5. Anything you haven’t drawn yet but want to?

I've got so many ideas of stuff I want to draw, but just never get the time to do. The most recent fanfic comic I did was one of them until recently! But I guess a few would be some scenes from Assassins! that I haven't gotten around to illustrating, some more character study sheets, as well as an entire long running comic I plan to create once Cigarettes and Assassins! are both complete! Just to name a few...

In terms of like... concepts or physical things and ideas I have wanted to draw but haven't, I don't really have any qualms. I'm pretty good at just doing whatever I feel like in that regard lol.

11. Favorite comment you’ve ever recieved on your work?

I don't receive many comments on my stuff, which is unfortunate but not something I can really change. The one that has stuck out to me the most, however was one that I received on One Mistake when I was still in the middle of finishing it.

It was a bit of an indepth criticism of a certain character dynamic I had made the focal point of that part of the story, and a critique on how I had handled the 'making up' portion of the relationship.

While criticism may not be the first thing most people think of in terms of 'favorite comments' I cherish it for the sole reason that it was the first time anyone had given me an analytical response to something I had meant to be taken with that analytical context. It was the reply I was hoping people would give to the part of a story I had put a lot of time, effort and continuity into. Plus, the ideas being presented were things I had already been toiling over in my rewrite of One Mistake to begin with, so that was also pretty cool to feel like I was sharing a mindset with someone absorbing my creation.

I also just now realized this was meant for art stuff and not fanfic lol. Same applies to artwork I guess, still don't get many comments so none in particular really stand out.

16. What’s the most daunting part of your process? Ex, planning, sketching, lineart, rendering etc

hmmm.... that is a thought provoker for sure. I don't really have one part of the artmaking process I favor over the others, since it is all just kind of a process for me. Ever since I started this cool thing of turning my sketches into my lineart via the airbrush tool in Paint Tool Sai, I haven't really had any problems!

I'd say the most daunting process is just getting started. Putting pen to paper and just doing sometimes seems impossible. But if I just force myself to sit down and start, it usually turns out ok.

19. Favourite character(s) to draw?

You'd expect me to say Kiyotaka. Which is half true, mainly because I've drawn him so much and he has been the catalyst to change my art style entirely. But believe it or not, I used to never draw people, like at all. I was a furry artist in the lamest sense of the word, since most of my OC's at the time were animals in some capacity. So I really should give it to Taka for pushing me out of my comfort zone and forcing me to take the daunting journey of learning over two years how to draw people good.

The characters that are my real true favorites to draw are my OC's of course. James, Goose and The Oposstag to be specific!

They're my babies, my darlings, my easiest things to draw. James specifically, used to be my go-to if I was ever in a slump and needed to draw something easy and simple. Bones and furry creatures have always been my specialty when it came to art, (If you've seen any of my animal-ish drawings you could see the difference in quality compared to drawing people) It just always has come easier to me than drawing people, but as an artist, I need to push myself out of my comfort zone to improve, and I'd say I've done a pretty good job improving!

after ur snippet with gem and pearlescentsnail and the part where she worried about her own snail crawling into pearls lap i’m now so endeared by the image of geminisnail seeking out pearl and being clingy (or maybe even following her but playing hard to get since the snails are bonded to their players. i think either way it’s a really cute image and either way pearl would have questions

oh, yeah, yeah!! i imagine geminisnail kinda like a cat? like, she will be all cozy and cuddle up to pearl, but only if pearl isn't actively trying to get her attention

no personal edits on this one, except i tend to use this brush with low opacity for a more sketchy feel! i’m so lazy/quick with drawing so any opportunity for me to not complete lines is a win

im a furry but in a really casual way i'd say! I used to have a fursona but honestly haven't had one since i was about 14 or 15, but I really miss having one and making fursuits :P

I'm thinking of making a fursona again and sometimes like the idea of getting back into fursuit & puppetry making but it's a pretty expensive hobby haha!

