I hope the ending up for all this I have planning is satisfying ;V;

These asks are also older (I'm so sorry) but yeah she definitely doesn't deserve everything that's come along, but sometimes life just hits you with truck after truck :( I keep on imagining as I'm writing this that this is all of their sad anime backstory - it's just happening in real time in front of us. The kits, Cedar and Bess, they have more time to get things right in future if they're willing to learn, grow, and able to heal. We just have to see if they take that happens or not!

I think that would be QUITE interesting.

Maybe he doesn’t see your FACE right away, and dare I say he’d treat you like you’re one of his next victims. He’s on the hunt, on the prowl for his next target.

The way he snuck up on you, grabbed you by your shoulders. Turned you around violently to face him and you’re HORRIFIED. Horrified because you HAD heard about the Miles County Clown and knew it was a risk coming back home, but perhaps you had family you needed to see.

And as his face is inches away from yours, his hot breath hitting your face, Art’s expression shifts from something holding nothing but maliciousness to a kind of familiar tenderness. His hold on you loosens. You’re still too much like a deer in headlights, up until Art does this secret handshake you both had when you were kids that you liked to do since he didn’t talk in his youth either. It was one of the few ways you reached out to him.

He even takes your hand with his to help him complete that secret friendship handshake you both had, and when you look in his eyes, you catch that familiar gleam you remember seeing when it was the both of you as kids. That look was more often present when he was about to do some sort of fucked up prank or he had an idea.

The Miles County Clown is still smiling wide at you, and dares to even pull you in for a hug, which you accept—but you’re still shook.

Man, how fucked up would that be. Imagine. Imagine knowing that your childhood ‘friend’ is now the killer and the only thing that stopped you from being on a t shirt is because you decided to befriend the weird quiet kid.

At least you got to go home that night.
