i actually struggle a bit trying to adapt ford in my own style, the main part being that his chin is so fucking massive that drawing it any other way completely eliminates what makes him *him*. if the chin isnt what ur having problems with, its probably the nose. hook it and make it big, along w his ears!! those r like, the three main features that really stand out (to me anyway)

i like going for an uncanny valley sort of vibe - big teeth, big smiles, eyes that look like he hasnt blinked in years. dont be afraid to make him gross! hes going to look a little *wrong*, so i like to draw him in weird poses and make him look as loose and wired as possible. i like doing this with bipper as well, especially when i try to draw in the gravity falls style. the cat-slit pupils and big ass grin is what really ties it all together. even a dream demon possessing u cant stop u from looking lifeless!