As for OCs me & a friend have this little thing we play around with sometimes about a wolf and deer but the deer is one of those ones with fangs and is like a vampire and the wolf like doesnt know it and they're roommates and it's like just a silly comedy thing we sometimes talk about lol... i was gonna draw us little comics strips like last year when we were talking about it but i never got around to that ^_^""

So, I saw someone say that the powers definitely weren't accidental, (such as Lizzy "ldshadowlady" getting the power of shadows, or "zombie"Cleo getting zombies, or creeking bigb getting creakings) and one of the things they said is that Ren getting to be other people is fitting since he subbed in during secret life, and that made me realize something, it's very fitting that Gem's and Cleo's powers are so intertwined, Gem's first appearance was her as Cleo

ooooh!! this is interesting, gem getting influenced by cleo's power from the time she filled in for her, which makes her connection to death also stronger. and also how both got frustated over the mumbo and skizz shenanigans, for mutiple reasons, it creates a very powerful narrative. how they started connected, even being the same in limited life and then drifiting apart to become almost opposites. body vs soul, life vs death, and all that. and still, they remain similar in some ways, on how they are known to hold grudges and playing a dynamic and relativity social game,,,

a lot of the powers fit so well in a narrative sense, it really becomes hard to belive it wasn't intentional

i haven't seen a lot for pearl and lizzie, yet, but since they are in a similar situation, i wonder if there are any parallel to them as well

it's likely, but i think it's more likely that she could have an anxiety disorder if anything. she seems pretty irritable when things don't go her way, and is insanely focused on staying safe rather than facing the danger. when the diamond cutters are with silver, tangle's excited about swinging and fighting the badnik, while lano tells tangle to focus on getting everyone to safety. you could say this is one of her autistic traits, but she doesn't show many other traits, so i'd say a generalized anxiety disorder is closer to her diagnosis.

Lost Fic #194

1. Turning to my fellow forum members because I can't find the fic and fear it might have been deleted: The fic starts with Crowley and Aziraphale at the Ritz talking about the Fall and Aziraphale is terrified of the idea of Falling. They have an argument and Crowley says something like I wish you had fallen then you wouldn't be so scared all the time and then Aziraphale leaves. The next morning Crowley goes to the bookshop to apologize and finds Aziraphale has Fallen, but also hasn't? There is now a Fallen Aziraphale with sheep horns and also a non fallen Aziraphale. The latter is seated at his desk and hasn't acknowledged his demon counterpart or realized they are there. Crowley wanting to figure out how this happens decides to take Fallen Aziraphale to his flat, but discovers that if they are away from Angel Aziraphale Fallen Aziraphale passes out. The fic centers on Crowley dealing with 2 Aziraphales and trying to explore a relationship with both. Later we learn that Aziraphale forced himself to forget he made the Fallen Aziraphale to explore what a relationship with Crowley could be like without the risk of Falling. There is a scene where Crowley buys fallen Aziraphale a floral hairband thing for around their horns. And he panics when Fallen Aziraphale suddenly vanishes when angel Aziraphale finally acknowledges he created them and is controlling both bodies in a 1 soul 2 bodies kind of deal. - @05nataku

3. Hello! :-) I'm looking for a 'through the ages' type fic. It was about how Crowley adopted a girl from Pompeii. From what I remember he had a huge house and Aziraphale & Crowley just bickered the entire time. They may have had to fake a relationship, but I'm not 100% sure about that. 4. Hi, hearing that series 3 will be based on the unwritten sequel reminded me of an old fic, but I've been unable to find it. The fic was book!omens / pre-tv series, and was a fan version of the unwritten sequel based on the info publicly available from what NG & TP had said about the plot - it involved Crowley & Aziraphale travelling America, Jesus, national parks, Aziraphale making notes while watching free 15 mins of porn on the TV (and annoying Crowley with how much time this was taking up). I am not sure if the fic was on a03, I have vague memories of reading it not on a white screen, so think it was maybe hosted on LiveJournal? I think I originally found it via a rec list of classic fics on tumblr sometime shortly after S1 came out, but have been unable to find that list. 5. Hello hello hello! Lovely stuff that you all are doing here! I've sauntered vaguely into this askbox because I'm looking for something- I really don't have high hopes for this to be found- it would take at least half a miracle, I think. But if anyone can find it, it's gonna be you, so i thought I might as well give it a shot. A few months ago, I read a wonderful little fic about Hastur and Ligur that I just CANNOT find anymore- pre fall setting, both were angels. Ligur was building the moon (or helping) and Hastur was some kind of watcher angel who was supposed to observe everything? I'm afraid I'm a bit blurry on the details, but I think Hastur was being made fun of by the other angels, and he hid in some kind of cave, feeling terribly overwhelmed and anxious- where Ligur later found him. The story then went on a little to describe the relationship they ended up forming through that. I'm terribly sorry that this is not a lot of info to go off of- I've looked through hundereds of fics and everything on the maggot husbands tag- but nothing was ringing any bells. Might have overlooked it, I'm not sure. It could just be gone. If there is any way anyone could help me find this again, I would be eternally grateful. But either way- thank you for taking the time to read this- and thank you for all the lovely work you do! - anon
